Beautiful facility. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 1ST I made me an appointment at 1pm I arrived 1:05 had to go threw several services before getting seen so it took 10 to 15 minutes for appt. Done. Well my daughters apt was next she came in and it took the insurance lady a good 15 to 20 minutes to figure out the insurance. We were there and on time but because this lady held us up and it made us late. So they cancelled this appointment *not our fault*. I am a nurse I do NOT have endless days and time off work for appointments. Really.
Every time you walk into Optim eyes in Bloomfield Township you will find a big guy who is super super proper. Honestly, I walked in that place enough times and Nick is consistently about customer service but it is not the protocol customer service using the Henry Ford soundbites it’s natural. I asked him one day if he got his “home training” from mom and he told me yes but a big influence came from his grandparents. The grandparent Era of yesterday is so profound. You’ll get gentle, calm, patient & respectful interaction as soon as he acknowledges your presence until you leave. Oh he also blesses anybody’s sneeze. H. F. Please validate the face of your entities. Thank you
Very good, friendly, knowledgable, enthusiastic staff, new clean facility, very accomodating, cant say enough. Scheduled my cataract surgery to fit my work schedule. I never give 5s, where else is there to go? Update. I had my right eye cataract surgery so now Im glasses free. Great staff from top to bottom. Dr. Nika is the best.
Absolutely great!!! Been there for the OB, pediatric, walk-in clinic, and labs, always super fast, very professional, follow guidelines to keep everyone safe during COVID. Would recommend to anyone looking for great doctors who listen to the patients and go above and beyond their jobs to help you. Love them
I have been trying to get my depression medication prescription fulfilled for a week now because they messed it up. The people that answer the phones here blatantly hang up on you and transfer you to the wrong lines as if this building isnt always literally empty. As if they’re busy and cant do the job they get paid to do. I’m just trying to get my pills so i can never come here again but this place needs to be shut down. I also left the review about the paps mear. They are horrible with communication here. And dont care.
On 7/11/20 had a walk in clinic consultation with Dr Arifa Malik for a problem that has been giving a very bad throat Issue in the case my wife . It was a very scary situation in these COVID19 days.The physician within a minute diagnosed it correctly , reassured us , provided necessary tests waited for the results and gave us such confidence by her very caring ways and an exceedingly versatile professional competence that we felt we were being treated & cared for by our own personal physician .What more ; she called us twice in two days as follow up steps to ensure my wife was feeling better.The MC was spotlessly clean , well maintained & spacious .The staff manning the counters / desks too were quite professional so also was the pharmacist on duty.A really great & satisfying experience.
Made an appointment at the walk in clinic, showed up on time. No one else waiting to be seen. Registration lady was rude and mean. Nurse who took vitals was rude and clueless to what was going on. I am currently waiting for my X-ray results, and have been sitting in the room for over 2 hours with no word from anyone. Facility is new, but not impressed with the facility or staff. Was thinking of changing my primary care to Henry Ford. That will NOT be happening.
PUTTING PATIENTS AT RISK DURING COVID19I went in for an appointment today for my infant son. When I came in I was advised that their infrared thermometer gun was broken, and I would need to REMOVE MY MASK AND TO GIVE AN ORAL READING! Yes, a hospital asked me to remove my mask to give my temperature. I can not believe a hospital is putting peoples lives at risk like this! what if the gentleman who took my temperature was asymptomatic or presymptomatic, or what if the person who walked in before me was infected with COVID19 and I breathed that air unprotected. I love my doctors and the staff but I am disappointed that whoever is in charge thinks this is acceptable! I am LIVID. I have reported the hospital to the state because they are putting peoples lives at risk!
Monica Payne was the person who drew my blood. She was excellent, kind and caring. Cicely Turner checked me in and she was also super pleasant. I would definitely go there again.
I can only review the Henry Ford.blood draw lab at this location. This is the only time Ive been. Usually I am har to draw blood from and there is one person in that lab by the name of Briana that is so professional and so good I She got it on the 1st try.
Nice new faculty but service is horrible. Made an appointment for the walk in clinic arrive on time there was no one there and still had to wait for 45 minutes to see the doctor who wasnt helpful. Said I may have been exposed to the flu and didnt test me only for strep throat. Now I still feel horrible. Obvious no need for an appointment.
Walk in Clinic at the Bloomfield Twp location is clean and staff is very friendly. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable doctors on board. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Love this new location..clean and very nice inside and out I usually go to the one on Livernois because it’s way closer to me. But had to go here during the pandemic. I love it and have no problem driving farther for better service. I love my new doctor. Obgyn doctor Alfiad she’s so nice !!!
I find the services great at this location. Initially, I got certain treatments and it has grown to nearly all my service and treatment needs. Next, I will try their physical therapy team...stay tuned!😊
I have been seen in 3 different offices, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Physical Therapy, all 3 have been great. I haven’t had to wait longer then 10 minutes upon arrival, the staff is very friendly, and the offices are extremely clean (even pre Covid)!!
I have been coming to this site for lab work monthly. If you reserve your spot online it is a very quick process. Friendly employees, clean and plenty of room. Very nice facility.

Everybody was so friendly, its a lilttle space age looking and bland but staff was very kind and my doctor is patient and attentive.

I love the facility and doctors.My concerns are with the greeter at the main entrance. Theres a newer male employee that has been here for about 3-4 months. He is the first person to screen you at the main entrance doors, which consists of any covid symptoms and do you know where youre going. He consistently displays curtness with multiple patients. He acts as if hes inconvenienced by the presence of the patients entering the facility, makes snippy comments, shakes his head, laughs and mumbles under his breath as theyre walking away. He is especially impatient with the elderly and cuts them off and talks over them if they cannot answer or move fast enough to his liking.In addition, he is often on his cellphone loudly watching movies and loudly speaking on lengthy personal calls, which often include swearing.I witnessed this behavior again today, June 27 between 11am and noon!I cannot believe that Henry Ford Hospital would not be aware of this employees completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! Ive been under physical care 2-3 times a week for months now, sitting in the waiting area often, and this is not a good representation of Henry Ford Hospital. Management needs to start monitoring and do a performance review. Ill provide updates as they become available.

2022-04-26I LOVE this new facility. The staff are friendly, helpful where ever I go. The pharmacy is amazing and the staff are the best! I would like to see Behavioral Services there.

2022-04-15This new building is not handicap accessible. They have the old style wheel chair thats had to maneuver for handicap people. Im handicap and can use one of my arms, no one ask to help and the people sitting around just dropped their head when they saw me. Please get some scooters so handicap people can be independent 🙏🏾

2022-01-10Scheduled appointment. It was very quick and there was no wait time. Staffs were very friendly and the doctors were great. This place was well maintained and follows Covid-19 protocols. Overall the experience was awesome!

2021-06-25Great experience - established my primary care physician at this location and had a physical. Everything ran on time (including lab, X-ray) and everyone very professional and friendly. Use of MyChart app allows all results to come right into me securely - very nice use of technology. Highly recommended.

2021-04-24Somehow they had my review taken down but i made an appointment for a pap smear here because i thought i had cancer. Dr Alfaed canceled my appointment without ever telling or contacting me or anything. So when it came time for my appointment I didn’t have one and had to make a new one another month out. I was extremely depressed and cried about it several times. The fact they had my review taken down is sick. They do not care about your life or health here. They just want to get paid to do nothing all day.

2020-07-09Beautiful,spacious facility with plenty of room to social distance Not very crowded either, at the time of this writing, and I have yet to wait more than a minute or two to be seated in my exam room once I reach my doctors waiting area. It is strange though, that you cant call your Doctors office directly - you must call the general info number for the whole building and then they handle communicating with your doctor for you. The call staff is very friendly but it does seem to waste a lot of time from my perspective. Also, if you enter from the main lobby they make you check in twice - at the front desk, then send you to your floor where you check in again. My doc says to enter from the parking structure directly and you wont have this problem but I havent tried it yet.

2020-02-17I came here for an eye exam. I was very pleased with my doctor. She was super professional and really good at figuring out exactly what prescription my eyes needed. Steven the optician was very professional and helpful in helping me pick out my glasses. I will always come here for my yearly eye exams. A Beautiful, clean, elegant, nice new building. Highly recommend to all to come here for optometry needs! 10 stars for an amazing experience!
