Comment: Ok so i where do i start, ive bought a car from here twice, the first time went pretty smooth we bought it off Jason BUT my car had came with a few scratches and they promised to give us a call to fix it and never did (mind you the car is brand new, why does it have scratches already????)The second time I bought a car was this past April, with the help of Elijah and Max i was able to get approved for a BRAND NEW 2023 dodge charger rt and once again it came with scratches all over the car. I was promised, when bought, for paint correction and car window tints but everytime i try getting a hold of them they send me straight to voicemail. I had to go in person because it feels like im being neglected and ignored and they did give me a paper receipt for the paint and promised to calm me back in a few days and still havent received any calls.I just think its crazy how they are so quick to sell you a car but to help me out fixing problems it already came with (when it shouldnt be having any) all of a sudden they cant?If your planning on buying a car here, i suggest you dont, they are hard to get a hold of when it comes down to maintenance.

Comment: Drove an hour for an advertised deal, only to discover that this dealership adds nearly five thousand dollars in nonsense like microbial treatments ($1799) as well as a GPS tracker, paint and fabric protection, and a host of other nonsense. The sales person we were dealing with needed to attend to someone else, so we were dumped on another dude who also had other people to deal with. In the midst of all of it, another customer in the dealership was mad enough to begin throwing things at the staff. This dealership is slimy, and scammy. Don’t waste your time here. The added fees are absurd.

Comment: No stars if possible. Purchased a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler back in May 2020. They got me with the 5yrs/60K miles Mopar Maximum Care Factory extended warranty for $3K back then. Didn’t need to use at all until now. Come to find out when they sold me the warranty it was already 2 years in so technically it only had 3yrs remaining and not the 5yrs that I was led to believe . Now the Wrangler is overheating with only 41K miles and I’ve been told it no longer is covered under warranty. First time trying to use the warranty I paid for. Called Mopar Maximum Care warranty and they explained to me that the warranty starts from first year the vehicle came out, even though I purchased the vehicle 2yrs laters. It doesn’t matter. They told me to talk to the original dealer and see what can they do for me. So I called and spoke to Jacob in Finance and he explained to me that there’s nothing they can do. Called backed the next day and was forwarded to Kenneth, left a vm and nothing. Called again and left another vm, with all my information and nothing. Never again would I buy from this dealer. They snaked me with that warranty and when it comes time to taking care of their customers, they’re nowhere to be found. Zero Stars. Vin# jw329883

Comment: Just adding on to all the other recent reviews here.Maybe this dealer is great for new cars, but I went in for a used car.Don’t expect to pay the listed price on the website for your vehicle. They tacked on a $4900 dollar Aftermarkets fee to the first offer they showed me. Insane on a list price of $17.5k. I was able to negotiate it down to around $1600, but they would not budge below that so I walked on the deal. Seems I am not the only person to walk from deals based on the other reviews. I don’t recall any dealer outright refusing to remove the pre-installed package at no cost to the customer, either in purchases I’ve made myself or assisted others with. So be aware, you will likely not be able to get the car you want for the listed price, much less be able to haggle on the listed price.That said my experience with the sales associate (Julian? I forget his name, tall Hispanic associate) was pleasant. He was friendly and easy to talk to.On another note I do recognize the name of another employee from the dealership leaving a 5-star rating on here with no review. I wonder what that’s about.

He was really helpful with explaining everything and made the whole process worth it. He was willing to work with me to find a good price and never said a hard no off the bat. I never believed in the term “I’ll take care of you” from a car salesman, but I actually felt like a valued customer. If you ever need a car salesman, you can’t go wrong with Joe! This dealership may have a bad rep on yelp and Google, but to be honest in 2024 it’s about compromise when buying any. I came in with reasonable demands and they met all of them. Give this dealership a chance if you’re looking for a new car.

Comment: This dealership is useless. I would not recommend them to anybody. They offered me marginally more than another dealership, which is why I chose to sell my car to them, but it was absolutely not worth the money. When selling, they refused a bill of sale signed by myself and the other title holder because the other title holder was not present, claiming it is DMV policy. I showed them the policy on DMV website stating that the signed bill of sale does not need to be notarized or witnessed, but they insisted that it must be sent in the mail and notarized by the other title holder in another state. After jumping through these hoops and following their request, I delivered the title and signed bill of sale, for which I had to wait hours to receive my check because the entire office staff went out to lunch at 12 and did not return until after 1:30. There was nobody left to keep the business running. This place is unprofessional and the staff is not friendly. If I could do it over, I would much rather take a few less dollars elsewhere to be treated like a human.

Classic bait and switch.They will force you to finance and wont accept a cash payment and will add about $4k in useless gimmicks: theft protection, additional paint clearcoat protection. Theyll claim theyve already added it to the car and theres no going back. Excuse me? We never asked for that, so thats your problem. The advertised price will never be the price.They had the audacity to say all dealers do this and given that I also work in the car industry, I know for a fact they dont. I havent encountered that sneaky tactic in many years and judging from the many reviews stating the same experience, they dont have any plans to change.Lastly, they only put four gallons in the fuel tank upon delivery. Every other dealer Ive worked with will always fill up the car as a courtesy. Ive never heard of such a piddly amount. It perfectly represents how chintzy and greedy this dealer is.On a brighter note, and the reason for the extra star, Elijah, our initial salesman, seemed friendly and genuine. Hes just held captive by the rules of this place.

Comment: I purchased my 2022 Ram 1500 in Aug of 2022, overall the experience was standard, they advertised a net price and then wanted another 3-5k which was talked down a little. But overall I wasnt unhappy. I purchased the extended warranty which should have included an oil change(received regular emails about this) but the dealership never honored the oil changes even after talking with multiple people. Fast forward to today and I am installing a trailer brake controller and need to have the computer programmed for this function, after making 3 calls(on hold for 2-3 minutes before being hung up on) I was told that the programming would be $750. This is something that other dealerships charge 1 hour of labor for. I double checked that this was for just the programming and yes, just the programming. Before working with them, call their service department ask for something like a trailer brake controller program cost and then decide if you want to do business with this place.Ive called 4 other dealerships, this work is $230 to $265 at other dealerships in the Long Beach area and my truck will be in and out in under 2 hours.

They lied and told me that the vehichle already had paint protection and Ally theft detterentvalready installed on it and that if i wanted the vehichle that i had to pay for these items. The energy in the office was fun and welcoming.I left the above review in October 2023. It has been 6 months since I purchased my Jeep and have taken it in two times (11/23 to HB dealer & 4/24 to Signal Hill) for loose steering. The steering is very loose and feels unsafe. Each time I took the vehicle in, the dealer says it is fixed but it has not been corrected. Sadly, I think HB Jeep sold me a vehicle with faulty steering. I will have to take it in a 3rd time to get serviced for the same issue.

Would not recommend to anyone.It has been incredibly difficult to reach Israel, let alone a sales manager who could assist me with a simple question of confirming the amount my check that I was to receive, was being written out for. I went through BidBus to sell my vehicle and got matched up with this dealership that was willing to purchase my car. Initial process was fine, but my issue comes with the service afterwards.I had called the dealership on Sunday (4/28) inquiring when I would be receiving my check after selling my vehicle as the remaining balance with my lien holder was already taken care of. I was told that I would get a call back as soon as Israel was available. I dont receive a call back. I call again on Tuesday, leave a message. Nothing. I call again on Wednesday, leave a message and then FINALLY at 1pm in the afternoon, I get a call back from Israel. There was no hello, no apologies for the delayed phone call. The entire phone conversation was 1 minute long, and rushed. I was told I was going to be cut a check for x amount of dollars and told the check would be sent out that day. However, whatever was told to me didnt seem right, and I wanted to double check.I had been calling this dealership since 11am up until 4pm yesterday and consistently put on hold, not being able to speak to ANYONE about my question. I understand if I need to speak to my sales rep, Israel, directly but I had not received one call back since. On top of that, I dont know who I spoke to but they were extremely unprofessional and cut me off by saying, I understand but I dont want you wasting 20 minutes explaining to me your situation when I cant resolve your problem, and Israel can handle it directly.I finally speak to someone today (5/03) at the dealership after calling an ungodly number of times, and I get to speak with Israel. Again, no apologies and didnt even bother to go through with the basics of customer service.I cannot wrap my mind around how busy someone can be to not call back a customer that you helped with previously. Whatever the case, I will NOT be coming back ever again and I will most definitely not be recommending this dealership to anyone.EDIT: Mike, I find it funny how youve responded to my review to tell me that you understand how communication is important and that this is not the type of service that your dealership aims for. Ive called on Monday (5/13) to speak with you directly with the number you left, but Im met with the same automated machine prompt that redirects me to the sales department. I am then told once again that my name and phone number will be taken down, and Ill receive a call back from you. I called yesterday to follow up to see if you were in office close to 3:30pm, and I am told again that I will receive a call back. It is now Friday, and I have yet to receive a simple call back for an issue Id like to address directly with you about my check that was supposed to be sent out to me 2 weeks ago, which I have NOT received as of today. I will continue to stand by my original review based on the lack of effort put in by not only the team here, but management as well for not being able to simply call back a customer.

Just so everyone knows, Hertz rental hours of operation are Mon-Fri 8:10am to 5pm and Saturday 8:10 - noon. Those extra 10 minutes to start made me early to arrive but very late to work lol. I was in and out quickly after the process began.

How is it possible for a Service Advisor to Not call me back? Ever. Not one update, not one call back the entire week, multiple messages left, spoke with female operators several times, and was told Anthony would call me back. Nope nada.....Dropped off Truck for a possible exhaust manifold leak on a Tuesday at 8am. Rental cars were 8 deep in waiting, so I elected to get a ride home. I told my Service advisor Anthony to let me know asap if the truck was covered and under warranty so I could get a rental car. He never called. I began calling on Friday morning since I didnt get a call back on wed or Thursday.5 phone calls, 1 text, and multiple messages, and spoke with female operators directly each time and explained my request. I was assured he would call me back right away. What a joke..... No calls back that week. I finally got him to answer the phone at 430pm on a Friday. He was acting like I was an inconvenience and very lacadescal. So his response was. I texted you and I said oh the 1pm text on Friday that said your truck will be ready for pick up next week oh that text, yeah.So when were you gonna let me know that my truck was diagnosed with an exhaust manifold leak/crack? When exactly were you gonna let me know to come get a rental, and it was covered under warranty, but oh wait, I was supposed to telepathically know, and his text at 1pm on a Friday, was so helpful. SO HOW ABOUT SOME ACCOUNTABILITY ANTHONY SERVICE GUY? He responded with attitude, so you want me to call you every day, fine wow. What an answer.... No remorse, no accountability for not communicating, no calls back after several messages, nothing..... So sadSo last, Picked up the truck on a Monday 6 full days later, no big deals, and had requested it to be washed, yeah NOPE not done. Truck was dirty. Exactly what I was expecting. I was so pissed, I just left. What a shame.Im so glad I know alot of cops and fireman, who love trucks, I am gonna tell everyone of em. DO NOT GO TO HB RAM/DODGE As a 20plus year local resident, I was blown away.I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to tell everyone about this SUBSTANARD SERVICE I just received in May 2024. I then asked for an outdoor price to pay cash and only then was I informed that to get the price I had to finance. Obviously that was not disclosed in the ad that I saw including all the fine print. Also between the salesman and the manager they couldnt even quote the same price for the accessories they claimed were already installed on the vehicle. They claimed they had the part, to repair our vehicle. They set an appointment, to bring in our Jeep. I had to rearrange the whole day, in the middle of the week. The No Dealer Markup claims on their site is a bold-faced lie. I talked with them for a couple weeks and no mention of any extra fees but after I drove 6 hours I began to see how disingenuous these people are. Im not sure what kind of scam they are running but it took over 100 days for them to get me my title. My temp tags only last 90 days so I couldnt drive my car for over a week. Turns out they were just wasting time to see how much the other guy was willing to pay. Well, guy was willing to pay at a higher price and then came back to us and told us the truck was no longer available…. We felt our hearts shatter. We were sitting down dreaming about our future family and the truck and all the plans we had to travel with it, just to be brought back to reality in a harsh way, felt like they grabbed our dream and stomped on it with their dirty slimy feet.We tried to talk to the receptionist manager but he was even more arrogant and selfish. Could tell he was classless and unethical by the way he was just leaning back on his chair talking to us like he didn’t care. Non apologetic and outride rude. Probably wasn’t even a manager believe his name was Danny, maybe he was just the front desk receptionist so it didn’t affect him.I work in sales myself and this was just the most unprofessional, selfish, and greediness I have ever experienced. I didn’t review back then because I was pregnant and didn’t want to cause any harm on myself due to the anger I was feeling. But months later I still feel the same.Pro tip: if you’re trying to sell the same car to two people… don’t have them within feet of each other or in plain sight where you physically see and hear you are negotiating price with them as well. That was probably the worst. Next time just decline the person the deal if you know someone else can pay higher. Rather you tell me we can’t see you the car than tell me YES! And then NO!Luckily my husband found another truck somewhere else for a higher price but since the dealership was actually friendly and willing to hear us out, we decided to give them our business. After finally agreeing on a selling price of a used vehicle, the sales person named Moose tells me that there will be an additional charge of $4,400 in dealer add-ons that THEY ALREADY PERFORMED! The add-ons are nitrogen gas in the tires, protective coating on paint & fabric, upgraded air filter element, and a GPS locator. The problem is that this $4,400 is not part of the dealers advertised selling price which would total to be way over the actual vehicles value. It even gets better as the sales person now wants to negotiate these unwanted options. A reputable dealer would only offer these options while signing the paperwork and not force them on you as an ultimatum to purchase the vehicle. These add-on options cost the dealer next to nothing and is only a tool to increase their profit margin on the vehicle by up to 10% more! Shame on you Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM!

Guess what after a whole month of wait and me calling them every 2 days to check on I received the plates and the registration personal not comercial!!!I was so pissed because they wasted my time and I’ve already made the car payment plus $850 for the comercial insuranceI went back to them and I told them the car has to be comercial and I signed the contract on comercial registration why did I receive it personal!!! They told me sorry we will fix it for you it will take a week!!One week pasted and kept calling them they keep transfer me to different departments from finance to DMV office at the dealer, no one knew what they were doing starts from the sales to finance to main manger.They kept lying to me, so in total I waited 66 days to receive my comercial plates and I had to drive all the way to them, the car was parked for66 days I lost lot of business, plus I made 2 car payment and 2 insurance payments.Never coming back and if you can’t do your job right then you shouldn’t be there, they’re such a liars and they just want to sell you the car to get their commission that’s all.

Comment: Sent an online request with trade info. I did receive a call which was impressive being most dealerships dont respond to online inquiries, but the experience went downhill from there. Elijahs phone presence was less than impressive as I felt like he was not taking me serious. He basically wanted me to fill out a credit app before talking to me about anything. I can see this is a tactic to weed out people who are not serious, but to those who are serious this is very unappealing. I filled out the credit app and let Elijah know over the text messaging we established. He said he would grab it and get back with me. 3 hours went by and no communication. I text him saying if he was too busy that I can work with another sales person, but no response. I called into the dealership and spoke with a sales manager who said he would get numbers over to me, but again no communication. I received a text message at 9:47pm saying sorry that they were busy and would get back with me the next day. I responded saying no thank you and that Im not going to beg for someone to take my money. Based on my experience I would not suggest doing business with this place.

I say fine but request that they only email and I do not give them my last name or phone number. Which as you know is plenty of information to get an idea of payments. My wife and I have started the buying process this way for 10 years successfully.With that treatment from Ben I decided to call and speak to the operator where I get Michael(GM I believe) and Mo’s(new sales Mgr I believe) names from her. She told me Mo was with a customer so I asked her to give him my number and have him text me please. Then I had her transfer me to Michaels office where I left a vm. This was a couple days ago and big surprise I haven’t heard from either of them.I called in once more and spoke to George who tells me he can definitely get me a monthly payment quote with the info I gave Ben and told me worst case he’d text me the following morning(it was about 8pm). That was a couple days ago and weirdly never heard from George again.Lastly I get another text from Armando who also says he can get me some quotes without my social security number. He then to my surprise follows through with a couple hours with some quotes. He then starts grinding away at what type of payment am I looking for bc I told him those were too high. I don’t know at this point bc we were actually talking about a purchase and I was going into the convo thinking about leasing. So I just ask him is it not possible to just ask the finance guys or whoever for the best deal possible? This was last night around 8pm and wouldn’t you know it he ghosted me too…an actual train wreck of an experience overall.

Comment: Worst experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had. Told Ethan and his manager multiple times that I did not want a hard inquiry ran and they did so anyway. Even after they said they wouldn’t. I told him the soft inquiry was fine so we could gauge how much it would be etc, and I wanted to take some time to think it through before the hard inquiry. The manager agreed and said he would be right back and when he comes back says that he did the hard inquiry like “1 or 2 times i forgot”. I said what? We said we would only do the soft inquiry why did you take the further step without first getting my approval. He says “oh I thought we were kind of on the same page about it”. Why wouldn’t you get my firm approval before making a move like that? Then he goes “it’ll only drop 10% so like 6 points” multiple times. then I did the math and it was actually 60 points to which he said “oh that’s right I’ve been here all day my bad”. While the manager went off to to the soft inquiry I had told Ethan that I did not want a hard inquiry to which he told me not to worry about, that his manager wasn’t doing a hard inquiry. Ethan at this point was visibly flustered and walked off. Ethan also did not sound like he knew what he was doing and was just going off of a barely memorized script. He sounded unsure after I asked him questions multiple times. So did the manager. The manager also didn’t want me to take a picture of my hard inquiry and almost jumped over the desk to rip it from my hands. As I started recording he says “you’re 24” implying I’m immature for doing so or something as if he didn’t just humiliate himself in front of his coworkers. It was an embarrassing thing to see honestly. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend it here at all

Don’t even bother looking at the sticker price of a vehicle because once you look at the sticker price and you sit down to sign paperwork you are immediately told that you must sign for an extended warranty for an additional $4700. You are then told that it is not optional that is an additional cost on top of the price of the vehicle. I had visited this dealership four times before deciding on the vehicle I wanted to purchase each time I went to visit I told the sales person I was not interested in the extended warranty, but it wasn’t until I went to actually sign paperwork, I was told it was not an option to not take the extended warranty. The price of the vehicle I was ready to purchase, went from $23,000 cash price to 28,000 cash price. The sales person who helped me stood next to the person, presenting the extended warranty with a blank look on his face, as if he had no idea I told him four times that I did not want the extended warranty the manager who came out stressed that the car could not be purchased without purchasing their extended warranty. Then their “closer” comes out who is the rudest individual I’ve ever come across in any transaction. I heard one of their sales people saying that they feared for the safety of their team because of the way they deal with people. I had read reviews online and thought to myself. This place cannot be as bad as they say I really want that car that they have but I can tell you this, they are worse than anything. You can save yourself the trouble unless you have an additional $4700 above sticker price that you wish to throw away. Stay away from this place. Stay away, stay away, stay away, stay away! The next stop will be the Better Business Bureau, or I plan to file a grievance. I hope the investigation follows shortly.

Comment: When my husband first purchased our car we did a test drive when the car was filthy filled we dirt like they had just received it and had not even checked it. Then they cleaned it and it looked nicer which convinced us to buy it. Then they told us it had installations of about 4K that could not be taken off. Then they sold us a warranty that was not worth it. When they washed the car it had scratches they told me they were going to fix. I then insisted I wanted to keep the car there until they had fixed it. Then they told ooh no you need to take and then come back another day so that it can be fixed. So I took the car and didn’t go back because I was busy. When I ended up taking the car they did not honor it and said, “why didn’t you come before” and that they never said that. So then I left it because they didn’t want to fix it. I even showed them pictures of the car in the dealership at the time of purchase with the scratches.Then with the extended warranty my tv was malfunctioning a lot. I took the car to a Jeep dealership and they said they were going to fix it and it would cover it but they had to order the piece. They never ordered the piece and never changed my radio.Then I knew my extended warranty was going to expire soon as my car was a pre-owned vehicle and wanted to get my car checked out before it expired. They told us we had to buy the warranty with an extra 75k miles from the time of purchasing the vehicle. Well it was all a lie. They sold us a warranty as if it were a new vehicle and the miles started from 0 miles when the vehicle at time of Prichard had 22k miles.In my opinion do not buy the warranty because they won’t even change parts that are covered. If you buy a used car the warranty will not start from the time you purchased the car.I’m glad other people have good experiences, but do not trust any word they tell you and make sure you get everything in print. And do not purchase extended warranty.

Comment: Stopped by Huntington Beach Jeep today to look at a few pre-owned Jeep Wranglers and specifically the 2 door sport model. I had spoken to Jose and explained that my wife had not driven the 2 or 4 door models yet wanted to see how they handled. I explained that we preferred the 2 doors simply due to garage space. Jose referred me to John, whom we met after driving from Mission Viejo. John explained that they did not have any 2 door units. That was strike one. Next, I asked John to show me what he had on the lot and explained that I had looked at their website. John asked what my budget was and I replied I wasnt concerned about budget I was looking to have my wife drive and get a feel for whether she liked the 4 door as he had stated they had no 2 door units. John took us to a silver and black 4 door that was not in the best of shape. Then I noticed after my wife commented on the overall condition that it was a previous rental vehicle. That was strike 2. Next, I noticed on the windshield that this dealership has a list of worthless adds totaling $4500 that werent worth the paper they were printed on. That was strike 3. I used to sell cars back in the 80s, and these ads were always optional. Similar to the days when they would ask if you wanted the added clearcoat, the interior scotch guard, gps, security, scratch guard, etc. Back then, you could say NO. This dealer rams those into the deal as pre-installed GPS tracking, etc. All a bunch of garbage and a way to pad the deal. Buyer beware.

After getting all of the numbers established to try and make a deal, it was revealed that there was over $4k in dealer installed options with no possibility of removing them. Additionally, when I found out I qualified for a financing offer through Dodge, they insisted that I had to purchase an extended warranty in order to use that financing offer. Both of these items were incredibly frustrating and I ended up leaving without making a deal. As an active duty service member it felt like I was being taken advantage of. My man traveled over an hour away to look at a Tacoma 4x4 TRD which we first spoke with a representative named Sara who was kind & great customer service. This manager was a black male & the second we met him he had a very nasty attitude, horrible customer service & very rude right off the bat. To start off when we looked at this truck it was VERY dirty as well as scratched, what kind of dealer has that type of presentation when selling a vehicle? It should be ready for show & purchase & cleaned as if it was new, VERY unprofessional. Secondly we had a check from our bank for a car loan to purchase the vehicle & we couldn’t even get through a sentence before this “manager” responded “well we don’t accept third party checks so I don’t know what you want to do” with the nastiest attitude. This man was so unwelcoming & bitter it just got worse from there. We were told we HAVE to finance with the dealer & they cannot accept our check but we can have our bank refinance the same day immediately after purchase? So why can’t they just accept the check instead of inconveniencing us with more steps? Who knows because the “manager” could not explain. Moving forward this “manager” continued to have rude unwelcoming & condescending tone and stating things like “so what’s up man are you gonna want it or not” no professionalism in the way he speaks AT ALL so we had left. We then decided regardless of the horrible service we want this truck so we called stating we will be back for it tomorrow morning & to run us numbers. This “manager” said he would call us back so he ran numbers then called us back stating out the door this car would be $38,000 to which we stated it was listed for $31,000 discounted online & he moves forward to state that the truck is worth much more than that in a very condescending tone, talking to us like we are dumb. We state I know what it’s worth but that’s not what it was posted as he then has the daring to state the 7k comes from paint protectant which we state there was CLEARY no protectant from how dirty & scratched this truck was. He then states the extra money comes from fees. Keep in mind we have bought MULTIPLE cars from dealers this is not our first time & we have no problem paying for fees but there is no justification for an extra 7k & clearly he couldn’t justify it either when we asked about it so we moved forward stating we are no longer interested. I don’t know what type of employees this dealership hires but I have never had such a distasteful experience with any sales rep in my life. Either they need to train their employees on customer service or work on hiring better candidates. NO ONE with that type of attitude should ever be deemed a “manager”. We will be moving forward with complaints to corporate about this man. And Dodge/Jeep of Huntington DO NOT attempt to reach out to us unless there is some type of compensation or a manager with a better attitude to offer a deal in a kind professional tone. Save yourself the time & do not come here, especially if you are traveling.

Went up the next day and it was now 42k. So apparently their pricing changes daily according to the sales manager. Truck pulled up and it had been sitting in their dirt lot for at least a year, had a weed growing through the engine bay and was covered in dirt along with some rat droppings on the engine. Still did the test drive, loved it and said alright let’s do it as long as it gets cleaned up, even at the higher price. I sit down and then get told there are $6k in dealer “accessories” that were added and not included on the sticker. But useless accessories like a GPS tracking device, paint protection, anti microbial coating and air cleaner. I was told they couldn’t be removed and the price of the truck increased $9k from what i originally saw. Their “negotiation” was to drop it $1k. So i walked out because that doesn’t seem like openness and honesty in pricing. Drove 5 hours round trip to buy my dream truck and just left with disappointment.

If you are ready to do your own research, already know a lot about the process, are not easily pushed around and ready to make a deal, then come here. They have a large inventory selection, so you are bound to find exactly the make/model that you want. Just be ready to experience the quintessential car salesman.This team is pushy and aggressive. And they don’t want to put in any more work than is absolutely necessary to close the deal (for example: telling me theyve spent too much time with me and to just google terms of leasing to learn about it).If you want a good deal AND you want to feel good about the experience, I hope you like to dig in, pay close attention to the numbers and fight for yourself here.The details of my experience are below. I am not going to use any names in this review because I don’t think the issues that I experienced are unique to the individual, but rather systemic across this organization. I visited this dealership 4 times (3 used lot visits, 1 new lot visit) and had the opportunity to interact with and listen to a lot of people, all of whom gave me a consistent experienceI started in the used lot, where I was told they were extremely understaffed and very busy, multiple times. My first visit resulted in test driving only 2 cars over 4 hours despite having a list of stock numbers ready to go. Most were either dead or blocked in by another vehicle that was dead. I left 5 stock numbers with the team and told them to call me when those were ready. They never called, so I got back in touch a week later and made an appointment to see those 5 vehicles a few days later. When I arrived, only 1 was ready. The back-up sales person (because they are understaffed) ran around to find the other ones but ended up telling me that “they were mad at [him] for spending so much time with [me]”. When the last one I wanted to see wouldn’t start, he suggested I just buy one that I had already seen. In addition, I was criticized by several people for being too picky on the condition of the used cars. At the time of this review, they have almost SEVENTY 2020/2021 Jeep Wranglers in inventory. I think it’s appropriate to look for one that doesn’t have ripped buttons, stained seats, cracked windshields or a drafty top, no? (A lot of their used inventory comes from rental companies, so the condition is surprisingly poor for a 3-4 year old vehicle)My search led me to new cars. The new car salesman was much nicer and helpful. He told me about the benefits of leasing over buying, which I appreciated as someone who has never leased a car. However, when I asked the finance manager for more information about leasing, he told me to google it as if he couldnt spend 5 minutes to help be better understand the terms. While these guys were very aggressive about closing the deal, they were also very aggressive on their pricing and the deals that they were able to work out, if you know the numbers and pay attention and ask a lot of questions (that they don’t want to answer).To round out this experience, when I told the sales person that I ended up going with another dealer, he complained to me about spending too much time with me and not closing the deal. It was a shame, as he was the only real pleasant person up until that time.3 stars because they have inventory and will work out a deal, you just pay for it in time and treatment.

Mind you, this is after I called them, negotiated a price and they confirmed the recall was fixed on it. I spoke to a saleman named Elijah. Once I got there, Elijah let me test drive it and told me they could sell me a different one that was a better color that had a deposit on it, seemed weird that they would sell me a vehicle that someone put a deposit on but I let that go.Once I sat down with another salesman, he told me the price was 5k over what we agreed and he had no idea where I was getting my price from, I looked at Elijah and he just shrugged. They were also undercutting my trade in by about 4k. I stood my ground and he eventually came down to 500 dollars over what we agreed on. I told him no and he looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I was going to walk out over 500 dollars. I said yes and walked out.I was about to leave and he comes out to my car and offers 3k more for my trade in. Not ideal but good enough so I agreed. We go back inside and start to iron things out and he walks away to get some paperwork and didnt come back. Eventually a manager comes to talk to me and tells me THE RECALL ISNT FIXED AND THEY CANT SELL IT. He offers me the same deal on an automatic transmission jeep which I did not want. I gave that manager an earful and left.I went back right after to talk to the top person there because I was so mad and he gave me an attitude and even got offended when I said they seemed shady. He had no intention of trying to make things right with me.I was promised a price on a vehicle they couldnt even sell to me, they lied to me to get me in the door, which their door was 4 AND A HALF HOURS from my home. After multiple calls, texts and emails we had set up a mutually convenient time and I was told to ask for the manager. Comment: This place has Mopar signs everywhere and they don’t even honor Mopar service coupons like other dealers. $249 for a synthetic oil & filter change. The place is filthy and the guy who checked me in didn’t seem really coherent. Not leaving my car here or coming back.**Update - Gabe (the service manager who replied to this review), I did speak with you in person yesterday. You said your dealership does not participate in Mopar special offers. The best you could offer was 1 oil change for $249 or 3 oil changes in 2 years for $450. Absolutely not…especially with the condition, cleanliness and overall presentation of your service department and employees.

Comment: Jose Campos helped us out getting our family into a Ram 2500, right off the bat he was very welcoming and professional. Presented us with a truck and took us for a test drive. We felt zero pressure from Jose which is always good when making a big purchase. He offered us water first hand before we took a seat at his desk. Jose and the managers worked with us to close the deal 🤝 like no other dealership had before walking into HB All and all we had a good buying experience at HB CDJ big thanks to Jose and the management there. 🙏

Comment: Traded my 2021 Jeep Gladiator for a 2022 Tesla Y. The original price and trade value was fair, I just wish the salesman had been upfront with all the “options” that he said “came with the car” at the tune of $4995. After tense negotiations it all was reduced to $1500 in options. (Ding protection, edging and GPS) but since they are “options” they can all be cancelled by written request. Which I will do today, probably all except for the Ding protection, which is a good idea on a Tesla.The salesman was friendly but clearly trained to deceive or hide the true cost until the last minute in hopes that you will just go along. He did come down with the cost as I said, but I only agreed to go forward because I knew I could cancel all that later. It’s a shame that many dealers continue to lie or not be upfront with the true cost of a vehicle and try to roll in these “optional” products into the financing. I love the car but I didn’t love their sales process and that’s why I give them only 3 stars.

Comment: I recently helped my best friend buy a used Kia Optima w/ex performance package. We drove from North County Escondido where we had a bad experience w/sales manager.We booked our appointment with Ron who was very friendly and helpful. We test drove the car and Olivia loved it!Management tried to sell us unneeded extended warranty even though the 2019 model had less than 25k mileage @ $5k and a added package for $4500 which we declined.Olivia paid cash and I saved her $10k on her purchase. She was thrilled. Ron had our backs the entire time so it made our purchase seamless!I highly recommend Ron as a wonderful salesperson and will be buying our cars from him in the future.So, ask for Ron when booking your appointment!Thank you again Ron. We couldn’t be happier!!

Comment: It took two visits to get it done. On my first visit, Justin told me I had no choice but to buy the dealer add ons to get the deal I wanted. After I told him that wouldnt happen, he basically left me alone and went on to help other customers he could hustle. I waited for 2 hours for him to get the truck from another lot before being told I would have to come back.Went back yesterday and saw Taylor this time. Excellent customer service, and the truck was on the lot (had been the whole time, Justin just wouldnt take me out back.) after a couple hours, left with the truck of my dreams.Taylor gets 5 stars, Justin gets no stars. Go see Taylor

Comment: Ace and his manager Nathan were a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating to all my needs. I looked all over the country for a 2019 Dodge Ram and the best deal I found was right there in Huntington Beach on Beach Boulevard at Huntington Beach Jeep. Ace drove the contract out to us. He was very honest about the cost of everything. After extensive research I confirmed everything that Ace told me was true. He had the lowest price in the country. Everything he said I would get he delivered on with honesty and fullness. He let me drive the different trucks and explained the different features that are associated with the different models and why the prices were different. He educated me on the different trucks so I was able to make an intelligent decision. No other dealer cared about teaching me the difference between the Dodge trucks. They were all in a hurry and didn’t want to take the time. If Ace didn’t know the answer to a question he was very quick to get it from his manager. Thank you, Ace. It is without reservation that I give Ace and his manager Nathan my highest possible recommendation.

Comment: Do not under any circumstances do business with this place! Save yourself the stress. I bought my truck brand new September 2015, had it for a month and it broke down. The truck was in the shop for a month and has since that time consistently broken down. On top of that, they have some of the worse customer service every. Disrespectful management that treats you like trash! For two years my truck has been in and out of this shop for the same issues in which they have been unable to fix. As of recently, I had my truck towed to the dealership 12/1/17 and went in today 12/26/17 to pick it up; someone there damaged my truck. Its been in an accident. I was there on 12/7/17 to pick up my registration & from my truck; there were NO damages at that time. I was in it and the damages were not there. I attached photos as proof. I also have a document as proof. Imagine that! Youre already having issues with a truck you purchased brand new that breaks down constantly, you take it in to be fixed again for the millionth time only to come and pick it up and its been in an accident AND the manager tells you and I quote no exaggeration stop being so dramatic, file a claim with your insurance company and dont ever come back here again. Fact is, the 3.5 stars dont lie, its just not a good business period. The manager can reply and blame it on me, Chrysler, etc but never is responsibility taken for the actions of his employees & business. I have no reason to lie; this was my experience and I stand by my review. Dealing with Chrysler corporate was no better as well. Both are equally as terrible & responsible. Please people reading this; save yourself time, money & frustration; take your business elsewhere. Youll thank me later!

Comment: I want the management and the people to know that once they sell you the vehicle here specifically the manager at the used vehicle building they will never want to talk or listen to you. The manager never helped me with a very small issue I had after a month of buying my vehicle. The manager and the sales reps are very rude and helpless.Will not buy my next vehicle here
