If you care about your prenatal health DO NOT COME HERE. Dr. Espy (the obgyn) was the most careless and nonchalant doctor I ever came in contact with, I absolutely didn’t feel safe with my maternal health in her hands. Luckily I started going to Henry Ford hospital in west Bloomfield and receive good care as well as more professional staff.
Worst hospital and nursesVery lazy they dont do their job i hit the buttonTo get help regarding iv or something else you literally have to wait half hour for the nurses to come to your room they see the light blinking and continue chat with each other about random stuffSo disappointed in the staffI don’t recommend this place at all stay away.
Optimeyes is costly but you get what you pay for in regards to a full complete examination, technical & administration support, frames & optics.Best if you have a insurance policy that will assist in reducing the overall costs & or if you provide them your own frames to have new lenses fitted if & when possible.Currently they enforce a strict Covid-19 policy which is inconvenient for shoppers & visitors regardless if you have been vaccinated & or that you don’t pose a health threat. Those that have not been vaccinated or feel they need or want added protection should take extra precautions. Myself; I will definitely wait until the restrictions are lifted or have a emergency issue before I would ever consider doing business there again. When is enough, enough already?
EVERYONE here is wonderful!! Knowledgeable, caring, honest and friendly! I brought complete chaos with my dogs and they were so patient and not only smiled but made me feel like they truly enjoyed my brood! Pricing was great and they worked with my needs and limits. ❤️❤️❤️
It took 8 weeks for my glasses to come in. I was not contacted about the delay. I had to inquire about the delay myself. After 4 weeks I was told the would be in that Wednesday to just come in. When I arrived no glasses. Did not receive for another 3 weeks. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience.
My “tech”, Kate, was a joy to work with, exhibiting just the right amount of patience , understanding and knowledge at the appropriate times. She suggested options, gave opinion and overall, acted in a professional manner all the while helping me decide on glasses and frames. Thank You Kate !
Even in difficult times, optimeyes in Dearborn goes way above expectations and makes sure that everything is safe and everyone feels cared for. Dr. Browski is very thorough. Picking out glasses was a fantastic experience because of Deana. She’s just so upbeat and positive that she even makes picking out glasses when you’re wearing a mask seem like fun. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
Im totally over it all at this point. Im an asthmatic and I have fibromyalgia , two autoimmune diseases which makes me a sitting duck for covid and its variants. Because of my health issues I cannot be safely vaccinated. I experienced a minor asthmatic flare due to a chronic bout of acid reflux and my aggravated allergies so I inquired about a couple of days of steroids just to take away the inflammation. In order to get it I have to drive on zero sleep and risk my life and my families lives just for him to go yup heres your steroids and the risk far out-weighs the reward. Im not asking for narcotics. In addition, I started getting treated differently when I was honest about being a medical Marijuana user. Now it feels as tho every request I make is like pulling teeth except when it comes to my muscle relaxers. Theyll feed those to me all day long but I cant have a couple of steroids for some minor inflammation. It just floors me. Oh but I guess with the steroids you dont get that extra financial bonus for giving that push for big pharma.
The person named Doiina who I got assigned to for help picking out glasses was very rude. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone it was so downright mean. At the end of our time together she said youre done. Thats it. The last thing she said. I got a refund right after that and I will never go back.
My Dr Yunis in Internal Medicine is amazing. My issue is with the front desk staff in internal medicine. All four of them sitting there with a bland look on their face like they dont want to be there. Very unpleasant to interact with. The one I was dealing with had an attitude, and when I was checking out I had the same issue with another staff member. If they dont like their job they shouldnt be working with patients who really would rather not be there anyway. They are not welcoming at all. Not sure if I want to return to deal with them.
My son is trying to make an appointment for Covid test all day long, when he called a bad receptionist told him she going to pass the order for primary doctor and they going to call him back to make the appointment for Covid testing and that never happened. What they waiting for? Worst customer service experience. Dont forget why my insurance is paying for.
October-22-2020 mothers annual appointment did not weight her because female person didnt want to help her up from wheelchair, mother is not overweight therefore that wasnt the problem.Blood pressure female person didnt take because she said mother moved her arm that didnt happen I was right there Dr Yunus had no problem taking it once.Only reason mother went to HFF during covid 19 pandemic was because when we asked for Zoom appointment to keep mother ( 90 years old) safe we were told it had to be in office.Please stay safe.Thank you for the general response we will pass HFF Auto Club drive hired and did not properly train female in question.Train youre staff properly is our only concern.Mother has transioned ❤️
The Radiology department !! OMG this department is the worst.My second time visiting this department, and both times were terrible experience. I’m literally sitting in a room with their blinds closed behind the desk. Wasn’t for sure if they were open so I decided to call the number. Not to my surprise no one answered the phone.The recording never mentioned that they go on break at a certain time. So I decided to get up from my seat, and walk to the desk to knock on the window. To my surprise there was this paper clock showing a time of return 30 minutes after I Arrived. This doesn’t seem like normal procedures to make patients wait. They should be full staff. I pay for my medical treatment, and this is not what service I want or need. I will be changing to a different location or a DMC hospital
Dr. Cherian is the absolute BEST! Our family has been seeing her for over 12 years. Shes the only pediatrician my children have ever gone to. Shes friendly, patient, professional, thorough and pays attention to our concerns. We highly recommend her for those with kids!
This is a great group of natural health providers. I have had Chiropractic Care with Drs. Holland and Orr. They are both amazing. They have helped me with neck pain and headaches. I have also had massages with Erin and Anita. These therapists both give wonderful deep tissue massages. This office has convenient hours in the mornings, evenings and weekends. I would highly recommend this clinic for any type of pain.
Last year wife went to dermatologist and I explained to them that Im maximum out of pocket but they charged me 25$ we called billing department and the lady answered dont understand only that this is copay and deductible. our Insurance company called them to let them know that Maximum out of pocket and should not be charged deductible or copay till the end of the year I already met that. never been refunded ....Sad to see people working in BILLING Department dont know what is Max Out Pocket !!!
I visited this location to take a COVID test before a scheduled surgery. It was quick and efficient. I gave four stars because the lady made me stop recording the test. I took the COVID test at the main location and recorded my testing with no issues. It’s my medical care and if I want to record myself being tested this is not breaking any HIPPA laws because it is my testing and I’m the patient giving consent to record MYSELF. Other than this: the location was fine for testing of Covid.
The worst doctors and unprofessional service ever! Had an appointment and the doctor came in one hour late. The doctor scheduled me for an ultrasound im 4 and half months now and when i got to the radiology section they told me that they cant do an ultrasound because its to early. Why would the doctor schedule it if its to early? I transfered to another doctor and henry ford gave me a hard time with my medical records to transfer them. Never going there again!!
Even though I’ve raised concern over the fact that my children can never be seen for a same day appointment, not by our doctor or any other doctor...there’s still a huge issue with this. When I would call the office, they would advise the same things every time, which was either tell me how to treat a fever (like I’ve never done it before), or go to urgent care or ER because the doctors weren’t available. Very rarely and I mean rare that you’ll get to see a doctor when your child is sick. Avoiding the same issue, I decided to take my youngest daughter to urgent care Henry Ford instead a few days ago and she was checked for flu and strep, they told us it was negative for both and sent us home without saying much else. The doc told us to come back if she gets worse. It’s like a broken record, they’ve all been trained to say the same exact lines.It’s now been 3 days, my daughter had a fever of 105.6 last night, I managed to bring it down a little and when I called this morning, I was given the same info as the day before when I called. Info I can get off the internet really but this was the last straw for me, they don’t care for the old patients because they’re too busy accepting new ones. When the nurse finally stopped talking is when I told her how this is still an issue. Ultimately, they don’t really care, they’re trying to get you off the phone. Theyre condescending and rude when you call...they have the amazing ability to make you doubt yourself as a mother telling you to do things the “right” way , like assuming my thermometer isn’t working correctly or that I haven’t been giving them fluids or food with fever meds, or that I’m just exaggerating and to just let it drag it’s course (FYI it usually ends up being an infection after taking them to the ER and finding out they were wrong). My daughter is only 1 with a very high fever and the lack of empathy is extremely concerning...so my advice is that you do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. This isn’t the place if you’re looking for real care for your children. I’ve learned that henry Ford is looking expand their business and nothing more.
I was on hold trying to make an appointment and seek help for over two hours. I could not get the call back option. I was passed around several times and then put back to wait for someone to pick up from internal medicine Dr. DEBSGA. Horrible service and no one has answers. I FINALLY HUNG UP. I was advised a caseworker was going to call me yesterday at 3 and no call. So Frustrated.
Everybody was so friendly and helpful, the technicians were very welcoming and knew what they were doing, the front desk made the process so easy and the optometrist was so experienced, friendly and helped me identify my eye problem and what to do - I wish I knew this center a long time ago, I highly recommend going there
This place is very clean. And I walked in with my wife and I have been working all day so when I arrived I was hungry. I asked sue if they had vending machines and she went in the back and got me juice and crackers. That was very nice of her. The doctor was real nice also. Everybody that work their are all very professional.
Ive been dealing with him before ever since I was a little girl and Ive been going to the clinic over 15 years and I have had nothing but the best service the nurses and doctors are very kind and very helping they are very loving and you normally in and out when you go through the emergency room even when you go to the walk-in clinic they always make sure youre okay so I get them five stars for their service
Really I dont see any empathy for your time, trouble, or the pain youre in. Its a big run around, they want you to go a Psy, PT, Infuse me with Lanacaine? Really, between 3 doctors I have 3 diff opinions and in the meantime Im a lab rat for a bunch of useless meds. The only consolation has been the nurses & the staff are generally quite nice & professional. Im here to try and improve my condition, I need help. Its sad when you cant rely on your doc to call in a script for you when you in the middle of a power outage and you are out of meds.
Is it just me but are henry ford doctors absolutely lazy!!!!!!!!!!! They dont hardly listen to your concerns or needs today i went for internal medicine and because i have a appointment with a different doctor later this month the doctor would not prescribe me my MRI medicine xray or nothing !!!!! So basically I wasted time and insurance funds coming here !
This clinic is the worst cleaning on earth they give you an appointment and when you come for it the time is always wrong and they start arguing with you sometimes you come in you’re very tired and you need to see a doctor and you start arguing with you giving you stress instead of doing something to help the patient it’s always a problem at this clinic is always an issue with the doctors with the front desk people always something I’m thinking about removing my medical record from here I’m just so fed up with it
Sitting in their office as I write this. Ive never had any issues with this medical facility until now. My daughters appt was at 8:20 am. Two, I say two ppl who checked in after us, whos appt was scheduled after ours, told the receptionist their sad sappy story of how they had to do this that and the other and they needed to be seen now. So what did they do, called them back before us. So now its 920 we still havent been seen and im going to be very late getting into work now bc of iggnorant idiots who cant simply plan accordingly. Seriously ppl. Sorry picking up your sister from the airport is your problem not mine.
Dr seems nice. Wont put you back on meds that worked for 10 years, instead ordered one that costs 430.00 .and doesnt even work on bone pain Yeah, no. So then they order a mild antidepressant,Like that will take my pain from an 8 down And they dont even wean you off the meds youve been on for years so you will have to detox on your own. If I die, my lawyer will have fun. I am a medical professional forr 30 years, .and I know what they are doing or not doing by refusing to at least wean of your meds or not treat pain properly
Maybe were going to a different apartment or different days but Ive never had a problem waiting for my time Ive even been seen only because other people havent arrived yet I like this office where Im going even though I stressful for me I think its a good office for me anyway and the therapy that Im getting from these locations are great for me but I cant speak for others that is my experience for me, myself and speaking for only I and totally in No Way for any others.

2022-05-20I go to this location for the convenience and for the pediatrician. I like the doctor but she is always running 50 minutes-1 hour behind the scheduled time every appointment. It’s getting more and more frustrating waiting around while trying to keep a toddler occupied. The front office staff usually has an attitude.

2022-04-20Updated after more pain that disabling me. I would give Dr. Forrest minus-zero, if I could.I went to Dr. Patric Forrest for Genicular Nerve Ablation and it was Horrible pain I had in my 69 yr. And made me disabled now. He is the shame on the name of U of M education. Do not go to him. They take the review after only 1st visit and he listen like dumb, as if he is listening.I have great review after 1st visit and said that he listens. BUT that is all, he does.The pain was like Torturing or Interrogation to any human being. Because I supposed to have IV sedation for that procedure. I was instructed to diet with no-food for 8-hr & no-liquid 2-hr. Before, which is required for IV. I was treated with 3-probes around each knee, then they wiggled them to get the target, then they injected Phenol. It was not like regular injections, In & Out in few seconds. Crying & begging- not to do on other knee like that. But he did same in other knee.I never had to do that in my life, not even while delivering my Son. Then no-relief but having lot more pain now because he used only 66% of required volume of Phenol (1 mg instead 1.5 mg). So, it did not Destroy the Nerves and Only-Damaged Them. Which is giving me more-pain as Damagged-Nerve.He must lose his license. We the Patients are not stupid. If I had bad Heart, I could have heart attack!

2022-03-08Last September I started having trouble getting in and out of my car, figured I just pulled something, unfortunately it only got worse was diagnosed with severe arthritis in my hip, arthritis in the other, kind of hard to work when your unable to walk , I’ve seen 2 different doctors here, ( referred by me primary ,) I don’t have one good thing to say about Henry ford whatsoever- they actually let me walk out in tears , barely able to walk, after trying 4 different medications, they lied right to my face ( after months of agony and zero relief), said “ we can’t prescribe anything stronger, so sorry, continue with your current medication “, I’ve been getting the injections, but it doesn’t take away much pain. Maybe for awhile it helps, but not nearly enough. I cannot wrap my head around how they let me walk out, ( wobble out, as every step hurts ) without anything different for relief. What sort of doctors do that?? It broke my heart, I trusted them to help me, I now have zero faith in Henry ford doctors. I am going back one last time to get another shot in my hip, after that I will never step foot in Henry ford again, I’m done,

2022-03-29Customer service has fallen in quality, which is shameful because the therapists here are great. They are quick to send bills to your home but won’t respond when patients need help.

2021-05-28Safety precautions were in place and everything was marked clearly at HF Optimize Staff was friendly when they got to you but it took a few minutes to be acknowledged before I was told that someone would be with me while I waited to pick up my new glasses. Other than that, the service rep/tech was courteous, pleasant and she went out of her way to adjust my new frames and she adjusted my older frames and prescription glasses. She made sure i was satisfied on the fit for each pair. I had a good experience and will be returning.

2021-06-14This was my father’s first visit to the practice. We were both impressed by the organized process before we were seen by the Dr. The technician did such a great job I almost thought HE was the Dr.Dr. Nathan Harris was outstanding. He was very thorough with his questions and exams of my father’s eye condition. We will definitely be back if needed!

2021-06-08Really good experience selecting & ordering glasses. The woman who worked with me was incredibly helpful; I have a hard time finding frames that fit my face & are not too wide. Her knowledge of the frame inventory made the experience both quicker and much more successful than most of my prior experiences buying glasses. I love the glasses I ordered. (And thank you for notifying me this time that they had arrived).

2021-11-15This place is ridiculous! I’ve been coming here for years for my kids. I haven’t seen their primary care doctor in a year because he’s so busy. Whenever my kids NEED to be seen they tell they’ll “squeeze me in” with another and I go in and the place is nearly empty with no patients in any rooms. Today they said the doctor isn’t seeing sick kids (I still can’t believe that one) and none of the other doctors are available, what’s the point of having a primary care doctor when you can never see them! Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else!
