I very recently had my roof removed/replaced at my residence in Clinton Township and Window Plus Home Pro Contractor did a GREAT Job! They started/finished the job in two days and their clean-up of the job site was excellent!
I had my bathtub surround removed and replaced with a shower stall with glass door. HomePro USA did a wonderful job and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. It turned out beautifully and no issues after using for several weeks now. I would recommend HomePro USA to my friends and family for similar work.
In giving our dated bathroom a facelift, we chose Home Pro USA to install a new window, floor, and tub/shower walls.Home Pro USA put the new floor and walls over the existing floor and walls.We purchased the hardware of our choosing and Mike kindly installed them. The finished project looks great. A couple small touch ups required a follow up visit, but they were quick to get someone to our home to resolve those concerns. Overall a good experience from start to finish.
The old pink ceramic tile (tub, wainscoting and floor) has been replaced! The new bath looks awesome. Cameron and Bryan did a great job with the installation. I also greatly appreciated the caution and care around my old beagle. Thanks!

Home Pro USA remodeled a bathroom for us in March and we are completely satisfied. Their price was good and quality of their work was excellent. They were even able to accommodate us with a pretty tight delivery. Kevin was very helpful in designing it and Mike was very professional and neat in completing our projects installation. We would not hesitate to call them in the future. Im sure that you will be as satisfied as we are with them.
Great experience with Home Pro USA. Larry was extremely professional and knowledgeable about bringing my vision alive. It was evident that his number one goal was customer satisfaction with reasonable pricing. Dan was timely, professional and an expert on the remodel of my bathroom. His attention to detail is out of this world. He was neat and ensured that the work area was cleaned before he left daily. The outcome was more than I could have dreamed off. It was definitely worth the investment. I am currently planning to remodel my next bathroom.

Had our bathroom gutted and remodeled with Pro Stone. What a great product. Homepro USA is the greatest company to work with. They are professional, timely, courteous and clean. Everything that they did was amazing. They were so quite that you wouldn’t even know they were there. Drop clothes all the way from door to bathroom and cleaned up each night. No waste was even left behind. New walk in shower is amazing along with new vanity, medicine cabinets and flooring. Ron and Cameron did an outstanding job from start to finish even with a few challenges along the way. Homepro USA is the way to go. They are great from Kevin quoting the job to Jeff and Cameron doing the demo to Ron and Cameron doing the install/finish great work by all. Would definitely have them again. 5 STARS. All the way
Home pro did my egress window and did an excellent job. Can’t thank Ron, Dan, Don and Tim enough for doing a fantastic job. They were the best. Will post more pictures when I paint trim and landscape the outside. If you need one of these windows give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. 👍
Home Pro USA remodeled our bathroom over two years ago now and it still looks like it was installed yesterday. My husband and I were having some mobility issues and decided to be proactive in remodeling our bathroom. We a tub to shower conversion. In many ways its been a blessing. Mike the installer was very thorough, and the product is too easy to clean. Weve already had friends and neighbors remodel their bathrooms with Home Pro as well. Thank you for the job well done!
I had a bathtub and pro stone wall surround installed. Love the one-piece design (no longer having to clean and scrub the old grout lines again) . Dan my installer, laid tarps down on the floor throughout the house to protect my carpet ,and cleaned up as if he was never there, very professional. Looking to do more business with them in the future as I am planning a shower install soon.
Talk about a quality company that does what it promises! I was happy every step of the way through the bathroom remodel which included replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, doing the flooring and installing a new counter top. The installer, Dan Davidson, was so meticulous in his work, in the clean-up, and in keeping me informed of what was happening - all with a great attitude. When glitches came up in my 70-year-old home as they will, Home Pro found really sound solutions and made sure the job was done right. When I have future projects, Home Pro is who Ill be calling.
We are beyond pleased with Homepro USA. In the height of this pandemic, we contracted with them for a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom. From beginning to the final job, everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely nice to work with. We were concerned about having someone in and out of our house during this pandemic. Throughout the entire process, everyone wore a face mask and kept social distancing. We highly recommend you visit their showroom. They let us take our time to walk around and inspect the products. I have to admit that I am real detail oriented in the work done in our house. They never let us down. In the past we have gone with independent handymen to do our work; never again! Hiring a family owned business was the best decision we’ve made.
🚨 Remodelers beware: if you are looking to have your bathroom updated, they will only work with you if it includes your bathtub. They do not say this anywhere on their website. Since we need everything else remodeled in our bathroom except the tub, we do not qualify to do business with them. Their words. 🚨
Home Pro is one of the most professional businesses that I have ever done business with. Dan our installer did excellent work remodeling our bath. He always went above and beyond all expectations to get the job done perfectly including clean up. I am beyond impressed with the quality of this companies work and personnel.
Our new window installation went perfectly. When Todd came out to do the demonstration, we were very impressed with the quality of the Soft-Lite window. The installation guys were very polite & helpful. They answered all our questions and gave us a quick demo when everything was done. They cleaned and took all the mess with them. We’re very happy with the whole process and will consider more work with Home Pro USA in the future.
They just completed a tear out of my tub/shower and replacing it with a full walk in shower in my upstairs bathroom. I am very pleased with how it turned out as it is absolutely beautiful. I have to also say that the third day was reserved to do a final sanding around my shower head and the plumbing was not correct which impacted both of my bathrooms. Brian stayed and fixed/replaced the plumbing which caused him to be at my house longer than anticipated - but it was totally fixed before he left!Also, one of the shower doors had a towel clamp - which I did not order - and they reported to the office the next day indicating that a new shower door (the one that I ordered) would be replaced. Looking forward to this replacement door to be installed soon.I appreciate the attention to details and making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and fixed with resolution.

This company did a suburb job of replacing all of windows back in 2009 so we went back to them in 2020. We referred them to our daughter who had several windows replaced in their house. Larry Janes set us with a great doorwall replacement this time. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They are top quality company.
Last year Windows Plus installed a bathtub liner and a glass block window at my house and did a perfect job. Cleaned up all the mess and were courteous and on time with quality work. I am so glad I decided to get a bathtub liner with a manufacturers warranty. Im excited to get a storm door installed next month by Windows plus and will use them for future home improvements.
Homepro, where to begin. For starters Ill say this about homepro, they are a good company who does great work but at they are severely under man. I signed up with homepro to do a small bathroom remodel back in September, they wasnt able to put me on the schedule until 2nd week of November. That 3day job turn out to be a 2 week job due to an error on there part. So you can imagine my frustrations. But they did make it right and at the end of the day me and my wife love our new bathroom. I would highly recommend homepro.
Found Homepro USA at MCC home show earlier this year .Had a total remodel of bathroom that included floor, walls, shower, sink, and vanity (kept my commode) . One person did the job and was done within 3 days that included clean up and haul away. Professional hard-working installer. We are very pleased. The salesperson also followed up with a visit a few weeks later also which was nice.

This company has by far the best windows on the market. No one can compete with the quality and craftsmanship of HomePro USA windows (aka Windows Plus). Being recently retired from the military, I moved to a new home. The existing windows in the home I purchased were made by Jeld-Wen and Anderson and were new (installed by the previous owners), the kind you will find at the major hardware chains like Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc… What people don’t realize , the windows at these major hardware chains are inferior in quality, craftsmanship, and in every other capacity compared to Home Pro USA windows. The Jeld-Wen and Anderson windows leaked like a colander and frosted in the cold winters - not just the glass, but the frames too. My furnace was on constantly until I removed the Jeld-Wen and Anderson and replaced them with HomePro USA’s windows .Home Pro USA windows are installed with precision to ensure there are no leakages., the windows are so well built there are no drafts or leakages, and the thermal protection is second to none.Michigan winters can be very harsh and I found these windows to be the finest on the market. To prove my point, this is the second home I’ve had Home Pro USA windows installed. I highly recommend anyone purchase these windows. Not only are they the best on the market, they are very attractive as well.I hope this helps in your decision when you are purchasing new windows.

2021-07-23We had our bathroom remodeled in October 2020. It’s not a big bathroom, so we didn’t move any plumbing, but gutted and updated everything. We are very happy with how our bathroom turned out. We ended up going with Home Pro because the price seemed fair and we were really impressed with the lifetime warranty on any of the products they installed. Also loved that they don’t use subcontractors. They were also very communicative which was really great. Every time I called, I got an answer to my question right away or was called back within the hour. Several of the guys also gave me their personal phone numbers so they were even easier to get in contact with. We were able to buy several items on our own (toilet, fan, light fixture) and just had them install those. I especially loved this because I had a really specific design in mind and I was able to do research and get the exact products I wanted. Everything turned out beautifully and we would definitely recommend them.

2022-02-06Adam and Dave at Home Pro remodeled 2 bathrooms from the studs out. They made the whole process as painless as it could have been. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to explain the process as it went along. I loved the products at Home Pro but the installation process is equally important. Home Pro was great in both areas. Adam and Dave are great representatives for Home Pro. I would recommend them to anyone.

We will forever be a customer for future projects and would highly recommend them to others. Kevin helped us in sales & they sent Mike for the job. Everyone was so friendly and professional, which is so hard to come by nowadays. Mike did an AMAZING job in our bathroom. 2021-07-01Im beyond pleased with my new walk-in shower! Ive been wanting to get rid of my old bathtub for years and I couldnt be happier with the result. Im also very impressed with the look and quality of the Pro Stone material. It beats tile and grout for sure. I want to thank Jeff for the timely communications as I was purchasing my water features and doors to have everything exactly the way I want. I also want to thank my installer, Dan for his meticulous work on everything. Dan was the only person doing the whole job. He did all the demo and the installation of the Pro Stone, plumbing and doors. All of it amazing!

2020-08-31We had a fantastic experience with Home Pro USA!! We hired them to replace all our windows and sliding glass door and install vinyl siding. They quickly composed a very detailed estimate. When the crew came out to work, they were very respectful and efficient. We had a couple special requests and they happily accommodated us.We INSTANTLY noticed a difference with the new windows. Heat used to radiate off our old windows... not with Home Pro’s windows. We have direct sunlight all throughout the evening hours, and now we can keep our blinds open and enjoy the natural light without worrying about the house heating up.Home Pro left the house and yard nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this company!

Their salesman, Dean, went over and above in helping us select materials and satisfy the needs of our insurance company. Our installer, Mike, was simply a joy to work with. He kept my house as neat and clean as possible, his work area immaculate, and did a wonderful job. Our new shower is beautiful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

2021-10-21The product specialist Larry James did a great job in helping coordinate the look of the bathroom. From picking the styles to coordinating the colors to match items that were remaining in the bathroom. The installer Mike was excellent. Showed up daily on time and worked constantly throughout the days. Mike was very patient as I kept inquiring and checking out the work. Neat as a pin. Absolutely left no mess whatsoever. One hiccup which was the screws that came with the cabinet hardware were too long. Mike made a note and as promised I received a call regarding this matter to get it corrected. I would definitely recommend Home Pro USA.

2020-08-20We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. The quotes we got from other companies were 2-3X more expensive. We are very satisfied with their work! Thanks HOMEPROUSA!

2021-07-22Ron and Bryan did a great job! My master bath was completely gutted and redesigned with installation of a walk-in tub, console sink, new floor, etc. They worked hard - never saw them take much of a break - and they were very courteous. They cleaned up well every day. All their work was well done. I will recommend .

He was super friendly and explained exactly what he’d be doing each day. He did a great job from start to finished. We also appreciated how he cleaned up at the end of each day.
