The worst customer service I have ever had at a gun store. Read the other numerous reviews about the POOR SERVICE. The RUDE staff! The UNPROFESSIONAL staff! Today was my first time at the store and it will be my last! I have already spread the word to my friends....DO NOT SHOP AT GUNS GALORE! Do not waste your time and gasoline driving to this store! I can not stress enough how POORLY I was treated. I state again, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!
Poor customer service, they speak to people like they’re bothered by them. Good selection of firearms. Ridiculous ammo prices, I understand there is shortage right now but price gouging is out of control. Two nearby stores that sell firearms still maintain a fair price on ammo when they have it. $35 for a box of target 9mm is insane when 5 minutes away I can get it for $15. Everyone in the firearms community need to remember who price gouged and who were fair and honest when things return to normal.
Went in looking for ammo and was treated so rudely like I was wasting his time. Asked him questions and IF I got an answer it was a nod or yes or no and I had to wait for that. Didn’t get a thank you or have a nice day he just walked away. Will never step a foot in there again. There were 4 guys in there doing nothing probably because they had no business- go figure! After I talked to a few people they said they had same experience- RUDE! If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would!Just remember I tell 10 people and they tell 10, etc.Went to Williams in Davison and they were super nice and helpful. My new go to place. Also had a lot of customers.
Been here twice and walked out happy both times. Some of the guys here seem kinda quiet and shy but I am a big intimidating man lol. Jokes aside it is a good thing because from what I see they do not bother their customers like a lot of places do. When you talk to the guys here they are very smart and knowledgeable. Not to mention they have a wonderful selection of firearms and their prices are extremely fair. Worth the drive and would recommend to anyone of my family or friends.
There were 5 people working and maybe 3 customers and they act like they have better things to do then help you and answer any questions. Offered no information on the item youre looking at; just uncomfortably watch you. Really need to find some workers with retail experience and people skills. I like supporting my local businesses but I will drive further away to avoid going here again.
I have now called Guns Galore 4 times over the course of the last year, and EVERY time, the clerk answers the phone and addresses me like im the biggest nuisance. The reaction is so negative, I am beginning to dread when I need to call them. I will go out of my way to avail myself from having to contact this store for ANY future purchases: be it munitions, firearms, or repairs. I wasnt going to leave a review until taking a quick glance and seeing the top liked review was someone suffering from the same curt interactions as myself. I want others to know, its not you, the employees have zero patience/zero phone etiquette. I hope the owner reads these and addresses this. I used to be an avid fan of the store, and my family has supported Guns Galore for over 20 years. Should say HAD supported...
I went to guns galore 20 years ago and never turned back. In that 20 years I have talked to over 10 different people all having similar experiences. The staff have zero experience in common people skills. I wonder how much money guns galore could have made only if the owners would have unforced common respect and courtesy. I myself have spent over $10,000 in gun purchases alone not counting accessories and ammo. Williams Gun Sight is one of my favorite places to go. I might have to wait a little longer but when the sales person gets to me he gives me his undivided attention, he doesnt have any problems answering my questions. Theyre also a lot of smaller gun stores around Michigan that are also good to shop at.
I don’t understand the bad reviews. Guns Galore has the best prices around (usually 98% of the time) for firearms. Great used selection as well. Can’t beat the prices honestly. I always go to GG for lowest prices on non-custom firearms (Shotguns, deer rifles, handguns).. I don’t need some salesmen who sits behind a counter when I know more then him anyway telling me what I need or helping me. Maybe if you’re a new buyer and have questions/want to be coddled go to a different store and pay more, otherwise do your own research and save some money by going here.
Great place to buy ammo. Bought 4 guns from pro bass and peacemakers in Howell. Longer drives but worth it 50 to 100 cheaper on guns. They need to work on costumer service. They always act like I’m bothering them. They lost the 1500 dollars I just spent at other places. Great selection if you want to pay more.
This is a no nonsense, non-commercialized, real gun store. The selection was as outstanding as were their prices. If you’re a shooter of any type you’ll appreciate this store and what they offer. The gentlemen working today knew everything about the inventory, shooting and the gear they sell. I am not easily impressed by most gun shops but today these guys earned my repeat business. If your a novice...let them know, be honest and hide any ego you’ve brought with you. They will help point you in the right direction. I witnessed a new shooter come in and ask about a gun for protection. The staff did a great job with this guy and didn’t sell him a gun or bunch of stuff he didn’t need. Again, impressed.
Im an avid gun collector, and shop around the area. The customer service and the way Im treated count huge for me, and this stores costumer service is abysmal. I live in Fenton, and will drive to Hicks in Clio, Otisville gun barn, or Williams in Davison to put my money in a business that treats me like a valued customer.
Another reviewer mentioned the “fat Asian guy”. My experiences with him was similar. I could almost hear him rolling his eyes and could definitely hear his distain for customers. First time I was ever made to feel like a bother while I had my wallet out ready to pay the asking price. Finally had enough and stopped going there. I’ll go without before I step foot in there again.
Ive went there for over 30 years and they always have had great prices. that isnt as true as it has been in the past today. The staff is the rudest bunch of guys you will ever meet. they will not help anyone in anyway they always act like your bothering them if they are busy or not plus they will give no advise in any way and Ive seen many many customers walk out disgusted. Its kind fun to watch them in action as long as its not you needing their attention. The old man owner that has since passed away was about the most rude person you could ever meet. I have stopped buying there simply because its not worth the aggravation to be around them. there are many places today to get as good of deals and speak with a pleasant person. My rule of thumb is if a salesperson doesnt want to take the time to help me and answer my questions with a smile then I can drive to the next place down the road. Plus just the amount of dirt in that place will make you feel like your in a auto repair garage no thats not true those are cleaner! they havent spent 1 penny in that place since I first went there in the 70s that should tell you something about the owners. I think they should have their own reality show call it PISSED OFF GUNS! so if you want some fun stop by there and watch the show!
First off let me start by saying these guys are EXTREMELY RUDE. Customer service skills in this place are nonexistent and they definitely give you the perception that they dont need your business. That being said they hands down have the best prices of any gun dealer in the state. Figure out what you want, then get in get out and save yourself some good money. If you are there for the WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE, and to feel like your business is actually appreciated this is not the place for you.
Bought my PS 90 from them. Found out the gun was $50.00 less at Williams. My fault for not shopping around first. The staff there are very rude and not particularly interested in you most of the time. Wether you are spending $1,500.00 or you just want some ammo, they dont seem to care. I would recommend Williams.
My experiences with Guns Galore have been nothing but positive. They have the best selection, lowest prices, and the layaway plan cant be beat. Theyve always provided me with great customer service and if they dont have what you are looking for they will order it. Shop here with confidence.
This place was recommended to me by a coworker and Im glad they did! I was looking for a particular pistol and no other store had it in stock. I called they said they had it and it would be almost 80 cheaper than anywhere that could order it. So I made the almost hour drive from my house and even though the guy helping me was training someone on how to do the paperwork it was still done very quick and efficiently. Oh and I brought my 6 year old bet curious and fairly mischievous daughter and all the guys were super friendly to her and assured me it was no trouble. I will definitely be back.
First and Foremost, I had never previously had a problem with Guns Galore, however, most of my transactions were simple, and quick. I usually know what Im looking for in the first place and never have any customer service issues. On a Monday their hours are 10am-6pm I tried to go to their store after work before they closed, I had arrived well before 6pm, and they had their closed sign out and door locked... They post their hours both online, and on their door 10am-6pm, yet closed. Youre not making any money if youre turning away customers, on a holiday or near a holiday I could understand but thats just not good customer service. So on the following Tuesday I arrived 2 hours prior to their closing, again simple transaction I know what I want, yet as a basic probing inquiry I ask what time they close 6pm oh? but you were closed well before 6pm yesterday? uh, oh we must have been... whatever. If I really wanted to listen to bumbling coverup sob stories Id watch soap operas, I just wanted to prove a point that youre business will hurt when youre not open for your own normal business hours. So to finalizing my purchase, I am told that they have a minimum purchase of 20$, well thats funny, last I knew you couldnt HAVE a minimum purchase, I was literally told that as long as they paid their bills to the credit card companies, that they could get away with it, and see no consequence regardless of whether or not theyre reported (which by the way is maddeningly hard to report), upon further research since 2010, ma&pa shops are allowed to institute an up to 10$ minimum charge to encourage larger purchases to maintain a profit margin... but not a 20$ minimum, instead they offered a 50% surcharge which you are also not allowed to do, you may offer a discount for paying another form of payment but not a surcharge for paying by card. Either way, from this experience and taken from friends experiences they have too much pride at guns galore and believe they can do no wrong and face no punishment, now I understand why so many of my friends would not go to guns galore, due to encounters with opinionated, deceitful, and just plain rude employees.
I bought a handgun there a little over a year ago. I had a good experience considering I was trying to decide between two different models. One of the models was considerably more expensive, so I decided to grab a bite to eat down the street and come back. When I came back, it was though I started where I left off. The guy who had helped me excused himself from the new customer and got someone else to help him so that he could continue helping me. I decided to go with the more expensive firearm after talking more with him.Everyone there seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help. In addition to some excellent prices, they have an excellent selection. Ill make the trip up again one of these days for another handgun. I highly recommend at least checking prices with them before going else where.
I found a really good deal on an awesome pistol via Mfgs recommendation. Made 2 hr trip to Guns Galore and bought the gun at a real good price. I must say that the sales guy I dealt with was the dullest, most unenthusiastic, and non-friendly dude Ive ever dealt with. What a let-down cause the store is great with their quality selection of firearms in Michigan!! I have serious doubts whether Id ever go back there or just order online.. thanks.
Was my second time shopping here. The first time I left without purchasing anything due to my complete dissatisfaction with the customer service. I had since heard that it was under new ownership. I returned today prepared to spend my money. The man helping me was not helpful at all. He had zero input and answered no questions. I will not return
Good price. Good selection. The guys are nice enough. If they dont have in-stock what youre looking for theyre happy to order it for you. It only takes a minute to do so. Special orders come in fast enough for me. Besides, if they dont have what you want in stock its not likely anyone else will either and youll get a fair price here.
Was worried by the negative reviews, but a trusted friend recommended the place, so I gave it a go. I was pleasantly surprised. The place is smaller than I expected, but well stocked. There were around ten people shopping and around six employees. I was greeted within minutes by Rob and he showed me everything I wanted to see and provided all the info I needed to make my purchase decision. I saved $50 compared to Cabelas and $100 off Gander Mt. I think it really comes down to whos available to help you. Rob did a great job. Ill be back for sure.
I was in the store today January 17, 2020. At 9:30 in the morning.Shawn helped me. I traded a Savage 99 358 win.He gave me what I think was a great price on a trade.I picked up a CMMG AR 9 mm , & A Rugger AR-15 556-223. He ordered me a extra mag for the AR 9 mm. And will call me as soon as it comes in with in a week they said.I didnt care for the hand guard on it either. He found me a hand guard Im happy with for now. He took it off a rifle he had in the store rather than have me weight until he could get one ordered and in the store , so I was able to take it home today all for around $30.00 for the hand guard including puting it on the rifle. Some day I will upgrade it to a steel hand guard when I have the money to spend. He also helped me take off two Scopes I had on two rifles I brought to consider trading . He got them mounted and bore sighted in no time on the two new ARs. He didnt try to pressure me into buying there new Scopes like I expected. The prices were the lowest I could find on the two guns. Shawn is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. He made my buying experience a fun one. so they got me in and out in just under two hours of witch half of the time I spent looking at all the ARs they had in the store.I looked at online reviews before going to the store .So I didnt know what to expect. I can say the entire staff in the store went out of there way to help Shawn got me taken care of while we were doing the paperwork one of the other guys was mounting the scope on the first gun I picked out. Shawn was very easy going. Halfway through the sale I asked him if I could take a second look at one of the ARs agian he said no problem put all the paperwork behind the counter and showed me the second rifle I ended up purchasing. I said I wanted that gun also. Shawn said no problem started all the paperwork over with out any attitude or anything so the negative reviews I seen on the there web page I have to say that they must have replaced the people who had a attitude. I didnt see anyone treated unkindly. Im so satisfied with them I will be back next time I need anything gun related. And if Shawn is working I will be sure to give him my business agian. Thanks Guns galore, Shawn is and the rest of the crew for all the help today . Now just need to weight for a warm enough Day to get out to the Range to zero in my New ARs.I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy sell or trade a gun.
I traded in some shotguns for two pistols I’ve wanted for a long time. I was given a great price for the shotguns and a very good price for the two pistols. The pistol price is below MSRP. I had good service. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. They have ammo and reloading supplies, items I use. I will definitely return because I was impressed by the service and supplies they have. Very good store.
Worthless and rude employees. Funny when you go to other gun stores and they laugh about the amount of Fenton customers who have been treated poorly by this sinking ship of a store. Don’t go here take your business where it’s appreciated and the owners understand customer service.
After a disappointing trip to another retailer for reloading supplies I went to check out guns galore. I made it about 2 feet into the door before an employee gave me a friendly greeting. We went over my reloading manual to see what was in stock and they had the powder and primers I needed. The employee was very happy to assist me and held the items while I looked around. While looking around I was warmly greeted by two other employees and I felt very comfortable browsing the selection of goodies. I left with the impression that their intention was to create long term customers the old fashioned way - by providing excellent customer service.
ATTENTION NEW GUN OWNERS.. If you have any questions or want a salesman to take the time to make sure you have the right weapon that fits your needs... Don’t go here... I went to get a weapon and made feel stupid for asking any questions. The salesman seemed like he was really bothered by me being there. I took my 800$ elsewhere just because of that.
The sales crew if thats what you call them, were terrible! Not gonna get into the details but went there 2 times and both times they had an arregent, rude, know it all type attitude that even my wife found off putting. If you know what you want youll probably be ok but god forbid you go in there to look for help or advise, DONT BOTHER!
I just bought a pistol from here. Service from the first person that was helping me was poor at best, not personable at all. Second guy was better, but not by much. I have NEVER bought a pistol while having a CPL and had to do anything after purchasing the weapon. I have to either take the papers to the sheriffs department or send it in. Why cant they send it in? Good prices are the ONLY good thing they have going. My pistol is used and has a lifetime warranty from the manufacture so there is no reason the cylinder should be as loose as it is. However, the price was worth it to me to put up with the hassle of returning it for service. Not to mention I have been trying to call all day and the phone is either busy or there isnt anyone to take my call. No way to leave a message!
Bought a handgun here only because it was an uncommon gun and other places did not have the gun. Felt like they could barely tolerate me taking up their precious time. I shop Williams 99% of the time for firearm needs...friendly, willing to help and answer questions, shooting range out back. Its worth the drive to Williams...plus its roomier than the closet space that Guns Galore is.
When I turned 18, I made my first gun purchase here. Dick Fern, the owner, treated me like royalty. That was 1975. I bought my first handgun when I turned 21, a Smith and Wesson model 27. Dick let me put it in layaway until my birthday. He gave me a Buck Ranger knife when I left for the service. Forty one years later Guns Galore is still my favorite shop. Mr Fern has passed, but its still family run. Its a gun guys type of shop, dont expect to be pounced on by a salesman. But if you have a question, just ask, and the staff will assist you completely! Just speak up! I doubt you will find better prices.
Ive bought a couple guns from these guys and both experiences were right on. They knew their stuff and made buying a hand gun quick and to the point. On my Glock 21 they were the best price around too which was what brought me to them the first time. I recommend this place.
Called to see if they had the ammo I wanted because everyone else was out. They were so rude on the phone. I shouldnt have spent my money here but was desperate. Went to buy the ammo and they didnt say a word to me during the transaction...no thank you, no appreciate your business.
RUDE RUDE RUDE staff. They could all use some customer service training. They all act like you are a bother and they have better things to do. Williams Gun Sight is worth the trip. I will NEVER go back to this place and i live in Fenton and try to support local businesses.
Spent 30 min in there looking for a new bolt gun for me and a new carry pistol for my wife. Couldn’t get anyone in there to give me the time of day. Everyone was too into their conversations with the regulars. Even when I asked to see the new Glock, was made to feel like I was bothering them. When my wife asked questions about it was blown off like they didn’t care. We left and took our business to Top Gun. I guess they didn’t want our $1500. Their loss, won’t be back.
Visited this store on Dec 31,was surprized it was open to start with and had probably a little more than a dozen customers at the timeas I walked in one of the workers said good morning and asked of I needed any help.he answered my questions and showed me a couple .410/45 cal pistolsthen I thanked him and continued browsing, a few minutes later another workers asked if I needed any help. he answered a few questions and showed me a couple carry pistols and let me browse some more until I finished.a good experience and I will be back again and would recommend this store
The only upside to this store is their stock. I have bought a pistol from them as they had it in stock and I didnt want to wait 2 weeks for some of the other stores to get it. That being said, the customer service here is dreadful. One of the worst experiences of we really dont even care that you are here that I have ever had. Last I checked, my money is as green as the next guys. That being said, even with the stock, I will not step foot inside this store again.
Gg catches a lot of flack because they are too busy. I have not had a bad experience in 12 years plus dealing with them. They are busy. They have odd hours. But the selection and prices are typically worth the wait. They also have a lot (A LOT) of odd ball stuff and a great 1911 selection. I would expect to wait and expect to save money.
Had my gun stolen so I needed to get a copy of the receipt for insurance company. Was charged 25 dollars to get a copy that only took them 5 minutes to find. Then you get a attitude from them. I will pay the extra money and buy my firearms from a store that will appreciate my business.
If you know what you want and you want it at the lowest price they you have picked the right place. I wouldnt recommend walking in on a busy Saturday and expect to get 30 minutes of gun education from a salesman. If you can get out on a weekday you might have better luck. Chances are if you cant find it or its overpriced at other shops you will be in good hands. Great place with the best prices around.
Employees were completely disrespectful and tried to say I couldnt by a gun over a law. Ive went to five different commercial mega stores and privately owmed places and not had this probem. I called two different gun stores and a friend who is a police officer and the law DIDNT APPLY TO US. Tried to call back and tell them, then they proceeded to hang up. Completely rude, acted like asking questions was a problem and didnt want to work. Horrible customer service and knowledge of gun laws. I have purchased my rifle from a different store with no problem, and I suggest anyone who reads this to do so as well.
I wouldnt even give them one star if it would let me. I went in to Guns Galore about a month ago and got denied, which was fine, I didnt know why but he told me to do an appeal process and gave me the information how to do it. (I have to admit the Asian worker there is very nice and helpful). But I came in today after receiving from the FBI my paperwork from my appeal saying I am eligible to possess and receive a firearm from Guns Galore. Now all the worker had to do was READ the instructions on the paperwork for how to do my appeal recheck but instead he chose to not even look or touch the paperwork and do a whole nother background check, which was not needed had he read. I ended up getting delayed and I tried to explain to him that the paperwork says I am eligible and that he was supposed to do an appeal recheck, which just went in one ear and out the other and got asked do you want a refund?. This worker was not understanding that the paperwork I got is only good at Guns Galore because thats where I got denied at. But he kept choosing to be rude instead of just looking at what the FBI sent me and insinuating that his FBI was real and mine wasnt, which is ridiculous because they are the same! If you want to be treated with respect and dignity, I suggest going somewhere else. I will never set foot in there again after today.
Bunch of power hungry little boys , can’t help with anything they make you feel like the littlest question is the most unconvincing thing for them, all ammo is over priced , just head anywhere but here , a pawn shop is more happy for you business then this place. Don’t bring your woman in there either all of them won’t take there’s eyes off her behind.
The staff there was absolutely terrible. I told them exactly which gun I wanted and I had to repeat myself at least 4 times saying the gun is still being made. It was very frustrating to even talk to them because of the I dont care attitude. I dont even think they cared to sell me anything. When I finally said I guess Ill go look around some they walked away and laughed at me. I will never set foot in there again. Avoid this place at all costs.
Absolutely rude to an obvious military personnel right in front of all of his employees and other customers. You dont go to a gun shop to make friends and businesses dont make friends or customer s speaking to anyone like that. I myself will travel 30 extra minutes past guns galore to get the expertise and professionalism i expect buying/selling/trading firearms. And that was the experience with the OWNER! His flock of minions behind the counter are just as bad maybe worse. Good luck shopping here, you will leave feeling like you got smacked in the face!!!!
Dont try to call because they are always swamped but that is because they have the inventory that others dont. If you want a very knowledgeable salesman ask for Mike. They dont gouge you on price in fact usually they have the lowest price around. And they do have ammo that most others dont.
Ive bought three guns from Guns Galore and it was literally a nightmare. Good luck getting anyone on the phone for a price or availability. Its usually a busy signal or a voice mail telling me to call back during normal business hours if no one answers, WTF? The best way to contact them is via Email but then you have to wait 24 hours to get a reply. Im 27 miles away from that place and I want answers now. As far as customer service goes, it depends on who you get, I had a young fellow named Sean (I think) that took a deposit on a shotgun only to tell me a month later that it has been discontinued. Since it was non-refundable I put the deposit towards another gun that was on back order. Hmmm. Anyway as far as pricing goes, I think someone around there is getting greedy, I priced a S&W shield .40 cal and they wanted $500+ when the MSRP is around $450, WTF? I Priced the same gun at accurate firearms in Clarkston and it was $25 under MSRP. Hmmmmmm. Advantage Accurate firearms in Clarkston, Mi. . I bought a Bersa Thunder from these fine folks (and I think I educated the staff a little bit) and got a better deal from them than G.G. , Guns galore stood to be $10-$25 higher. If you are in the area, and looking, I would recommend taking a look at Accurate Firearms before you make the trip to Fenton, Mi.
Only been in this place a couple times. Will never go back, wanted to make a trade on a new shotgun, what they offered me was nothing shy of a slap in the face. They treat people as though they are the only people on earth who know anything about guns. Nothing but a bunch of A-holes in there
Never Will I ever step foot in that place again. Worker was really short with me like I didnt have any money to spend in their precious dirty a.. store poor customer service. They lost my $800 I spent else where and I told a coworker he also went else where. I will tell everyone who is looking for a gun store its worth driving past this Hell hole dump
My friend and I stood there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to ask us what we needed. No help at all from the staff. Him and I left and went to Williams where we both dropped about $750 on a XDM 40 and an XDM 9. Sorry Guns Galore but youre unprofessional staff and dirty little store cost you $1600 that day. I know you dont care because it shows.
Not great but O.K. If youre from Michigan its not that much farther to drive to Cabelas, Dunhams (great deals)or Jays if wanting a mated hunting system or a semi-automatic weapon like an AR version of an M-4. Guns Galore has a fair used muzzle loading section. Also, they do make it a point of carrying the odd calibers, like the .32-30. Ill give them a C grade. They are O.K.
For years ive heard bad things about guns galore through various shooters ive encountered at the range..most guys say the attitudes of the employees is arrogant and sometimes rude..i have found the opposite to be true..everytime ive been in there i have been treated with respect and great knowledge..today they bailed me out on a part i lost while working on my ar15 they were the last gun store i called and they should have been my first..thanks to derrick for the help
Just ridiculous, drove all the way from Detroit on Christmas eve to get a bunch of stuff that no other stores anywhere had and we get there 1 minute late and the workers are still there and they wouldnt sell us anything not even a bag of wads, wheres your Christmas spirit what happened to helping people out!!!!

2022-05-21If you want quality service go to Huron Valley Guns ... Stay away from Guns Galore ... Please read the rest of my review to see why?I read many of the reviews about Guns Galore. In spite of some of the 1 & 2 star reviews, I decided to check out this shop. Heres my experience. I was looking for powder, well I found it. No problem there. I had called them in weeks past and was informed by whoever answered the phone that various brands were available. So, I made a long drive to make a purchase. Well, I forget to bring my manual. A big mistake. I have a couple at home but thought I could use one of theirs. The employee said quite sarcastically no but I could purchase one of their $50 manuals (yea, right ... I have 3 at home ... Nope, I dont need a fourth one ... That was total B.S.). The guy wouldnt even tell me which powder was for rifle or pistol. I was very rudely informed that because of liability they couldnt recommend any powders. Well, duh, I just wanted to know which of their powers was rifle or pistol. Double duh !!! I had to kind of beg him to take a couple of cans from the shelf and look at the manufacturers data printed on the label. Well, since I was desperate, I spent over $200 buying the powder I needed. He, didnt even say thank you for the purchase. Well, my recommendation is go to Huron Valley Guns if you want fantastic service with a similar stock of items. Guns Galore SUCKS big-time. If it was possible to give this dump negative stars, Id do so.

2022-04-03Honestly…great prices. Often the best around. I have been going here my whole life and I’m used to the treatment you get. But wow!…the people skills are something else. I understand why people leave bad reviews. I’ll keep buying from them, but they could have 50 times the business.

2022-04-22Prices are mind blowingly good compared to everywhere else locally (even the big box stores) with the volume of customers you generally dont have the time for small talk of other shops but can get quick service if youve done your research.i walked out of rural king the other day after listening to the sales lady b.s. with a customer for 20 minutes about boots being shoplifted (rather than help costumers who were shopping) with my pocket full of cash. Drove the extra distance to guns galore and was in and out with my product for $170 dollars less. The selection is great too! 4 and a half stars is probably more accurate but with these savings and the lack of a partial star system they are getting the benefit if the doubt!

2022-02-26I would avoid this shop at all costs. If you want any sort of customer service, go elsewhere. This an angry fudd shop. I spent 1300$ on a new pistol which turned out to have manufacturers defects. The service is so bad that I would rather handle the warranty service on my own than return to this pathetic store.

2022-07-08Good prices. Good enough service. Has most things in stock. Lightning fast. Experienced.Could be a solid 5 stars if they were a little bit more talkative and welcoming. Not overwhelming just less mute or robotic. Also needs a few Mossbergs back there hah.The older gentleman at the other counter as someone else mentioned does a much better job than the younger people. Thats the world we live in though mostly. Otherwise a good store and I would go back.

2022-06-19I appreciate the folks who will “never return”. It leaves more stock (at great prices, mind you) for the rest of us. The folks here aren’t rude, maybe not the most talkative, but not rude.

2022-01-23This is a store that does a large volume of sales. They will typically have a gun in stock that other dealers do not and at reasonable prices. That being said, do your homework before you go. Because of the volume of people that visit, it is not the place to do your research. I have always known what I wanted when I arrived. The staff was very helpful and effient on getting the paperwork, backgound checks and checkout completed.

2022-01-22Great selection of guns, low prices but I talked to 3 different people and the customer service is terrible and dont buy any reloads from them, bought a box of 50 rounds of 38 sp. in the first 15 shots 4 of them were bad!!

2021-11-23Ive bought several guns here over the years and the customer service is hit and miss. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, while others are shockingly rude and ignorant. The selection is decent but the prices are not, you will almost always find a better deal at a big box store.

2021-10-19Been going here for years and just was checking the hours and noticed alot of poor reviews.Best selection of any gun shop with constantly revolving inventory. Everythings priced fairly, even with the current market Ive been able to snag deals and missed out on a few as well. Their Ammo prices are the best you will find short of ordering wholesale online currently. If you are looking for a friendly firearm chat, the older gentleman at the blackpowder counter is always a wealth of knowledge and is certain to brighten your day with a good conversation.
