Comment: Donot use this service. I’ve never used hertz and will never again. $11.87/gallon (over $100) when the car returned full because this person can’t read the newer gas gauges.

Comment: While I was unable to start a new contract, keeping the same weekly rate (as the corporate 800 number person said I could…), I received really good customer service from Be early Snyder and Jaime!!! They both took their time and throughly looked for any available option.Thank you both!To the main Hertz corporate 800 people; you Do Not have the correct information and do an incredible disservice to your customers. Get it together Hertz….

Comment: Terrible customer service! The employee, Daniel, literally did not attempt to help my wife and I when our Hertz car broke down due to a faulty engine. He simply said there were no cars available, without once asking for my Hertz rental number or seeing if there were any other options. A really bad look for Hertz to sell faulty cars and then hire employees who are so reluctant to actually help customers. Thank God Avis was nearby and had employees who actually did their jobs, or else we wouldve never made it home!

Comment: Thank you to Hertz who will allow you to view available vehicles, reserve them and give you a confirmation number that doesnt work at all. As a customer when you reserve a car and go to pick it up, the car should be their ready to be picked up. You shouldnt have to be told that your confirmation number isnt valid because they have no available cars. Anyway; will not be coming to Hertz for any services again.

Comment: My truck broke down and needed a car for work. I called hertz at 740pm and again a few minutes later I didn’t get an answer so I had my wife drive me to hertz to rent a car. Online it says that they are open Until 830 pm apparently they are not.

Comment: We were treated very poorly upon returning our vehicle on day 2 of a week rental into our honeymoon roadtrip, as we noticed a slow leak in the tire the first day. We had to go half an hour out of our way to get to the nearest location (Santa Maria) and were met with very rude customer service personnel, she guaranteed us a replacement vehicle however then made us take the vehicle (with a deflating tire) to fill the gas. Upon returning, she told us there was no replacement vehicle available (even though we saw the vehicle waiting in the parking lot) and insisted we would have to get the tire fixed ourselves and continue using that vehicle. We were on our honeymoon driving across California, already wasted an hour trying to get a new vehicle with a 6+ hour drive ahead... Completely unreasonable and terrible terrible policies/customer service. We received the replacement vehicle as promised (Thanks to my persistent Husband) but were then charged at the end of our trip for the tire damage- that was probably present when we picked up the car! Never using Hertz again.

Comment: Awful customer service. They have me a car that sounded like it was going to blow up like it was stuck in low gear and it wasnt. Then they wouldnt take it back and give me a refund. Had to cancel my trip and still pay plus gas and it was sucking down gas yet it was supposed to get 36 miles per gallon. Never going to Hertz again.

Comment: The first vehicle that I rented from this location had what appeared to be a sperm stain on the front seat. I had to go through hell to get a different vehicle. The second vehicle didnt have a stain thankfully, but it was covered in cat hair and smelled like rotten food. Seems like this place does not clean out the vehicles.

Comment: Worst customer service ever.i dropped in the day before i needed the car personally to ask for a small car which is capable of transporting my roadbike and making sure i get the correct one. the guy at the desk was friendly, always goes, japp, japp, japp..got you, japp.but oviously messed it up. When picking up the car next morning, it was a car with no flippable backseats and the bike would not fit in. So they gave me a not cleanedsmall car with flippable backseats, (the kind i asked for) because that was the only one abailable. so i took it.I askedthe lady at the desk how to extend the rent, because i started with one week, she told me, no problem, if you want to extend just call us..well, next wednesday, i had dinner at the mexicanrestaurant at the airport and stopped by to inform them about my new plans for extending and that i will have the car to the 8th of april or 9th of april...i guessed if coming by personally and tell them, it would be a good thing.but no, .once again, i got called on saturday, that they would like to know when the car was coming back..., well i told you when..so i called backed twice, only the answering machine during the business hours, i told them over again..today i got a call from hertz, that they ar emissing the car!!!!What..so they do not even listen to their answering machines...?well, i just returned the car, and left without checking the reciept..which i should have done...they charged me a late fee of 39 USD..what ?They are unable to deal with the easiest tasks, even stopping by and tell them personally does not help if they people behind the desk screw up over and over..well, i will never ever use hertz again, worst customer experience ever, even stopping by and making clear dates and statements is useless if they are not put in the computer..japp, japp, jappGood businessmodel, making people pay more, for you own mistakes
