ABC Warehouse/Hawthorne Appliances has better prices than any stores out there. Saves having to play the “shopping around game” and going back and forth. The sales manager Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave my wife and I space to make our decision. I highly recommend them!
I was surprised with how approachable the staff was. They were knowledgeable, and assisted me with everything I needed. The selection was far greater than what I was expecting, and I was grateful to have the hands on experience along with the knowledgeable staff to assist me. It’s a refreshing experience in this new “amazon” world. More businesses need to follow the example Hawthorne Appliance has set!

Overall visiting this store was a Great experience, clean environment, friendly, and helpful staff. Specifically, Jared Rios was the sales associate that helped me, he was incredibly knowledgeable on products and had a nice up beat energy to him. 2022-06-16I am extremely pleased with every aspect that the Holland, MI store has had to offer. From the minute I walked in the store, I was greeted professionally and courteously. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about every product of which I inquired. The Manager was exceptional. I have had several challenges concerning timing with the construction site for my home. JT went above and beyond to help facilitate a smooth transition concerning my issues. Because of his kindness and professionalism, I purchased my washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, hood range insert, microwave, etc. from ABC Warehouse. Customer service has been second to none! I highly recommend ABC Warehouse. Especially, under the current management.

2021-11-26Our washer quit a few weeks ago and we wanted to wait for black Friday to get a new one. We’ve purchased from Hawthorne before and have always had a good experience so we went there again today. Chris was very friendly and made us feel welcome right when we walked in. We knew the GE model of washer we wanted and he worked within our budget to make it happen. As a matter of fact, we ended up UNDER budget by 22 cents. Every little bit counts! Thank you. Chris, for not giving us the typical “sales pitch” bit rather listening to what we wanted, what we could spend and working hard to make it happen. Highly recommend working with Chris!

2021-06-02My mother and I were on a mission to purchase a refrigerator and a washer/dryer set. We stopped at a few places before going to Hawthorne Appliance and we are so happy we did. We were approached by Dirk, he was so helpful, patient and very informative. He honestly deserves more then five stars. I would recommend anyone going to him, he will definitely help you with your purchase.

2021-09-20We had an very good experience mattress shopping. Not a huge selection, but Dirk was very helpful in getting us matched up with a mattress we are enjoying. Only reason this is not a 5 star rating is the delivery was delayed by a week from when we were told we would receive the mattress. Once it arrived, the delivery crew did a nice job setting the platform and mattress up for us.

2020-12-11Bought our general electric café series gas range from Matt at Hawthorne appliances. Service was great salesman was very knowledgeable and communicated with us and the general electric rep With updates on our delivery. We love the new Range And we could not of bought it for less money anywhere else. Go see Matt at Hawthorne appliances in Holland.
