Comment: Sunny was very welcoming from our first visit, and encouraged our kids to play and practice and get a feel for the different keys. We went back for a 2nd visit after taking a look a look at other local stores and she gave us an update on the piano we were interested in. She was friendly and patient with all of our questions and really helped guide us on what were looking for. Would definitely come back again since we got our first piano here at Hanmi.

Comment: Customer service was bad. One lady working there and she hardly acknowledged me or the people I was with. When we asked questions she dismissed us. Store was a little trashy. There was water damage to the ceiling in the back and water had clearly dripped on a grand piano so it had water marks and rusted strings. I wouldnt recommended going here to buy a piano.

Comment: The customer service for this Hanmi Piano Yamaha shop steps in the high octave of the scale. We, as a family, did not expect much while strolling into the store like everyday citizens. Nevertheless, two people greeted us warmly and quickly without the slightest need to ask for service. On top of that, Sunny, another person who works here, is not a person who just sells piano. She is an angel who serves for those in need while adhering to honesty. Not only is she knowledgeable about the different types of piano, its features, and its manufacturer, she genuinely desire to help us buy what we need. The service and low desire for self gain only grants them a five star review.

Comment: I had an amazing experience with Sunny, she was very informative and straight forward; with the pandemic, she did not sugar coat the arrival time of our Yamaha piano. The ETA was roughly 4-6 months, but to our surprise it arrived 2 months later. Not saying all will have an early arrival time but it was nice that it did. Sunny called us immediately when she got word to schedule the delivery. Delivery was smooth as I can imagine. I would definitely recommend checking out Hanmi Piano if you are in the market for a piano, and don’t forget to ask for Sunny!

Comment: I bought my digital piano Yamaha YDP-162R at Hanmi and Im very happy with my purchase. First impression if the store is the inside is very nice with a wide variety of piano selections from acoustic to digital. The manager Julia is very friendly and helpful who greeted me with a very welcoming attitude. She showed me around and helped me find the best piano for my budget. She also let me test playing the pianos that I like so I can have an idea of how they feel and sound. She is very easy to work with ended up giving me a good deal on the piano that purchased. Quick and easy no hassles. I dont live too far from the store so they offered me free delivery to my place as well. The lady delivered it, helped me carry the big heavy box in the house and even showed me how to put the pieces together to make sure I can do it myself without making mistakes. The Yamaha YDP-162 plays and sounds great for the price that it is. It has a closer feel and sound to that of an acoustic piano. I am a very picky person when it comes down to the realistic feel of the instrument and I am happy with the quality that I get for the price I pay. I would totally recommend Hanmi piano to anyone who is looking for a place to get a great piano with a reasonable price and with friendly staff members. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the purchase and definitely come back in the future when I eventually save up enough to upgrade to a nicer piano. Thank you Hanmi!!!
