Comment: Was told since Lyft wouldnt compensate me for getting the smell of urine out of car because of a rider with bad hygiene, that I would have to donit with my own pocket.We lyft drivers make little as it is, so be aware both Lyft and Hertz will team up to screw you as a driver over.

Comment: Got a great 2021 pulstar 2 to drive from the very pleasant, professional staff here at hertz. They walked me through the entire process showing me all the important details of the rental agreement, and how to operate the vehicle effectively. Kim was a lovely help getting all my paperwork in order for me while explaining the benefits of EV charging. These guys really stepped up their game from the looks of it. I recommend them 100% and will be back to renew my contract next month.

Comment: I am giving 5 stars for certain aspects and 4 for others, but I like to round up! I really enjoyed my experience with the Hertz Location, I was helped my Kim, Scotty and Randy. I really appreciated Scott and I would absolutely give him 5 stars. He is knowledgeable and gives very good counsel. I appreciated speaking to him the most when there was an issue because he was so logical, centered and calm in crisis. Next, Randy, he was really kind and understanding, sincerely accommodating when possible. He gets 4.5 stars. Kim earned 5 stars the first time I rented my Lyft vehicle, she was on point that day, but the next time it was a little less pleasant. She didnt appear to be listening to me or maybe having a hard time being present in the moment. I would give her a 4, it may have been an off day. The car options were so wonderful, however certainly 2/3 cars needed maintenance, and as a driver, driving for 4 -6 hours straight in SF, I was sort of hoping for them to be a little more reliable, the fleet gets a 4. Lastly, the insurance plan was so helpful, when the Buick Encore was broken into in Oakland and Hertz switched out my car like nothing and I wasnt financial responsible for the damage to the vehicle and when the Nissan Rogue was having trouble on the hills getting it into maintenance was no issue; same for the A/C on Ford Escape. Definitely a wonderful location to visit with warm hardworking people!

Comment: Strongly urge anyone wanting to do business with Lyft be aware that Lyft is a shady business that doesn’t care about its customers or it’s employees avoid at all cost. You have alternatives use one of those.

Comment: Although my husband pays full price for vehicles to rent the only cars available are compact,recalled Toyota corola. The cars are always filthy or need maintenance. When we ask for a call to notify us of available full size vehicles they never do. Lyft and Hertz are taking advantage of hard working people even through these troubled times.
