She is very responsive and works hard to find great insurance options that are reasonably priced. One example - a few years ago when my husband and I purchased a new home I reached out to another broker (who had helped insure a previous home) and Sue. Sue responded in a couple of days with a homeowners and car insurance package that looked great and the other broker didnt even respond for a couple of weeks (and they had not prepared any options at that point). I highly recommend this company!

Seriously? Who gives that kind of pro-active service in order to SAVE me money? And Sue/ HMA covers my home-owners insurance policy. THANK GOD!!! 3 years ago I was a first time own buyer and I had a major water/mold claim within the first year. She is always looking out for my best interest, has my back, and goes the extra effort to make sure I am covered and if I am late on payments reminds me before I get into trouble. I have so many policies I easily get confused from one to the other and I get so much mail from Mercury it would almost take a full time job to wade through it all. She is also awesome about how to strategize my coverage based on all of the different property types from rentals to homeowners to car insurance to classic car insurance to umbrella etc. Many times this stuff plays with and against each other and she takes the time to see whats happening in my life to make the insurance products work the best for me. I ask for Sue because I trust her as she knows what I need and gets it. I would never want to work with anyone else.
