Referred by my neighbor, I called Harvey and Sons to have my septic tank cleaned out. They came out within the week, were very professional, cleaned the twin & installed a riser so my septic tank can be easily accessed in the future. The service was great & the price was right. They were also able to clean out my other neighbor’s tank the same day.
I called Harvey and Sons to empty my 3 septic tanks. They were able to fit my house into their schedule within two days. They were professional, friendly, and affordable... And I found out they serviced my address with the previous owners. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding a septic system and even made recommendations on how to improve it. I will be calling them in 2 years as a repeat customer!
Robert was very helpful, he explained everything in detail. We are first time home owners so this was very much appreciated. He gave us recommendations regular maintenance. He was able to provide service same day, work with our busy schedules, he made sure things were working before he left. I will definitely be using this company for all future services. They emptied out our septic tank. We had already dug the hole to the lid, so they were able to do their job quickly, and in the time slot they gave us.Its been a few years and the price went up, thats why I didnt give a five. Also, they only have a small window of availability during the day, which makes it difficult for people that work the day shift.Otherwise, we were satisfied with their service. Thank you!
Quick to respond and went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and make it to my area. I called several companies and they were the most reasonably priced.Owners showed up, answered many questions I had during the cleanout, and instructed me on how to properly maintain the system.I highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Harvey & Sons cleaned (pumped out) my septic tank today 8/31/20. They come out every 2 years; this was their 6th visit. As usual, they were quick, clean, and friendly. I called to make an appointment Friday afternoon and they were here first thing Monday morning. Easy.They always check condition of my system and let me know if its operating normally. When we first moved in years ago, they explained the issues we were having with the plumbing. After having the field replaced its just been regular cleaning. Well see them again in 2 years!
When I called, I was told they were booked for the day. After explaining it was kind of an emergency, I was given the drivers number to see if he could squeeze me in. Bob was able to get to my problem in about an hour. He was very pleasant and professional. Price was VERY reasonable as well. Thank you so much!
My wife called to schedule a septic pump out appointment and whoever the woman is thats answering the phones for this company is extremely rude! So rude, I had my wife call and schedule with another company that Im paying more money to. When she called to cancel the appointment with Harvey and Sons the woman was even more rude than on the initial call. Customer service goes a long way with me!

2022-03-23Harvey and Sons was the best service we have received since transitioning from sewage lines to septic. Bob was absolutely incredible. Him and his team showed us how to clear a small clog, how to see if septic is the issue and also was very honest with his evaluation. 2022-05-23Used Harvey and Sons for the first time today for a septic clean out. They arrived during the specified timeframe and were incredibly professional and courteous! They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided some helpful maintenance tips for the future. The whole process took about 25 minutes. 2022-04-07When my regular septic service didn’t answer their phone when a plumbing issue had me in need of a clean out immediately, I called Harvey and Sons instead, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. They were responsive, quick and thorough, listening to all the issues and working hard to make sure we took care of the problem the first time. I’ll be calling them first from now on- I highly recommend them!

First time i used them, it will not be the last...They attempt to inform you and help maintain your septic tank, not upsell unnecessary treatments and gimmicks. 2022-02-15Had them pump my septic tank out, called them first thing in the morning and they were at my house not even an hour later. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and gave me the name and number to the driver of the truck. Also the guys that came and pumped my septic were very helpful with trying to fix my situation. (everything in my house isn’t draining) they gave me options and tips and even a number to a plumber to snake my drains if I couldn’t get it figured out myself. Would recommend them to anyone.

2022-06-08Horrendous experience on the phone from the time the woman answered. I told her we had a septic inspection done with the inspection on the home we we’re purchasing (in January) and were told to get it cleaned by this summer because it wasn’t cared for. She immediately had a nasty attitude and told me the company that the mortgage company used to inspect our home must’ve not been certified bc they should’ve done a pump at the same time, but all they did was put a camera in the piping to make sure it was all clear since the home was neglected for a few years. I told her that they are certified because it was needed before we signed the final purchase of the home and she told me I’m wrong and would not let me finish any sentence and kept repeating herself. I told her I didn’t want to argue and just would like to book an appointment please and she hung up on me!Horrendous customer service. I will never call here again.

2021-10-20I had my septic tank system drained and they were great. They were on time and fast. Very personable guys. They had a wealth of knowledge about the system and answered any question I had. They gave me tips on how to keep my system up and even gave me a military discount because he notices my Marine cap. I will only use them for this and I recommend them for any other service they provide. They are good people!

They were timely, professional, and very helpful. They thoroughly educated me on my septic tank, as I just moved into a house with a septic tank for the first time.
