Comment: Just signed up for Uber. Hertz excellent platform, amazing selection & inventory. Superb customer service. Communication stress-free. Overall experience gets the 🏆esp compared to its competitor. Not gonna name names but Hertz was a breath of fresh air after trying and failing multiple times with alt option.

Comment: Amazing experience, Amazing staff, and amazing prices. By far the easiest car buying experience. I looked around everywhere and they have the best deal for used vehicles. The vehicles are all kept in great condition! They come with a warranty which is always great, I cannot wait until we need another vehicle to go through hertz again.

Comment: We bought a truck and the service was great! It took 4 hours to complete the process. It could be less maybe 3 hours but I had the experience in Carmax and it was the same time of waiting.Justin smith was very responsive and hospitable. Good service. Thanks.

Comment: I asked for a car to take me to my work. They asked me to wait 15 minutes. After I waited in the street, no one came and they deducted $9 from my account. I don’t know why.

Comment: The worst customer service. Laziest people in the earth works here for getting a car you will have to wait at least 2 hours to pic up and anytime you go there are maybe max 5 people as customers and 4 employees but still takes for ever to get . Rented the car and gave me a number to text for extension I texted to extend and didn’t hear anything back and what happened few days later hertz investigators called me accusing me for auto theft Seriously???? I will never ever rent anything from any hertz location good by scammers and good luck whit your lazy employees, just spend little more and hire better people

Comment: As a contractor for Uber, my experience trying to rent through this program has been frustrating. The phone number to call the location with questions is never on, showed up on two previous occasions to pick up reserved cars but turned away due to no availability, still havent successfully rented a vehicle.
