I am giving 5 stars to these individuals. 😊It’s VERY unfortunate that after being with State Farm for 34 years I was cut off of a renewal to my homeowners insurance due to water damage from a neighbors upstairs bathroom.It’s VERY disappointing that State Farm’s claims department did not look into this in a timely manner. My neighbor should have taken the loss as it was his toilet seal and lack/negligence of a plumber to take care of this as it had saturated my bathroom walls, shower and leaked into my master bathroom adjacent to the bathroom that had major damage. When you are down stairs and water runs down to where your walls are saturated with flushes over and over of water you have to get your insurance company involved to ask what should one to do. Now I have moved onto another insurance company. It’s truly sad that a company that my family has had for years did not handle things appropriately. Good luck in using insurance and hope that you get guided appropriately.

I have been lied to by them on a few occasions and when confronted they do not address. When I proposed taking my business elsewhere they simply replied just let us know when to cancel your policies. Highly recommend.2023 edit - I also worked with Shannon. I had an out of state claim (previous house) done by neighbors without my knowledge. State Farm will drop you if you have a claim… and apparently others can do a claim against your insurance without evidence. That’s why I try to keep written evidence of everything! Anyways Shannon was awesome, worked things out with underwriting and I was able to keep my current home insurance by showing I am a responsible home owner. I think the service is five stars, great caring team. I am still concerned with the policies and this looming feeling that I if I were to need the insurance I could be dropped.

Ashley from State Farm on Sierra Hwy has not only been extremely helpful, but patient with my situation. I have filed a few claims since becoming a client and each claim was resolved better than expected without drama. The response time was amazing and the people assisting were all very helpful. Everyone at this office has always gone above and beyond, and Jen Magdaleno in particular always has a positive upbeat attitude whenever i call the agency. She was very helpful, very friendly, and did everything in a timely manner. She gave me the exact price I was going to be paying and when I needed to pay it, which is exactly what I needed! I also asked if there was anything we can do to lower the price and she did what she could and was able to give me a cheaper rate. I also got my insurance cards in my email a few minutes after we got off the phone. 5/5 would recommend!Older review: Im so glad I switched over to State Farm. Comment: I have been a long time loyal customer of Henry Rodriguez; since they opened. I currently have several policies with them. Everyone in the office is exceptional. I am always treated as if I am their only customer, and I am provided with expert service every time I need to delete, add or change something on my policies. If the person I speak to doesnt have the answer, they are honest and tell me that they need to look into my needs further and get back to me.... guess what.... they actually get back to me with the answers !! And always quickly and pleasantly. My last contact was with Sandy. She is amazing. I had questions regarding my twenty-something sons policy. She not only suggested several options that would work in my situation, but she was able to quickly add my son to my policy. Shes super knowledgeable, professional and she explains those confusing insurance terms in an understandable way.
