On this particular visit, the bud tenders were very rude and disrespectful to us. One of the key skills in the service industry is people skills. This is very unfortunate because my previous visits were very good and the staff was excellent.
These workers are very professional and chill. They were so helpful for my first time. Prices were better than most places. Expect some tax I bought some of finest flower Ive ever seen. Its a small place but they really do love their job and helping their customers. Thank you Heads!! Consider me a customer for as long as I live.

With the combination of selection, prices and service, I find Heads to easily be one of the, if not THE, best dispensaries in Southern Michigan. With Mercedes assistance, the experience was one of many that have yet to disappoint.

Excellent dispensary!!! So many options for pain relief and edibles. Tons of flower to choose from! But the customer service was bar none the best. A storm came through as we were checking out and the store lost power. The manager stepped in and got everything taken care of so we could still make our purchase without power. All the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Best experience!!

Everyone was great. I went in for some flower, talked to a pretty girl from redemption who gave me some free stuff including a bag, lighter, some stickers, and a free preroll, then I was given another free preroll because it was my birthday by another pretty girl. Front desk and bud tenders were all really nice the registered and got me thru super fast, the rewards is 1$ per point and there are some great deals in the rewards the thing I liked best about the place was they had a laminated list of there items and prices made picking out items way easier.

I have to tell you, Heads was A-MAZING and my budtender Lauren was so GREAT!! I went to a different place before them and they ruined my order!! I went to Heads on my way home, went in told then the story of what happened, they were so apologetic (and it wasnt their faults) so I knew I was in the right place! Lauren killed it with her knowledge of what I was looking for and all the different effects it was going to have. I will NEVER go to another store after the phenomenal experience in Heads!! Went in asked for the high percentage carts online were advertized for much higher thc rating. Advertized for 89 88 and 86 actual numbers were 78 77 and 76. Was super disapointed considering it was 140 bucks. Thanks.... i coulda got that at home.

Such an awesome experience. Everyone was courteous, helpful and friendly! The bud tenders were knowledgeable and actually helped guide us into educated choices instead of just “Oh yeah, I smoked that last night and it was good.” The prices were better than I’ve seen at other places and the range of products offered was pretty large. I wish I could remember everyone’s names that worked today to give them a shout out, unfortunately all I remember is Jessica. Everyone was easy to talk to and we didn’t feel rushed or like we were bothering them. 1000% will be back!

This was my first time at Heads and Jacob was so helpful in helping me pick out different products to try for my needs of insomnia, chronic back and knee pain. Jacob listened to what I was saying or asking, he was so awesome. So I selected different delivery methods to try, topical rub, chewable gummies, vape products, liquid filled capsules and tintures. I highly recommend Heads and will return there for my future needs. Hopefully Jacob will be there to help me again. Plus my first time visit was 20 percent off and that gave me more to spend.

I’ve only been here twice but I had a good experience each time. Very clean in the lobby and showroom. The have an atm in the lobby. The receptionist both days were nice. The bud tender, I believe his name was Ryan, helped me in both occasions and was helpful and friendly. I’ve tried about 7 different strains animal mints, Larry og, Thai piekey, punch breath, gmo, and agent orange. They had decent pricing and and different variety of strains on both visits. I was honestly satisfied with everything. I’ll more than likely be back.

They have very pleasant employees who are also knowledgeable about their products. The store is secure and clean. They also have a loyalty club and you get points for each purchase and the points can be traded for money off your order or trade them for a product or a tshirt.

The store is very clean & makes you feel comfortable while waiting and shopping. No haggle - straight to the price, but they are more than willing to help you find what is best for your situation, recreationally or medically. The only place we will buy from here on out!

2022-02-15###UPDATE 02/15/22###I missed last month, but this dispensary has now become a bi-weekly to monthly quest to acquire the best product at the best prices. Tried their flower, it was solid. I especially enjoyed Big Head, and their indica strains. I have purchased carts, flower, edibles (hard candy, gummies, and RSO), clothing, and supplies from this spot and have never had a bad experience. Seriously hope that they get cleared for mail orders at some point soon, but for now this trek, has at least kinda almost as exciting as acquiring bud was in the late 90s and early 2000s. Ugh***Update for visit on 11/21***So, I went ahead and updated my rating of heads as I paid a quick visit to the competition in the area and they are nowhere near the level that this dispensary is at! The staff is spot on! Mercedes was extremely helpful in helping me with a rather large order. She was very knowledgeable and quick to locate the products I was describing. She also used incredible active listening skills and treated me like a preferred customer when all the surrounding dispensaries that popped up seem to just be interested in trying to get your money. This time my overall rating has gone up to 10 out of 10!*** end of 11/20 visit...First, I would like to mention that this was my first visit to this dispensary. Everything about the experience was especially awesome and I truly felt like a kid in the candy store at this place. My budtender, Harry, was knowledgeable and guided me to where I needed to go. The only thing I could come up with as a negative was the wait time to check-in and actually get taken back which was obviously no fault of the staff that was present, it just happened to be a very high traffic time to go. The prices were the best I have personally seen from the standpoint of an Ohio medical marijuana patient normally so it doesnt take too much to impress me in the pricing area as what we have available in OH is ridiculous compared to what is available simply by taking a quick road trip to this dispensary (more than 3 hours in one direction away...worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!) to be extremely satisfied with the best alternative to literally ANYWHERE currently in OH. Also, while Harry was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and respectful, literally EVERYONE of the staff treated me with the same respect and were very efficient in keeping the large influx of clients that showed up at the same time moving as best they could, but the demand seems to overshadow the supply when everyone is waiting 45 min to a half hour to even start the selection process wasnt the best, but it seemed that if the dispensary had more staff the long wait times could be circumvented and the process would have been so much smoother. Overall great experience!!! 8.75 ******** outta 10 **********Also, as an aside, I did not take these amazing photos nor do I claim to own them in any way. The photos are so amazing I had to use them. Kudos to the photographer!

2022-01-12Very friendly people, the merchandise legit. The whole set up was great and very affordable. Jacob the man that helped myself and my husband very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend heads to others. And definitely would give ten stars across the board, if I could. Selection and prices were great only thing would of expected more for a first time customer barely got 20 percent off and a pre roll which last night when I placed the order was told I would get but other than that quality is great

2021-01-30Had an absolutely exceptional experience at heads! The store has a wonderful homie and open theme to it along with having all guidelines and stipulations in place so you can safety shop and enjoy your in-store experience despite the times! This store is the first location in Adrian I have visited that had a triple bowl hand pipe for purchase and it works flawlessly. Also really wanted to point out my pre-roll purchase (Mint Chocolate Chip 1g Pre-Roll by Apothcare) it was $16 but here is the kicker it was 31% (31.014 to be exact) thats a fantastic bang for your buck! The quality of the product was great, smooth all the way around and would recommend to all! No matter the products your looking for (merchandise, edibles, flower, etc) the staff has the best communication amoungst themselves and are a wealth of knowledge to satisfy all of your needs everytime! Shout out to the amazing staff that helped my fiancé and we love you guys Kelsey, Taylor, Ryan!!!!
