Seriously such a great company to work for! I’ve been here 7 months and I truly do love my job! I have such a great relationship with my coworkers and the field staff employed through us! I would highly recommend any friends to work here! We are under new ownership and have such good new employee incentives! ❤️

With the lady I am now taking care of now because they could not ever find coverage for her when one of there people called in. They constantly had the staff complain about not getting paid or not receiving pay stubs to see what was going on. They had a staff member come in and rip multiple briefs when changing the lady which she pays for herself. They constantly made her worry because she didnt no if she was going to have someone to come take care of her the days they were scheduled to have someone come in.

Great company to work for!!!!! It truly is a family atmosphere. Ive been here for 5 years and couldnt ask for a more caring staff, they are my second family. The office and field staff work well together to make sure our clients get the BEST care possible.

I have been working with Helping Hands Nursing out of the Saginaw, Mi office for about 9 months now. I absolutely love working for this company. They work with you on your schedule and are pretty flexible. Every time I have called the office, theres always a friendly voice on the other side and care for not only their clients but employees as well.

Had a scheduled interview for a office manager position. I arrived early dressed appropriately. The person who was supposed to interview me never showed up, or the girls at the front desk never let him know I was there either way no interview took place I waited 30 minutes and I left. Never got a returned phone call to reschedule interview. Very unprofessional. The only thing I could think of is they dont hire black people to work in there office! I would never apply for any job at helping hands and I make sure to tell all my family and friends who are in healthcare the same!

Todd has been so helpful! We had an issue with our insurance and needed to jump through many confusing hoops to get your secondary insurance to cover services. Todd was there every step of the way and even called GHS anytime I was told inaccurate information from them. I can’t even count how many times I’ve called him in the last few days. He’s answered every time and was able to resolve each bump in the road. I cannot speak highly enough of him or the whole center.

I have been working at Helping Hand Nursing service for a year and a half now, and I absolutely LOVE this company. When I first interviewed here and met with the owner/ceo and chief administrative officer, I knew this company was where I wanted to work & continue my career. They were so personable, kind, warm hearted, and inviting, that I could see how great of a homecare company this truly was. I believe any position within homecare should never be or feel like just a job because homecare is more than that. Homecare is changing people lives, both clients and caregivers. At Helping Hand we provide the opportunity for clients to stay in their own homes while receiving the care they need, and helping them improve their quality of life. We also provide positions to caregivers, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, and nurses to work in a field they love, and to know they are making a difference every single day. Working for Helping Hand and being apart of the team is such a blessing to me and I am thankful for this. I love homecare, I love our team at Helping Hand, and I love this company!
