The doctor was phenomenal !! He was so attentive towards my concerns about my eyesight, and went over and beyond. Not bad at all, but the wait was long, and the counter person’s wasn’t to great. They didn’t greet me or acknowledge me while I was standing there to check in. My eyes was dilated, and they didn’t even offer me sunglasses! I had to drive home by myself not seeing what color the traffic lights were. On top of that my insurance had changed, and for whatever reason I had to pay out of pocket $20.19. I only had $35.00,and $25.00 of that was for my copayment. They wouldn’t make my eyeglasses until I paid ! The woman not knowing that I did see where they offer Financing, she never mentioned that to me. She took me over to a wall, and before all of this she walked me to a wall, and loudly spoke, “This is our $69.99 wall” all I ask was, “were the glasses that my insurance pays for” ? How embarrassing ! So for that I gave 3 stars ! Doctor was great, but the service person was not !
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience at my last appointment that I believe that this is well deserved. The staff is so incredibly kind, and patient. They seem to be taking very good Covid precautions, and were kind enough to lend me a mask when I had forgotten mine at home. It was my first time seeing Dr. Harris, but I felt like I’ve been going to him for years. You can really tell that he cares about his patients and they’re overall well-being as well as their eye health. I also had the pleasure of picking out glasses with Deinna, and she was phenomenal. Making sure to answer all of my questions with such respect and patience. I can’t recall everyone else’s name but everyone was such a delight.
Excellent experience and excellent service. I was seen the same day by Dr Al Hashimi. She explained everything in detail. Checked my eyes out . The technician was awesome.. The people at the front desk were also great. Excellent place to go to for eye care. Again thank you so much.
Overall my experience was okay.I spent more time being sold expensive glasses frames than in my actual appointment. So I am not sure if that’s a good things because my eyes are healthy or if I felt as though the experience was a bit rushed on the part I really cared about & wasn’t super interested in having to navigate sales tactics when it come to picking my glasses frames.This was the first location I had been to that seemed to have no designer options. I am super super simple especially when it comes to my glasses. I would have liked to see simple non designer frame options but there really weren’t any available which was odd to me.There was a great deal going on get a second pair 50% off, but when the frames for both pairs cost over $800 — expensive is expensive no matter which way you look at it.Then I was told theres a “payment plan” which really resulted in them running a credit application. I could do payments monthly with interests (I had to ask about interest this was not told to me forthright & it was not disclosed this was a credit application but a payment plan).I left feeling I just came from an expensive store at the mall and had to turn down the sales clerk rather than feeling like I had just had a productive time getting my eye exam.Leaving a dr office it is important for ppl to feel as though their health was at the forefront of the interaction not designer glasses and weird sales tactics. So maybe keep this in mind next time.
I came in to get my glasses adjusted because the arms were leaving deep indentations in the side of my head. Deinna took care of me and went up and beyond. She noticed the glasses were actually too small for me and checked into me getting another pair. All I have to do is turn in the old ones when new ones come in..she didnt have to go beyond just trying to adjust them n send me on my way..I felt like family and appreciated her for doing so ..I would like for her bosses to know what a gem they have and she deserves a raise..thank you so much Deinna for going up n beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my glasses
Dr. Moussawel actively listened to my concerns, was extremely thorough, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entirely of my visit. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family because they will be in great hands. Wissam the assistant was also lovely to work with!
Outstanding service with Dani.So grateful for a kind, patient, caring, intelligent optician like Dani. She helped me find the most adorable glasses Ive ever had in my life! She really cared and that makes all the difference. I hope Dani is there next time I need glasses and sunglasses 😎.
Unfortunately my eye Dr retired and came here. The Dr said my vision hadn’t changed but I’ve been squinting in this years prescription. That’s why I made the appointment in the first place. Got my new prescription in glasses and contacts and they are both worse than before but no convincing them. Waste of time money and energy.
I oredered two eyeglasses; one for distance and another one for computer and reading(bifocal). Theyve told me that Ill have them within 14 days. First, they gave me the one for distance with the wrong prescription. They switched prescriptions between the two frames I chose, so I had to return them. And now its been 30 days and Im still waiting. Simply, dont go the this unprofessional branch.
Made an appointment for myself and a special needs senior citizen. Got multiple texts alerts that the appointment was for 10:15. Turns out his appointment was at 9:45 and we arrived at 10 am, just for them to say they couldn’t see both of us. They texted his reminder to a LANDLINE. And they knew he was special needs with me. So basically he took my appointment. And it was at 10:30. They couldn’t wait 15 minutes for him but I had to wait for mine? And they are incredibly pushy selling eyewear and their products are ridiculously overpriced. I will never go to Optimeyes again. They treat their patients like cattle
The doctor who took care of me could less about my eye care, she made a comment as to I would only be able to see just a little bit more. I happen to be a teacher and researcher, I need to able to see but that was not put into consideration as far as my optemetry needs were concerned. She needs to be fired.
The service is like a skunk...it stinks and not because theyre short on staff! My dad dropped off a prescription and asked for his glasses to have transition, and the workers said it would take two or three weeks before his glasses were ready. We wound up waiting four weeks, and when those glasses finally arrived, it turned out the worker Dad talked to goofed up the request. The glasses were polarized, not transition! How can you confuse transition with polarize? Dad was so angry at waiting for so long for those glasses only to be given something different than he wanted that he asked for a refund and his prescription, too. Now we have to take the prescription to another eye clinic.
The worst $1,070.00 Ive ever spent!! My lenses broke down like a vehicle, and begin deteriorating a little over 30 days after receiving my prescription cazals and optimeyes told me that I damaged them and its clearly several flaws that inside of the lenses. They didnt do anything to rectify the situation other than offer me to purchase another pair of their horribly crafted lenses from them which I refuse😤🤬😡
Although quite busy they were smooth and organized Dr Sunny was very informative and kind Steve helped me with picking out my frames from the security guard to the back office staff everyone was very nice and professional. Everything accomplished very satisfied looking forward to picking up my glasses in the next couple of weeks👍🏼
I wanted my glasses adjusted and see about getting a prescription for my contacts. Since I bought them at the Dearborn location I went back. The clerk looked up my account and said there was something written about my payment and she had to check with the manager. I wrote a negative review when I bought the glasses because they gave the exam then at the end told me my insurance wasnt going to cover it. Im a retiree on a fixed budget and I had to pay cash, something I should have been told from the start. I recently sent the receipt to my insurance since optimize didnt want to take the time to see if the tests were covered and Ive requested an imbursement. Because I wrote a negative review, my account has been flagged. A complaint used to be a sign as to how to improve. Instead I am nonverbally encouraged to seek services elsewhere.Ive been wearing glasses since I was 8 yrs old. I know when I need an adjustment and a loose screw needs tighten. But I received no service from this location. If a business has a 75% success rate, you dont disrespect the 25% that is dissatisfied. You Improve Your Service.
Staff was very pleasant and respectful, everyone was very helpful and friendly. I received information from my doctor Hussein Mouzaihem, that I never received from any other Optometrist concerning my eye issues. I learned that I have an very rare eye condition that the other doctors never gave me any explanations on. My Doctor went over and showed pics of named eye condition. I love yhos locstion. Te staff are very professionsl and nice.I have a location 10 minutes from my home and I go to Dearborn for service. I’ve been going to Henry Forf Optimum Eyes for years and as long as they keep providing me excellent service I will continue to be a customer!!!
My initial review 3 weeks ago was 1 star. I will spare you the details but the reason Im giving five star now is that Steve who is the manager (and who also wonderfully calls himself the patient advocate because usually these two roles are separate) insured that someone stayed on the top of the status of my order and he also offered me a special arrangement for the inconvenience that I had experienced and the delays. So Im giving a five-star because everyone on the planet makes mistakes but if someone comes back stronger you should review that and not review the original mistake.
I had a Great Experience! The Optometrist Dr. Harris was Awesome! Hes very nice and explained my exam results perfectly! All of the employees I came in contact were very professional and caring! My daughter Mariea just went in yesterday and also had a great experience!
Th. e Associates where quick and fast, but I had to listen close to understand what they where saying to me, it wasnt their English, the associated just wasnt speaking clear or loud enough for me to understand what they where saying, besides that they where very Courteous.
I was early for my appointment and the check in person Suzanne was extremely polite and assured me it wasnt a problem. She was quick to get me entered in for my appointment and was very professional. My wait in the waiting area was less than 4 minutes. The friendly staff came out to greet me and started my exam.The eye doctor was great and patient with me. The person Kate who helped me order my glasses was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the service at this location. Great team work!
Dr. Harris is one of the best Optometrist’s that I’ve ever seen. I’ve taken two of my children to him, and yesterday went for my own appointment. He utilizes his team and finds answers to any questions or concerns you may have. Even the techs (not sure what they are actually called) are so nice and take their time.
5 Stars!! Excellent service & great prices. Staff and dr are friendly, helpful and kind- makes buying glasses MUCH easier. They also offer a wide variety of lenses to choose from. I highly recommend checking out Henry Ford Optim Eyes Center for your next eye exam and the pair of glasses!!
The whole appointment went with ease and quickness dr Lee the pediatrics dr that is doing my baby’s surgery was very informative and quick the nurse was kind and did a great job with my 5 year old, but Aseel who did Syria’s (my baby) glasses prescription went above and beyond to help us in every way including pricing! I was having a stressful day and he noticed it and actually took the time to help me calm down and said just relax and breathe....things of that nature...he did not have to even care, aseel aldalali was awesome and I must thank him. Would recommend this location to everyone I know even if you have to drive a little further it’s worth the care they provide!
I had a 5 STAR experience about 2 years ago and I am very happy to share that my experience today with Dr. Ayaz Khan and Michele was no exception! Dr. Khan is just a kind soul:). He was punctual, very polite and thorough in his examination. He addressed all my concerns. Then I had the lovely Michele whos super nice and very good at what she does. She immediately found several frames that were all pretty which made it hard for me to choose, but Michele gave me good feedback and helped me to pick the perfect frames:). I was truly satisfied with the care I received today. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Super efficient which I’d expect from you. Melinda the optician was fantastic and very fun to work with. But what’s with the lack of plastic shields between us and the doctor and other techs? That was great last year but terrifying not to have them this year. Every layer of protection counts.
Staff is always pleasant. I just dont like the fact that I cant walk around and look at the glasses. I have to rely on them to bring me selections. That just doesnt make sense when I go in and out of 3-4 different rooms to get the 3 different eye exams. I understand that I cant touch them all but I should be able to walk around and look at them especially if Im wearing a mask.
Everyone was very professional… It’s clean and the doctors and staff members are sure to make sure they give you the best experience. Giving 3 stars only because of the long wait to see the doctor and to pick out frames and lenses. Not sure if COVID has anything to do with the long wait but I personally was uncomfortable waiting that long around all those people
Everyone was exemplary from the first person I saw that started my exam to the doctor and especially to Belinda. She was a huge help in picking out the right glasses for my face helping me decide on the extra things I wanted, such as progressive and transitional lenses. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of her.
I was very satisfied with the service provided Kay Jay was very thorough, professional and kind as was Dr Nathan Harris. The experience was pleasant from the greeter, who kindly directed me to the right location to sign in, to the optician who kindly walked me through my insurance options and frames. It’s a real joy to be treated so kindly. Thank you so much.
Wonderful place for an eye exam--and I very rarely leave reviews online. I have gone to other opticians for an exam, and have had very unprofessional experiences. HFOE was a great change of pace--professional, thorough, and welcoming. Both the tech and Dr. Khan were excellent. I will be back for future exams.
I’ve been coming here for 3+ years for mine and my children’s optical needs. The staff has always been polite, professional, and make sure to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service. Their children’s warranty plan on frames has been a lifesaver for me, my young son goes through frames like socks 🙈🙈. Recently he broke his frames so I called ahead and per the usual they made sure to have them ready when I got there. I actually forgot to bring the old pair with me to switch out the lenses - it was a few mins before closing time and if I didn’t get them fixed my son wouldn’t have his glasses for school the next day- the manager and staff were kind enough to stay open for me beyond closing time so I could have the lenses brought to the store and it could be taken care of. I’m a mom of 3 and work full time so that meant everything to me !! I definitely recommend coming here, you will not be let down !!
Service was exceptional! The entire staff from the greeter performing the covid check to the front desk personal were friendly and polite. The tech who started my exam to the doctor who performed the exam were extremely professional and kind. Everything was explained and I was given the option of having my eyes dilated. I was even offer the opportunity to purchase contacts, something that has never been done before. Finally the young lady Jade, who fitted me for my glasses was a joy. She provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in years. She is certainly an asset to the staff. I have been a client at Dearborn Super Center for over ten years and I would not consider going anywhere else! Keep up the good work.
I cannot say enough about the concern and care that the patient advocate, Fatme, took with me. I had a very complicated time with having my lenses work with the frame I chose. She worked with me over a couple of weeks until I was satisfied. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to suggest possibilities and help make them happen. More than a 5 Star experience.
This is a update from a earlier post from the 1/31/22. The patient advocate Fatme, called me about my previous review, scheduled the retina exam that was not given, but instead of avoiding the complaint called me and corrected it. I was impressed with the speed and determination to correct the previous mistake. With employees like her I can see this company is focused on fixing thier mistakes, Henry Ford needs to give Fatme ( didnt get her last name) a gold star.
I had a difficult time getting an appointment because of insurance. It took 2 months. I was frustrated. Marguerite Moore saw my frustration and personally assisted me with my insurance company and doctors office issues. When I let the second canceled appointment, she reassured me that it was dealt with. She gave me her name and directions to help whomever was at the desk when I came in.I saw Optometrist Zaineb Alhachami. She was great from the start as far as being friendly and ensuring to explain everything to me but what got me is she probably saved my eye sight. She discovered a retina tear in my eye. She informed me I needed immediate surgery then consulted with the hospital to arrange everything. That saved my independence and my vision. I am blessed to have had these women be so professional and compassionate towards me.
Ive been going here since I was a teenager because I love the quality of the glasses and service provided to me as a client! I recently lost my glasses but Jade helped me find the perfect pair to replace them! I talked to her about what I like in my glasses from lenses to style to colors and she knew exactly what to recommend. She was honest and shared her thoughts about the options I had which really helped me out because I get so nervous with decisions sometimes. She inspired me to try something out of my comfort zone and I now I have some pretty cool and great quality Gucci glasses! Never thought I would be so excited to own glasses like the ones I chose! Talk to Jade- shell get you together!
They don’t honor their warranties. It’s a waste of money to invest in with them. They will keep telling you options that pretty much benefit them. By the time you realize you pass the warranty time from them promising you they will still honor it cause they get more money when you do your exam as well it’s them telling you pretty much they lied to you. A slap in the face. Their word is not bond. I just want my glasses from this very last appointment that yes I paid for outta pocket when it was suppose to be discounted as a replacement under a warranty. They worst. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I went into get new eyeglasses all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. However, Jade made me feel special. Jade went over and beyond helping me find the perfect pair of glasses in my price range. She had me smiling and laughing as I was trying on frames. She is truly a gem, I will definitely be back because of her amazing customer service. Thank you Jade!!!
I arrived to my appointment on time and I was assisted with my exam within 5 minutes of my arriving (awesome!). After completing my exam the representative whom assisted with picking out frames was patient and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience which is why I go to this location. It has always been a positive experience.
Shirley is the best! I absolutely love my Gucci glasses! My husband and I came in to look for frames.Shirley noticed when looking at my chart I had a birthday coming up after discussing options with my huband and knowing they were to be a present she did everything in her power to make sure I had them for my birthday. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was wonderful! Oh and if you need your glasses fixed adjusted ect. Duana will get you together! Even ran into an old friend who works there Hi Dani😀 Absolutely love Optimeyes!
I been going here for Years. The staff is all professional and the doctors are great. They are very helpful with answering questions. Michelle B is awesome. She took her time helping my daughter and I pick out our glasses. She was so patient with me and made sure I understood everything. She explained my costs and insurance benefits. Friendly and polite Thank you!
It’s pretty okay. I miss how much one was able to browse before the pandemic. The glasses seem very limited now. But it’s not a bad location, they move pretty fast and are very attentive. The doctors are cool too. I’ve gotten so many pairs from them it’s crazy. They’ve always been really nice people. Everyone is really nice.
I have bad experiences at other eye clinics but this place goes above and beyond being a eye clinic. They are Amazing at customer service, attention to detail and everything else. Everytime I come they are patient and they listen to me and make me feel valued. I love my glasses 🕶️ and contacts from them. If you want great customer service and attention to detail. Please do yourself a favor and Make an Appointment, you wont be disappointed.
What a great experience.I would like this information to be known and share my amazing experience at this location and specifically my experience with Michelle B.I went into Henry ford thinking I would just need a new pair glasses. After reviewing my file I was informed by the representative that I was due for an annual eye exam. I went to my scheduled my exam and realized that my vision has gotten worse. The young lady named Michelle B. Helped me out pick my pair of lenses.I am thankful that I was able to interact with her and be given so many choices and options in regards to lens’s, protection plans, frame style and many more. Michelle asked me a few questions about when and where I use my glasses (office, outside/yard work, etc) which narrowed down my options. Michelle was so patient with me as I tried on numerous frames. I found out that during this time we were sheltered due to COVID-19 staff at Henry Ford optomieyes have been there for us in helping us obtain our needed prescriptions and I thank you Michelle for being our front line worker during these times. I informed Michelle that I would be back for another pair of glasses in the near future and that I am so happy with my experience at this location.
We go to Dearborn OptimEyes to see Fatme because she is, by light years, the best! She makes sure our needs are met and so much more. I only wish everyone there was as attentive and professional. She possesses product knowledge, mechanical understanding and really educated me on appropriate fitment and styles that complemented my facial shape and features. I could not imagine anyone doing it better than Fatme!
My eye exam by the technicians and my eye doctor were very attentive to my needs. For this latest prescruption I had requested computer glasses in addition to a pair for driving and other regular wear. My optician Diana Long took into account my needs and wants regarding the syle of my everyday-wear frames (I used an old pair of frames for my computer glasses). I picked up both pairs today and have given each a successful test drive of their respective functions. I am confident that both these pairs of glasses will serve me well for the forseeable (pun not intended) future.
Danielle thank you for the great service I been coming to this place but I haven’t met such welcoming staff like you I hope you best luck in this life. You deserve the best thank you for all you did to fax my glasses and making sure the fit my face appropriately. I came so many times but they never fix them like this. I arrived 5 min b/4 my appointment and had to wait a good 20 min b/4 I was taken in for my eye exam. The exam with technician & Dr. went wellThan the bad part really started. At eye glass selection counter, the person waiting on me seemed very inexperienced and did not seem to have a clue what he was doing. Spent over 30 minutes looking at glasses that were hideous and unflattering. Finally settled on one pair and after pricing up the chosen pair found out he forgot to include the non-glare feature. After the correction, THE PRICE OF GLASSES WAS OUTRAGEOUSI ended up purchasing a lesser priced pair but still $663.50 for an eye exam and glasses is still bad. I don’t think OptimEyes has a clue on how to approach retirees on limited budget and this many be my last visit to Henry Ford OptimEyes
Without a doubt Great customer service. Very gentle and patient , i would 100% recommend anyone here such a friendly welcoming establishment.You guys should give Dienna ( forgot how to spell it im sorry) a raise she was so nice and helpful with my rushing dad yesterday as well as helping me find glasses that actually fit my face. I received great customer care there was training going on. That was a new employee that was getting great customer service tips and instructions on how to perform her job to the best of our abilities which I feel she will be excellent employee because of the instructions and Leadership that was provide it to her the young man Steve was very thorough and gave great insight
Assistant who checked me in was amazing. Waited over an hour for the eye doctor who rushed through my appointment. I felt that my exam was rushed and I was placed in the lobby to wait again for an assistant who told me to move I was in the wrong seat. I ended up just taking my eye prescription and will get my glasses elsewhere... :( Very disappointed with my appt.
Loving my new Kate Spade glasses. My optician Nader (I believe that was his name) was amazing. I showed him my old glasses style and told him that I was thinking about changing styles. He showed me several pairs in both styles. He was very attentive, and made the process a breeze. Will be back for another pair soon.
Best service by far the associate that helped Kate. A. was absolutely wonderful she helped me pick out the perfect glasses that look so good on me. She really took her time and gave her honest opinion she was very professional and friendly. I think she is a great example of what makes a great professional employee can you say management material :)
Hands down the best service, the staff was very professional and helpful. I went in to get glasses and contacts, everyone was very friendly. I like how they are taking safety measures and sanitize the glasses after we try them on. The optician Nader Alsumiri was very helpful with bringing me the glasses that i described to him and helping me choose which would be best and why Overall i had a great experience and the prices are great and affordable.
I went in for an emergency eye injury without having an appointment. The front desk people were super nice and took me in right away . Dr khan came in and checked out my injury . He took his time and took good care of my eye . He is very kind hearted and has humanity ! After I went home he called me in the afternoon to check on me if I was doing better . Thank you for the good service!
I took my 6 year old son to his very first eyeglass exam at Henry Ford Optim Eyes, the doctors assistant Rima was such an amazing help, she made him feel really comfortable and was super patient with my son. Dr Khan was a great doctor. He explained everything throughly and it was overall an outstanding experience for my child and I. I will definitely be back here for my own exam!!!
Dr Hussein Mouzaihem and his assistant were absolutely amazing.I had not been to the eye Dr since I was a child. I am 55 now and thought I had been experiencing unusual eye problems for the past year. So I was nervous going into the appointment. I had a zillion questions. Although they explained everything they were doing during the examination, they were patient with me and answered every one of my questions without making me feel rushed or as if I was wasting their time. Dr Mouzaihem made sure I understood everything he was doing, how he came up with his diagnosis and every answer to all of my questions. Turns out Im farsighted and need glasses for reading, nothing major. Oh and they are very efficient. I spent about 20-25 min max at the hospital. (Thats including sitting in the waiting room)
My visit was exceptional! My optometrist Dr. Browski took very good care of me and the specialist Nader took care of me as well with glasses selection and making sure I had the proper measurements! I highly recommend this location to anyone, and I come here knowing that I get everything that I need!
Their automated system called and was silent. I attended the appointment as scheduled and was turned away . They claimed I canceled.The new appointment was another month wait. At that time I was told it wasnt covered by insurance due to a time stipulation.I was NOT told in office replacement glasses WERE covered before the one year mark.(The reason appointment was made to begin with)After I called the insurance company myself THEY informed me of the replacement coverage.In the end henry.ford did order the glasses and didnt contact me of the approval.I found out after calling them to inquire of the status. The glasses came , were NOT the same frame or tinted.And are absolutely to large.There answer was, a blank look.
I visited the Dearborn OptimEyes to order new glasses. I did not have my prescription for glasses given at another location. They were able to find my prescription and help me with ordering my new glasses. Diana Long was wonderful in helping me select just the right frame. She also adjusted my current glasses perfectly. I had them adjusted at a private office and they had incorrectly done so and my lens was popping out. Thanks to Diana who was so professional and guided me through the process of selecting new frames and fixing the old as well as the front desk people who trouble shoot finding my new prescription. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

This Was My First Time Going To Get My Eyes Examined At This Location I Was Very Pleased With The Staff They Were Very Welcoming And Professional. Alyssa The Tech Was Very Sweet And Professional. Jade Was Amazing Felt Like Ive Known Her All My Life She Help Me Pick Out Some Beautiful Glasses She Made Me Feel Comfortable And Kept Me Laughing Her Personality Is Definitely A 5 Star. I Highly Recommend This Location.
I had broken the arm off my glasses & brought another frame (identical) in to see if they could switch the lenses to the other frame. Dee Dee was so pleasant & helpful....not only could she do this while I waited, there was also no charge!! Way to go OptimEyes!! You employ great people, especially at the Dearborn location where my family & I have been coming for years. DeeDee rocks at her job & has excellent customer service skills😊. Thank you, Dee Dee!!!!
I love the staff here especially Nicole and Shirley. They made my visit today enjoyable unlike other places I have gone. Businesses are only as good as their employees and its seems like a good bunch!Just had another great visit with my eyeglass pros Gloria,Nicole and ? they helped me pick out a new style of glasses and believe me it is tough for me to make a change. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was great and helpful, the exam was smooth, the prices were great. What put my experience over the edge was picking up my second pair of glasses today. When I picked up my first pair last week, it was super busy, but the staff member was super quick in getting us all out with our glasses. However, today was a different and better experience. Jeremiah was super friendly, professional and diligent. Not only did he do a thorough job making sure my second pair fit, but he also was able to check the fit of my first pair, and adjust them accordingly. I appreciate the extra time he spent correcting the fit of my glasses and explaining how to better maintain the fit of the glasses in the future. Outstanding job!
I have a pair of LAMB frames and a VERY thick lens. After my lens came out a third time a few weeks ago I took my glasses to Dee, the eyeglass guru. She did an EPIC job and made me feel so much better about having such a strong prescription for my frame. She could’ve been anything but helpful. But I walked out feeling extremely confident and happy. Thank you!
I worked with Dienna S. as my eyeglass tech, and she was so sweet. She helped me pic out some frames that really fit my face and personality. This was a great experience for me, and for my husband. The doctors were really great too, and we went over pricing for different kinds of contacts and glasses. Would go back for sure.
Overall, a quality location for eye care. i was impressed with the exam, fitting and selection. I gave 5 stars though mostly for the great service!. Both Dr Ayaz Khan and Dani (from the frames and lenses sept) were extremely patient, listened to my needs, and helped prescribe and fit me for two sets of glasses.I will return to this location for my next pair of glasses!
Very disappointed! Spoke to 4 reps and all 4 were unwilling to help, two were plain rude. And at the end they still wouldnt sell us new glasses without new appointment with an ophthalmologistTo be fair - right next day after leaving the above review I got a call from OptimEyez manager, Bethany, and she helped us to get the glasses. Bethany was truly nice and helpful, want to thank her.

Every-time we come to optim eyes dearborn, it’s a horrible experience. If you have the option to go anywhere else do it. The doctors will rush your prescription just to get you out faster and then will charge you for an exam that you didn’t take. My sister went to go get her glasses and contact exams done. There was a slight difference in her glasses prescription so they kept the same prescription for her contacts even though it was significantly worse. Then she got charged for the contact exam she didn’t take.Edit: Someone reached out and clarified the situation as well as offered a new appointment to check out everything. We appreciated them reaching out.
Everyone was amazing, great service. Made sure they wiped everything down and even as you were leaving they cleaned everything and took the proper precautions. The lady who helped me picked glasses was amazing! Didn’t even have to really tell her what I wanted she picked me out so many good pairs, this process usually takes me about two hours! I was out in 30 minutes!!
Diana Long is absolutely outstanding! She was able to help me get into frames that worked for my lifestyle and fit my face perfectly. She was honest, easy to talk to, and I trusted her from the start. Very personable and very friendly, as well as patient as I picked between two frames I really liked. She helped me be confident that what I was choosing would work for me. Down to earth and just all around a great person. She made my experience meaningful and personal and I couldn’t be more satisfied walking out today. If I could give 100 stars I would!!
I had a wonderful experience here! I was recovering from a concussion and having blurred vision. Dr. Browski was kind, attentive, and thorough. She conducted additional testing for her peace of mind and to ensure I was healing. She encouraged me to update my prescription and I was able to order new glasses that same day. Deinna was my optician. She was patient, knowledgeable and stylish. She selected the perfect pair of Tom Ford glasses for me. I am thrilled and absolutely recommend OptimEyes, specifically Dr. Browski and Deinna!
I visited the Auto club drive location today and I was very impressed with the service here. Dr Sunny and Lauren the technician was so professional, friendly and thorough with my eye exam. Maher the Optician helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses he asked a few questions and came back with a very great selection of glasses. I’ve been going to the same doctor for years and he just got replaced. Thank for the great service today!
I must have been there on a bad day. The girl that took my temperature was rude and obnoxious. It took forever to get seen by the Dr. and then she was in and out in 2 minutes. The lady that did most of the work was fine, but didnt give me my rx to get my glasses. By the time I finally got it I was so ticked off I just left. Now I have to go back to that retched place. Thank goodness I only have to go back once a year.
I have been wearing glasses for the past 12 years. Throughout my experience, I have never been more fond of an eye clinic as I was yesterday, from making my appointment, to receiving my eye exam. Prior to my appointment, the receptionist, Star, made it so easy! I come from a family of 9, so making appointments that suit every individual is always difficult. However, having Star as my receptionist, made it so easy as she was kind, patient, and amazing to talk to. Upon my arrival, Star apologized for the wait, as the clinic was busy. She helped me sign in and answered all of my questions with ease. She truly is one of a kind! Before I left, I had to schedule two more family members with her. She made me feel as if I had been a patient with that clinic forever! I cannot express enough how amazing Star was! Since my appointment, I have recommended Optimize to every friend, family and coworker I know! Thank you Star for making my experience a one of a kind!!
Dr Khan is the best patient,caring, personalityEveryone Ive met is really nice except for the no personality chick that brought me my glasses yesterday 11/3 to the pickup counter. Rushing me out the door said well if they dont fit you can bring them back NO you should have made sure I was totally satisfied before I left. Wiping down the laminated chart I didnt even touch. Lady you got the wrong one to look at for being nasty
The office has up-to-date equipment. I felt Coronavirus safe. The staff was personable professional, knowledgeable, let me know beforehand what a procedure was going to feel like, and practiced universal precautions in addition to adhering to COVID-19 suggestions for safety. I would definitely recommend this location
This office is production-based not patient base. If you don’t buy the glasses from they do not want to service your frames. They’re more than happy to sell you $700 lenses. I had to come in 3rd time finally someone was able to help me. The first two times the worker was just being lazy. Nicole is honestly it’s awful along with Bethany. And this is coming from someone who is a manager in the dental field. Nicole blatantly said production is what comes first. In my world the patient comes first.
Clean office, great service, wide selection of awesome eyeglasses frames. I highly recommend Dr. Nathan Harris. He is patient, courteous, listens attentively to his patient and explains in a clear manner. I had a great experience at the Auto Club Drive location. Thanks :)
This is my usual location that I visit since its closer to home. Just recently got a new pair of glasses and Jeremiah was the one that helped me and I must say, his customer service skills that he has shown me every time that I visit, has been immaculate. He is very patient, extremely helpful and willing to share his experience and knowledge with customers to ensure that they have a good understanding of what is going on with their glasses and/or contact lenses. Always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you leave happy and satisfied with your experience there. Hes more than willing to help you try on as many pairs of glasses as it takes until youre satisfied with what you want and how you look. Very honest and reliable and highly recommend Jeremiah if you visit this location.

2022-05-24Wonderful staff! Quick speedy service too. Everyone had their mask on and everyone performed hand hygiene every time they stepped in the room I was in or before they helped me with something. Everyone was so nice. They recognized it was my birthday and was acknowledging it the whole time. This was my first time at this location I will definitely be returning !!

2022-08-24Was able to find an appointment at a few days notice with the online scheduler. Every other eye place you call will have a 1/2 month wait. Them having a great number of optometry members made that possible. Everyone was very friendly and the building is pretty new so its also very clean.

2022-05-17My partner had an eye and contact lens exam today. They were repeatedly mis-gendered by the doctor and staff despite being clear about their pronouns from the start. Only one of the several people that provided services used their correct pronoun.Besides being disrespected, we were frustrated by poor planning. One of the reasons for the visit today was that my partner was hoping to get contacts for the first time. They specified that they wanted a contact lens exam as well, which costs extra. Everything took a little over an hour, at which point we were told that my partner could not leave with a trial pair of contacts because they needed to take a class (since they have never worn contacts) and there wasn’t enough time for the class because Optimeyes was closing.While I understand the precaution, it is really frustrating to have to return for this class. It is hard enough to schedule routine doctor appointments. This class should have been planned for when we made the appointment. I don’t know if my partner will go back, so it feels like we wasted $60 (the contact lens exam fee).

2022-03-08Came in for a routine eye exam to update my prescription, and all operations ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with the optician who handled my case, Deinna. She was extremely patient with me, and explained the entire eyeglasses process to me in such a well informed manner. I feel like an expert in that department now, and am looking forward to my next visit!

2022-07-06My eye exam was very thorough and the optometrist answered all my questions. I also had assistance from Kate in picking out new frames. Her advice was thoughtful and resulted in me getting the nicest frames Ive had in almost 10 years! I highly recommend Optimize in Dearborn.
