If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible company. They do not care for their clients. They dont even do the bare minimum. They let their clients go without food and necessary supplies without a care given. They place clients in settings that do not fit their needs and try to force caregivers to do their jobs for them. They do not manage client funds appropriately and have had several of their own employees steal from the clients and they have not replaced the funds! They hardly ever answer their phones or emails and treat the clients and caregivers horribly! Do not use this company for your loved one! I have been working as a caregiver for years in Calhoun County and every single client I have worked with who has Guardian Inc as a guardian and/or payee receives very little of their money from them, has to utilize food banks, staff and family members to be able to eat each day , and they do not receive medical care timely because you cant get the guardian to answer the phone or email. The worst guardians are Serena Graham, T. Warrior, Shelly, Virginia, and Toby (who was fired for stealing thousands from the clients!

If I could give a negative - 20 star ⭐️ on this place I would definitely DO IT - they steal take your money, don’t pay clients bills each time the client has to call them about it they charge the client money just to talk about it and if they call the client that’s if they ever do or are asked to answer a question about a bill not paid etc. they had asked a zillion times they charge for the call back and call received 😡 and they still never paid the bill but tell the client they did and the provider who wasn’t paid sends billing the client for unpaid payment ! Clients are hardly ever able to get anyone to answer there phones, voicemails come on but no contact only very few and far behind to they call. This place is robbing clients of there own money, its there money, not Guardian Finance Advocacy’s money they are suppose to help and be there for there clients not Rob them of there own money or have to go without because very poor communication. If I were to refer someone to them plan on the client being robbed of there money , denied bills being paid and robbed emotionally 😡 Stay away from this place from someone that knows one of there clients well and by the reviews, you can read them for yourself it’s bad ! If you want to keep you money get bills paid, get your own money for things you need plan on not getting it or bills paid and you could go into collections for unpaid bills plus a lot if other things 😡 BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! THIS IS FOR REAL PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

Horrible communication, never answer phones, wont give cell phone numbers. Tried to have me cut lawns for them. Did one proprety. Check took 2 months to show. Tried to send me to another proprety and the yard was 3 feet tall in back. More then 3 months growth they had NO ONE cut the poor ladies back yard. Maybe understaffed because it seems the whole staff is sitting in court meetings. Horrable hours they close before most people are even out of work. Wont be doing further business. Theres a 5-star review below from an employee that shows you how much you can trust them.Do not trust

Judging by the reviews I dont have much better to say. This place is horrible. They never answer the phone or call back. I have a gentleman on his death bed and I cant send him to the hospital or put on hospice without consent from the guardian. Senior care partners and I have called for 3 days now and got nothing. In the mean time Im trying to keep this man comfortable till she decides to do her job.

It is very hard for me to give this rating even one-star. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! That goes for more than one of them. They are just in it for the money!!!! Please dont trust them with your loved ones. They really dont care about the people at all. They are all talk and no walk. 🤔🤔🤔 If you have to use them dont use SHELLY!!!!!!!¡!¡¡¡¡¡!¡!!!!!!!

Dont trust these people! They take your loved one stick them in the cheapest place they can, they take their social security, they dont return your phone calls and they move your loved one without even telling you! I want to know what have you done to my husband Virginia!

These people are awful. Cindy Marshall is my case manager. I am a Veteran and The Veteran Affairs assigned Guardian Financial Services. Ever since I have been dealing with this company my credit dropped 100 points, my bills where not paid on time ever which I accumulated a ton of late fees. It is December 27 2017 and my bills have not been paid yet. My insurance company progressive dropped my policy due to non payment, my car note is passed due by two months and my cell phone bill is also passed due by two months. Please do not deal with these people they are crooked and don’t care about there clients at all. They ruined my life.
