I have a tendency to want to over insure, and I think many people would have just run with it and taken as much money as they could. Hamid has on numerous occasions gone over our coverage and explained what he thought I should get. End result is I have the coverage I need, and I am not paying for things I dont need.Recently a drunk driver lost control of his car and drove into our house causing some serious damage. Usually, the agents dont get involved in the claims process, but Hamid got things started with our claim and made sure we had what we needed in the moment. More important than that is a transparent and supportive agent who is on your corner whatever life throws at you. And also a reliable insurance that does what it is supposed to do when the times come. State farm by itself is a great insurance which deals with claims very quickly and graciously. Comment: I guess most of the time, insurance is one of those things you don’t think about until you need it. State Farm and Mr. Asemi have been taking care of me and my family for 16 years. The office is very responsive, professional and caring.I had a run of bad luck a while back (rear-ended 3 times in 2 years!) and Mr. Asemi and his team worked really hard for us to ensure we received medical care and our car repaired quickly and safely. In one accident, we were hit by an unlicensed and uninsured person and it took a long time and a lot of paperwork to get things settled. It could have been stressful, but Mr. Asemi’s team did everything they could to reduce our stress.Life has been pretty uneventful, but Mr. Asemi stays in contact and (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) makes sure that our coverage is updated and will take care of our current needs. Comment: My family has been with State Farm for over 30 years but only recently switched to Mr. Asemi’s office for our insurance needs. Out of the dozen agents we have been with over the 30 year span, Mr. Asemi is the 1st agent to actually genuinely care about us and showed genuine concern regarding our account. He took the time out on a Sunday for over two hours to go over every policy to ensure they are up to date and made sure we were not paying more than we needed.Prior to switching to Mr. Asemi’s office we contemplating leaving State Farm because we just didn’t feel the “good neighbor” appeal anymore. However, after joining Mr. Asemi’s office we are happy we stayed and hope that we can stay with his office for years to come.
