Comment: This was an emotional sale for me and to make things more complicated I live an hour away but Eva, Jessica & Leilani made my home sale process so simple! When I considered selling, I felt so unsure and scared but not for long, Eva showed me she was looking out for me like family. The team took care of making all the arrangements for repairs, worked with my tenant, made my house look beautiful, explained the process to me, kept me up to date and always answered my call for my endless number of questions. I can’t believe how quick and easy the process was! My home was not even on the market for a whole day!! I truly am thankful for Home Buyer Realty! You guys rock!!! Comment: The Team at Home Buyers Realty made the experience of selling our home seem effortless. Owner Eva Cedillo is very knowledgeable, personable and sweet. I knew we would get along very well through this process when I met her, and I can be difficult. I couldnt believe no matter what time I called either early mornings or late evenings she was available. We were never made to feel as though there was more pressing matters to attend to, she was always welcoming. We have been through the process of purchasing and selling a home before but never had such a great experience. My family and friends will definitely hear about HBR. THANKS SO MUCH.

Comment: I am a retired mortgage broker; I worked in a high production real estate office in the Bay Area as an inside loan officer at Prudential California Real Estate for over 26 years. I was the only loan broker in the firm and serviced over 100 real estate agents.I am well acquainted with most all problems that can come up in a deal as well as the disasters that can cause a transaction to fail to consummate.On the flipside, I understand what it takes for a transaction to go smoothly, without headaches or brain damage, and fund/record on time per the contract.I used Ron to sell a home in Stockton that was a rental property. It was sensitive because the tenants were not aware of the transaction. Ron closed the deal in 2 weeks... without stress or drama of any kind. This iv VERY unusual in the industry! Not even one hitch! Ron kept me informed at every turn. I found him very honest and trustworthy with a high level of integrity. I would absolutely recommend him to ANYONE!

Comment: Eva, Ron and Leilani were a godsend when my husband and I were ready to purchase our home. We were looking at homes, in the same way that you look at puppies in a storefront window. We didnt anticipate falling in love with a home we walked through, and had no idea what to do when we agreed that we both couldnt live without it. In comes Home Buyers Realty. They graciously guided us through the home buying process, and were even able to help divert our escrow from disaster when our lender fell short of competency, more than a handful of times. We didnt know it til the deal was closed, but there were multiple times throughout our escrow process where the HBR team fought for us tooth and nail behind the scenes, so that we wouldnt have anything to worry about. Along with that, they are great at answering any and all questions you may have, and with first time buyers such as ourselves, there was some...interesting inquiries. Thanks again to this amazing team, we would not be in our dream home without their swift action and professionalism.

Comment: Buying a home one of the most important and most exciting decisions in a persons life... I would NEVER have known that if I hadnt met Ron and Eva Cedillo. My husband and I bought our first house in 2005, and for us, and many other people during that time, the experience was terrible. From the very beginning, it felt like buying a car, we bought the first house we looked at out of Fear of Loss... We paid MUCH more than we wanted and ended up in a horrible loan that we didnt understand until it was too late. After losing our first home, buying another one is something that neither my husband or I was EVER doing again. I met and became friends with the Cedillos many years later and watch them help many people with either buying or selling a home. Some of those people are even my friends. So without telling my husband, I mentioned casually to Ron that I may just want to see if I could buy a house again? I am ecstatic to say, that not only Could I, but I did! We did! My husband and I bought our second home, and it has been joyous and completely seamless! In fact, we sometimes just sit on our couch, in front of our beautiful fireplace, and admit to each other that it is hard to believe we arent in dream. The process was so simple, our loan is great, the payment is lower than I would pay for rent at this time. The Cedillos really listened to what was important to my husband, myself, and even our 16 year old daughter, so every house we looked at was based around our wants and needs. We never felt pressured or rushed even once yet, we were completely moved in to the perfect home from us before we could even blink. It starts with Evas experience as an agent, her recommendations for repairs/upgrades to pricing are more than I could have asked for. The overall professional experience of Eva and the office staff are exemplary, everyone from Stephanie, Christine and Debbie. Everyone was very sensitive to our familys needs and understood that clearing my mothers home after her death would be an emotional and long involved process. Because of my personal physical limitations they acted on my behalf in assisting needed maintenance of the property.
