I just wanted a very spicy salsa. I called and the gal on the phone was lovely and explained they could make it hotter if thats what I desire. I drove an extra 30 minutes out of my way for this salsa, being a native New Mexican I needed a Chile fix. I walked in was ignored by multiple employees only to have the rudest lady speak to me in a condescending tone and basically throw my bag in my hand. I was super excited to show my husband this place, although the salsa is great I dont think Ill be taking him now after the way I felt after exiting the building. I wanted salsa and chips not an attitude from an employee. I understand that everyone is short staffed and I was patiently waiting, the attitude I received was uncalled for.
Really good food. Super fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this restaurant. Had lunch and came back for dinner, it’s that good!
Best Mexican food in the area. Spent the day on the lake with family and after ordered food. My sister-in-law and her husband never had ate there, they told us the best Mexican food was a place in Jackson Mi. After they had one bite here they changed their minds. This place was better, hands down.
Another disappointing lunch. The food is good. Our server basically ignored us. Over 30 dollars for a simple lunch. Lunch is supposed to be a good time. It is not at herraduras. The servers are almost mean. No , hey, nice to see you, what looks good today? Sad.
This building is huge. The food is semi authentic, I am from the Detroit area and we have a lot of Mexican restaurants so its hard for me to compare anything to them. I really like the beans. The chips were not good and the salsa doesnt have a lot of flavor or heat. I ate all my food though so it wasnt bad :) Shredded beef was tasty but salty. I liked the shredded chicken also.
Some of the best Mexican food Ive ever had in this state! The portions are generous, and the flavors are so robust! This will be a regular place for us to eat after stopping there the first time!
We came in tonight for dinner at 7:15. We were sat at a booth, chips and salsa came out promptly then we sat for 15 minutes without a waitress stopping to take our orders. We frequent this establishment and have seen it way busier than it was tonight. I watched 3 waitresses walk by while a 4 top that came in after us had a waitress stop by their table right away and we didn’t even have drinks. This is the worst service We have ever had there.
This was my first time here, we went for my birthday, my dad has been telling me about it for months now and I must say it did not disappoint. The staff were all very friendly, the food was AMAZING AND VERY FILLING. I cant wait to go again.
I planned on going the night before to try this place out for the first time but the parking lot was PACKED. Here I am today and now I know why it was packed. I would 100% recommended this place. The food was so tasteful and the margs..... 🤤. Go here, dont hesitate!

The Margherita was good. But the meals lacked flavor. The cheese dip was ok, but was too soupy. Our server was overly attentive. I appreciate not being forgotten, but when I said I need a few minutes to look at the menu I didnt mean 30 seconds.
My husband, sister and I came here to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The food was AMAZING! I had the arroz con pollo and the Mexican rice was the best I’ve ever had. The hub had the Cadillac burrito and he said it was delicious. My sis had the burrito gigante which she loved as well. We live an hour away, but we will definitely be back for more of this incredible food!!!
Just a short drive up from Leroy / Tustin area to the south end of Cadillac. Large variety of menu options. Food always prepared well and tastes fresh and delicious. Prices are reasonable for portions. Waitstaff is very pleasant.

I am impressed with Herraduras. We were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic host who led us right to a booth. Drinks were brought out right away. The waitress was attentive when it was time to take our order. The menu is so large, she had to come back 3 times before we were ready to order! Hubby got a burrito, he thought it was going to be a wet burrito but was delivered to table with sour cream on top. He was a little disappointed with that, but he polished it off without a problem. He was served the biggest beer he has ever seen, so that made it better! I got the steak fajita nachos and was very happy with that selection. I never would have thought about putting fajita toppings on nachos. It was a terrific combination. There were tons of toppings, the steak was flavorful and tender and the veggies were seared just as they would have been in a fajita. They topped the huge platter of nachos with sour cream, guac and pico. Totally recommend these nachos and the restaurant. Drinks were served in enormous sized cups and we werent in any danger of running out of beverage in our cups. The restaurant itself was clean, authentic and Very appalling! Very happy with dining experience!

Food and service were good! The only thing I didnt like was the employees wore their masks under their nose or had them off. We ate lunch and the food was good.
I wish I had taken a picture! I had the shrimp, steak , chicken fajitas and my husband had the taco salad. Both were excellent! The fajitas would have been enough for the both of us with leftovers still! Staff was attentive and friendly! Gluten free items were not marked in the menu, but staff is knowledgeable. We will be back!
The food was good, but the menus are filthy. It seems like they should have throw away menus like other restaurants. Or atleast sanitize between customers.
Oh! am I full. No doubt one of our favorite restaurants to frequent. You cant go wrong with any selection off their menu. Inside dining or take out is done right and delicious. Drink menu is nice and varied. Family of all ages loves this restaurant. If youre still hungry after dinner you didnt come here. Because portions arent skimped on at Herraduras. Always looking forward to our next visit before we ever leave.
The food here wasnt very good Mexican food I ordered tamales and the had so much what taste like tomatoe paste on it I ordered six half ate one threw away the rest. And on top of this when I went to pick my food up a server came over and asked to help and just stood there and said I guess they will bring your food out. How was she helping us.
Full disclosure - 5 stars for me is top 5% experience - 4 stars is what I give to most places that hit all of the criteria - 3 stars is an average experience - 2 stars for something that did not go as it should have and 1 star for the 5% worst experiences in my life.Went with some friends that live in the area. It has a solid local reputation. Covid protocol was good, great spacing between tables and staff spread diners out to use the space well. I had the El Jeffe burrito- chicken, steak and chorizo - it was amazing!!! The Salas on it was probably made with habenros, hence salsa diablo it packed decent heat, flavorful heat, but decent. Took me longer to finish my meal than anyone else, mostly due to letting the spicy level come down. Great service and friendly!!!
Great food, service at reasonable prices. Restaurant beautiful inside with unique, specific decorating. Im glad we chose this over Qdoba. Next time, Im back in Cadillac Im coming back to this restaurant.

We stayed at the Hampton Next door. We ordered this for take out. We order Mexican alot and I have to say this was the nastiest food Ive ever had. My husband ordered a burger and frys well done only ketchup and mustard. It didnt have either and lettuce and tomatoes and wasnt well done gross The nachos I ordered were gross and had no flavor, the chips and salsa were totally discusting a horrible place never again.
I enjoyed my first visit to Herraduras, the food was delicious and the staff was good too. Id like to go back and try some more of the menu options and I will recommend this restaurant to others.

El Jefe..... and wow this was amazing. I ordered it without the Diablo sauce and with cheese sauce instead! The flavor of the meets was phenomenal and the service was excellent. Quick and quite service. We will be going again.
Food was delicious and authentic. This is a hole in the wall. They had plywood up as dividers at the top of some of their seating. They could probably do well if they fixed the place up.
I ordered a chicken burrito to go and we are about 20 minutes away so we got home and it was beef so I called and she said they could make a new one and I told her it would be more in gas to go back and she said well I dont know what to do and I said can you give us a percent off or take our name down for the next time and she said no that just got there and doesnt know what she can do so I said can I speak to a manager and she said well he cant help you either, very disappointed
Fajitas de la casa is my go-to here.My only wish is that the margaritas and other mixed drinks were made fresh, not from a pre-made mix.

The outside of the place looked a bit underwhelming, but the reviews were good so we tried it. We r so glad we did! The service and food were fantastic. The salsa was fresh and delicious! Yum!
Price:Prices are very reasonable. Wife and I spend $25-$30 for 2 people.Food:Top notch. Good flavor will make to order. Willing to add extras like fresh or pickled jalapenos. The burrito loco is delicious and HOT!!!Service:Typically very good. When its busy can be a bit slow. Last time we were there it wasnt great but that usually isnt the case. The guy had two large groups so wife and I were kind of an afterthought. I cut hin some slack though because in general service is pretty good.Overall:Will go back. Really love this place.

Went to this place just driving through on a road trip. It has fantastic, authentic Mexican food. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I ordered the fish tacos with the fried tortillas. It was delicious. The decor could use a little cleaning up. Overall, Id recommend this place if youre looking for delicious Mexican food.

Enjoyed the fajita dinner. Was worth the wait, as this was a Saturday evening and the restaurant was busy. After eating dinner I can see why people fill up this place. Will definitely be back to enjoy some of the other great dishes.
Went with my family to celebrate my moms birthday and we were all very happy. This was my first time(though my family had been before) and i loved it. Despite having a larger size party we were seated quickly and received fast and nice service. The food was delicious with good portion sizes and great ingredients prepared well. Will definitely go back next time Im in the area. Definitely recommend.

Got the new burrito it was over cooked and burnt. It looked good but inside was black. Meat was like rubber. Only 2 shrimp inside.
Probably the best place to eat in Cadillac. The staff is friendly and quick to serve their customers. The decor is welcoming as well as amusing. Always a joy to eat here. I highly recommend the fried ice cream as it is one of my favorite desserts to get here.
Not a good place to eat service was slow. Taco salad was plain no flavor at all. My burrito was not what showed on menu.

Thee best authentic Mexican food around. So much flavor in every bite. The food only took 10 minutes to come out. Super friendly staff. Even the daiquiris were on point ❤️🍓 For people who complained about the wait time of 30 minutes being “too long” don’t deserve to enjoy the taste of this delicious food and should just eat at McDonald’s instead. I’ll defiantly be coming back.
This restaurant was pretty clean. Over all the staff was friendly, there was however a shorter woman who worked there who didnt seem pleased with being there.....but she could have just had a case of RBF. The food there was pretty good. The one thing that caught me off guard though, was the sauce and ground beef that was slathered on top of my tamale. When I order a tamale I want it to come out still in its husk.....and made with a less mass (personal preference). Still, I would go back in a heartbeat because everything did taste good and no complaints from anyone at my table. Oh! Aaand the service was quick!

If you like Mexican food, Herraduras will not disappoint! Burrito De La Casa with chicken or the fajitas are my go-to! Take-out is always chicken tacos family style! It’s a great grab when you don’t feel like cooking. This a good place when you have a large group for dinner too!

Disclaimer, we are Texans and we take our Mexican and texmex food serious. That being said what we ate was neither Mexican or texmex. Pan seared chicken and vegetables with a flour tortillas is not fajitas. The Mexican rice was never in Mexico, maybe San Francisco . My wife had something they called a fajitas salad. Rubber chicken no beans just salad and some bland pico and thats about it. The food was bland, unseasoned if we had to guess. Prices we reasonable and the place was clean. Service was not exceptional. If you in the mood for a quick bite of Mexican food this is not the place...

Very tasty Mexican food. Salsa made fresh is amazing and they have a mild option. ❤️ Friendly and experienced wait staff. They brought chips and salsa out immediately, and we added delicious queso- yum! They kept our drinks full, too. That’s important. Great atmosphere and seems to be a local favorite.

Not sure how this place is averaging 4.5 stars. Order was not correct, barely any sauce on anything. Waitress definitely did not want to be there, margarita was basically cheap tequila and orange juice. Maybe they were once a great place to eat, for us it was a pretty poor experience.
Stopped in for a late Saturday night bite. Waited to be seated even though there were workers wandering around. Server was friendly, drinks were okay and the food was good. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired, ripped up chairs and terrible acoustics. Could be a nice place

The food was decent. It was on the pricey side for Mexican food though. The quantity was nice. But the cleanliness was terrible. You can see old food on the handle of the fajitas plate in my picture. The silverware had old food stuck on it. I will not go back any time soon.

My hubby took me there for dinner for my birthday. It was a Sunday night and later in the evening and they had about 20 customers. They promptly took our orders and our food came out hot, fresh, and fast! Everything was perfect! We had so much left over, we had 2 more meals!! Great prices and great food!
Oh my Gosh Folks this was my first time in here and for sure will not be my last. First we immediately got taken care of by our wonderful waitresses Jennifer. Who was very attentive throughout our whole visit. She paid close attention to the allergies that needed to be watched out for. She was quick to get our fresh hot food out to us. Which the quality by far exceeded any expectations . The prices for the portions are amazing. We will be back . We also will for sure will ask for Jennifer..if your in there ask for her she is by far the best waitress I have seen.

I was heading back to grand rapids from sleeping bear dunes and came across this place. The service was amazing! Very friendly and personable staff, I got my food quickly and the tacos were incredible! Very impressed I highly recommend
My husband, son and I, were in the area and looked up restaurants that had variety, along with low processed food options. Herraduras menu came up and we were surprised with extensive choices they had! So we came here and are VERY glad we did. The food and the service was awesome! The place, along with the bathrooms, was very clean.Were definitely going to make a point to come back just to eat here again!Update: my husband and I visited again two weeks ago, and still had GREAT food and service!
First things first, when they say large margaritas, they mean LARGE margaritas. Those things were huge and amazing!Secondly, apparently when this restaurant puts the chili on the menu to denote I suggest you take heed. I ordered the burrito el jefe (which had the chili on the menu). The burrito came out, looked amazing, and the first bite was delicious.. but I could already tell there were going to be issues.By the third bite (which was still as good as the first) my head was pouring sweat and my eyes were beginning to water.By the time I was halfway through the burrito, I began to lose all of my faculties. My entire body was sweating, my eyes were watering to the point I could barely see, and my sinuses were draining... but the burrito was still as delicious as the first bite.I knew it was going to be a mistake and come back to haunt me, but I finished the entire burrito because it was that good.Will definitely be back again the next time were in town, but Ill be prepared next time.

My Father is here from California and he asked for Mexican food so the family came here. The food was awesome and was enough to bring some home. The best part is my Father speaks Spanish and was joyed to speak his language with the waiter. Thanks guys!
Would go back for the great salsa but otherwise food was mediocre at best and service was horrible. Had 2 staff members taking a nap across from us and yes they were snoring and to top it off the waitress was rude and cussed several times when we asked to be moved away from the nap area.
This was amazing!! The frozen margaritas are so good and the food was fresh and full of flavor. I have no idea what the negative reviews are about because its 5 stars in our book.

Great place to dine at . Im from lake leelanau Michigan. Heard about the food at the Los herraduras and had to try it . . Boy was I impressed. Food is great and beautiful atmosphere. Definitely recommend it. Hope this 5 star gets me a free meal or discount. As I will definitely be willing to travel 1and a half hour to eat there again.

Went with my family, the food took about 30 mins to all come out, some were done eating before others even got their food! The kids had to wait and got theirs last, the $17 steak was 3/4 fat so we sent it back, and our $12 burrito was full of peppers with barely any shrimp, chicken, chorizo, or steak. It was a pepper burrito! The server was rude and even grabbed my nieces hand when she reached for her pad! We will never go back there again.

Great mexican place. I dont go to many mexican restaurants in northern Michigan but this one was very good. The beer was ice cold, the chips and salsa were top notch and I had some of the best guacamole Ive ever had. Great spice to it. The food was very good too. I had a fajita quesadilla and it was top notch. Everything was cooked perfectly. The value is also really good. 32 ounce dos equis amber was only 6 dollars. The food was also priced very well. I would be sure to be back next time Im in the area.

Several previous posters complained about service, while I thought it was good. I called and came over to pick up my order, and was quickly greeted. While I was waiting for my order to finish, two waitresses checked in on me at the front entry to ensure I was being taken care of. When I had my food, my Carne Asada was tasty, and the salsa was flavorful but not too much of a kick.
I always come and eat here and never had a problem the staff was always very friendly and the food was good. Tonight was very different the waitress was so rude it caused me to get up and leave.

I eat here often and the food is great. Normally I get the Cadillac Burrito or the quesadilla soprema both are good options in my book. It a nice mom and pop restaurant with the south of the border feel. Definitely worth a try.

Terrible service! Food was not fresh. The water has a funny taste. Seems like they are going thru the motions. The front door is full of cigarettes and dosnt look inviting. Not the best on a Sunday afternoon.
Went here with family while visiting two weeks ago. Food was phenomenal! Margaritas were great! Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and attentive. Service was very quick and we were seated almost immediately with our party of twelve. Decor and ambiance was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely return again when visiting. They even had a donkey you could take your child’s photo on.
Amazing food love the artwork and authentic style. The workers are so nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend going there. And they do songs and a treat for birthdays.
They are not wearing masks when serving customers. I would love to support them as a local business but not if they are going to contribute to people getting sick. I am not going to support their business again and I will be telling anyone I can about their unsafe health practices. I have been a very steady customer, I love their food, but i cannot support that sort idiocy in the middle of a pandemic.

Excellent food! I loved the tamales. Even the standard beans and rice served with the meal were full of flavor. Chips and fresh salsa were brought immediately. Wait staff were courteous and food was quick even though the place was busy. One of my favorite local restaurants.

My boyfriend and I ate here on Sunday, and both of our meals were excellent!! We were very excited to have found a good Mexican restaurant in the Cadillac area. The margaritas were awesome, and the staff was very friendly! I would highly recommend this restaurant.
This is a wonderful Mexican restaurant in the heart of Cadillac Michigan they have the best food the best prices I guarantee you will enjoy it and they have many cocktails to choose from and the waiters and waitresses are fantastic
Very much enjoyed our dinner. Staff were extremely courteous and prompt. The room was just a little noisy sure to the high ceilings.
We have eaten here 3 times now whenever we are in the area. Well worth searching out. The best salsa weve ever had. We bought a large to take with us. Great chips. Great carnitas! Along with wonderful service and a clean dining room.

Horrible service. Waitress was young and really bad at her job. Interrupted a serious conversation on three separate occasions after being told we didnt need anything. Tried taking my wifes plate while she was clearly still eating. But all that can be attributed to inexperience so its excusable. The food wasnt much better. It tasted great but I ordered a jumbo burrito and it looked like something youd get at McDonalds off the dollar menu. Sadly, I wont be returning. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place needs attention.

Got takeout. Asked for two cheese enchiladas with no tomatoes and mozzarella sticks. I was disappointed to find that their interpretation of no tomatoes was to not have enchilada sauce on my enchiladas. And my bowl with the mozzarella sticks had lettuce in the middle....topped with tomatoes. Despite this, I was given ranch presumably for the mozzarella sticks and used it for a salad with the extra lettuce. And I used the salsa for a sauce with my enchiladas and lettuce. So it all worked out fine, and I was given a bag of chips to my surprise. Cons: didnt get exactly what I wanted but I was able to make it work. Pros: didnt go hungry and got some chips.update to 4 stars: have gone through cadillac several times and stop here nearly every time. I love the cheese enchiladas! But I didnt get a fork this last time
There were 3 of us. We all felt our meals were excellent.Tables were well spaced. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars, the staff was masked, but they were worn with noses hanging out, defeating the purpose of wearing it. Some patrons wore masks, some did not.
Made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 9 arrived 10 minutes early to find they gave our table away asked if we would like to leave, food not worth the 1 hour 20 minute wait.
Would love to give more stars as the food was great. But our waitress sucked. She was slow and delivered our food and never came back, no drink refills, no salsa, no checkup had to ask a different waitress to help us. She was terrable. Sorry could have been a great review. She needs to be let go.
Love it! Authentic Mexican cuisine! The people that work there are very attentive and fast. Love the Fajitas with fried onions, peppers and tomatoes on the side.

I ordered my meal and a frozen margarita! It wasnt the margarita that made me cold it was the freezing temperature of the restaurant! After my margarita came ... I asked Jen if they could turn up the thermostat🌡! She came back and said that they couldnt! Before my food came ... I asked other patrons 🧓👥👵👩🦰🦰if it was just me ... THEY WERE FREEZING, TOO and then I went to the register and the oriental girl there said she couldnt help me either because she said THEY are not allowed to change the temp because the manager IN CHARGE had the key 🔑 and wasnt there going to be until 8 pm! Before I froze to death ... I asked for a carry out because I could NOT stay another second in their ice 🧊 house 🏚! When I FINALLY got my carry out and paid ... I then addressed a few male workers (who could care less) and then Jen snapped at me that ... THEY HAVE TO WORK! The food and drinks are excellent, but it is NOT my problem that people dont want to work! This is not the 1st time that the service SUCKED! JS! Down to 3 stars! BTW ... I am now SICK and chilled to the bone🦴 ... almost 5 hours later! The manager IS NOT IN CHARGE ... Nikki or Mikki! I am a patient, easy going guy and dont have a prejudice bone in my body ... just frozen bones right now! At 9:00 pm, tonight, the 24th of June... I just called and talked to Nicholas the manager ... HE is a nice, understanding, kind, honest guy ... he is making things right! Thanks Nicholas ... I WILL be back because your food and drinks are 7 star! Thanks, Nicholas ... FAST seating and service. We were the on Sunday Eve. But because the place is HUGH there were plenty of tables and booths ready for seating.Our drinks came out in about 3 min., and after ordering, the food came out in about 15mi.. Free chips and salsa [tasted like fresh in-house wcilantro].Paid 40$ for 3 meals wsoda.So happy we stopped here.

Eight people ate at the restaurant. Six were happy with their meal. One dinner of carnitas had dry unflavorful meat. One dinner of seafood enchiladas said stuffed with shrimp and crab meat. The shrimp were tiny pieces and hard to find. The crab meat was really krab not the real crab. The cheese sauce was hard to find. The had a strange green color and tasted artificial.

My husband and I visited here shortly after they opened at 11 on a Saturday. There werent a lot of people there, but by the time we left about an hour or so later, people were starting to file in. The red sangria was pretty good and the drinks my husband had were good as well. They have an exceptional variety of tequila and also have one mezcal. Lyle was our bartender and was extremely personable and friendly even though it was his third day there. We had the tamale in the fish tacos and they were very good.

The food was decent. I ordered the Tacos Al Pastor and they were better than some places and worse than others. The service was friendly. However, the margaritas were poor. Didnt taste like there was much alcohol and they were overly sweet. Kind of tasted like drinking a bottle of mixer.

Food was decent. Majority of staff members incorrectly wearing masks. The person that seated us put on a mask to seat us then later brought us our food without one on. Not impressed.
I have been here 3 times with guests. The first time was fantastic. Both food and service were great! Second time food was great but service was very slow. They were fairly busy.This third time was not good. We were a party of 3 and 1 person got a good meal. Even after one dinner was sent back, the second dinner was no better than the first. The issue was over cooked chicken...tough to cut and darn near impossible to chew. My fish was over cooked and very dry but I chose to eat it as it was. Our appetizer was forgotten.We even had problems with the drinks. We ordered two rounds of margaritas. The first round was great (as it should be for $13.50 per drink). The second round was not the same...different color and taste. Possible something was missing or a different tequila was used. We did not like it.They did not charge for the chicken dinner that was sent back both times. I never raised an issue with my over cooked fish since I chose to eat it as it was. This was very sad because our 2nd and 3rd visit were due in large part to their being named the 10th best Mexican Restaurant in Michigan just weeks before. Regrettably, it will be awhile before I try again.
I really enjoyed seeing my already favored Mexican restaurant. Gabriel was an attentive waiter. Had the shrimp tacos. They were excellent. Glad to see the donkey and mural still there. New to me menu with new options. Great place for a magarita or just dessert. Prices are good, you get lots of food!

One of the best mexican restaurants Ive been to. I had the Pollo Deblado. It was amazing. The salsa was also amazing. We had a great waitress and I wish I would have gotten her name. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Don’t go to this place unless you want an order of COVID-19 along with your food. They don’t practice social distancing and don’t make their staff wear their masks appropriately. One waitress looked and acted like she was on drugs. When I told the manager his response was, “Well, some people have moved the tables.” Then move them back! Buy a measuring tape and quit sitting people less than 2 feet apart.
Food was good BUT, wow was the service slow. There were less than 10 patrons there the night I walked over from the adjacent hotel to eat. I sat at the bar and didnt see a bartender for 10 minutes, got a drink and a menu then saw no one again for 15 minutes, finally ordered and was left alone for almost 15 minutes again, no waiter, no bartender, no do you need another drinK etc. strange.
Always a great experience here! Food is delicious and always exactly the way it was ordered. Service staff are always friendly and patient with little ones ordering. Love coming here!
Food not all that great for there prices and customer service needs a lot of improvement had to ask for plates to be removed and to have coffee refilled and to have more shelks and sour cream because they never gave it when ask in the first place. I would not recommend
Our waitress was very bad. 5 people at our table food all came at different times. The last meal brought out was incomplete as the rest of us were finished. We refused the last meal so one of us did not eat. It took over an hour to even start getting our meals. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Walked in on a saturday night. Relatively busy for 1830. Sat right down fresh chips and salsa. Ordered my food and in no time was brought to table. Fastest service ever. And its nice not and fresh. Great place to eat at.
Carne asada bland and chewy. Service was descent. Tacos de camaron were okay. I think food is reheated in a microwave. I will not return. 2 stars because the Beer is perfectly cold and margaritas

2022-03-12My only complaint is not being able to have margaritas to go. Love this restaurant and definitely affordable with the large portions even for the drinks from the bar. Never leave anything less than full, possibly tipsy, and with a smile.. Recommendation for a great during the work week date night!!

2022-02-05Authentic Mexican Food in Northern Michigan. The location is outside the city but worth the drive. They have a bar section and a dining section. Service is friendly and fast. We ordered a Carnitas plate and Camarones a la Diabla, yep they are spicy so watch out. The Michelada was good. We will definitely come back again!

2021-10-10Legit the best burrito I’ve ever had!! I ordered the ‘Burrito el Jefe’ and boy did it deliver! It’s basically the “Meat Lovers Pizza” of Burritos and it was AMAZING! They have really good sour cream here and the salsa is very fresh and cilantro-y!! They have tons of room for everyone and the food comes out faster than Jimmy John’s delivery 😅Seriously recommend coming here if you are craving some good Mexican food.

Waitress asked cook and cook said no.Was my first time here.Would have been nice if the windows weren’t so dirty so you could see out of them.Not sure I would make the drive to come back… it didn’t knock my socks off. It was editable but not memorable.
