Comment: They claim to have an airport shuttle but when you check in the tell it doesnt start until 9am and may or may NOT even run depending on if they have a driver! Im sorry but absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a hotel of that quality and within a couple of miles from the airport! The air conditioner in the room was also ridiculously loud. I had to turn it off so I could even sleep. Otherwise the stay was fine but would not likely stay there again because of the inconvenience.

Comment: We chose this hotel for 30+ rooms for SkillsUSA 2024. A bit far, but with a shuttle, no biggie. From Vivian (breakfast, 17 year employee), to Miguel (maintenance) and Candy (events), they did a fantastic job, catering to our comfort. They treated us like guests in their own home.

The building is new and theres a big gathering room with nice furniture. The rooms are good too and I think the building looks nice on the outside. I would stay here again when I return.

Comment: Stayed here for one night and I was given quite a spacious Standard Room with a Twin Bed. It was a room for wheelchair accessibility so not sure if other rooms in the hotel have this much space, but everything was modern and updated with very high ceilings. Probably the highest Ive ever seen in a hotel room surprisingly. The lighting in the entranceway and bathroom was quite dim though. They could definitely go for some brighter bulbs.The staff was also friendly and they let me check in a couple hours early and check out an hour later which perfectly worked out with my flight times. An even earlier check in option was also available at a fee. The hotel also provided a shuttle to/from the airport. A receptionist had initially told me that they run and stop by at the airport every 30 min but you actually have to call the front desk in advance to let them know where/when to pick you up.I had a couple minor complaints regarding the bathroom however. The first was the shower. Because it was a wheelchair friendly room, there was no separation between the shower and bathroom floor, and the water pressure from the shower head was so strong that water spilled out all over onto the bathroom floor area despite the curtain. I eventually figured out that there was a button on the shower head to control the flow but it was a really sensitive button and more of an on/off switch for the shower, but I found out a way to position it just right to make it work. The shower fixture itself that held the shower head was also loose and needed tightening/replacing. And second, the AC vent in the bathroom was making random noises and rattling at night. Significant enough for me to notice and wake me up.Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back here in the future.

Comment: The first misstep of this hotel was the female who greeted me. (I won’t say her name) She was rude, short with me, and overall seemed irritated. I get to my room and use the restroom. Only to find out the toilet is broken. I go down to the desk to let them know and they “upgraded” me to a bigger room. It’s nearly midnight. No offer to help moving my bags, no offer for a refund. So I basically got a working toilet and a bigger bed with an AC that sounded like a semi truck.

Comment: Booked and paid online for a suite paid over $100 but got regular room at check in there was a sign that said there is a $35 a day incidental fee (charged every day) so a debit or credit card HAS to be on file and funds must be available and it says it can take up to 2 weeks to get the money back if you use a debit card.... The room was clean enough except the bathroom 🤢 there was so much hair in clogged up in the shower drain the water wouldnt even go down I had to take off the plug and use my fingers to pull out globs of hair from god who knows where it was disgusting!!🤢 And the beds were so tall my dad couldnt get on the bed so he had to sleep on the lounge chair Probably wouldnt stay here again and most definitely would NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!! (Side note: Were going on 2 weeks since we stayed there and Im Still waiting for my $35 back)

Comment: Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed it. The room was nice and clean, kinda small for 4 ppl. The beds were super comfy especially the pillows, they offer Dove hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in case you forgot yours. Only complaints about the room was the AC unit was extremely loud, we had to prop things up against it to keep it from rattling and the vent in the bathroom was very dirty, oh and the door to the room is very loud for everyroom it would wake us up at times! The free breakfast was good, they had an okay variety for it being free. I didnt care for the unwelcoming vibe of the desk clerk when we arrived, she needs better customer service skills for sure. The property was pretty nice, the pool was being cleaned when we arrived but could have been cleaned better. I also HIGHLY recommend that you check out the hot tub prior to getting in it, the foam was green from all of the floating algae and the outer rim of it was caked with green flakes of algae.Side note: The area of the hotel has high semi truck traffic and regular drivers that dont know how to drive with them passing by lol!

Comment: To start Jenny front check in always smiling makes you feel welcomed. Carmen and Carmen did a excellent job with cleaning rooms and Auroa & Gianni. They put alot of effort in making sure all our needs were met. Never have been to a hotel that cared as much as they did. Carmen that is in charge really does a excellent job in training her staff. Im so happy she loves what she does it shows in her performance. Makes families fill at home. The whole cleaning team has helped out and from what I see there performance is outstanding! Mike ans the 2 younger guys are very helpful getting extra needs meeting expectations. I stayed a couple weeks and Rebecca kitchen staff is very clean and always stocked and very friendly, luv her smile.

Comment: This hotel chain is terrible. My elderly parents and disabled brother drove to this hotel and at check-in were told they had no power. No one tried to help them or get them to a nearby hotel with somewhere safe to stay. They were turned away and left in the parking lot to deal with customer service by phone. Called customer service and after being on the phone for over 3 hours, they said there was nothing they could do as the hotel staff should have initiated a transfer of their reservation. Was told the hotel manager would contact me immediately. 4 days later, no one has bothered to call, no refund. They charged for a room they never gave us. Horrible hotel! Dont ever stay here, they wont take care of you and wont even honor the money you spent.

Comment: The amenities were wonderful. I considered rating four stars, we were scheduled for a shuttle pickup from the hotel service but Wally changed my mind. When our flight was delayed three hours, I called to notify them of the incremental time changes as they occurred and was told the shuttle service wasn’t available when we would be landing. We asked to have a service called and it was suggested we try a taxi, Uber or Lyft. Needless to say we finally got an Uber in the middle of the night.The amenities were excellent and the beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff does an excellent job maintaining this place. The breakfast buffet was incredible and perfect for us and the kiddo. Excellent variety from fresh fruit, hot items, baked good and endless coffee and juices. Wally came to check when the heat kicked on a something smelled off, was so incredibly helpful and informative during our stay and even drove us back to the Airport for our rental. I understand due to staffing and hours some services are not available. Thank you Wally and Holiday Inn associates for changing my mind.

Room were fairly decent noise of others was awful you can hear just about everything going on in between the halls . Breakfast wasnt to bad had a few options, but if you wanted bacon best believe you need to be there @ 6 a.m. pool area was a rather small but was a plus during the warm weather. Their gym a bonus for all those gym addicts . Over all stays was great willing to visit again.

Comment: Great location near the airport, shuttle service would have been nice as we arrived at 3:00 am thanks to a very late flight. Was able to get a Lyft ride so it worked out. Room was very clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable, so much so I asked the front counter staff what kind of mattress and pillows they used. The free breakfast was standard issue and will get you going but nothing special about it. The pool and hot tub are nice but we didnt have time to partake in either one. Next time we fly into Ontario airport we would likely stay here again.

Breakfast was great and there was no need for me to eat breakfast elsewhere during my stay here; great variety and taste. My room was always cleaned well and left as I had requested. Only flaw is that this hotel is a bit separate from entertainment venues or restaurants for the duration of your stay, but everything else is perfect. I would stay here again.

The continental breakfast was grub seems like everybody that rented a room was very nice along with the person at the front desk was nice willing to help they have a shuttle for the airport and that was a big help that shuttle taking the place of a taxi helped us so much there was a microwave in the room and we had just left the Disneyland hotel which was on a five stars scale was like a two and a half and this place is like a 4 1/2 for the price that we paid was amazing and they helped us out a lot after we missed our flight from the Disneyland hotel

The rooms was clean and comfortable. Convenient parking available. The location was a plus for me where we were going. We met the cook her name is Vickie, she prepared an amazing breakfast each day and displayed southern hospitality. Yes, I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

Comment: I truly enjoyed my stay here and was able to relax. Clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided (lifesaver, since I forgot to pack mine). The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I appreciated that the room itself smelled clean and neutral, not heavily perfumed with deodorizers or cleaners.Breakfast hours are from 6:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. (hours may vary, check with the front desk) and on one day consisted of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, plus the usual oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, hot cocoa, juices, milk, bagels, bread. The next morning it was all except the biscuits and gravy.They have a laundry room (the machines take quarters), fitness room, two computers with a printer and phones in the lobby for business use, dining area, pool, hot tub, and so much more. They are working on their entrances and ended up passing the main one, but we just came back around as soon as we got the chance. Plan and book ahead, join their rewards program for extra savings.

Comment: I just realized I forgot to give a great review to this hotel. I was in this hotel for less than a month ago and I have enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean from the room all the way down to the bathroom. It definitely was a non-smoking room! I really enjoy anytime they have a non-smoking room area. The staff were friendly from the front desk receptionists to the housekeeping workers. My whole stay was a great one! Breakfast was nice and warm. Parking is free! I sat there in amazement for an hour and half watching 5 of them shovel mountain size plates of food into their mouths. One of them ate themselves into a coma, literally past out mid bite. They had so much sausage on their plates the sausage was rolling off their plates onto the floor. The floor became greasy with split sausage and created an unsafe condition the staff was unable to keep up with. I was lucky enough to get one biscuit and a small amount of gravy. Sadly I think this nice establishment was eaten out of business.

Comment: Overall, it was a decent stay. The guy who checked me in on Sept 5th wasnt the warmest. The bathroom didnt have any body or head hairs which I was extremely thankful for. No signs of bedbugs (yes, I always check at hotels). But upon further inspection there was trash on the floor behind a seat. I also saw how quickly the cleaning lady was going through rooms- so make sure if you stay here that you do your own COVID-19 wipe down and spray.

They didnt have clean towels and I understand things happen. But the woman at the front desk (5/8/2021 between 9am - 11am) was very dismissive and rude. She said it will take 15 mins for towels to be available. Not a problem. 1 hour & 45 nins passes and still no towels. I call the desk & they say an additional 15 mins. By the way, Im in town for my grandfathers 100th bday. So now I have no choice but to use a dirty towel because Im going to be late waiting. The front desk ignored my calls from my room, but they answered when I called immediately after from my cell phone. I asked to speak to the manager & front desk says no manager available until Monday. 7 mins later, towels suddenly become available. I returned later that evening and spoke with the weekend manager who says sorry my staff is stressed because we are busy. He offered me 3000 points. Why? Ill n ever return.

And that would have been nothing to remark, except for the fact that we found it to also be inadequate. The unit took too long to respond to the room getting warmer, and so we spent the night often too warm, before the A/C would kick in and cool it down again.The free breakfast was also a bit of a problem. Unfortunately, there was only a single poor soul to handle what was, during our single night stay, a very full hotel. For some reason, the sausages for the breakfast never seemed to have arrived, and things like coffee creamer hadnt been topped up. The creamer issue was quickly handled by the staffer, but it was clear that for the volume of guests, there simply needed to be more than just one person working. We are NOT faulting the person working. This is a management issue that should have been anticipated and planned for.We also noted a loose faucet assembly on the sink, and that room cleaners had left behind a cleaning rag hanging over the shower curtain rod.All of this would have been reported to staff, but at checkout, for some reason all 3 staff at checkout seemed to be too involved with telephone and one customer to pay attention to the fact that I was standing there waiting to speak to one of them. After waiting a bit, I just passed the room keys across the counter and departed.All of this speaks to some sort of issue with management. I cant fault staff at all. They were friendly and helpful, but simply understaffed, from all appearances. In fact, the third star in my rating was awarded ONLY because they were so nice.

This made me feel like I was an inconvenience.The issue was that the TV ports were not working properly and my Fire Stick would not display on the screen (though I could hear it just fine).After being allowed to test it on another TV, it was shown that the issue was not a fault of my device but of the TV in that room. This should never be an issue if there is an available room to switch to. Your TVs are faulty? Fix them. Replace them. I go in to use mine in the meantime and the 2 front desk persons are of no assistance. 1 is laugh and the other is just saying well I didnt steal his money. No, proper response would be Im sorry our system malfunctioned. The room has pieces of the furniture that are literally peeling apart. Im pretty sure the towels were dirty. Then breakfast had expired drinks and yogurt. Just a lot of carelessness. In the end, due to the 4 hr wait the day prior, it would of been nice to be offered some type of compensation due to everything else that happened. Just not as great of a location as some of the others.

Comment: What a nice clean place! I was welcomed like a prince as I entered by both friendly front desk clerks with a cheery good morning and swiftþclear response to my inquiry. I then proceeded to their proffesionally cleaned restrooms which were clearly marked and sensibly located and laid out. Upon entering the restroom I was struck by its overall ambiance: clean, large, and well maintained. The stall doors locked securely and the gaps werent TOO huge. The toilet seats were were a good fit to my bum, comfy, and not too round (you know what I mean). The toilet paper was reasonable quality, spares loaded up properly, and a slight decorative fold at the end. Personally I prefer a whale or dragon origami at the end of the TP, but I realize that sometimes people need to go fast and dont have time for that extra TP origami detail like at the Ritz or Bombay hotels. All in all, the TP was adequate and practical. The autoflush toilet was well timed and a GUSHER of water proved that this is America, the land of the free!The sinks were quite nice, auto soap and water worked flawlessly and quickly, very satisfied customer. The hand dryer was a little tricky but I figured it out (AirBlade model 606B) and it was a little too quick. I tend to still go for hand towels but in a pinch these airblades worked fairly well. Overall, a pretty decent bathroom.

The place is set up nicely, but when we walked in I mentioned to my husband that the floor in the walkway and bathroom were dirty and he just brushed it off. Well today my one year old found a beer bottle cap on the carpet area by the bed, we dont have alcohol in this room. That just made me cringe, we slept here already and all I can think is that the the filth of the previous person is still in 5he room, the blankets have probably not been changed and the towels probably have been used. When you come on vacation you expect to enjoy your hotel not wonder if they even clean at all or just reuse everything without washing.

I sat on the sofa in my room and it collapsed toward the middle and I twisted my back and hurt my left shoulder trying to catch myself. I guess they are renovating the place, but in the mean time they should shut it down till its finished.

The condition of the hotel is good and the rooms are comfortable and clean, as are the majority of HI Express hotels. Its right off the 60 freeway and accessing it is easy. Theres a decent convenience store withing walking distance, but restaurants will mostly require a car ride.

Comment: Stayed Saturday 8/25..Room was clean, fresh from desk was nice, however there was an unfortunate incident. The bathroom inside hotel near the pool was trashed w/ unsanitary findings on bathroom floor. Reported it to front desk that night and called to speak to manager to assure they were aware of incident..its just unfortunate that a manager is not available when needed. But staff in front desk answering phones do what they can and maintain professionalism.

Comment: It had very pleasant employees at reception. The place had very clean, top notch bathrooms except for missing coat and hanger hooks on the doors of the stalls. They had Dyson high powered hand dryers that look like space crafts. It looked very cool. It had superior ambiance and superb ventilation, clean hallways, clean premises but no happy hour lounge or music. I saw Fresh clean water at the door which is great for hot days but they had no cookies. The environment was welcoming. I loved the place.

Then this guy charges 300$, for security deposit, plus 214$ for the room. Yeah we paid it. No problem because I have money. Dont judge a book by its cover. I may look hood, but bet I have more money in my account then him. Treated us like he was better then me and my dude. Like we couldnt afford class. Then when we checked out, tried to say some stupid saying we smoked in the room. For an hour we argued with him to call manegement. Finally he does, management comes, checks the room, gives me back my deposit, and offer a free night in the suite. Lol

Comment: Great & safe location, literally 5 min from the Ontario airport. Hotel is not very accessible, only one entry that can be easy to miss and next to a trailer parking that makes 18 wheelers block the passage. Hotel is regular, nothing really stands out, drab furnishings and medium sized hallways, average rooms. Hotels looks relatively new as of Oct 2017. Free WiFi and complimentary breakfast makes me raise my score to a 4 star.

Plenty of parking, restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. Close to the airport so you dont have an excuse to miss your flight.

Comment: Below average HIEX.Im Spire Elite tier in IHG Priority Club and have stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels. I prefer to stay in them because the points system is great. But as far as they go this one isnt as good as the others are.I was grateful to get my room because all the hotels were booked. But the rooms desperately need an update...Old carpet, small 720p tv, 1990s window treatments, the caulk in the tub surround is disintegrated because the tub was used before the silicone had time to dry. Also, I have a standard king room and there are no electrical outlets on the end tables or on the lamps. So I am left reaching for my phone on the opposite side of the bed across from where the lamp and clock are, on the sidr of the bed Id typically use. Also, you can hear the highway traffic from my room and the floor above seems thin (because I can clearly hear the guests footsteps above). The furniture, microwave, and fridge are fine and the bathroom is nice.It isnt a totally negative experience though. The loby is nice and the bed is comfy. The staff were very friendly and warm to me when I checked in and when I spoke to them on the phone. Plus, there are many places to eat within walking distance. It seems like there is plenty of parking even though the hotel is completely sold. They have a well- stocked shop with a wide variety of food and drinks in the loby.Just an okay hotel, could be a lot better.

Comment: Excellent customer service, hotel has a nice modern look and is very clean. The room was very comfy and clean as well. Oh the pillow finally as place that has good pillows 👍. The complementary continental breakfast was pretty much the same as other Holiday inn not enough in the menu but enough to get your day started. The location is right next to the busy highways of CA, and there few fast food and dine in restaurant within walking distance. Bottom line top notch service, very clean, highly recommend.

Comment: This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I didnt mind having to go around to and exterior entrance just to get to my room (due to construction) (a heads up when I made the registration would have been nice) I do however mind that my air conditioner wont get any cooler than 78, theres graffiti on my room walls, the bathroom has NO fan, the pool and spa water is grimmy with a oily film, the complimentary breakfast was awful. The fruit was old, the bananas are brown and the oranges are shriveled! The coffee and juice machines were both EMPTY at 7am, when I asked if they could check the coffee and juice, the woman rolled her eyes ( I did however interrupt her personal conversation) I have pictures to back up everything I have wrote here. My opinion if your in this area and need a hotel, DONT STAY HERE. If you do decide to stay, expect to pay more money and get nothing more than a sleazy no star motel with the Holiday Inn Express name.

Comment: The room was only looking good that was it.Im here for training and they are treating me and my crew like we are lower beings.First they put 4 of us in one room.I had no complaints.But the roll out bed the got us was torn up broken and had dirty sheets.We had to keep remagnitizing our room keys and the dead bolt is broken.They replaced our kiereg coffee maker with a crappy one. (Mainly because we had them replace the bed)And now one of my teammates is now missing his money he left in the room.

Comment: First hotel where coffee wasnt available in the lobby 24hrs a day, but they will brew a pot if asked. The housekeeping is about average, but there are times when the dont change the sheets. Having a microwave & mini-fridge in-room is definitely a plus, as is having five convenience restaurants (all can be classified as fast food, only Jack In The Box is dedicated fast food). The nearby 7-Eleven is another bonus, especially if you are driving.I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a smoke-free environment & easy highway access.

The staff was very polite and helpful with the details on my room and the free continental breakfast that they serve & free wiring for the guests. My room had 2 queen beds - alarm clock - TV with direct TV and other useful amenities like a coffee maker & a small refrigerator. The room was very clean and very quiet. I only for one night but I will return at my next visit.

Comment: This hotel treats the CR England trainees like 2nd class citizens. Richard at the front desk went off on me because he overheard me complaining to some other trainees about how the trainees were being put into groups of 5-6 to a room because they overbooked the hotel. This hotel KNOWS that a new group of England driver trainees comes there every week, but they dont seem to care how much the trainees are inconvenienced.The continental breakfast is usually late and the quality of the food is fair at best. The hotel knows when the shuttles arrive to take the trainees to school but always put the food out late so people have to hurry to eat before the shuttles arrive. The kitchen staff is generally overwhelmed and cant seem to keep up with the demand of feeding 20-30 driver trainees every morning in time to eat breakfast before the totally mismanaged shuttle system provided by England takes the trainees to the training school.On the whole, the hotel seems to NOT care that England is paying them a sizeable fee to house their driver trainees every week. The hotel doesnt seem to be able to anticipate and plan for the numbers of people they regularly house in the hotel for England. Youd think after several years they would have figured all of this out. Evidently not.

Comment: I have to stay here for training and I love it. The rooms are always clean, the beds are VERY comfortable, and the continental breakfast is great (along with the lady that handles it)! Last time I stayed, I accidentally left my Tiffanys ring that I got last year from my other half. Not only did the staff turn it in to lost and found but they mailed it to my house for me! Bri is so pleasant and Rich is so professional that I truly enjoy staying here! Keep up the good work! What a delightful place :-)
