Well I was told that they didnt look at credit and I went ahead and applied 90 down the drain because they do look at credit scores...
Dominic was very helpful in assisting me with a future home and made the lease signing super easy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cant get cable. Only their companies that Ive never hear of and its expensive
NO INTERNET!!! If you work from home or are younger than 70 I would beware there is NO INTERNET CONNECTION ANYWHERE!! Very frustrating and irritating. I will change my review if this changes
Nice community , beautiful mobile homes , me & my family have been approved and we’re looking forward to the neighbors.

Holiday Estates is one of the places to live beautiful and clean. and very quiet. nice homes. Nice loving people ❤

2022-04-27Internet isnt the best ...They say on the lease no aggressive dog breeds. My pitbull is living with my mom since weve moved into Holiday Estates... He cant even visit me from what I seen on the lease.However I see at least 10 homes with aggressive dog breeds. All seem to be friendly dogs . I miss my pet.Besides my personal situation.Staff is nice , seems like they are always improving the area . Maintenance is slow but there are TONS of new residents.Its quiet for the most part . I like living here , not a forever thing for me personally.

2022-06-02Not completely happy. Like location but hate the set up. There are no car ports or parking lots. You have to park parallel next to your house. Houses are set too close together. Guests has to park in the lot next to the office and hike to your house if you live far. Sometimes neighbors guests park in your spot! There was a fire a few weeks ago. The fire of one house grew and singed their neighbors house. Internet service is not worth mentioning. Park manager Sandra or whatever her name is is not trustworthy. She lies to her tenants and doesnt supply sufficient appliances to the homes. Find somewhere else nicer for your money. Dont move here unless you like daily BS.

2022-07-08Moved in July 1 2022. Firstly, it must be 2005 here still because internet is satellite only. Great if you live on top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere I guess? Was told the new-built home would be ready to move into on July 1, come to find out we wont be getting our AC unit until the 13th. Would have originally been the 21st had I not called and asked if there was any way to bump forward. One of the hottest months of the entire year to spend more than a week with no AC. On signing papers, I signed a delayed amenities addendum that I clearly should have read more closely. When management says the home will be livable on move in date, they mean you can sleep there if you enjoy sleeping inside of an oven. All management cares to say about it is you signed the paperwork and the house is technically liveable. For $1200/month, dont make the same mistake I did and find a place they take their residents seriously

2022-03-09I had a great experience. I have never rented a home like this and Dominic and his staff have been very helpful. I recommend this place and the staff. Very quiet and even though they are bringing in new places, this older person enjoys being here.

2022-05-23Dominic was great with getting us into our trailer quickly and we love the community and the improvements. The internet is the only thing we are struggling with. I wish we knew before signing we don’t even have cable outlets in our trailer! So disappointed… I have no idea what we are going to do for internet

2022-07-01Just moved in and really like it so far….. everything besides the fact that there is absolutely no Internet hookups and there’s no phone service (for T-Mobile atleast) in the entire park. I also have smart tvs so there’s no way for me to even watch tv. Everytime we’ve asked an estimated time they just say “soon” :(

2022-04-04Just move in love the home…. But if you work from home and needs a internet provider. NO Xfinity, AT&T, Verizon, noting. I really wish they mentioned that before.

2022-01-18My experience with Bonnie has been amazing to say the least! All of the staff our friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. They have made the transition of moving a breeze and I cant wait to further our relationship.

2022-01-06We moved in a month ago and things were not right with our place. We have been treated so great and they are very good in helping us. Love the community. Love the management. Shout out to Allen and his wife. Ron to. You are all wonderful people. Great place to live.

2022-04-09No internet, can’t do my work from home job. Need internet for my PC :( but no ones been really helping with this. The only place with internet in the whole park seems to only be the office.Edit; I’ve tried to contact them several times and all of my messages have been left on seen.
