From the moment I told him that I was going, he was rude and without any sympathy, I went to look for someone else and the very kind cashier told me that she would look for someone else. The person I had made my appointment with left and this man came back to me telling me that they wouldnt do anything for me and that I should look for the seller being again rude and arrogant.

Comment: I took my car to this dealership for service, after the service was done, I asked the staff get the key to check my car, I saw my car driver door and edge got really dirty, then returned to tell the staff. They said they would take care of it, but not at all. I told him your mechanic made my car dirty, you should take care of it, unfortunately he said that wont be take care of it, and the funny thing is he said: dont come back to my shop. oh really? Customers give your job and money. You know that most dealers will do a quick wash and clear your car after service, and this dealer did nothing. So please notice that when you take your car whatever dealer you should be taking some pics and video before you handle your car to them. Please remember that all of dealership only have one best mechanic only and all of other mechanics are new. hopefully this can help some people pay attention.

Comment: I hate to do this but if it will help other people then it’s good, I took my car in on march 9 th of this year and because of non communicative, arrogant and in competent staff, and inability to communicate with my warranty my car was there for 6 months, I had to write to the attorney general about this and an automotive repair investigation was done, I have been told that with this investigation I should get a lawyer, I have seen many negative reviews and realize I should have looked and read the reviews before I took it there, but they used to have great service and since they moved it’s become very bad, the service person jason town was rude, condescending and nonchalantly made me feel like a molecule, every time I spoke to him I was brought to tears that finally told him to speak to my son, I also reached out to gmc and their response was they are not responsible for the franchises, beware of this place I for sure will never return .

Comment: The quoted price I got when I made the appointment online was reasonable ($650.95) and included oil change, wiper blade replacement and spark plugs replacement. The price the service advisor, Jason, quoted was over $1400 higher than the online quote and only included 3 other services - engine & cabin filter replacement and transmission fluid exchange! The service advisors attitude went from friendly to combative when I questioned the price, and he even challenged my assertion that the $650 included spark plugs replacement. When I sent him a screen shot of the online quote, his attitude seemed to worsen. I had asked that nothing be done, including the oil change & wiper blade replacement that I originally requested, until we spoke again, however, when we spoke again, he said those items had already been completed.The combination of ridiculously high pricing (I got the additional 3 items plus spark plug replacement done elsewhere for less than half of the additional amount Jason quoted, BTW), and the salty, off-putting attitude of the advisor makes it highly unlikely I will come back, (after years of having various vehicles serviced there), or refer others there.

Comment: Sad, I even find myself here writing a review for a dealer service station that I have used since I first purchased both of my pickup trucks brand new off of the lot. But today, on 12/21/2022, I am upset and feel I was taken advantage of by a greedy service department. The one day my wife takes my truck for an oil change, its clear she was taken advantage of. I say this because its shameful that anyone would agree to pay 210 dollars for a diagnostic check based on a low coolant service message is unacceptable. Unfortunately my wife signed at the time of the drop off, but I personally would have never agreed to pay anyone that amount of money to tell me that I have bad coolant surge tank hoses. And this is coming from someone who isnt even a mechanic. Its shameful that a curtesy inspection wasnt offered as normally done in the past, and you come out paying nearly 400 dollars for what you thought was only an oil change. If this is the service that will now be offered at this dealership, I will no longer be taking my vehicles here for service any longer, nor do I recommend anyone else come here for service for that matter.

Comment: Just took my truck up to have my trailer brake switch on the dash of a 2015 Duramax replaced. Although the staff in the service department is great and very responsive it cost me over $400 to have a switch that takes about 15 minutes to replace. Everything snaps in. The switch itself is about 50 bucks for a OEM online. Seems like I paid about $370 labor for this. That is very expensive. With that being said the five star review comes from the staff that works in the service department. With prices like this it does make a person want to consider going to other places to have work done on their vehicles.

The next day I called to check on the status and was told they would get back to me. After an hour, the service writer had not contacted me. It seems that he was the only one working that day, and couldnt handle the workload to get back to me after 4 hours of waiting for a call back. The following day I finally received a ready call. A few dealership personnel seem to be carrying the load of many. Short of staff, or short of service?

I was told the dmv wold take what I had which was just the work order or receipt. They did not take it and when I called saying that I needed that paper in order to get my registration the service center was out and they would call me when they showed up or I could go somewhere else.... but I had the service done there why do the service if you cant fulfill everything to complete the service and then tell me its on me to figure it out horrible professionalism and laziness.

Comment: Went in November for regular maintenance. Ended up having another issue luckily for me I had an extended warranty. However one of the service reps pawned me off to the extended warranty company instead of looking at exactly what type of coverage I had . Which in turn Haneless covered the whole bill. But if I wouldnt have questioned anything I would have paid seven hundred dollars for a repair that was covered. Additionally I was suppose to receive rental reimbursement. Called resent a copy of the rental receipt nothing. Its February no reimbursement check which is covered by warranty as well as the service manager telling me they would reimburse because I had to wait an extra day for parts. The service isnt horrible but they could definitely do better. Starting with my reimbursement for my rental car.

The second time all I requested was an oil change and not to rotate my tires because they are brand new. it still took an hour.I requested information about a new windshield and suspension work, the guy who checked me in waited until I was ready to leave to look up the information I requested the previous hour. He acted like my time wasnt important, huge mistake.I had recall work that needed to be done the previous year but this dealership was unwilling to provide me a car while the work was being done, so I took it to the dealership in Concord who did provide me a vehicle.They also washed my truck when they were finished with the recall work! I bring my truck to Hanlees because it is closer to my home than Concord,but in the future I may make the drive to Concord because they have better service.My truck is a 2019 AT4.

I was calling because I had bought a car here from what was Volkswagen but they took over. Their answering machines still say “Volkswagen Dealership!” Anyway I was calling cause I paid my car in full and am due for a refund on the gap insurance.“Call back because he often forgets even if I get your name and number.” Was what I was told the third time I called (a week later). When I finally got a hold of him, he was mad and told me that he remembered me but there was nothing that he can do for me because This isn’t Volkswagen dealership. Ive had some frustrations with the GM recalls and software issues but none to the fault of the team at Hanlees Hilltop GMC/Buick. Young and his team rectified the issues, took time to listen to my frustrations, gave me a loaner car, gave a timeline and even included a free car wash/wax credit since they didnt have time to do so themselves (I wanted the car ASAP and not the next day - once again not a fault of their own).Have to leave a message with the service department but they will call you back promptly.Thank you Young/KC!

Comment: I bought a 2021 GMC Dinali truck day before Thanksgiving I drove the truck less than 40 miles to my work found out the rear passenger side tire was cut called my salesman immediately told him about the situation they said bring it in next week which I did when I got there they tried to tell me that I couldve ran over something on the freeway or a Coke can. I paid $70,000+ for a truck and this is the runaround theyre giving me. Its almost the end of February and they still have not resolved my complaint. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from here very lousy service I am reaching out to channel 7 news and trying to get an attorney because now I want to return my truck. The more Im thinking about this people please do your homework there is a lot of negative reviews for a reason. I had a simple tire issue that couldve been resolved immediately. My realtor and my financial advisor both were going to buy the similar truck like mine I stirred them away from this dealership and they ended up buying from Fremont GMC. You all have been warned please be careful really dishonest people here.

And when i talked to one of the guys there I was told to bring it back and there would not be any restocking fee too it but when I came back with the car it was bs they had no intention on taking the car back despite the fact I was told one price but given a different one. I would recommend that if loo anybody goes to them pay close attention to everything as a Matter of fact I would not recommend anybody to go to them. I was at point on coming back to them in the near future for another vehicle but after this I will never go back to them. Watch out for the smooth talker there. I called and they said it was a rebate for the 18 year model and the price was good. So i made the deal over the phone and paperwork via the web. Told the sales manager its a 4hr drive so i would like the truck to be ready when i arrive to make a quick turn around. I drive 4 hrs to buy the truck and when i get there the truck has a hole in the dashboard on the passenger side. This is a brand new truck with only 10 miles on it. Never once did they mention the issue with the dash. The point of buying a NEW Truck is that its new and free of damage. I told them that this is not acceptable and they then tried to sell me a 2019 for an additional 7000 dollars. What a scam. At that point i felt stuck since they only had the one 2018 and unless i wanted to drive home 4hrs without a truck or cash up 7k I was stuck with this deal. Then on top of it the dealer installed options were missing.The dealership is also very dirty and run down. Im sure it will be out of business soon. STAY AWAY!!!!

Comment: I called to get estimates for some work on my 2005 GMC Yukon. I was given a appointment and no quote for the estimates. I expressed I wanted estimates only. I arrived on Friday April 12.2019 at 1030. I was told that they would need to keep my car all day, Joe Perry the service worker would call me when they had the estimates. He handed me a paper and said sign there.. I said what is this permission to look at the car? he said yes and walked off.. I signed it under the impression that it was a work order to authorize them to just look at the car. Joe Perry called me at about 1:45 with estimates that were extremely high. He said over 2 grand for breaks and roters, and several hundred dollars for the rest including a Belt that would cost me 300.00...I told him I needed to talk to my husband and would like to pick up the car. He said to give him an hour and he would have it put back together. I asked him what the charges were for the estimates/diagnostic ..He said 437.50..I arrived with my husband shocked at this price. My husband asked Joe several times For what work? there was no work done to our car. Joe responded by telling him I signed an agreement to pay between $400-$700.00 I should be lucky he didnt charge us the $700.00!. At no time what so ever did anyone go over the possible charges with me before I left my car there. Nobody told me verbally that I could be responsible for fees between 400 and 700 dollars. Nobody went over the work order and discussed the charges for the estimates. It was very unprofessional of him to tell us he could of charged us more ! and we should be glad he didnt. We had to pay to get our car back but felt strongly that we were taken advantage of and greatly over charged. We would like to receive some kind of refund on the charges.Any other car dealership would give you an estimate up front to do the work.. most dealerships have a flat rate to get estimates. Also looking on your web site I see you also have specials on breaks and rotters which was never discussed with us or did anyone inform us about this. We will be following up with a more formal complaint and take appropriate steps in this matter. There is clearly some shady and unprofessional business being done here. There is no way I can with good conscious recommend this dealership to anyone.

Comment: My experience was excellent.My sales consultant was Cesar he was great.He was very determined and very nice I was so happy I had the pleasure of meeting him.Everyone that works there was nice and makes you feel welcomed they were helpful with my children as well.They also move very quickly I was only there for a few hours and out with my brand new car Im excited 😀😀😀😀.Thank you Cesar for you help!Great service, very friendly, top job

Comment: Terribly irresponsible. They sold a vehicle with broken stereo and didnt care any warranty. No interested in a fair deal but only taking more money from buyers. It was my mistake to trust these guys.============Its just your standard quality. When I complain about this, everyone in your shop was transferring my call to another. It is very strategic and a teamplay. I bought nissan leaf through the dealer Cezar, but I realized everyone else is not different from him. Im using the car without stereo cause you didnt give me the sd card and you dont take any responsibility of it.

Comment: I purchased my vehicle on 8:15 2017 I was taken for a test drive where someone hit me from behind the salesperson in the vehicle with me did not want to get the information from the driver that hit us instead he asked the driver to follow us back to the car dealership I kept telling him you should get his license or at least take a picture of it he did not listen. By then I was very upset I had to wait a long time to purchase the car which I was paying cash for . Then I had to wait to see a finance person to draw up my paperwork I waited a long time for that also once he drew up my paperwork he asked me if I wanted to sign up for a vehicle contract a warranty that I would pay in order to have coverage for replacement parts on my car. I did go ahead and pay him the $2,000 which then I also mentioned that if I find a better deal I will go with someone else. Well I end up finding a better deal he never informed me that I would have to wait a long long long long time for my refund which Im still waiting for until this very day its almost been a month now and Im still waiting for my refund of $2,000 the moral of the story is dont buy your car from hanlees

Comment: This place is a real scam! The phone numbers are now disconnected, the car we bought they added all sorts of GAP insurance and extended warranties to. We told them we didnt want any of that but when the contracts arrived there they were. We cannot reach the now defunct dealership and must try to deal directly with GM. Hope they are more honorable than these guys.

They told me that they only have one enclave on lot and that I have to wait six to eight weeks to ask again.Oh and after that he said that if I did not want to come to the dealership and talk to him he is not interested in my business.No wonder buick is a deal brand.
