A golden nugget tucked away in a beautiful setting. Owners greeted us at the door with a smile and helped with our bags. Gave recommendations on where to get a great dinner and right on the mark for sure. Our group was just amazed at the beauty. We felt comfortable. We enjoyed and laughed for hours. We were awakened the next morning by a smell of coffee and a breakkfast fit for a Queen and King. Thank you for making our visit so special.

I had the most relaxing time during my stay at Heartwood Place. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The food was wonderful. The services that they offered were so relaxing. I highly recommend anyone to stay here, Mary Alice was so welcoming, and very helpful with giving us ideas of things to do and place to go in the area. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

This place was top notch. The home was absolutely stunning, the detail to the woodwork and the construction was first class just like the service and the hospitality from both Mary, the owner, and her husband Ray. They made both my husband and I like family from the time we walked in the door till the time we walked out. Thank you for an amazing experience.

The most amazing experience! We happened upon HeartWood Place via the enternet after realizing the hotel we had booked had serious issues. So we ventured back to cyberspace and found this most beautiful B&B with the most peaceful & serene spirit. Sadly we were only able to stay the night. However, to our delight we did get to enjoy Mary Alices delightful breakfast and the company of another couple celebrating another year of life and we met Ray. I assure we will return. We stayed in the Serenity room....and will look forward to future stays in rooms either of Peace or Tranquility as well as other rooms to soothe the soul. We can hardly wait for the Day at the Spa THANK YOU MARY ALICE & RAY for such a stress reducing surprise! ♡♡♡

Everything very clean. The owner a nurse also gives the massages. The grounds are very large and secluded. We saw deer The first hour we were there. As nice and affordable as HEARTWOOD PLACE is i find it hard to believe they have not had to expand, they certainly have the land to do so. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or vacation spot this ss perfect, and you are close to Adrian city limits with all their Restaurants and interesting placesAlready making reservations for next stay

My stay was absolutely AMAZING! The house is gorgeous and everyone I met was soooo personable and friendly. They truly go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect!!! I will return!

This place is amazing tucked back in the woods is a great setting. Mary is over the top with service and accommodations. WeWill differently be back.
