Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment. 6 other people waiting for their appointments. One drove from Cadillac. No one here. No phone number to contact anyone. Ridiculous that they can do this to federal employees whose jobs rely on these services. Horrible !

Made an appointment online. Showed up early, and the place is closed. Driveway isnt plowed, no phone number, no listed hours.

My experience with the process and personnel was 5 stars of professionalism. I made an appointment, made certain I had the required documents with me and arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. From the time I walked in the the door and left, was 15 minutes. Great experience.

The women who works here comes across as a real biotch. Has let the little bit of authority she has with this job go to her head. Makes it seem like you are inconveniencing her with your appointment. Not friendly .If you can use another place I would suggest to do so. Really bad customer service.

Super busy. If you do not make an appointment you have a good chance of not even getting thru. Appointments are booked out for weeks. Show up between 9-9:30 am or 3:30 to 4 PM Wednesday or Thursday for the walkins.
