The ICON Crew, Project Manager and crew were absolutely the best. They were timely, polite, and did an absolutely beautiful job replacing our roof and inside related damage from the fall from above that damaged our roof. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Lord knows, I can be VERY PiCKY!
My elderly Mother had a flood in her basement. I was very impressed with Icon Emergency Services. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend
They came out right away and took the drywall off and put fans on the wood that had water damage. The whole beginning process was good. Was told there 2 to 4 weeks out for the repairs. Well its been 2 months and we have to call them. I am not happy with the end part of there work and thats I guess the repairs

They performed some work for my uncles church building and overcharged him tremendously. I am so glad we were able to convince him to get rid of them and hire someone else. They were going to charge him 100,000 dollars for 900 sq ft of work. They were bitter because he broke ties with them and filed a complaint against him for ending the agreement. A smalI price to pay for a novice of a business.I hate that company and hope they go out of business. Wish I could have given - stars
ICON response to Lucas Yaldo 1.0 post.ICON was called out by the management company of a condominium complex due to an emergency water damage situation after hours. This damage was caused by a frozen pipe in Mr. Yaldos unit that was left vacant and the thermostat was not set a sufficient setting. Causing additional damage to neighboring units. ICON was called out by the management company to protect occupied neighboring units. The management company is billing Mr. Yaldo for Damages. Mr. Yaldo was negligent in leaving the unit Vacant and not setting the thermostat at a reasonable temperature. In situations, such as this, the management company would bill the Home owners Insurance for the damages. It is unfortunate that Mr. Yaldo did not maintain Insurance on his unit, Hence why the Management Company is seeking damages. ICON at no time ever was hired or had a contract with this gentleman. In addition, ICON never billed him either. ICONs Contract was with the Manegment company and we billed them not Mr. Yaldo. If Mr. Yaldo would have maintained insurance on his unit, we would not be discussing this.We understand that it is an unfortunate situation. However it was His responsabity to secure his own unit and Maintain Insurance, by not doing so other homeowners were affected.
Excellent communication throughout the entire home repair process. Project manager Zoran took genuine interest in making sure the job was done right and as efficient as possible. Highly recommend!

Somebody in one of your trucks was very aggressively pulling out onto Rochester Road up near the Bar Louie. Not very safe driving in one of your company’s trucks. Hope he wasn’t at the bar and then driving. Not a good reflection on you business!!!
White ram pick up truck weaving thru traffic going 25 over the speed limit on telegraph. Almost hit my car. I have a 1 year old. Shame

2022-03-01ICON had all of the items stored in my basement sent to storage, asbestos tile removed, and new tile installed. Our basement and ductwork Warren then thoroughly cleaned. Throughout the project, Kevin, the ICON project manager communicated with us on the schedule and the contractors who would be completing the work. As each step was completed, Kevin called to make sure we were satisfied. Kevin is competent and professional.I give Kevin and ICON ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ rating

2021-11-11Our insurance company recommended Icon Restoration to come out and evaluate our flooded kitchen floor, which in ran into our bathroom through the walls saturating all the wood and some of the drywall. They were at our house quickly to assess the damage. The crews that have been assigned to our job have been incredibly polite and professional. Their work is top notch! We are still in the process of finishing our complete remodel of our kitchen and bathroom (to the studs). Any issues have been resolved quickly, and Matt & Lee are always professional and helpful! We would highly recommend Icon Restoration.

2021-11-03We had ICON Restoration and Construction remodel a bathroom for us and they did a great job!! On top of having a very competitive price their responsiveness and professionalism is unmatched in my eyes. We have used a number of remodel companies in the past and have never given 5 stars. ICON attention to details definitely set them apart from the rest. I have recommend them to friends and family and they have all been more than impressed. If your looking for a reputable company that does good work ICON Restoration and Construction is definitely one of them!!!

2021-11-02I did a major renovation gutting the kitchen, foyer, bathroom down to the studs, replacing the hardwood floors, and removing a wall. They were excellent at problem solving when the unknown surprises came up. They completed the project on time and with excellent quality and were always professional and friendly. Definitely going to use them for my basement when the time comes.

2021-11-03Shouldve wrote this review after my experience with Icon. On August 13 my dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded my kitchen flooring which in turn ran down to the basement walls saturating all the wood. Called the insurance company who referred me to 2 other companies which I called and both said they were booked for the weekend. Found Icon through a Google search called them and within 2hrs they were at my house assessing the damage and then they began the cleaning process. Not only did they respond in a timely manner their professionalism was superb. After the settlement with the insurance company I definitely decided to hire Icon to complete the restoration process. They have been nothing but honest and on point with the time frame of work that needs to be completed. With that being said I am one completely satisfied customer and would Highly recommend team Icon for any of your home needs!!! 💯

2021-11-03Lee and the team at Icon Restoration helped tremendously after the July 2021 storm which caused significant damage to my home, due to a fallen tree. Many firms in the area were “too busy” or didn’t return my call. Steve and Lee came out to my house the next day after my call. They worked closely with my insurance adjuster, and provided sound advice on everything from roof repair, structural damage, decking, and flooring repair. Lee has kept me apprised of all status of all the work; particularly helpful during the supply chain shortages. His guidance through these extensive repairs has been outstanding. I highly recommend Icon Restoration.

2021-08-21Take your business elsewhere....Icon was recommended to us by Farm Bureau home owners insurance for water damage we had in the winter. Farm bureau outlined the repairs and process that would be taking place. They were supposed to open up the wall and check for damage to house frame, the water was coming in from a hole in the roof from a branch and coming into the house through the ceiling and window. They came out and patched and painted where the leak was after having the roof replaced. They kept saying this was all that was to be done. After taking 5 attempts to get plaster to stick the interior job was finished. only thing left was to replace the gutters. After multiple calls and waiting 8 weeks we finally were met with a new project manager who was pretty unprofessional and assured us it would be done the day he came out. 4 days later the job was finished with different color gutters than before. highly dissatisfied in the thoroughness and professionalism of this business and those we interacted with.

2021-11-02ICON was there for me when I needed them. They did an almost entire remodel of the interior of my home. The time frames they gave me were either met or done sooner. Quality and professionalism of their team was second to none. Definitely recommend this company

2021-10-25I can accept that it took months to complete the work due to the labor shortage but the quality of the work preformed was awful. After the initial drying out from a small sewage back-up, everything was subcontracted and completely unorganized. Project manager was difficult to get a hold of and could tell his main objective was maximizing profit. Would not recommend.
