From day one, every request is easily fulfilled--from equipment rentals, answering questions and (most importantly) the patience to explain what my options are for the job needed. Randy is the best!Giffen definitely takes care of us & is the only rental company we use at JW Facility Services & Construction.ps. we loved the Appreciation BBQ too!

Comment: Super easy experience renting a forklift for pallets of paver tile. Randy was a breeze to connect with, smooth over the phone payment, easy drop off, no pressure on timeline; within reason, I had it in total 4-5 days weekend included...super easy pickup. Generally speaking, if you need an industrial tool that’s way outside normal life, these guys have your back.

Comment: I purchased a scissor lift late last year from Griffin Ventura. After having looked around for the better part of half a year, I came across their site, scanned their listings and was drawn in by their pricing. The only issue was their location; Im located in the inland empire, so the distance was a concern of mine. However, after exchanging correspondence with Randy and having my questions answered promptly and thoroughly, I was convinced to pay them a visit. When I arrived, I was attended by Randy, who was helpful in educating me on the lifts they had available, and aided me in finding one that suited my budget without sacrificing what I needed from it in terms of performance and function. When I had narrowed my results down, I began negotiating and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were willing to work with me on that behalf as well. I purchased the lift on the spot, feeling (and knowing) that I had received a great deal, and fully trusting that they had done right by me. A few weeks later, my scissor lift was shipped to my company, and I cant say enough good things about the way they treated me from beginning to end.
