Many other shops would have not only charged to do that but they would have found something wrong with your car to charge you even more. These are guys to trust

Comment: My car developed a wobble, and I needed new tires. This establishment got me set up with four quality new tires plus alignment. My car handles so much better now, and Im safe on the road. Not the cheapest place in town, but they have superior service, workmanship, and only sell quality tires. I wont go anywhere else for tire/wheel service.

Comment: Unfortunately these guys didnt bother to mention that they didnt do the wheel alignment, but they charged me for it anyway. I brought it back and they said they couldnt align it because the steering arms were loose. I had the steering arms replaced at another shop and had it aligned but it still wobbled so I brought it to another shop and had the wheels balanced... They were WAY off balance two weeks after install. Ians was very disappointing and wasted a lot of my time.

Eric and his staff are honest, hard working, and if they arent able to help with the specific issue, they refer me to the right place. Ive also loved the two sets of tires Ive bought with them over the years which have lasted many years beyond the warranty. My newest set of tires make it feel like Im driving a new car! Hats off to these guys as well for always giving me the best prices they can. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Comment: Woke up to a flat one morning, and instead of a repair, it was clear I needed a new tire. Actually, new tires since all of my tires were getting old and worn, not just the one that went flat. Called Ians, and not only did they have what I needed in stock, they slipped me in at the end of the day right before closing time. Cant beat same day service. They were fast, friendly, and the prices were more than fair. Highly recommend this local business.

Comment: Came in today for a repair on my tire, they charged a fair price, $25, for removing a nail from my tire and repair, I had stopped at another place before and they wanted to charge $60 for the same service and ended up telling me they wouldn’t repair the tire so I’m happy I ended up here. Very friendly service highly recommend!

Comment: Ive used Ians tires for many things, but last week, I needed a new tire and rim for my sons car, before he drove across the desert. We ordered it for pick up Saturday, but didnt make it there before they closed. It was a holiday weekend and my son was leaving Monday to drive back. Eric was leaving the parking lot when we were standing at the door. He went back into the shop, turned on the equipment, mounted the tire, gave it to us and said I could come in Tuesday and pay for it. What service!! And a fair price, too.

Comment: Updated 6/22/2021: I had a water pump go out in my car the day after I went in for an oil change (It is not their fault, just happens to be a coincidence) They got me in when I cam back from a vacation and let me know how long It could be for them to look at it. After they looked at the problem they said they do not fix water pumps, but referred me to a mechanic that does. To me, I felt they hear my concern and incorporated it to communicate with their customer, and I had a great experience this time around!Came here for a 2:00pm reservation for oil change and Tire Rotation, with their website saying Award for Best Quick Oil Change in 2020, and I estimated it would take an hour to hour and half max for the oil change if they were busy, but it ended up taking 2 hours and 15 minutes of me sitting there. I was not told or notified it could take this long and their website did not say it would take this long. After Talking with the owner, he said they plan for oil changes to take a maximum of 2 and a half hours. If I knew this, I would have arranged a ride ( but I feel also unnecessary if you make a reservation). I am a bit irritated that this was not communicated either by them or their website when I made the reservation or during the entire time I was there.The owner was understanding and listened, and I got the oil change and tire rotation done, and it looked like it was done well.

Comment: Someone I really trust when it comes to cars recommended going to Ians to replace my tires. He was on point. I called them in the morning, set an appointment 2pm, and I drove back home with new tires by 4pm. They told me about a current rebate deal with Continental tires, so I saved $70 right there. And they even applied the Axxess card deal so I saved another $20. Overall, awesome service, just like my friend had told me.

Comment: If you are looking to compare this store with American or Big Brand unfortunately they do not carry any tires below $100 at this store. They have a huge student demographic and having sold multiple vehicles to students myself all these UCSB Corollas are going to need tires and their drivers will not have $400 before installation and fees for them. I did appreciate the cordiality over the phone. This is a more a tip for others than a review.

Comment: I went to get my tire changed it being worn out. I asked for 235 45 17 inch. Employee said they have a new tire for 130$. He said the reason it was so high was because it was a performance tire. I didnt go through with the deal. went to another company only charged me 60$$ for a new tire. Will not do service with this company. Strongly recommend others to compare prices in other companys near by.Thank you

These guys have been doing this for quite a long time, yet their friendly and honest help, plus the attention to detail that they deliver seems like they just recently opened. Go there and nowhere else for tires. People unaccustomed to dealing with mechanical issues will not be talked down to or feel dumb.
