I would also give Judge Connors no stars if possible. He is the worst judge you can get. He is so lazy that he does not read written pleadings filed in case files. He relies only on what is said in hearings, but he also interrupts and belittles people so that they are not allowed to argue their case. He decides from the beginning who should win a case, and no amount of evidence to the contrary ever changes his mind. Some say he favors those who give him money for his reelection campaigns or just favors lawyers and/or litigants who are his friends. Many complaints have been filed against him at the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission, but they dont stop his abuse of power and abuse of discretion that harm so many who have him decide their cases.

It would be a zero if that was an option. He did not prepare for our case by not reading any of the material - we took the case to the Michigan State Supreme Court and they even ruled in our favor that this judge had decided our case illegally. However, that huge mistake that Tim Connors made has ended up causing so much pain and problem for the last 5 years since it happened. We were assigned a new judge and that has helped us, but nothing will ever undo the damage Tim Connors caused in our family.

It is not about how many stars this Judge can get, it is about if he is qualified to be a Judge. This Judge is lazy, irresponsible and prejudice, he abuses the power in his hand. He ruined the legal system in this country. The pain and loss he brought to my family is enormous. It is shameful to see a city like Ann Arbor having a Judge like Timothy P Connors.
