Doug and his team installed a new furnace, AC, reworked a bunch of ducts to replace a 2 furnace set up, and installed a new water heater. Great guys and excellent work. Doug will NOT sell you anything you dont need...I tried, lol. They even came out on a Friday night to fix a gas leak (that they didnt cause!). Highly recommend.

This is the second time weve used Hi-Tech for our HVAC needs. The first time was a simple gas line extension. It went great and I always said Id call them again. This time, two years later, it was to update the house with new furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The job was started promptly, completed on time, and all work was top notch and professionally done (I know, I worked with factory automation systems and quality control for years.) Doug also knows his product, was able to answer all my operational and technical questions without hesitation, and made sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. As a bonus, the mechanical room was actually cleaner AFTER the job was done... they swept and vacuumed everything, even equipment they hadnt worked on. Thank you Doug and Joe... Great job!!
I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Hi-Tech. Furnace and AC went out. Doug responded to me right away and could have came the same day if I would have been available. I was expecting that he would say that the furnace and AC would have to be replaced, due to their age. Nope; a couple of quick affordable repairs and were back up and running. This is a family owned company. I trust Doug 100% to be honest and do the best work. Highly recommended!!!

I have been using Hi-tech for at least the last 5 years for various small boiler repairs and upgrades. Today, they replaced both my furnace and water heater all in one day. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the products they recommended.

WE FINALLY FOUND OUR HVAC GUYS! We moved here a few years ago and had no luck in finding reliable, honest, and fair HVAC contractors. We dont need to look any further. Doug is our guy! Not only did he show up on time, he actually called to see if he could come a day early because an opening came available. We took him up on that offer and he fixed our whistling duct issue in a matter of moments. And other contractors said it couldnt be fixed without replacing the ducts and dampers. I gladly put Hi-Techs sticker over the other company stickers on our furnace and will not waste my time with anyone else again. Thank you Doug!
Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling (Joe) just finished installing my brand new American Standard Furnace. After 27 years it was needed. Joe did a fantastic job with the installation, he fine tuned the system for optimal performance and brought all my ducting for the water heater and furnace up to code. These guys are the best. Give Doug a call if you need help and his team will certainly take care of you with great results.Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling (Doug) just finished replacing the blower motor on my 22 year old Comfortmaker Furnace. He checked the heat exchanger and confirmed it was still in good shape. Doug then fixed the wiring on my humidifier, it had a poor electrical connection. Great service.

I first made a call to Hi-Tech with a concern about our furnace. I spoke with Doug. He first took the time to ask some questions to help diagnose the problem. I followed his suggestions and it worked, but still had some concerns, so he came out ASAP. He was truthful, to the point, and realistic about the issues with our furnace.I called Doug because I had a great experience with them two years ago, and remembered writing a positive review then. I am so happy I called Hi-Tech because they don’t overprice or overestimate what you need. They are honest and trustworthy. I appreciate the quick call-backs, and the willingness to help.I will continue to recommend them to others in the future.
My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Hi-Tech in the morning and Doug squeezed me into his day so I could once again have heat. He went above and beyond for me. From now on he is my “go to list” for any heating and cooling issues…….reasonable too!!
Hi Tech was recommended to us by our home inspector, and we found Doug (the owner) to be thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He gave us a very fair bid on a new heating and cooling system (after we had gotten bids from two other companies.) We chose Doug and his team and they did not disappoint! Both units were installed in one day - not only did he take the time to explain the new thermostat to us, but they got everything cleaned up and the old materials removed by 3pm. Ive been trying to figure out the problem with our furnace for a little while now and I was able to speak with Doug and he walked me through what he believed the issue was after letting him know what I had checked previously. His professional guidance and ability to simplify instructions made it easy for me to inspect and fix my furnace within reasonable time. I can not say enough about Doug and his Technicians. We recently had a 97% efficient American Standard Furnace put in to replace our old furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend Hi-Tech, they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.Although there are lots of HVAC companies out there, some with cheaper solutions, I feel that service and reliability are worth every penny. Knowing that Hi-Tech values my business makes me feel as warm as my house does now!

We had our furnace and air conditioning units replaced by Doug. They gave us a quote, explaining in detail what we needed. His price was great! The work was even better- on time and no hassle. They were wonderful to deal with and came back when it was time to turn on our air conditioning to make sure the system was ready. He also did a stop in to clean out our unit after the cottonwood had fallen. The customer service is outstanding!
I called Hi-tech for a new water heater. My water heater was 20 years old and was leaking. They installed a new one in about 1 1/2 hours. Very clean, put down runners for our floors and did a really professional install. Great company and was quite reasonable price as well. I’ll be contacting for a pool heater in spring.
Excellent experience with Hi-Tech Heating & Cooling every time we call them. They installed a new water heater as well as a Unico Central air system in our house that had a baseboard heating system. They were on-time, efficient, and neat. Everything works great and they did a great job installing it. Any time we call with questions, Doug is quick to respond. He even came out when we called about something leaking on our furnace and told us it just needed a plug and installed it for no charge. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Heating & Cooling! We had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced by Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling. Extremely pleased with Doug, Jason and crew. They provided a quick competitive quote, thoroughly explained the equipment they would be installing, and even suggested a few no cost improvements that other contractors did not. We received 5 other quotes and no other contractor was remotely comparable or as professional.The install team was on-time, very clean, clearly explained each step and approximate timing for the work. After the install was complete they took the time to explain appropriate settings & process for temperature setting, filter replacement, A/C seasonal care, etc.The entire team was friendly, thorough, professional. They werent pushy and were excellent communicators. Very highly recommend.

Had a small issue with our furnace after doing a once over for the upcoming cold weather season. I contacted Hi-Tech and Doug responded immediately. He came the next day and took care of our problem. Doug was great to work with. Hi tech installed a complete system including ductwork in my home. We had another couple people quote the job and they seemed way overwhelmed by the task and were significantly more expensive. Doug came in and was like we got this, no problem and his team delivered on time, on budget, and his team was extremely courteous and hard working. They even worked with me on doing a few extras like running a gas lines for future appliances while they were in there. Also they are great at responding to questions about the system and recommendations for other services as well. I 100% recommend these guys.
Hi tech installed a new water softener system at our home this week. Doug was actually early for his appointment to check out the job and after discussing options he had his guys install it same day, the techs were great: fast, knowledgeable, professional and neat. Install looks awesome. We’re still waiting for a call back from the first company we called! Hi tech gets our recommendation!
Stop looking anywhere else and call these guys, they are really that good.We worked with Doug and his crew for some time on a huge project. I had several bids before we decided on Hi Tech and it was not just because they had a competitive price. It was because this involved replacing 2 geothermals and all of the duct work in the house and it was very clear that Doug was by far the most knowledgeable and used Bosch units. This is the best of both worlds for any consumer, great price and best service period. This project really took expertise and patients and they proved to have plenty of both. They always cleaned up at the end of every day, were extremely courteous and the communication was great as well. I cannot say enough about Hi Tech and would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a minute if need be. They are also a family owned and operated business and it is nice to keep your money local.

These guys are good!My Dad was in need of a furnace at his house in Milford. Doug came out and met me at a specific time to give me an estimate, no 3-4 hour window.They did the install and everything went exactly as planned. Doug was fantastic to work with. We had him come out to service a furnace. He took a look, appraised the problem, giving me an onsite ballpark estimate. (..that I knew to be in line with the problem) At that point, he also pointed out the age of the furnace, and gave me the option to take a look at buying a new one. (Furnace was old; it was time to consider) He sized me into a MUCH smaller, more efficient unit--the current furnace was oversized--a smaller AC to match, did all the building permits, quoted the install of a new hot water heater. He and his guys had it had it done in one day, cleaned up, hauled away the old. He also handled the energy company rebates and installed a new thermostat I had laying around. Great experience!
The best. They came out to repair our defective (very old) heating and cooling system. After running some numbers and the age of the system, it was deemed she needed to be replaced. The team showed up on day one on time, kept the place clean, cleaned up everyday. The craftsmanship was amazing, we are very impressed.Not only that, Doug is not a pushy salesman trying to sell you things you dont want (or need). I felt the price was much more competitive than the competition and we have no buyers remorse. A truly honest company. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone looking for a new heating and cooling system.
Hi-Tech does it all at a fair price with excellent service. I had very old furnace and hot water heater replaced on same day while I was at work. After meeting the guys from HI-Tech, I was confident leaving them alone at my home. They not only did a great install job, they also treated my home with great care, taking off their shoes, placing down drop cloths and only placing tools and equipment on their protected surfaces. I highly recommend HI-Tech.
Was very pleased with the service and the price. The serviceman was prompt and polite. He seemed very thorough and explained everything. Will definitely be calling them for service, in the future, for my Geothermal unit.5 months later, had to call Hi Tech to come out. My Geo unit stopped working, blew the auxiliary heating panel and that took out the control panel. Doug from hi tech fixed it and it works better now than it did after the original install! Used to wind up the fan really loud, a piercing noise. Now the heat exchanger is really quiet. Thank you Hi Tech!!
Im very pleased with my experience with Hi-Tech. They were able to schedule me next day (Robin Aire wanted a week). Doug came in and diagnosed the problem in no time and had it fixed just as quickly. He gave me some additional tips without sounding condescending (you know how that can be). The prices were fair. He even asked before he put their sticker on my furnace. Thats considerate.I hope I dont need them again, but when I do, Im confident theyll do a good job.
Our air unit stopped working within a week of moving into our new home. Doug from Hi Tech was super responsive, professional, and had us up and running in very little time. I chose Hi-Tech to repair my AC recently - and it was mostly on the strength of the positive reviews. My experience with Hi-Tech was every bit as good as others have noted. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired, but then Doug went above and beyond by thoroughly testing all of the cooling system and ensuring it was operating at peak efficiency. He was friendly and professional, explained what he was doing throughout, and the price was very fair. Its easy to understand now why Hi-Tech was rated so highly.
Consistently very pleased with the level of service and expertise. We had a duct booster installed to my sons room to improve airflow. There was a defect with the fan itself and Doug replaced within 2 days for free no questions asked almost 6 months later. He also never seems to be in too much of a hurry to check on other things while he is there. Doug is honest and trustworthy, which is really hard to find sometimes.
Cant say enough. We are very loyal customers when we make big purchases. Our AC recently went out, so we called our original installer who said we would have to wait. I contacted Doug, who took the time to just ask what the unit was doing. After explaining it, he felt it was a common easy fix and said he would squeeze us in to at least take a look. He came out an hour later found out he was right. He had the unit running again in 15 minutes for minimal costs. I will only go with Hi-Tech from now on, a great company that actually cares about its customers.

Doug and his newly graduated tech Taylor came out to see if they could troubleshoot an existing radiant floor system that had not been in use since we purchased the home. The two of them had the system going within a single service call and Doug continues to answer my afternoon phone calls when I have questions. Highland MI. Replaced my old furnace and added AC in October 2017. Hi-Tech quote was competitive with 3 others I obtained. I chose Hi-Tech due to how thoroughly Doug W. looked over the job before providing the quote and the equipment that was recommended (researched each recommendation on line to fact check what every company was telling me). I needed the furnace moved to another location which also involved cutting a new access into my crawl space so the job was a more complicated installation. This house had no AC so that was new too. Hi-Tech was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions before, during and after the installation. The installation is so well done its like a piece of art. Jason and John were very professional while installing the system and Doug was terrific in helping me obtain rebates from DTE and CE which helped with the cost. Love this company and so glad I chose them for this expensive investment.

Super responsive and quick. Our hot water heater took a nose dive and died. Doug and Joe were on top of it and installed a new one in no time!!! We will be using them for our new furnace for sure in the fall.
Had our furnace and AC replaced last fall and they just came back out to check that the AC starts up and will work well. Everyone Ive dealt with from Hi-Tech has been friendly, knowledgable and not pushy (a big bonus in my book!). Very happy with the unit we purchased as well. Doug and Jim at Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling made themselves readily available when my furnace blower went out. Jim installed a new blower in my furnace, and cleaned it out. The next day I had issues with the heat not working still, and Jim came back out when it worked for me. He investigated and showed me the real problem, and explained to me the inner workings so that if I have problems next time, I know why. He also told me to always call even if its just a question I have, and no service call is needed. Being a young home-owner and not being knowledgeable about heating and cooling aspects, Jim was extremely honest and I appreciated his help and willingness to make the customer happy.I will be using Hi-Tech for any future needs. I highly recommend their services.

Great service - very trustworthy. I had an issue with my furnace last year and the tech who came out tried to tell my my furnace was at its end of life and I should consider getting a new one. This guy took one look at the serial number and said that it was built in 2008....not anywhere near end of life. He showed me where to look for the error codes and explained the possible issue with the exhaust and intake pipes and modifications I should make to them.I highly recommend Hi-Tech for any furnace or a/c issues you might have.
Had the team come out twice in the past couple of months. Once for a broken AC and once for a furnace tune-up. The team is excellent. As first time home-owners, they allowed me to stand over them to get an understanding of what everything was and best practices to ensure nothing happens down the road. Doug and his team are amazing! They are true professionals. I was at home the day they installed our furnace and central a/c unit. They were right on time, they started to hustle the minute they hit the door. I watched them work. True masters of their craft as they worked like a well oiled machine. They were so nice, too! They finished the job in one day a day less than the other guys who we talked to. Also, Hi-Techs price couldnt be beat. Job came in exactly as quoted. No hidden surprises! First of all, after calling several contractors, I was delighted to have my call returned and an appointment set promptly.Doug was on time and fixed the problem as requested. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Later, he made a return trip and when it was discovered that a switch had erroneously been flipped off, didnt charge for the visit.I recommend this company highly
I called another local heating contractor to replace my heat exchanger on my Goodman furnace because I was getting flame roll out due to a cracked heat exchanger. This company replaced my heat exchanger and charged me $663. Still had flame roll out. They blamed low gas pressure. I called Hi-Tech and spoke with Doug about my problem. He told me that my problem was still the heat exchanger, probably due to a faulty installation. BTW, I called Doug, left a message, and 2 minutes later he called me back!Back to my problem. Doug sent out Jim the very same day and Jim verified that the problem was still the heat exchanger. He pulled out the new one that was installed and we discovered that the other company failed to install 16 screws that held the primary and secondary exchangers together. This caused air to blow through the exchanger causing flame roll out (which is dangerous). Jim had my problem fixed in a about 2 hours (he doesnt mess around - very focused and knows what he is doing). In the process of fixing the exchanger Jim noticed cracks in the exhaust collector box (I think that is the correct terminology) that the previous heating contractor tried to fix with caulk and black electrical tape! So Jim ordered the parts to put my furnace back the way it should have been and not held together with caulk and tape.Hi-Tech is my new heating contractor and I will use them for all my heating, cooling, and water heater issues (water heater is close to 20 years old so I know that will need changing out soon).Do yourself a favor and save time and frustration by giving Doug a call when your furnace or AC goes out. Believe me it is money well spent in peace of mind alone!
Doug was very helpful and accommodating with our schedules. When our issue first started, he was over in less than an hour to let us know what was going on with our furnace. He had great info and recommendations
Our Furnace broke on a day it was in the teen and we got in touch with Doug through our neighbors reference, to get our situation addressed. Doug came out within an hour and determined what the problem was, which was due to the broken Heat Exchanger. He even checked with the manufacturers warranty to determine we were within the warranty period. Jim was able to come out the same day and got the furnace running in 2-3 hours. I really appreciate the professionalism and courteousness of these guys and putting the customer first by getting us back to normal living condition );; on top of it, saving a good chunk of money.Thankyou Doug and Jim
Called Doug at 8 in the morning and he was over by 830 diagnosing the problem. My previous HVAC company had noted a leak from my AC but said it was ok to run. Unfortunately, major damage was done to my furnace from the leak and it needed to be replaced. Some how Hi Tech was able to replace it that very day, Doug is honest and upfront. Hi Tech is my new HVAC company!!

We had an issue with our heating unit. We contacted High Tech and they were out same day. Not only was their response time amazing, but they were very informative and fixed the problem right on the spot. I would highly recommend Doug and his crew anytime.
I am a very meticulous person and as such I normally do everything myself, so when a buddy pointed me to Hi Tech to install my garage HVAC I was skeptical best. However after meeting with them for a quote, all my concerns fell to the side. The installation was a difficult one at best and these guys made it look simple. Additionally, the team came up with suggestions I had not even considered.While I dont say this often about a contractor, these guys exceeded my expectations by a long shot!....and the customer satisfaction was outstanding....the job was so relaxing I wish I had another furnace/AC to install! Its too bad Hi Tech doesnt have other trades!

So I just have to report our most recent experience with Douglass Walter owner of HiTech. I left him a msg asking him to consider a gas line/washer/dryer install as mine died over the weekend. We have an old air conditioning unit that has broken twice in the last three years, but Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling has been able to come out quickly and get us back in a cool house in no time. Had a problem with my Geothermal system and called Doug, the owner. Even though it wasnt an emergency (no heat) situation he made time to stop by my house that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and spent a lot of time with me talking about my system. I found him to be very knowledgeable about Geothermal and my closed loop system. There are a lot of variables when it comes to balancing for peak performance and Doug knows his stuff. I would highly recommend his company.

Wow these guys are great! Here we are 9:00 at night when we get home and the house is cold. Check the temp and sure enough it is. So go down to examine the furnace and it will not ignite. I was able to call high tech heating and cooling and they has me all set that night. Top notch customer service! I was referred to them and I will be referring others to them. I dont write many reviews, but felt compelled to do so. Doug promptly responded to my internet inquiry. He walked me through how to check certain items myself over the phone in an attempt to avoid a charge. He ended up coming out the same day, and found a minor problem. He showed me how to handle it in the future. He went the extra mile to look through everything. Its so difficult to find trustworthy HVAC companies, and I believe I found mine.

I called Doug for service after seeing that his business is local and the reviews on google were good. During the night the air conditioner had stopped blowing and the temperature in the house was 8 degrees higher than the setting. I tried the fan on the thermostat as well as the heat and none of them were blowing. Assuming it was the blower motor. Doug came the next morning and spent about a 1/2 hour downstairs and came up to tell us that as of that moment everything was working, the blower was now working for both the air and heat. He checked all of the things he thought could be wrong and could not find a reason why it would have stopped. He said he did not want to replace something right now since it is working. He said if it stops again he would come back on him and then do what would need to be done to fix it. I am grateful that he didnt just fix something just to get the money as some people do. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling. Nice to know there are honest people out there not just looking to make a quick buck.

After a number of interviews, Hi tech earned a spot in my speed dial for HVAC services. Received quotes from a few different Companies w/ different systems & sizes. Hi Tech not only used industry guidelines to size my system, they walked me through the engineering calculation for verification. Hi Tech wrote every detail up, followed it as part of their plan as well as completed the installation on the exact timeline we established & agreed. Hi Tech also did all the paperwork for Utilities Rebates so, all I had to do was sign the form ! I have been in Industrial Contracting for many years & for a small business they performed more professionally than many large construction companies Ive dealt with in the past. They earned all 5 Stars in my book & Ill admit - Im not an easy customer to please.
Hi-Tech installed my Geothermal heating/cooling system and HUGELY exceeded my expectations. This is the best contractor of ANY type that I have hired. Everything was done on-time and as described, all of my questions and concerns were answered promptly, and my heating bills have fallen off a cliff.I talked with six different geothermal contractors before deciding on Hi-Tech. There were the price-gouging big shops with dedicated salespeople--plenty of experience but insanely high prices. Also the typical fly-by-night hacks that cut corners to get the price down. Hi-Tech did GREAT work for a LOW price. They were also the only contractor willing to explore the possibility of installing an open-loop system for increased efficiency--others simply would not go there (it seems closed-loop is a bigger moneymaker--more cut-and-dried).For HVAC/geothermal, I recommend Hi-Tech and no one else. I literally could not be happier with the level of service.

By far THE BEST Heating and Cooling Specialists Ive ever hired to service my 114 year old historical home. The entire team: Doug, Jim, Jason, and John were uber professional and efficient, going above and beyond what Ive come to expect as the typical response to a service call. I was not offered things that I did not need, and the service provided was fair and reasonably priced.....they even carried out an old hot water tank that had been down in my basement for a year, something that they certainly didnt have to do!! How sad that we, as consumers, are so used to average and below. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY!!! Acclaim the amazing. Lets stop letting mediocre be the norm.

I was without heat with the temperature outside in the 20s F. Called three companies in the area and got 2 answering machines and one who answered but didnt work on furnaces. Finally around 5:30 p.m. I called Hi Tech and spoke to Doug who was on his way home. Let him know I was without heat going on 24 hours. I could not get the heat to kick on after relighting the pilot three times. I finally figured that I had done all I could do, it had to be something else. Doug was at my house in ten minutes and replaced a thermal coupe. He was courteous, well spoken and efficient. It was a plus that did not look like someone out of the Pirates of the Carribean. He explained what the problem was and showed me what to look out for in the future. I am soooooo grateful for the high level of customer service I received at a time when I really needed it. Highly recommend.
Hands down the best. I have been using ? Hi-Tech for several years, every time - fast, courteous, professional service. Doug is a rare find. The last time I needed them out Doug had to hunt down something for my discontinued furnace, he could have easily just sold me a new furnace for 5 or 6 grand (or whatever) .. but instead he called and called and called and found a little shop somewhere that had some old dusty parts sitting on a shelf that were useable .. saved me a fortune!Then next I decided to install a Wi-fi enabled thermostat that I got through Amazon. Nothin to it except my system wasnt wired correctly. I called Doug out and he said I can walk you through that over the phone .. 10 minutes later I was wired up! - he didnt charge me. This guy is out there to make an honest living - kudos!

I have a geothermal unit that has been temperamental for the 10 years we have had it. I have gone through literally 4 HVAC companies and no one has been able to figure out the issues. Hi Tech came in, diagnosed the problem, got the part under warranty and installed the replacement part in a matter of a few days!!! They were prompt and courteous....and the unit has been working great!! I couldnt be more satisfied!

I actually would never use this business. There was a group of us standing in the side of the road to place a memorial cross on a light pole. The gentleman driving the van associated with this company intentionally almost hit 10 girls and severely hurt them in the same spot our friend just passed away. I’m assuming maybe he was late for something to show that kind of road rage. If you have any compassion at all you will not use this heating and cooling company. Find a new one! Google has a million

2022-06-23I called Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling to come out and look at our air conditioner/furnace that had stopped working. He was knowledgeable on what was wrong, fixed it quickly, and did a great job explaining the issue to me. We also had him look into our leaking ac ducts and he again did a fantastic job with the repair. Doug is professional, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend because we will not be using any other heating and cooling company!

2021-11-29In early Nov 2021, Doug from Hi-Tech came out to check our failed 27-year-old furnace the very next day after I called him. He called when he was on his way to our house, and arrived when promised. He diagnosed the problem, and explained what was wrong with the furnace. He was very patient with our many questions. His estimate/final price was competitive (we cross-checked with another company).Doug rearranged his schedule so that he could install our furnace at 8AM the next day, while honoring his prior commitment to another customer. He was cheerful, and very willing to answer questions as he performed the work. When his work was completed, I noticed that the corner of the basement where he did the work was cleaner than when he arrived! 2021-11-04I hired Hi-Tech to install a new 2-phase high energy furnace and air conditioner at the end of October 2021. The owner and his crew were all very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed for my home. The entire job was completed in less time than I expected. They had to run new duct work to vent it out of my house properly and did a great job. They were very friendly and cleaned up everything before they left. Their prices were competitive with other reliable companies in the area. I definitely recommend Doug and his company Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling and will use them again in the future should the need arise. 5 stars!!!!!

2021-12-28Out of all the contractors during the home building process, Doug was by far the best to work with. He provided us with a closed-loop Geothermal system and HVAC duct work throughout the home. He was professional and punctual the whole way through. 2022-01-04Doug came out to evaluate and fix our broken furnace on a very cold January day. He called back same day and came out in the morning. He took the time to diagnose the problem, educate me on what was going on, and get us back into the Heat during the cold January day. Very professional and honest. 2022-04-08Doug and his assistant came out and gave us a ton of good tips on how to circulate our heat and AC throughout the upstairs. Very affordable and also did a few extra things to make sure we were getting good heat/cooling in the upstairs bedrooms. Thanks Doug!
