Quick haircut for cheap! Ive paid over double at some other places & didnt get this good of a cut.
A lady cut mine and my boyfriends hair. While shaving the sides of his head she cut the end of his eyebrows off on both sides. Then after I was done getting my hair cut he showed me she walked over and denied it. Say no I didn’t it looks fine like she actually see him daily with attitude. Then we still gave her a tip and then she got a bigger attitude and said oh that’s it and was very rude. Should of took the tip back. If I go here again I will be asking for that guy that was working. He was as very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing, But most likely will not come here again.
Made the mistake of handing the girl my loyalty punch card which had a free hair cut before the before she actually started. There was no one in the store except me, so I have no idea why she cut my hair with such haste. The speed at which she cut my hair would have made someone think they were backed up during a grand opening and hair cuts were half off. I guess I need to blame myself for walking in without calling ahead to see if Abbey was available (she is the best one there, hands down and takes her time). I am going to try Dapper Gents across the road from now on, I dont care if I have to spend a few dollars more.
So I wanted an undercut, but instead she gave me a fade on the center? So, now I cant even comb my hair either way and not to mention she completely didnt care how I felt, didnt talk to me, nothing at all. Her biggest concern was, Couldnt wait to get a tea after this. Please go somewhere where theyre excited and care about your satisfaction, not where they care more about leaving, getting tea, and are bored and dont listen to you at all on your haircut, Im going to literally cut my hair off tomorrow morning.
Today wasnt a day. Usually they do a decent job. I went home to see my haircut and to my dismay I was left with not properly, uneven cut above one ear; I asked for a faded cut and that wasnt up to par neither. Let alone wasnt shown the final cut with the mirror. The hair will grow back but not sure if I will be back at this place again.

We had a terrible experience at the location on Groesbeck hwy and these awesome people fixed it. I was upset and brought to tears reliving how terrible was treated and these two fixed my son right up.
WORST SERVICE EVER. My husband asked for a mohawk and she said ok and just cuts off his while mohawk and we tell her what are you doing and shes like oh. The cut wasnt even and looks horrible. Never coming back. It was some lady that doesnt know how to cut hair.
They offer adequate haircuts for a reasonable price if you get a coupon from Kroger receipt. Recommend if you are in need of a quick haircut, they do a decent job for 14$.

Most generally I am really happy with my cut. But when I was in a few days ago. I specifically said just shorten the back, leave the sides long (bob cut) and just thin it a touch to take the bulk out. She did cut the sides, but by then it was too late. Figured I could still try and style it the way I always do. NOPE....my sides are so short I cannot do anything with it. WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR SOMETHING TO BE DONE A CERTAIN WAY PLEASE DONT DO IT HOW YOU THINK IT SHOULD NE UNLESS ASKED.
This review is to warn. Employee name: CrystalThis is what I requested: Leave 1.5 inches on top, #2 guard with fade on sides.Results: #8 guard shaved on top (leaving 1 inch), #2 guard on sides, no fade. Side burns noticeably uneven. Back cut uneven with pieces of hair not even cut off.I will not say anything about Crystal, but draw your own conclusions.

Took whole fam for cuts. All cuts were good. Hubbys is actually blended well! And they fixed a botched cut from qnother location on child. Plus all stylists were very nice!
Nora is great with calming down my 4 year old son when getting his hair cut and today Crystal did a great job with my fade.
My hair salon closed after many years. I gave this place a try and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Jen is the only one I will go to. She is personable and very good at at her profession. Great Clips is very lucky to have her.

Too k my wife in, she was treated horrible hair cut so uneven, all the while the hairdresser was telling us your such a mess I can’t fix this. What ever you do don’t go to this location ever .
Do not go here! I went in for simple fade and they messed it up beyond belief!
Run away if you see this location! The woman who was trimming my daughter’s hair had no idea what she was doing. I could cut like that and i m not even a hair dresser.

2022-07-27This store has some of the most patient ladies I have ever met. My son (non verbal autism) struggles with haircuts very much and Simron is the only person who can make him comfortable enough to even sit in the chair. All the ladies around him help to coach him a long to help her get all the strays and make him comfortable. It is very hard to find a place and people to take on that challenge but they are amazing! I recommend this place to any kiddo in need of back to school cuts 😊😊

2022-06-17Wish I could give lower than 1 star. Manager and staff were very rude, would not check price or if a coupon will apply before a haircut. This place is an actual scam along with the other stores owned but the same franchise owner around 23 mile. DO NOT VISIT HERE.

2021-09-03There were 3 hair stylists in the building and none were busy. I wish i were asked who i wanted to cut my hair. im not going to descrbe the employee but, it was the worst haircut experience i think ive had. She was absolutely silent, and when asking about how to cut my hair she didnt seem to understand, at all. the haircut was OKAY but then she did my beard and neck. completely uneven and many MANY stray hairs. she was going so fast with the trimmers she missed alot. very careless. i will never go back to a great clips or supercuts or anything of the sort ever again.

2021-04-08And in only gave it one star because I had too. They did a horrible job on my sons haircut. It was a simple cut and they wrecked it. It was all cut at different lengths. His bangs were not even cut even. Worse haircut he has ever had. I had to go home and my husband attempted to fix it. Never again!

2018-07-04Love going there for my sons haircut. He can be supremely difficult (he is 6) at best... but the professional staff know how to reel his 15 mile high personality in and get the hair looking great! I will not go any place else. They are awesome, and the results are fantastic.

2019-05-02This place did a fantastic job on my 2 youngest boys haircuts. The only thing I wasnt happy about was the temperature inside. It was probably 90° inside and it was warm outside so there was no escaping the heat until I got into my car and turned the a/c on.
