Second time I’ve taken my truck here to get worked on and I’m always impressed. Very good customer service and a fast turnaround. I like receiving the reports on my phone and they are great a communicating. Only place I would take my truck in the area.
Holly Auto always treats us like family. They are always extremely open and understanding of our concerns as well as wiling to take the time to explain any issues going on with the vehicle and what has to be done to resve the issue. Their prices cannot be beat, and their customer service and knowledge are absolutely unbeatable.
Levi is awesome! He made everything very seamless, and got my car back to me earlier than promised. Everything works amazingly now, and he was kind and understanding during all of it. Thank you! I wont go anywhere else!
Holly Tires was the only tire store in the area that was able to get me in without an appointment and got me four new tires and back on the road the same day. Great tires at a great price, super friendly people that truly care.
They were polite and explained everything before proceeding with repairs. They went above and beyond because I didnt realize they werent open Saturdays and still got me my car. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
I wish I could give this no star. I basically payed them to be nice to me. They overcharged me for simple things that you could get way cheaper at a different place. Go to a different place! Just one example: My car had trouble starting and they thought it was the battery, overcharged me to clean the battery(along with fixing the brakes and one caliper) then an hour before i was going to pick it up he said it was the heat gasket that needed to be replaced and that would be $1,700. I took it to a different place because it really wasnt adding up. Turns out it isnt the heat gasket. Something sure is off!
Amazing customer service, communication, and a detailed inspection report of vehicle. Would 100% recommend and I plan on using them as my main shop from now on.

Got tires for my truck and they look amazing.They have also done my fuel pump module and my wheel speed sensor on my truck.I have also had them do the intake and thermostat on my wifes van.They are very respectable and friendly.

I have an 05 Avalanche that was given to me because it needed a lot of repairs. Since Ive owned it for a little over a year, Ive done most of those repairs myself, with the exception of a new transmission and replacing of all the hard brake lines. Holly Tire and service did the brake lines, which I could get to... greatly appreciated. My Avalanche is a great driver now. I still have a few repairs to do, but Holly Tire and service aided in getting my truck back on the road.
I’m new the area and started looking for a place to get truck fixed locally. So I took a chance and relied on the other google reviews here. I took my truck there a couple of times this year to get a number of age related repairs. I was really happy their service. The prices are competitive. Everything they find is transparent. I like the breakdown of charges coupled with pictures in the digital invoice so you can see exactly what needs fixed. The guys there are professional and courteous. It was really helpful that they had a loaner car as we have only one vehicle so that was a life saver. I am happy with their work.
We’ve used these guys several times on a couple of different vehicles over the last couple of years. They are professional and thorough. They always give you the cost estimate up front so there are no surprises after the repair. We had a warranty issue once and they stood behind their work just as they advertise.I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable car repair service.
Im picky when it comes to auto repair shops, I usually try to do any work myself but I had a oil leak that was beyond my ability to repair so I took it in. They quickly determined where the leak was coming from and had the car fixed with a new oil change in 2 days. They were excellent at reporting any issues and communicated with me before doing any work. What I noticed most was how clean the exterior of the car was, I live on a dirt road so my car is dirty all the time but they cleaned it so well I almost didnt recognize it! They did not have to do that but I greatly appreciate it and will go back.

The best customer service at the front desk! I am a woman and I never feel intimidated talking to these guys. They are so nice, explain everything, and can send reports of your vehicle with photos. I’ve had my brakes done, windshield wiper unit replaced, and a 60,000 maintenance done here. Always an excellent experience.
The entire crew at Holly Tire & Auto were top notch. They were super easy to work with, which came in really handy with us being 3 hours away. My gear shifter was stuck in park while my dash said my car was in reverse-not a good way to start a work day. I was able to get my car repaired at Holly Tire & Auto and they were able to get everything taken care of the day after it was towed there. I was able to pay online and pick it up after hours, making it flexible for my busy schedule. They even left me a nice little package with caramel corn and an air freshener. This was exceptional service and I will be back for any future work I need. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Holly Tire and Auto came highly recommend by several friends and I am so thankful that I listened. I had to have my car towed to the shop. Dealing with any car repairs is stressful but they were great. I was worried about being without a car while they checked over my car and did the repairs, but I was able to get a loaner from them. That in itself was such peace of mind. I liked the text notifications when they would work on my car. Chris was very helpful with any questions that I had. The detailed inspection and pictures of everything was a huge plus as well. Great service! I would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Holly Tire & Auto Service. My check engine light came on in my Chrysler Town & Country Minivan. I went to Autozone to have the code read and they informed me that I needed to replace my thermostat. I was so upset. I have a family of 6 and this van is the only vehicle that fits us all. I called Holly Tire & Auto Service for help. I spoke with Levi and he got my car in the very next morning. I was checked in by Alan and he was very kind and let me know that they would recheck the code and do an overall inspection of my vehicle at no additional charge. I got a call back same day to confirm they needed to replace the thermostat and that the work would be completed same day. I was so happy! I will definitely return to Holly Tire & Auto Service for future maintenance and repairs on my vehicle.
As always I received the best service imaginable. Allan didnt have any loaner vehicles available, so he drove me home and when the job was done he picked me up at home. That right there shows everybody that type of business that Allan runs. Willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Will be a life long customer.
Came through for me yet again. Got me a loaner at the last minute, got me up and running after the weekend. Everything was perfect as usual. They even found a problem with my transmission lines which was a good catch before it could have potentially been bad on the side of the road.
Please check their prices.I apprehensively let them do a bunch of work on my truck, knowing they were gouging me, but once you bring it there, and they charge you for “evaluation” it’s inconvenient to go somewhere else. The truck is maybe fixed (time will tell), but I know I spent at least $1000 more than I should have.After that my wife took her car for an oil change there and they tried to sell her almost $3000 of other services. Part of that was $2100 for shocks and struts (all 4 corners). Belle Tire is $1,150.They are taking advantage of the current market. I guess they have that right, but they lost my business doing that.
Years ago our Jeep Commander stranded us across the street from Holly Tire & Auto Service and they have been our go-to place ever since.
I never go anywhere else for tires or service, Holly Tire is the place I recommend to all my friends. I needed brakes and had a wobble in my front end, and I decided to get tires while it was there. They needed to keep my car a couple days but gave me a free loaner during that period. The men at the front desk call me by my first name, are always extremely courteous and kind, and I am saying right now I will never go anywhere else.
I was having issues with my daughters 2015 Ford Focus stalling. Holly Tire & Auto were able to diagnose the problem and replace the faulty wire to get the car back on the road. They were great at communicating with me and with coordinating payment through my warranty company. Professional and efficient service. Im grateful to have local mechanics that I can trust.
Very high priced.. wanted to charge me $410 to put on a serpentine belt and tensioner I got the serpentine belt and tensioner for $75 and put it on myself outrageously High...
The guys at Holly tire were great! Ryan T. Was who i dealt with and he was professional and honest. They were able to get my car up and running in a timely manner. It runs a ton better now and will get me many more miles. I highly recommend this place!

The service coordinators for this shop are phenomenal. I had to have two tires replaced. Ben arranged to have my exact tires delivered and replaced while I run errands today. While I have yet to pick up my vehicle, (Will update this post with info on how they did!) I have been incredibly impressed with their service. They are absolutely crystal clear on what to expect, they give a full list of issues they would suggest repair on, and are hands down the most pleasant tire/auto shop I have ever had to deal with. So far, a big thumbs up from these guys!
Needed my 5.7 hemi replaced due to MDS design problems. They replaced it with top of the line parts, that were re designed to eliminate the design flaw. 3 year 100,000 mile warranty is nice to have.great job done quickly

Friendly staff. The after hours drop off is very helpful for people that cant get there during normal business hours. I liked the detailed break down sent to my phone of potential problems. Repairs were done in a promptly manner and my truck sounds and drives great.
Overly priced. Staff is friendly but they see you coming and take you for a ride on the financial hardship train.

UPDATE: Since Bens departure, customer service has seriously deteriorated. Inflated estimates, recommending unnecessary repairs, lack of personal connection with longtime customers. We no longer go to Holly Tire & Auto because of this. Ill gladly go back to the dealership our vehicles were purchased at and pay less (and I have the invoices to prove it!)My mother and I have been customers of Holly Tire & Auto for a little over two years and they have two loyal customers for life. Ben and Allan are very courteous and knowledgeable. They make sure youre fully aware of whats going on with your vehicle and if they find something that wasnt in the initial quote, they call you to let you know and what their recommendation is as well as the additional cost. When it comes to tires, the will price match their competitors. Its a no-brainer for us. You get one stop shopping for all of your repair needs as well as treated with courtesy and respect. They truly do value their customers.
Excellent personal care, I felt like I was their only customer. I split my repair into two different appointments and was offered a courtesy car each time. One time I dropped my car off, without making prior arrangements, 30 minutes before the shop opened so I could get to work on time and I was let in with no problem.My quotes were explained clearly, work completed ahead of time and the car operated perfectly.Thank you Holly Tire.Al

Great service, always happy with the service. Got serviced for more than 4 years while I was in Grand blanc. Even though I currently live far away, still choose to get my cars i.e honda, bmw, acura serviced with holly auto as I don’t want to take any chances. Lewi has been great and so as rest of the staff.

Worst prices in town, usually around 200-300 more than what the job calls for. Ford Focus 2014, had my cracked radiator replaced a month ago for $1000 ( going rate $675) Today I was charged almost $800 for an alternator ( going rate $500). “ Gravy work “.Not only are their prices inflated, but whenever we take the car in something else breaks down a month later. Every time!! Either we’re jinxed or they are. Keep away!!
Holly Tire is the only place we get our vehicles repaired. They honor their work & are fair and honest. The always have a nice loaner car & when you pick up your car it is washed & vacuumed. All employees are awesome & helpful.

I had a leak in my tire and they were able to repair it and offer a lifetime (of the tire) warranty on it. Professional and nice folks to interact with. One star knocked off as it took them a while to get to my car. If you need a repair and are in the area go see them.

Very professional. Super friendly.They explained everything in detail, what they were doing and what I should expect. Outstanding courtesy. Same day service. They even sent me a copy of the maintenance report and a detailed list of the cost for each repair.Even though I wasnt able to pay for all the repairs on my car that needed to be done, they gave me a list of priority items so I can come back and get the next item fixed on the list.They made it very easy for me to understand what the problems were with my car, how much it was going to cost to fix, and in what priority they should be done.
We took our car in to get a oil change. We received a flyer in the mail for a $19.95 oil change. I made an appointment thinking I sure hope this doesnt turn into a $35.00 oil change like all the other places, plus have someone telling me I need this flushed or that done. We were very pleased! Not only did the price stay the same but they fixed very minor problem with our air conditioner for no charge! They were very kind and courteous. We will be coming back for future oil changes and repairs. And we also cancelled our appointment with Belle Tire so we could have our tires done here. Great price and service, that is hard to find! I know we will be taken care of, not taken advantage of. Not to mention, we would much rather give our business to a local company!! Thank you Holly Tire & Auto!

I was traveling North alone, and had severe steering and suspension issues, with a just purchased used vehicle. I was addressed immediately, and assisted to the best of their ability late on a Friday. By early Monday morning, I had a diagnosis, as well as future possible issues, and a fix. I cant thank them enough. I was so stressed, I dont have names to mention. Thank you sooooo much!
The service was , once again, outstanding. Holly tire and Auto earned my repeat business the last time. They continue to impress with their professionalism and value. They send a link to their inspection report, which contains photographs and explanations, related to why you brought the vehicle in and what repairs may be needed in the near future. This feature helps me plan for expenses that are upcoming. I have never felt pressured to have more services performed than what I brought the vehicle for. Honest and very pleasant staff. They price matched Belle Tire and then gave me an honest recommendation for future work. I know cars, and typically do my own maintenance. They only mentioned things that I was already aware of and didnt try to sell me on anything else. Ill come back here to do work that I otherwise cant do myself.
They are great. To be honest I know people like to complain about the price, but I have found it to be well worth it. I know it is done right.I also appreciate that they are willing to keep it light hearted with. I find getting my car fixed a bit depressing, but having office staff and technicians who will laugh with me helps me feel better.

Mike is such a nice and down-to-earth guy! My truck was towed in on the weekend and they made it a priority first thing on Monday morning. They gave the best and most thorough vehicle inspection prior to repairing it. I was very pleased with the user-friendly report. The repairs went quickly and swiftly and I had my truck back within a couple days running better than ever before.Additionally, they cleaned my truck and made it shine! I went there for brakes and an oil change, and the courteous, helpful staff I felt was honest and fair. My cat cant back services and even cleaned! Id definitely say they are a top service center.
New catailic converter, and top of manifold. Have my cat and I a ride to a relatives resident. Accepted a partial payment and let me store the vehicle there safely until I could pay the balance. They kept me from blowing up the engine that was backfiring and at risk of catching on fire. I am satisfied with the service.

I love how they will provide you detailed inspection report including pictures on work that needs to be done, this provides extra clarity on work you are paying for. Holly tire is one of the best shops in Holly. Very customer friendly and a very nice staff all around. They go through and tell you exactly what your vehicle needs and what can wait. Very fair with pricing. I always have good experiences there.
I recently took my vehicle to them to get fix and yet my car is running worse now than it did before I took it to them. 2500$ later and I regret ever trusting them with my car. On the plus side they are nice and have loaner car (which is why I picked them). Will not be returning to them.
This was my first time using Holly Tire & Auto Service. I had a warranty service for my Ford Explorer. The communication from Randy was excellent. The best I have experienced from a repair shop. The repair was fast and they were easy to deal with.I highly recommend them for any auto repairs or service.

Well, it seems like it could be great. Truth is, it was an interview to see if they could/would do the service I need on my Subie. Nope, not this particular thing, but they have tires! Really nice guy at the counter and he agreed to some diagnostics, but not the exact service I need. Theyre still a potential for other things tho! Tall slender fella sells tires!

Very helpful. We were visiting from out of town and noticed our car starting to pull to one side on the drive to Michigan. Took our car in for an inspection and found out we needed to replace a part and have an alignment that can only be done at a dealership. Provided straightforward answers, quick service, ensured our car was safe for our return drive and wrote down their findings so we can pursue repairs once we return home. Appreciated the service.

I dropped my car off on a Friday with a noise I was unable to identify. I was emailed a detailed list of their thorough inspection with pictures and videos and I was able to set up the repairs for the next business day. My car was in and out of their shop over just one weekend and Im very happy with their exceptional customer service. I will, without a doubt, be returning with any future vehicles I own.

First time using Holly Tire & Auto and well I was totally bummed out that I did not know of them sooner. The complete experience was top notch and the best I have had in a long time. Allen was great when talking to on the phone and my service representative Ben was great. He explained everything in great detail and also what they suggested. I did not feel pressured or like they were trying to sell me everything and the kitchen sink and that they would not let me go unless I bought everything they wanted to sell. I took my daughters 2008 Audi to Ben and he was completely honest and upfront with every repair the car needed to make it safe for her to drive. He explained everything in detail and included pictures via text message so I could see the worn out parts for myself. He didn’t try and push additional services that were needed but needed immediately. He had the car fixed and ready to pick up exactly when he said he would. Very efficient, friendly and most of all honest!! Will definitely take my vehicles back to him for repairs in the future.

Came in on a Monday morning, because my day started with a flat, had no wait time to get seen and the technician came out with a quote for the work needed very quickly. They repaired the tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Way better than the dealership who said it would be 3 hours and I should just drop my truck off and pick it up at end of day. This is place is great! I have had a lot of car problems in my time (only 20) and this is by far the greatest experience yet. The customer service here is great. They have a really neat method allowing texts from customers, which helped me a lot while I was at work. They also go above and beyond your needs. I knew I was running late to the shop to drop my car off and they waited for me to get there instead of closing. What work I thought would take a week just took a day. I am not from Holly but this shop is worth the small drive to Holly. Very good car work, good prices and great customer service.

Had them do a check up on my car to see if theres anything wrong with it before my trip. They do a great job and have a nice system with that. They email you with pics showing everything you need which is super helpful. Pricing isnt too bad, especially if you want to make sure youre vehicle is properly worked on.

It took two visits to correctly diagnose the issue, but they listened to what I had to say and were able to correctly diagnose and fix the issue quickly for an average/expected price. We brought in our daughters car for a few repairs. Holly Tire performed a thorough inspection and Ben called us with the repair details and an estimate. Im extremely impressed with the professionalism and honesty in regards to the repairs completed. Specifically, they could have charged me a lot more on an exhaust repair but they found a much cheaper custom exhaust solution which lowered my overall bill by hundreds. Decided to get my oil changed here, because my husband had reward dollars and I thought it wouldnt hurt to have the fluids and other things checked. I usually do my own oil changes, but its winter and it was free with the reward dollars. If youre willing to leave your car with them for a few hours, they will do an inspection and send a report, with pictures, of things that need to be watched, replaced or are okay. Im happy with the service and will use them in the future.

Brought in my vehicle for an estimate on damage from hitting a curb. I dealt with Ryan. Very polite and professional. I got a same day estimate and then dropped off my vehicle when the parts were in (which nice not having to be without it while waiting). I was provided a loaner and my repairs were completed the same day. I did need to take I back to get something tightened up (which was a very minor inconvenience for me). It corrected in less than 15 minutes. This business still deserves a 5 star for me. My vehicle also received a cleaning which I wasn’t expecting.

I own an auto repair business about 40 minutes south of Holly. I came here because I live out this way and my shop doesnt have an alignment rack as of this review date. I have a TON of time and money invested in my truck and Ryan was very prefessional when I came in for an alignment. I dont trust just anyone to put a wrench on it as I do all my own work. Ryan explained what he had to do during the alignment. Service writers were friendly and had me written in quickly. I came here based on their Google reviews and will be back again.
I had my sons car towed to them for repair work. I have never dealt with them before. It is nice to deal with a company that does what it says. They gave me a quote and a time line and lived up to both. Since then we have started to use them for other car services such as oil changes. They deliver what they say they will. I will continue to use them for all of our car needs. Even though they are a little out of the way for us they make the trip worth while. Thank you.

Today about 3pm I walked into the the office with intentions to inquire about pricing and appointments for an alignment. I replaced all front suspension parts myself. When I was asked about vehicle details I gave them out 99 Cadillac Deville. I was asked what was done to it with which I replied “All of it. Struts, control arms, rotors, calipers, pads, sway bar links, and hub assemblies.” I was blown away when I was told they wouldn’t do it because of liability and lack of profit. My jaw dropped, I only need the positive camber fixed. I said price wasn’t an issue. He says “ok then $250.” Not pleased with the answer or attitude I asked if he had any recommendations for a shop. “Any shop that does alignments, check google.” I will gladly take my business else where, no doubt.
Holly Tire is the place we take our three cars to. The staff is friendly and most of all honest. You never walk out of there feeling like you were taken advantage of. We will continue to go there and recommend them to friends and family!
Called Holly oil and tire service for oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t have a spot open for me, but said they’d see what they could do and call me back. They called me back within 10 minutes had me in for an appt within 20 minutes. I worked with Jake who went over everything very thoroughly, and sent me home with a report for things that needed to be done. Highly recommend!!!
I like working with Ben: Hes friendly, honest and easy to talk to about whats wrong with your car and what its going to take to fix it.Also Ive been there many times for just an oil change, and after them going over the car with their many point inspection (like they do each time) theyll come back and say they found nothing wrong. These folks stay open and operate based solely upon word of mouth and the quality of their work. This alone says a lot about their honesty and service. Always a good place to go to get work done on your vehicle. Over the years have had several things done. Prices are fair and service is always positive. Only negative I can say is not open on the weekends , but they have a key drop off program. No reason not to try Holly tire.Time after time the place I choose to get any work done to my vehicles.

Update: I am leaving my first review below because at the time i truly believed it. But i took my car back to get the power steering fixed only to have them quote me OUTRAGEOUS. I was heartbroken. They told me the part i needed they could only get from Ann Arbor and would be so expensive. Im happy to say today i took my car to a competitor and they fixed not only the one piece i was quoted feom holly tire but three other issues for only $100 more than the outrageously ridiculous quote i was given by holly tire. I will never again go to holly tire because of their prices. Not that they werent nice but i felt like i was taken advantage of in a way................previous review: I am very happy I took my car here. I worked with Ben who was fantastic to me. All the staff was pleasant actually. Holly Tire is attentive to your needs and very thorough with their inspection and willing to work with you in any way they can. I got taken into the back and he pointed out the things my car needed so I had a better idea of what was going on. the over all experience was very very appreciated! :)

I have been going to Holly Tire and Auto for over a decade and would recommend them to anyone. If an unexpected repair occurs (e.g. a flat tire or warning light), they will give a prompt assessment and get the repair done as soon as possible.Holly Tire goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. They will always give a fair assessment of the vehicle condition, and identify the things that need to be fixed immediately and let me know about items that are wearing and will need attention but can wait.
The staff is friendly and I got a great deal on tires, but I wouldnt recommend going them for repairs. They are EXTREMELY expensive. They gave me an estimate on my back brakes and it was 900$. I ended up paying only 150$ at Secret Service Auto (A local shop in Highland). They laughed when I told them the price that Holly Auto wanted for brakes. The rest of the diagnostic sheet said I would need about $4,000 total in repairs when I only paid $600 for the car! It was depressing. They say that they strive on peoples safety but I think that they only strive on getting rich. Im still safe, and I paid way less! Got any student discounts?
Very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable prices. They were on-time for my appointment and I did not have to wait for service. The inspection report they text is very helpful and includes photos. I would highly recommended them.
Brought my car in late Sunday night. Around 9:30am I received a text that they started looking into my car (they open at 8am). I got the full report 15 minutes later. I thought the service was speedy and I thought Allen was very kind, helpful, and communicative! Will definitely return. The texting and email reports are definitely a plus!
I have bought tires for two cars here. After buying an older car I found it needed brakes and brake lines. I was given an estimate and told of potential problems that might arise. Fortunately I did not need everything so it was less than anticipated. I was given a loaner car and when I could not get it back until 5:30 not one employee made me feel that they were waiting for me and I know they were. Ben has been very helpful on advice for the car even if it was not something they did. Prices are fair and it is easy to get an appointment.

Had always had Subaru dealer do all the maintenance on our Outback until both our warranty and lease elapsed. At 60,000 miles Subaru requires a regular maintenance service that costs around $1,000. Holly Tire and Auto did the work for less than that even with the purchase of a new battery which would not have been included at the Subaru dealer. We have peace of mind that all filters, lubrication, fluids plus a complete safety check of all components was completed. In addition the car was returned to us fully cleaned on the inside and out and the tires were even treated to make it look like they were brand new. Holly Tire & Auto gave us a free loner for the day so we wouldnt have to go without transportation or require us to make alternate transportation arrangements (we only have the one car). We highly recommend Allen and the crew for car maintenance and will now use their services exclusively for our vehicle.

Last week I finally had to take action on my muffler, which was getting louder and rustier each day. I called up Holly Tire and Auto, and spoke with Josh. He said they could get me in today, but I said tomorrow morning would be better. They had my car diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours! They also went through the standard 38 point inspection, and took me under the car to show me a small oil leak, and a wheel alignment issue. They waived the diagnose fee, since they had to fix the muffler. Very honest, professional and friendly staff. Now my muffler is fixed, and the car is running like a top. Next time I have car issues, I will be back!

If I could rate these guys zero stars I would. All you people giving good reviews must have never checked any place else, or you enjoy being overcharged. I was in a bind and had these guys replace a couple brake lines. To replace 2 lines they wanted almost a grand. As I was in need of the car and they already had it, I had them just replace the bad sections. They didnt even remove the bad part of the old lines,(which to me is piss poor and lazy, replace means you take the old one out and put a new one in) and they still charged me almost $800, which is ridiculous. Then they quoted me $980 to replace 2 power steering lines. Thats right, a grand for 2 more lines. I called 4 other shops, and all were literally less than half that price. I just picked it up from another shop, both lines replaced for $444 out the door. I asked them how much they would have charged me to replace those same brake lines. He told me a couple hundred bucks, and he wouldnt have sectioned them in like what was done here. I told him what I payed here and his jaw hit the floor. He told me they reline entire cars for that price. Nice people, but their prices are absolutely outrageous. I would never go back here for anything.

I went to them for my regular oil change, which they offer at a fantastic price & do an inspection each time & were very honest (I thought) about needs & costs. They warned me in a couple of visits that the left outer tie rod was going bad, & I was trying to save for that but we had unexpected expense after expense. In addition, I have serious medical problems & my healthcare needs & meds are very expensive, so no matter how hard we try, we always seem to be broke. But I try to save to do what I can. The left tie rod was quoted by Ben at about $260 to do that, including the alignment, which was $99.95. I asked about just doing both tie rods at the same time because if one went bad because of age, the other cant be far behind, & since Ill need an alignment every time, it seemed to me it would save money to do both at once; my car has 102k miles on it with factory parts; the second going was inevitable. I was quoted just over $400 to do both with the alignment still for $99.95. I asked a lot of questions about what was needed with my son in law there to help us understand. Ben kept insisting that while the left was an urgent safety issue, there was no reason to do the right tie rod & why fix whats not broken. He said something along the lines of: Im not trying to just take your money. I want to educate you. To give you the best information so you can make the best decision & be safe. I thought, this place is so great. I am definitely going to come back here to do the other $1500-2500 worth of work they told me my car needs for maintenance as soon as we can afford it, even if we did it piece by piece. Ben was still adamant this was an EMERGENCY with the tie rod, but I just got out of the hospital & we didnt have the money to do it, so we left & took the car home, parking it until it could be fixed. Thankfully, my son in law, who is very handy with tools & knows his way around a car, went & bought the parts & just did both tie rods himself so I would be safe. He & my daughter paid for it all themselves. He told me to call for an allignment on Monday at Holly Tire & Auto, which they would also cover for me. I called, told them that, yay! We got the tie rods done! Now I would like to schedule an alignment, please! I was told they would have to return my call. Three hours later I still hadnt heard back, so I went in & asked about the alignment. Allan, the owner, was at the counter, not Ben, whom I had dealt with before, but he went out to the garage to speak to someone, then came back, asked if we did both sides, which I told him we had. He got this look like, I knew it! & said that the alignment was now going to be somewhere between $160-175. That was the actual verbal quote he gave me. I asked why it was not $99.95 any more & he told me they had discounted the alignment because they were doing the other work. Since I did the other work myself, they had to raise the price. I thanked them, left, called 3 other shops in the area & got quoted between $85-95. Obviously I did not have my alignment done at Holly Tire & Auto, nor will I be doing any more work with them since they are clearly going to punish me if I cant do the work they want in their own shop. When my husband called a few days later & asked how much an alignment was, he was told $99.95, as was my friend who called for a quote on her car... apparently its only $160-175 for me...Interestingly, that extra $60-75 that mysteriously got added on to the alignment quote for me? Thats almost exactly what the charge was for labor & some other fees on the tie rod repair.They might be great at what they do, but when they want to punish people for just trying to get by & keep themselves safe in the budget they have, then they will not only lose all my business, Ill spread word of my experience to everyone I know.Edit: adding in ur answer about liability is total bull. Ur upcharge was a punishment, plain & simple. We got taxes back & Im getting the $2k in oil repairs you recomended SOMEWHERE ELSE. You lost out on thousands in my business alone.

I can finally say I have a shop that I can trust taking my car to! I started coming here a few years ago after I had a bad experience at a local repair shop. I walked in was instantly greeted and actually felt like they wanted to help me. Which isnt always easy to find when your a girl. Needless to say now I bring my car to them for everything! I have never had a problem, and always leave feeling better knowing they actually care. They even warranty their work to prove it. I have sent everyone I know to them. And still grab a few business cards on my way out for the next person looking for a new repair shop.

I took my car in because it kept stalling out and it took them about a month to diagnose the problem, it was an ignition module so they charged me $360 just for a diagnosis !!! and wanted over $300 for putting the $90 part on which took my son half an hour. Never will go back. Talked to others who said he pays people for good reviews!!!
Ordered and put deposit on some services got told one time my part would be in then at that time get told later. Ok things happen but when you tell me a third time my part still isnt there you should be discounting for my inconvenience. No thats not the case. They told me to take my money and go elsewhere. Will never go back again. Very rude not to expect me to be upset. Ended up getting my service from another shop $60 dollars cheaper.
Alan Fee and Holly Tire did a great job diagnosing the root of the problem on my vehicle and quickly, I had a call within hours laying out solution and options of repair. He also gave me a complete reivew of my vehicle and a list of upcoming possible maintenance items so that I could be proactive and miminize my car expenses rather than the car breaking down and having to react to the issue and paying a whole lot more in repair cost.This is your neighborhood business that you can trust will do the job and do it right. 2022-06-02First time here and this place is a great example of great customer service 👏 they replaced all four tires,alignment, and oil change in one day..I am super impressed they even washed my truck and vacuumed the mud on the inside Im still wondering how they got my mats so clean!! Dont go anywhere else this place earns your business and thats rare nowadays 👌 💯 Id give them 10 stars if I could.Couldnt be happier quick,efficient, and they even cleaned the mud off my mats that I was dreading to clean! Dont go anywhere else if you want the best car maintenance and repair experience.

2022-04-26After our first visit to Holly Tire & Auto, they became our go to place. My wife had her Cadillac serviced there and I have had my F-150 warranty work done there. They go out of their way to make sure you get a great deal. Their work has always been top notch. Customer service is awesome. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. I have recommended Holly Tire and Auto to my friends and family.

2022-05-12My experience was absolutely amazing! They were able to get my car in quickly and get it out same day. Their website that they share information on is so nice especially for those of us not knowledgeable on car information and even shows pictures of what needs work. They were very kind and took the time to show me what they were talking about. Will definitely be our new go to spot for our vehicles!

2022-03-24This place is the best. On numerous occasions Ive called to tell them the issues that we were having with my husbands truck. They always tell us to bring it on up and they can take a look. 2022-06-07Took in my 2016 Volkswagen GTI a year ago and had excellent service, even complemented them on their communication and the cleanliness of their shop. Second visit one year later, not so good. Called to get a quote on a routine oil and transmission change, gave them all the correct information for my vehicle, they even had it in their system. They gave me a price, said bring it in today and we will get it done. Ended up making an appointment for the following morning right when they opened to leave the car for the day. Dropped the car off and one hour later they call and informed me it was going to cost 300.00 more than they originally quoted and they wouldnt be able to complete the job that day. If you claim to work on foreign cars you should do your research and give out correct pricing before your customer drops their car off. This was a simple routine service, my car didnt have any mechanical problems, nor was it a specialized vehicle. Total lack of appreciation on Holly Tire & Auto Service for my time and effort, ended up costing me a half a day off of work. sorry to say, I will not be returning or recommending their service to anyone.

2022-03-03Had some pretty heavy engine work that needed to get done with my Jeep and they took great care of it. Chris was really good about sending me constant updates on where they were at - approving work to get done was super quick and easy (electronically). 10/10 would recommend - this is where Ill be going for the life of my vehicle.

2022-02-16I appreciate them doing a free inspection on my car and I want to start off with that. It was done quickly and I was called less than an hour from dropping off the car. That was great.Now here is my reason for my review. They were going to charge almost 300 dollars to replace the bulb on my headlight... I found an OEM pair within a minute online for 120 dollars. Meaning that each headlight bulb should only cost them around 60 dollars and labor... well its changing a headlight (probably 20 minutes max). So they are ridiculously overpriced.If it were more reasonable pricing... They probably would of gained a loyal customer.Response to Owner:I very much appreciate that there was no coercing into me getting the work done with you. It does say a lot. I liked everything about what you did and our experience EXCEPT for the pricing.There are many other reviews that basically say the same thing. I get that you are a business and you need to make money. There comes a point when you are just overcharging people and you have reached that point.

2022-04-20This place is the definition of customer service and satisfaction. They are honest, and put customers first. They listen to you. By chance two of the employees saw my accident on the way to work that morning. I called them, cause I saw them highly reviewed on Google. I’m glad I trusted the reviews. They took care of my car.They even washed my car, which made me smile.This is my only car, and I own my car, it’s what gets me to work and college. I was in tears that morning when I saw my only car with parts falling off and broken. I now have a auto service shop I can trust. Thank you for taking one of my worst mornings, and making it a great day.

2022-06-05This place is AWESOME!!! I was on my way up north and had a nail in my tire, and this place got us in, took care of us, and got us out in under 30 minutes time. You will not go wrong by taking your vehicle here. Outstanding service!
