Comment: Its been the worst of Hertz rental, where the agents are not helpful. They try to upsell their cars by pushing electric vehicles where the reservation clearly says its a gas car. The managers are not helpful either, the cars are dirty and very basic. Not a good place to rent from.

Comment: Yes Ive been running from here for a few years now. Theyre very pleasant and professional employees, the cars are priced fare. They keep them very well maintained and clean. The last four or five times I read the Chevy bolt that was the first time driving an electric car and I enjoyed it. This last time I upgraded my rental KIAa V6 that car was very sporty. THANKS TO DANNY GOMEZ CARRETO he recommended it and it was worth the wait they got it there on time but I got there early. Him and the other lady at the counter are always got a smile on their face and greet you with hello.Ill going to keep coming here Im very pleased with Hertz. I gave him five stars but if you had 10 they would have got 10 thank you and keep up the good work. Richard

Comment: Friendly employees but very slow and understaffed on a weekday morning. No recognition of my Presidents Circle status. Had a standard-size gas car reserved but was given a Polestar 2, which is a compact EV. No other cars offered. Vehicle had 33% charge and we were told good luck. Charging infrastructure is sorely lacking, so after an underwhelming trip across town, we parked it and borrowed somebodys car for the week. Ill avoid Hertz now that they stick you with non-Tesla EVs.

Comment: Truly disappointing. I had a Tesla 3 long range vehicle reserved for pick up at 4:30 pm. I walked onto the property at 4:50 pm only to find that everything but the office door was closed and locked. I was quickly advised that they didnt have any Teslas available and then was rushed to accept an alternate vehicle. The employees were more concerned about getting off work at 5pm than they were about the quality of the customer service they provided. To add insult to injury, I just saw that Hertz charged me $41.34 for failure to cancel my reservation.

Waited over an hour on a Tuesday morning for a car (no special requests, no unique problems). Picking up a car you already have a reservation for, should not take this long.

Despite how gross the car was, the white Camry was fun to drive.Let me put this into perspective for you…WARNING: gross description.Go in the car. On first look it seems fairly clean. But after driving off. I realized there was a piece of booger/earwax on the Sun visor when I pulled it down. I try to ignore it so I can clean it later when I get home. But then I started noticing it everywhere. Small piece!!! EVERYWHERE. The cup holders, the window controls, the dashboard, the hidden compartments, etc….I m sure this wasn’t the car rentals place’s fault. But the previous owner’s…. But maybe they could have inspect it a little better. This is by far the worst and grossest experience I have ever had anywhere.When I got home. I whipped down the whole interior. 🤢🤮I didn’t tell anyone of my friends who I picked up with this car cuz I didn’t want to gross them out by it.But other than that…+1 star. Staff were nice.+1 star. Despite how gross the car was, the white Camry was fun to drive.

Comment: Secured my reservation. Called to verify reservation 1st call no one picked up. Waited 1 minute called back. Female answered started discussing to verify and she stated she was the only one and needed to answer the phone. Ok got it, you do t pick up first time, then second time you pick up but then Im placed on hold for over 10 minutes! Not a good look. Hung up called hertz where I will be turning in rental vehicle. Called once and spoke with another store employee. Gave me all info I was asking. Time to pick up vehicle. Asked if any discounts I could get you know just to help out on cost. You have to do it during reservation. If the woman would have answered I could have canceled and started a new reservation! Which will include the discount. Vehicle rented is a 2019 Nissan Rogue. It was not clean, both inside and out. It was not full of gas. Oil was over full ( dangerous ). Hope anyone who decides to rent from here needs to ask tons of questions and feel 100% satisfied. I am not!

Comment: Really upsetting experience. Chose to go here instead of another location in the city because prices were cheaper. I was told I could pick up my rental at 12:30 on a Friday. Once I got there, the whole store was closed down for a lunch hour that ended at 1:30. There was no mention of a lunch hour when I called the morning of to confirm details. I took 30 mins off from work to pick up the car and ended up having to take an extra hour off.I called them Monday morning to let them know I could come return the car from 3-3:30 in between my meetings. When I arrived to return the car, I was met with $60 of extra charges because the car was not returned on time. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they said I told them I was going to bring the car around 1 and was late. This wasn’t true, especially considering they were closed from 12:30-1:30 for their lunch hour, so there’s no way I could have dropped off at that time anyway. After explaining what our agreement was for an extra 15 mins and being told I was lying about our call in the morning, they took the extra charges off.Very unprofessional, very awkward, I would look elsewhere to rent. Not worth.

I tried to call to let the staff know I would be arriving right at 6, therefore a possibility of getting out the car a minute late but it went straight to voicemail, therefore making it impossible to communicate. When I arrived the employee ignored me and proceeded to lock the door. Very unhelpful. On the phone earlier she stated I needed to arrive by 6, but she did not state that they would be completely useless if I arrived one minute late. Very unhelpful and disappointing. The service is trash.

Comment: Took me over two hours to pick up the car on the pick up date. The car wasnt ready after I did all the paperwork. Sat there and waited, saw a customer brought the car back and worker started cleaning it up. When the car ready, it was one hour after my pick up time. When the car was ready, I went and checked the car out and noticed the passenger side tire bulging out a bit which indicated a leak. Told the staff and she said that wasnt a leak and told me that was normal. I been driving for so many years and I knew there must be a leak. I asked her to check the tire pressure with a gauge. It only read 20psi. There was a leak. Then she offered me to get another car, of course, started the whole process again like the first one. By the time I could drive off the site, it was around 1:30pm which I supposed to be at 11am. Story continues...Car rental scheduled return on Saturday as listed in the contract. Brought the car back as scheduled on Sat, however, heartbreakingly found out they were closed on Sat & Sun. Door was locked and no body was there. Called customer service, the first agent asked me to return the car on the following Monday and wanted to charge me for additional two days of rental, I declined. Then, she transfered me to road side assistance and waited for more than 20 minutes without anybody answering the call. Hung up the phone and made the 2nd call. This time the agent asked me to return the car to Hertz located in airport where twenty some miles away from my home. I asked her if she would give me some kind of ride or reimburse my fare home, and she said NO. I once again declined her arrangement. At the end, she put me on hold and transferred me to road side assistance again. And this time, I waited for more than 45 minutes. Once I explained the situation to the RSA agent, she told me to park the car at a safe place and legally, and drop the key in the mail slot. Took me more than two hours for something wasnt my fault. And only one out of three agents was doing the right thing at the end, luckily... This company needs a major retrain/rehire the staffs and really needs an upgrade of the computer system.

Where someone took the keys to my Hertz rental and stole my rental car that night. I have been put on a do not rent list and they ruined my family vacation in Hawaii the next year because they did not tell me that when i get to the counter to complete the transaction they will not rent to me. me. They suck as a company they are racist and profilers of race as well!

This location refused to pick me up and instead sent me to a Hertz 2.9 miles away and further from my house. I explained this to two different hertz people and yet they would not listen. Ugh.

Comment: My first time at this place I had a very nice pleasant type the man who checked me in and he gave me the car with very nice very patient with me has had lots of questions. I went back to return the car and run a new one and the woman was super nice super sweet super professional I had a good experience with her as well. Then I met Robert who took my old rental and gave me my new rental and and that the walk around with me was very sweet easy to talk to and made the experience very nice. The only bad thing is that I have a Chase Liquid card that I wanted to pay for the rental on but couldnt because Chase Liquid cards are not linked two an account even though theyre from Chase Bank so basically you can use your debit but it your debit has to be linked to a checking or savings account and I didnt know that chase liquid is just there prepaid debit card so that was disappointing but overall very nice experience.

Comment: Horrible service, they told me the car I booked online wasn’t available and proceeded to charge me extra for another vehicle. This vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke and they refused to change it. The manager Araine laughed and continued to decline my request of a different vehicle (even when I had already been charged extra.) A company as big as Hertz should place bigger emphasis on the attitude and customer service of a position as important as a manager. Will not rent from Hertz again - avoid this location.
