Thats not right. I will read paperwork again. By law, theres usually a grace period. Only then can you be locked out. And, come on, you should know your customers who are true to their word, who actually pay up. Thats good customer service. Thank you!

Being Homeless is difficult enough but finding out that some of our belongings were taken we feel violated. Material items can be replaced but special memories or special items can not. The staff & owners are very kind & provide excellent customer service. Hopefully there isnt any more issues or concerns in the future. Thank you.

Comment: Reserved in advance a Budget truck. Upon picking it up the truck was absolutely disgusting. The cab was littered with trash, peanut shells, lots of garbage. Front tire flat. No gas cap btw. Beware. Needless to say we didnt take the truck for our cross country move. If it looks like this cosmetically I cant imagine the mechanics are great. 🤮Update: The response from the owner is so ridiculous. How could I have inspected the inside if they didnt rent to me? Yes this reservation was made with my mothers credit card. As we are all moving together. Upon arrival they wouldnt honor the card I made the reservation with. I then provided them with my OWN card which the reservation was completed under. After viewing the truck I had to get a refund. This place is not only disgusting its completely dishonest.

This is perfect because I was able to spread things out. It gives me more access & I can begin sorting and removing items. I love that the bathrooms are accessible even when the office is closed. Comment: Drove 60 miles out of our way to pick up a rental truck I have reserved and an email confirmation for. I’m on time and get told the trucks out front are reserved and none of them are for me. I asked her to find out what happened with my reservation and she would not help me. So I go outside and call budget trucks to find out what is going on. She comes out and walks to a truck outside and makes a comment about my attitude and how she would not rent to me anyways. Wow!!!! Stay away from this place. And stay away from Budget trucks here. It was bad enough I drove out of my way to get the truck to find out it wasn’t here but to get a comment like that from her while I’m arguing with the budget rep on the phone. Go rent somewhere else folks.

Comment: Hammertown is my favorite. I use them all the time and have recommended so family as well. We are extremely happy with them. They provide excellent customer service and keep their grounds clean.
