My tow vehicle was having a problem with the turn signal not working while in tow. Josh took less than a half hour to identify the problem and fit it. They are knowlegible and reasonable with cost.
There are words to describe folks like I met at Home & Park RV Services, and they are only the best words.....When a business is as busy as they are, there are only the best reasons for being so.....Josh,,,,, THANK YOU and your guys working with you... My apologies for not remembering their names...I hope you are as comfortable as you wish to be............
I recently bought an RV from Ryan Ford at Home and Park. Ryan had advised me that he had cared for the trailer and done all of the repairs on it since it was purchased, 2006. He informed me of a recent repair to the roof telling me that was the only damage and it had been repaired, and there was no problems since then. Once I got the trailer home and began giving it a good cleaning, we found that back corner, near to the repair, had been leaking, fairly bad and hard for me to believe that he was not aware of this problem. I also had asked Ryan how the water heater worked, and if it was gas or electric..Ryan informed me that it was gas, choosing not to tell me that it was gas or electric, something that a professional RV repair man who had been servicing the trailer since it was new. I would expect him to know, as from what i have learned is a pretty common thing for trailers of this class. But it seems he choose to tell me it was only gas for a reason.. the reason being that once you turn the water heater to electric, it makes the whole outside of trailer, on the door side live, meaning it will shock you when you touch it. Not knowing this was the case I turned on the electric water heater, my 3 year old son went to open the door and was electrocuted, fortunately he was not injured, we are very lucky and thankful, as something like this could have burned him, or even worse.. when I reached out to Ryan to resolve the issue, he told me he was to busy to look at it, and that I should have looked at it better, which in my opinion is basically admitting he knew there was problems, and he choose too keep them hidden from me. Ryan presents him self as a man of integrity, clearly this is not the case. I would recommend watching out when dealing with Ryan Ford as he clearly does not care about other people. And based off the things he was “unaware of” I would say not as knowledgeable as he clams to be when it comes to RV’s and repairs..
One of the few places left these days that provide real customer service! The owner, Ryan, and his staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs. They were polite, professional, courteous, and timely. I highly recommend them and they have my future business.
These guys are great. Fair price, cordial, and excellent work. I had my RV totally redone from inside and couldnt be happier. You might find cheaper then them and more expensive then them, but I dont think you will find better workmanship than Home and Park. Thank you guys for redoing our RV and I will always use you in the future if the need arises.
They ordered and installed new awning material for a large roll-out awning. The work was done well and in the time frame promised once we brought the motor home to them. They offer outcall mobile service and scheduled to come out to the park where we were located. The day of service, they called to say the tech was running behind and theyd have to reschedule, which we did. Again on the second day of expected service, they called and cancelled and suggested we bring the rig to them, which we did. The good news is that they called each time and the work was eventually done to our satisfaction. The bad news was the start-stop experience with the mobile service.
The sign on the door says, Masks are required. I was appalled to see not one employee wore a mask around the customers. There wasnt a plexiglass shield between the customer and cashier which at times, was approximately one foot away. This is extremely poor service and irresponsible behavior. Since this business does not take Covid precautions, some of their customers saw no need to do so either.
I needed a bed cover for my Ram and the lady in the office was knoledgeble understood exactly what I was looking for. She ordered it and it came in two days and took about 15-20 minutes to install. Painless, fast, courteous.
Ryan, Jackie and crew saved our vacation. When we lost a tire on I-96 I called to see if they could help us after getting several “you’re out of luck” from other places. Jackie was so friendly on the phone and gave us hope that all was not lost. Once we arrived they broke out their skills, knowledge and hospitality and got us back on the road!
This place is awesome. They treat you like your their neighbor. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you ever need anything, I would check with Home and Park RV.
We brought our rv in for a myriad of issues and we needed help from someone who understood rvs. This is the place! They replaced our floor (goodbye carpeting!), moved our camera in the back to a better spot, fixed our step that was stuck but best of all advised us on how to use everything else.As newbies we needed advice and just answers to questions on how things work. Ryan and Jackie never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions or were taking too much of their time.
Started using them last year after myself and others getting the run around by the big RV places. Friendly, reliable, reasonable and honest. Used them again this year for a quick repair and new mirrors for the new truck.
Look they are good and honest repair place and for that they are busy !! They will help u if they can but it is best if you make an appointment!! It is THE ONLY PLACE I WOULD GET MINE FIXED!! and if u have to wait a min just know its because it going to be right ..Im so happy to finally give a place five stars on Google because they courteous, helpful, and honest
This is by far the worst place you can take your RV repaired! First they had my camper for a week and it took me calling 4 times before the estimate done. When the estimate was done it was clear they didnt look over it properly to loom for damage done by a storm. It was clear that they were noticing just enough damage to prevent it from being totalled so they would get the insurance money to repair it. They only do repairs so if its totalled then they dont get money.After taking it to a reputable place it was found to be totalled.
Extremely knowledgeable, professional, fast service and priced well. Were new to RVs, so they took the time to explain everything. I will only use this company in the future without a doubt. Thank you.
Ive owned RVs for over 20 years and I have dealt with many companies. Home and Park are far and away the best. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure I get what I need and how I want it.
If you need work done, or just advice, this is the place to go. Great workers, more than fair prices, and very knowledgeable owner and repair men.

2022-05-11For the work they did was a good job. But they didnt fix everything. Hot water heater still messed up. All the did was turn on the tank valve on the inside of the camper and did nothing with the heater on the outside of the camper. Definitely not going back

2021-06-30I called to get service from this location, Ryan came out and could not have been any more awesome or honest….just plain spectacular!!! I am out camping with my granddaughter for two weeks alone and I had a couple of issues and let’s face it….I was scared to call anybody just due to being taken advantage of. Ryan not only came out, he showed me things about my camper I didn’t even know about. I now after four years will be able to use my hot water which was the easiest thing ever. He could’ve charged me an arm and a leg for what he went over…….my entire camper!!! 😳 I cannot even begin to thank him enough. I highly highly recommend him, it is worth the wait it is worth every penny which was so beyond reasonable I’m still just in shock and I just can’t say enough!!! I thank you so much. And your secretary is an absolute doll…..that girl works her fanny off….she’s always rushing and yet she always makes you feel like your the only person that she’s talking to!!!

2021-06-11My husband and I stopped up to ask some questions about our camper and Ryan and his crew all flocked to us and got right to work! All of the workers were so humble, friendly and thorough. They looked over our truck and camper completely and did so much for us in an hour! We are finally on the road feeling confident and happy to have met the wonderful people who helped us have a great camping adventure!

2021-09-30Jimmy saved the day!!!! We were towing our camper to Frankenmuth and when on 23N got a dreaded message regarding our brakes. We were serviced the second we pulled in; Jimmy was standing outside waiting for us. 40 minutes later and we hit the road. Highly recommend these guys!!

2020-10-09Great, fast service at a fair price, and friendly people who appreciate your business! I took my Wrangler in to have a trailer hitch installed. They were done in thirty minutes, I hardly had time to drink my coffee in their cozy lounge. Jackie’s coffee wasn’t Starbucks but pretty darn close. :>)It was an enjoyable experience.

2021-05-18Had my Excursion Motor Home Summerized on 5/17/2021. Josh was the technician doing the work. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to work with. Best comprehensive Summerizing the coach has had in 8 years! All major systems were tested to assure they are operational for this summers activities. Thanks Josh and Home and Park RV, you are the best.

2021-02-13Ryan is a good owner and takes care of his customers. All the staff seem pretty happy working there. The place is old, but that gives it a mom and pop vibe. All in all, I like shopping here.
