Comment: I got this room because were traveling 3 hours away to a party so I wanted to be close to the party so we got a room here, the lobby was clean and the staff in the counter was very friendly but the room was not cool not a place to bring your family, outside was very dirty there was a bunch of people hanging outside like they live there very loud and very dirty they were eating and smoking and left a mess, the location is ok next to the freeway but I will never stay there again or for sure not bring my family and no I dont recommend this place

Comment: Do yourself a favor and stay away from this nightmare!This is the worst possible lodge you can find. I booked it by mistake and I regret every bit of it.Some 70s hotel and they have never attempted to modernize it even by a bit. Apart from the reception the entire place looks very very shady, hotel rooms were pathetic to the core, floor is full of stain, as soon as I entered bathroom I saw a dead cockroach, no ventilation in restroom, rusted door and broken bolts, bathtub is almost at its end of its life, room was stinking, no micro oven, beds were looking ok but I was fearing of bedbugs.We just walked out of this place within 15 mins and got the booking amount refunded and left the place.

Comment: I visited a friend for two nights who was staying here, lived in LA/OC for over 30 years, and have worked in the hotel industry. So since I dont know what he paid, I dont know how good the value / room rates are. This is like a sprawling, never-ending Motel 6, made up of several different buildings, occupying an equivalent of a large city block with several entrances from different streets, surrounded by fencing. All the entrances are fenced off and closed except for a hard to find single entrance. At first I couldnt help feeling like I was visiting a prison, but that unavoidable first impression is unfair because its better than that, upon closer inspection - and Its nicer than a motel 6. The grounds and the rooms were well kept - but very clearly at budget levels.Its not located in a BAD area, but its also not a good one. Theres plenty of parking which is good because theres nothing to see or do within walking distance and public transportation is almost non-existent. You will need to rent a car. But as far as driving distances go, its freeway adjacent and IS pretty centrally located to most of what there is to see and do in the LA/OC area.If youre coming to visit Southern California and this is the most your budget can afford, go ahead and go for it. Just dont pay more than $85/night and set youre expectations such that this will just be a place to sleep, in-between driving trips to the more photogenic and touristy locations.

Comment: The service here wasnt the greatest especially at the beginning of my arrival as I checked in they have no trolley for you to put your luggage to your room but it is a huge hotel and they have I believe up to six different buildings I asked the woman at the front desk cuz she at least give me first floor and something close as I dont have a vehicle to transport my things I have to walk it along with my stroller and baby, she began to tell me that they do not have any rooms available upfront and the only room she has available is the last building six and the only room they could give me was on the second floor and their elevator was broken so mind you I live out of motels I had to carry at least six to seven bags stroller and baby a car seat to a second floor in the 6 building their last building I even asked if they had at least staff to help me upon my arrival and she says they dont but I sucked it up and dealt with it anyway . Upon check-out elevator I yet again was not working even though it was working that morning but luckily hotel management was there saw that I needed help and he accommodated so few other staff members helped me get my belongings down as well as my stroller and daughter area is not the greatest meaning thats not too much around especially walking distance but its definitely a place you can use and utilize for a big function you were looking to have with family friends and they actually have pretty cool vending machine there that gives you hot meals like pizza and spaghetti 🍝🍝🍝

Comment: STAY AWAY!This hotel advertises as 3 stars hotels but I found it to be worse then 1 star motel. I had to make a last minute booking and chose this one thinking how bad it would be given its a 3 star hotel but when I checked in I started to regret my choice. Room and the carpet are very old, room had cigars smells on top of old motel smells. Our room didn’t look no where near to 1 star let alone a 3 star hotel.

Comment: WARNING! DO NOT STAY.We came from out of town and booked this place last minute. We did not stay the night. As soon as we entered the room, we saw roaches crawling around-big and small. There seemed to something happening outside, so my partner stepped out to try to figure out why a van parked in front of our truck. After he stepped out the lights went out and the phone started ringing. My daughter was scared and kept asking why I got this creepy hotel. It was scary all around. They did not want to cooperate with the booking agency either. Maybe it was just my luck, the room, the day. I dont know, but my experience was terrible.

Comment: This is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at long-term. Kind, caring, compassionate, and really great people work here. From the owner to the front desk to the cleaning, maintenance, and security staff. Its not extravagant, but it is beautiful and homey. I can attest to the fact that everything is cleaned very well in between guests and while you stay here—and I have OCD so I know clean! Great place to stay.

Comment: Very very nice! Just make sure you get a room in buildings 1-3, anything way too far in the back is so scary…I was initially in building 6 and I requested to have a room change immediately. There was what seemed to be a homeless woman playing video games outside of one of the dark hallways, with a hoodie and all black track suit… I was not comfortable to say the least.However the front staff changed my room immediately without any hassle.I will be coming back! 🤍

Comment: I recently work as a coordinator for a Quinceanera. Kristen was amazing very helpful and attentive. She allow the vendor to set up the night before and finish early morning. The food was delicious. The customer was service was great. I would definitely recommend this Venue for weddings and special events.

Comment: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First off the receptionist was sooo rude! She should not be In customer service. Second, the first room we got not only smelled like smoke, but had mold all over the bathroom along with many cockroaches all over the dressers and cabinets. When we let front desk know they were not sympathetic at all and just gave us another room without an apology or even asking if we needed anything. Upon getting to the 2nd room, the bathroom had a dirty shoe print mark, Pube hairs all over the shower, and the best one yet, a broken crack pipe!! Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else! I wish I had.

Comment: We enjoyed our stay here. Let me address some of the negative reviews. I did not try the breakfast on site so my star rating does not include that.Front Desk Being Rude:The front desk employee when I checked in was awesome! Very informative and professional. Amazing customer service.Cigarette Smell In Rooms:Absolutely not! Our room smelt as any other hotel room would! Clean.Cockroaches:0 signs of them here!The only real complaint I have is that the carpet in the room was pretty dirty. I am a person who always wears shoes in a hotel room though, therefor I was not affected by it. Bathrooms can be upgraded as they seem to be pretty outdated and old. Front desk cannot give you room service after 9:00pm as they are understaffed but that is totally understandable (we tried to order a few extra towels at 10:30pm). With all that being said, Hotel Saddleback is everything you can expect in a 3 star hotel.

Comment: I stayed here and went to there venue for a reception. The reception was lovely however the hotel said you couldn’t bring in a water from outside strange but okay. The pools are a average pools. The vending machines have bad snacks for the most part some good. The room was pretty bad to be honest. There was at least 3 loose bored in the floor I was top floor. One of our drawers didn’t have a handle on it so it was unusable. However I saw 3 other rooms as well and for the most part they didn’t have the problem. One of the other rooms had a loose floor bored. Another had a really really loud bed. The beds were okay when tierd it’s a bed but they could be better. The coffee sucked. The ac worked really well.

Comment: I do not recommend this place. I was charged a deposit twice. I called and was told I has to speak with the manager which was imposible to get a hold of. Once I did she was rude and said I was not getting a deposit back since it was never charged though my account reflected $200 less from them. The room in bad conditions. The bathroom doorknob was falling apart, wouldn’t close, and had a whole filled with tissue paper. Has water bottle and trash from previous guests. The wall plugs we not safe, no filters for coffeemaker, no fridge/microwave, and dusty. Totally not worth the stay.

Comment: I didn’t even get the chance to stay I was trying to get an earlier check in but they said they earliest would be 11 I told the First Women I spoke to I would wait so I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby and then comes this other lady named Marilou yelling at me, literally yelling from the front desk to where I was sitting that I could not sit like that and that I had to leave because check in is at 3. She stated I was not a guest there and that it was no place for me to wait .. I guess my reservation of $156 for one night didn’t matter. She asked me to leave so I left. Told her she was really rude and walked away. I cancelled the reservation and no nothing gets refunded but I rather cancel then deal with someone with so much hate in their soul. I had just finished a 12 hour shift from ER. And this doesn’t matter but it’s the only reason I wanted an early checkin to get in some rest. Anyways, it was not the outcome I was expecting.

Comment: Please do not stay in this hotel. Spend another 50 or 100 dollars on a decent hotel. We had to stay this past weekend with my two kids on October 23, I had a bad experience. The hotel was very dirty, Not only dust but stains, and also dirty clothes under our beds. I even showed the pictures to an asian lady in the front desk and I asked them if they could clean my room and they said only if I stayed for four days. They didn’t even make our beds. And to top it Their “manager” (Asian lady) is not professional at all. She’s always on her personal phone with airpods talking to who knows who. While she does transaction so watch out when she takes your money or credit cards. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said there’s no one above her lol which I know she was lying. People travel for important matters and have to look for decent places to stay but sadly this hotel is not one.

Comment: Honestly not a bad hotel. We tend to go to hotels just to sleep and for that not bad. However we paid for non smoking and the moment we walked in it reeked of smoke. Plus the coffee pot was just gone and under the bed we found a coke bottle with cigarette buds in them. So not exactly the thouroughly cleaned place but all things considered the pool was nice,,? our beds were very comfortable and clean (maybe out dated) but clean. I cant say I wouldnt go here again because honestly the value and discount we got was great but if money was no issue definitely look elsewhere.

Comment: This is a project room key facility for the homeless. Since the first day I got there I had to render my service dogs. They made me move from the handicap parking spot, even though I have a placker. Ive had my Sevice dogs for years and when I was given a choice to have shelter but no service dogs it killed my spirit. I just want to die 😭😭😭 without then. Ive been reaching out to my mental health, my Dr I hate life. Yet others have there service dogs, park in the handicap parking. They have stolen from us creamer, like really. They tried to break in are room three separate occasions. My husband and I have been discriminated against since we first arrived. They even went as far as only searching my car and no one elses. We follow the rules, we come in before 5pm like we have been told, yet we are still not treated fairly. Ive written two letters, Ive called to speak to Liz. She moved us from rooms. Because people would call all hours of the night asking for Steve. Knocking on are door for Steve. Actually asking for crystal meth. That was the last draw I went out the door yelling telling everyone that would listen we dont use nor sell drugs stop coming and calling are room. I took a picture of all three times they tried to get in are room as well as the idiot asking for dope.

Comment: The current program LASSA (sp?) that is running this place. They are letting homeless stay there during the Covid-19. I have a friend staying there currently. It is legal to have marijuana in the state of California without proof of a prescription. Nothing was signed by these helpless individuals for 1) a curfew at 7:00pm sharp or you sleeping on the street. 2) paraphernalia, such as illegal drugs and or weapons 3)having their room ran sacked and personal belongings taken from while they arent present. 4) absolutely no visitors.This place should be helping them not hindering them. The program should have considered a more thorough search. Maybe you should have recieved a consent signed by these individuals for staying there. I believe that they are taking advantage of these people. People will end up leaving this place for the treatment that are getting. They will end up in a worse place and blaming themselves for the lack of training. Please talk to your staff and security before this becomes a hostile situation.

Comment: I checked in on Friday May 1st at 12 pm and my stay was until Tuesday May 5th. I called the front lobby on Monday May 4th for the WiFi password and the Maria at the front desk told me all guests must check out today by 12. I asked the groundskeeper and he told they are letting the homeless stay. She told me the informed guest last week and that was not the case. I was never Informed because if I was I would have never checked in. Now I have nowhere to go and searching for a place to stay at the last minute. The are completely unprofessional in every way and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Comment: The people that had a room next to mine, was parking their van right in front if their room door. This is a red curb fire lane where no parking should be permitted. Their van was restricting everyone else the ability to move their vehicle out of the park spaces that were meant for all vehicles to park. Including mine. I complained to the office twice about the issue and was told that the manager can only contact the tow company and the room guest about moving their vehicle. The walls have dirty fingerprints and the chain lock on the door is nearly falling off the frame of the door. Anyone can kick the door in. This hotel doesn’t live up to the movie that was filmed here in the 80’s because it looks like it has never been renovated since then! The receptionist with the wavy red hair was really nice at checking in but showed her true colors when I complained about the guest next door parking their vehicle in a fire lane. She was unprofessional and rude. They charge $100 deposit for damages? Motel 6 deserves to charge that amount over this hotel. I will never stay here again and advise anyone else to do the same.

Comment: This nightclub is a good spot with locals and affordable drinks. Cocktails are overpoured and run about $10 beers about $6. The crowd is about in their 50s. The music selection is great especially with the live band. There is table service here and they have a fair beer selection. There are many open areas to talk and a good size dance floor. This is a good place to stop by if your in the area.

Comment: Me & my boyfriend needed a little vacation away from home and everything was very nice. Beautiful little hotel I underestimated completely. I think the price is fair because we actually caught them with a very good deal. (The deal we got, We ended getting a room that had two beds but hey! We arent complaining. The price was very low) The ladies that check us in were very sweet and friendly. Check out is at 12pm. AMAZING. I would highly recommend it to come here. I see its also very family friendly as well. They also have a restaurant and bar here. 👍🏻

Comment: I visit LA with my family which include my two young kids. This hotel didn’t worth to stay specially with your family. We were faced many problems and couldn’t sleep all night.1: From 8:00 PM the family stay in the 2nd floor start fighting and using foul language and cursing and they from 11:00 PM until 5:00 AM they are walking, running and jumping. We call the front desk and she didn’t do anything.2: The WIFI wasn’t work and we call the receptionist at the front desk to get the password and we try couple time but the password didn’t work so I call again and she just told us it is what they have and even she answer us at this time is a big deal and it was just 11:00PM and cut the phone.3: they told us there will be a breakfast from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. We get the breakfast area at 8:30 AM and they was absolutely nothing and when we ask about it they said that it finished.

Comment: I called and ask if they had mini fridges in the rooms and was told yes, got everything unloaded only to realize no fridge, that or a microwave would be extra charge per day. Room was decent and staff nice but I was misled, and since I was there due to my semi being in the shop I had lots of cold stuff I needed a fridge for, price was a part of deciding this hotel and adding all the extras made it just as expensive as a hotel with full kitchen. The 4 cup coffee pot also took unbelieveable amount of time to to cycle and it had a rather small tv (Id say no more than 27in)with really poor picture quality and it wasnt even adjustable to see from the outer side of the beds. This place nickles and dimes you. Oh they have a$7 breakfast but I havent had it sp u cant say if its worth it.

Comment: I travel every week for work. Cost is not a consideration. I booked here for 3 nights because it was the highest rated hotel on the area. This hotel specializes in tour groups so there is always a tour bus full of tourists in the lobby. Lets be clear... there is no business center. It is an outdated computer sitting on the front desk and there is no printer. There is no wifi unless you are in the lobby. Im in a suite and there are no amenities at all. Room service did not come until I went to the desk about it. Room keys dont work. The bed is about what you would expect in prison. Sink leaks all over the counter. The poor girls at the front desk ate very accustomed to pleas for help that they just shoo you away. This is easily one of the top 5 most disappointing hotels that I have ever stayed at and that is out of hundredsDo not stay here!!

Comment: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!I read some reviews stating that they were remodeling since it had that older feel to it but it was LIES.! The room we got was horrible with stains on the wall, hole on the mattress, shower was dirty (use flip flops when showering there), there was no WiFi on our side of the building, cockroaches outside your door, & the only “good thing” about this hotel was that it was in a movie that was released in the 80s so maybe THEN this hotel was good.

Comment: The pictures online were a bit misleading. It looked shiny and posh, when in reality, its just a plain hotel with outside entry, by the 5 freeway. Pros: Theres plenty of free parking, it was easy to find. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. You can park near your building. Swimming pools & a restaurant on the premises. Other food options down the street. Free air conditioning. Blackout curtains. 2 or 3 premium channels. Cons: Rooms are dingy. Looks like blood spatter on the walls near the bathroom. The towels feel like sandpaper. The soap is THE worst Ive ever used. You cant get a lather to save your life. The room door only shuts if you pull it closed. The Wi-Fi, although free, is trash. No refrigerator. The TV is low quality with no HDMI cord. Bare bones minimum. If you opt to stay here, bring your own toiletries. Maybe even your own pillow and towels. Just saying.Update:Another Con: The swimming pools are filthy and have roaches and crickets everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. The jacuzzi is lukewarm and not appealing whatsoever.... Leaving to stay at another hotel. Smh.

Comment: Noisy everywhere because of the centralized huge club aka VIP Room for weddings, quinceñeras, and parties, which is the main focus point of the hotel. However, the hotel is beautifully furnished in most rooms, and the staff is accommodating. The hotel restaurant is not recommended. The cable/satellite in the hotel rooms are subpar. Other than that, the hotel is recommended if only the basics is what you are looking for.

The room decor was very old . Not at all what I expected for a guesthouse. The wifi did not work all night. However the man in the front I believe Jamie was his name was very nice and helpful. He gave me a late check-out and let me use a loaner charger at his front desk. I would not recommend this hotel. If it wasnt for him I would have given them 1 star.

Best part is that as a fan of the National Lampoon movies with Chevy Chase, the very first one was filmed there and I stayed in the room right below where Chevy was and I had a view of the beautiful lighted pool. Downside, no microwave or fridge for food/drinks. Overall, a good stay

Comment: My family and I hated this hotel; absolutely horrible. It was a nightmare to stay at; don’t go there. Hotwire booked this hotel for me and they did nothing to help me with my many issues. The bedding was cover with others people hair; I mean all types of hair from all body parts (gross and ridiculous). I took several pictures as proof. The ice machine didn’t work and housekeeping left my family and I without towels. The rooms don’t come with a refrigerator; you will have to pay an extra $10. The breakfast is just nasty; $7 for over cooked burnt eggs and hard meat; don’t eat there. The TV barely worked; blurred picture on the screen and the TV is only about 20 inches in size. My recommendation to you is to run far away as possible from this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one what so ever. Don’t say here; get your money back.

Comment: Horrible! The rooms are so dirty! Its like they dont even try to clean them. Roaches everywhere in the room. The towels are dirty and full of hairs. As soon as we walked in dusty, sticky stuff on the night stands, and the rings of wet cups on the dresser, live and dead roaches everywhere. My parents needed their room cleaned and replenished with more towels, coffee and cups, all they did was fix the bed. If you can spend a few more bucks to stay somewhere else DO IT!

Comment: Room was good. Upon checking in there was a rowdy party that came in after me and my friend and were waited on before us. Finally, our turn! We tell the front desk worker Filipe (with the douchily coiffed hair) to not put us by said room because it looked like they were about to get pretty drunk and loud that night and he made sure we werent next to room. Asked if they gotten any noise complaints, he said they did and we asked what they would do about them. Oh, nothing, muttered Filipe. Surprising to say the least... I come back to our room one night and the key doesnt work. Cool, it happens, right? Filipe gave me 2 new keys. Day or so later, key doesnt work again. Would you imagine my favorite (using the term lightly) front desk worker, Filipe would be there to assist me again? So he asks if the keys were loose in my pocket because they could sometimes get scratched and not work. I relayed that they werent loose and my friend asked why he hadnt said that as a warning ahead of time, he laughed and said, well i just told you now. Normally I wouldnt even care, but the douche baggery that was emitting from his pores was borderline sickening. Not a guy you want representing your company.

Comment: I’m not sure how this hotel got 3 1/2 stars but our room was filthy. The walls, doors, and the ac/heater unit was dirty. The lock on the door frame was coming out of the wall and the ac:heating unit was missing a knob so my family and I could not control the temperature of the room. The are no microwaves and refrigerators in the room, they come with surcharges! The beds were hard! The exhaust fans don’t work in the bath room. You do not have very good WiFi and the cable here is not swell. The pictures that they have on their website and on google are very deceiving! Do not be fooled like I was!!

When we got there, we were charged a $100 fee in case we stole something. This was from the front desk. If you are decent, middle class citizens, forget this hotel. Comment: A Great Disappointment, need a lots of upgrades. Most of the staff friendly but some had bad attitude. For the breakfast awful and do not waist your money. Three days there and it was the same every day scramble eggs, sausage and potatoes no fruit, no pastries, no cereal you get better service at Days Inn or Red Roof.Also there is no restaurants close by and I walk all most mile my first night for dinner. I am sure at one time it was a very nice hotel but those days are gone and never will come back. If it was not for your groups and trucking company needing a place for driver to stay they would go out of business.The maintenance is not kept up the bathroom door was coming off the hing and this morning we had to raise the door a bit to close and open it.Most hotels refrigrerator and. microwaves in the room they do not and if you want either it is a $10 per day charge.It is shameful to see a nice hotel go to the dogs and be in need of a new beginning if it is possible. The one thing hurting the hotel it is in a very run down area of town and like I said no places to eat and after eating the breakfast I was not chancing eating dinner there.

Comment: The room was very large. (We had a king suite) It was nice but old. Paint peeling on moulding, the couch had a chunk of fabric that was bare, discoloration in the shower... etc. The biggest disappointment was for the amount of money we paid it should have been clean. There was a very thick layer of dust in the room. It was as if someone very short cleaned it and didnt bother using a step stool for what they couldnt reach. This was most apparent when the mirror in the bathroom fogged up. The vent fan in the bathroom didnt work either. Had I not checked, I would have ruined a 75.00 shirt. The iron had black chunks on it. All of this said, I would probably stay here again. I liked the place, just wish the room was clean.

Comment: Came here about 10PM in April, the lady at the front desk was sweet and got me checked in really quickly. She even upgraded me for free. The lobby area looks really amazing. I was really impressed. Clean and fancy looking!So as I walking to the room, there was nothing sketchy or suspicious about the place EXCEPT loads of tourists! There are a lot of tour buses here so just be prepared to see bunch of people wandering around aimlessly.The room was large and clean. Outdated like you just traveled to the 90s but for the price it wasnt bad. At least the bed looked new. There was also a kitchen which is always a plus!If I am ever in the area I will definitely keep this hotel as one of my options!

Me and my friends went to the vending machine to get some snacks and the security guard pulled his gun out on us and told us to keep it down or he was going to call the cops. Which was so hard to understand cause he dosent speak any solid english which makes it hard to understand when a man has a gun pulled out. At that point the cops were the least of our worries sense he had a gun on us. I am never staying here again.

The only problem I had was that our suite had a kitchenette but we had no pots, pans, plates, etc to use of we wanted to cook something. Also there should be something stated on these hotel sites that even though you pre pay, you need to give them 100 dollar deposit. Comment: Part of the National Lampoons Vacation was filmed here, the original movie, when Chevy Chase meets Christy Brinkley in the hotel bar and then gets caught swimming with her. A very cool fun fact u didnt know before arriving. Overall, VERY pleased with my stay! Location was sorry convenient, directly off the highway. They upgraded my room to a long suite free of charge so they could accommodate other guests that need my two twin bed room. Service was outstanding. Let me have a late check out upon request with no problems. Other than the room being a bit busy later musty and old smelling, I was very happy with the price and quality of this hotel. I will be staying there again without question.

Comment: The rooms are spacious but so is a warehouse. Pipes are sticking out of wall in restroom. Shower is tiny in width. All this could be ignored but the noise. You can hear everything. Sounds like a sonic boom as people close doors. Metro link sounds horn at 6 am. This seems to be a truck stop. You can hear semi trucks parking in the hotel parking outside your room. You can pitch a tent on the freeway cause you can hear every car that passes.

Comment: Checked in at 10pm glad they had late check in. Paid for a room with 2 queen beds but when I got there the room wasnt available anymore, even though I had reserved it. Luckily the lady at the check in counter was nice and offered to upgrade us to a suite with 2 queen beds for Free. Once inside the room everything was pretty much clean. Small TV but least of my worries. Only thing I didnt like about the room was the shower. Not the newest nor the cleanest. It had black mold around the shower drain. Found hairs inside the shower too. Obviously the shower had not been cleaned when the last guests stayed. Things Ill recomend for anyone planning to stay are to bring shower shoes and slippers. I wouldnt trust the carpet to be the cleanest.

Comment: I am a frequent customer at your hotel I have recently stayed a night at your location from January 7th to January 8th. Normally my visit is phenominal but this most recent trip was probably my worst stay. I was assigned into room 1103. At first there was no issue but after 3 hours into the room I go to use the bathroom and almost slip on the tile. I hear dripping from the ceiling and see water coming from the ceiling to the bathroom floor seeping into the carpet. I go to the front desk and inform them. They offer me a different room and I was then put into room 2108. Upon going into the room I see that the room is 1 unlocked, 2 I see used towels, 3 smells of Cigarettes even though I had requested a non smoking room. I exit the room and then try using the room key, since it was already open upon arrival, and they key that was given for room 2108 didnt work. I was seeing a red and yellow flashing light. I go back to the front desk get another key and tell them about what Ive seen. Im told they can get someone to remove the towels and get me a new key but thats all they can do. Im already a little frustrated at this point so I just tell them I just need a room key that will work and Ill just deal with everything else. I go back with my new key and it takes roughly a dozen attempts to get the door to green up and open. After I settle I to my new room I see that there is a panel on the floor near the bathroom area leaving a huge hole in the wall and in the ceiling light in the bathroom is riddled with bugs. Im normally not one to complain about disappointing encounters with any restaurant, company, or business of the sort but I just feel that you guys should be informed about these type of situations for future customers.

Obviously the is an issue behind the wall, and housekeeping is not doing a good job if they got large enough for a customer to see.. The tops on them were the size of a silver dollar! The front door was not properly set, we had to lift up on it. Use our shoulder and weight of body to shut it. They did not leave us enough towels or washcloths. The wifi sucked, the walls were filthy.. Dont be fooled by the pictures on the website!! I would give a negative rating if I could!!!

After getting that b/s taken care of, we finally, after 2 hours, we were in our room.Well the room, lets see. How does staying in a roach infested room sound to you? Sounds good? Then you would love this place. If your like me, which is clean, then your going to have a problem. They have roaches in there rooms. Also the smell that emitted from that room, when i opened the door for the first time, it stunk like musky wet carpets, but that smell went away. Thats basically all thats wrong with the place. Other then that it was a nice stay. I do not recommed anyone to stay here untill they fuimigate the buildings. That is why they only got two stars from me.Thanks for reading.

Comment: I stayed there one night on a business trip. I had little or no problems with place. The bar and restaurant closed at 9:00 was my only issue. Room, bath and shower were clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk was helpful and the bartender Juan was great. I will be staying here again. I now have monthly business in the area. If it was good enough for Chevy Chase in the 80 movie Vacation, its good enough for me. And believe me...I am a hotel snob. I call them like I see them.
