An awesom lady who administered the fingerprinting service, was very nice, and patient. Wait time was under ten minutes to be seen.
Had some technical issues with the payment and waiver for a minor but the fingerprint technician was very patient and stayed a little after hours when we had to call and get the coupon code from work for the prepayment. Her time was appreciated!
I made an appointment, but when I arrived, the office was closed. After making my way through their lovely phone menu, an agent told me they closed for the day and that this happens a lot because of short staffing and computer problems. They had my email and phone number, but didn’t bother to notify me, and there was no note on the door or anything. Then it turns out they misinformed me about the cost. Don’t use this business.
Very quick! I was there a total of 10 minutes. Waiting area was small and filled up pretty quickly. Also, I was confused when I pulled up because it’s at the bottom of a senior apartment building.
This place is VERY unprofessional. Appointments are not seen before walk-ins, no sign-in, just a whos next?. When I asked for a sign-in for appointments, I was told to just wait, the fingerprinting machine is slow. No one asked me why I was there, everyone just assumed I was there for fingerprinting. Person interviewing for TSA came out of the office, looked around, went straight up to a couple and asked if they were there for TSA then took them back one at a time. 30 mins of wasted time.

Appt was at 10 and finally done by 1045. No organization or structure to the waiting. The office is very small so theres no room for social distancing. They also kept letting people come in, there were 13 people waiting inside. The ladies did not wipe down equipment after each person was fingerprinted or do traffic control for incoming people. Overcrowded and took forever!!
Rude and unorganized. .. relying on the customers to remember who is next. They expect you to know what to do and get nasty when you ask a question. Dont bother making an appointment... its first come first serve no matter what.
Had an appointment but when I got there, I had to wait in line behind all the walk-ins. Told me to sign a big document with legal mumbo jumbo but I dont need to read it. Short staffed; only one person doing everything.
Was able to get my TSA PreCheck enrollment done in a very short time.
This place is such a joke if you just need a fingerprint card completed. I called and was given the run around. 3 or 4 different “oh you have to call” this number and then that number told me to call some other number! This is so unorganized and unprofessional for a company that handles such important documents etc. SmDH
You must bring a passport or other I D stuff with you or your visit is a waste of time.
Do NOT go without making an appointment first (and this goes for pre-pandemic as well, not just now). Do NOT expect to call this location, as all questions are handled through a toll-free number or Universalenroll.dhs.gov. Also, please make sure you have more than what you need in terms of ID (they ask for two, I bring FOUR).
I accidentally arrived an hour early but the very polite and kind lady served me anyhow.
I made an appointment online and took care of all of the pre-certification requirements. I had an overall good experience.
Ok service, but dont respect appointment times, were seen almost an hour after the reserved time.
This place is seriously a joke. Went here to get my TSA pre-check and it was a complete circus run by a staff of clowns. There was a room full of customers in chaos without order of who was next. What I imagine the welfare office in Detroit to be like.

2022-04-14Small office with two employees. Recommend making an appointment - were telling walk-ins to come back since they were backed up. Friendly staff and very efficient. Had two of us through TSA Pre-check process in 15 minutes.

2022-06-08Drove 40 minutes from home to the 22 and Hayes location and had a reservation for 2 weeks. Arrive on time to my appointment only to discover they have been closed for 2 days due to computer issues. Call the number on the sign only to have someone on the other end basically say, yep, that sounds right. Guess company policy is to keep things like that a secret while people waste their hard earned money on gas for an appointment that has been canceled without my knowledge. The hiring process at my new job has also been delayed now. I would recommend any other ID place if you can find one. This place is a joke.

2022-06-05I popped in to this location to have fingerprinting completed via the hard cards so I can submit for out of state nursing license apps. The business was busy but the two ladies working here were very pleasant and worked efficiently so I didnt have to wait a long time.

2019-08-27Don’t bother with making any appointment. There’s NO consideration for it here. Lady sits in her office and yells “Next!” No care for who walked in way late for their appointments. Horrible.

2022-05-19I was figurprinted on the 15 of April its now the 17th of May in still no Results on the website and no ones answering the phone I Results on the web site. I called the office to keep getting the same two messages over and over. I just want my results please

2021-12-08Easy, quick and excellent customer service by the team of two women working there! I made an appointment online, waited a few minutes, and spent a total of 5 minutes actually going through the enrollment process. The young lady who was working the front desk/fingerprinting was f, friendly, helpful, and kept calm and remained professional even though an older couple became VERY rude towards her when THEY didnt bother bringing the proper documents to their appointment. She kept track of the list of people who made appointments, made sure everyone knew who was up next and even helped make sure each person knew what paperwork they would need before heading in for their appointments. I applaud this team of hardworking employees who were professional, fast, friendly, and overall made the process quick and easy!

2022-01-2015 min wait - not too bad. Waiting room is small, so dont get there too early. They could also do a better job cleaning common touch points - have wipes or sanitizer handy!

2022-01-20My wife and I both had appointments for TSA pre-screen today. Made the appointments 12-31-21. We both took an hour of vacation time to arrive in time for our appointments. When we get there we are greeted with a sign on the door that they closed early. They had all of our contact information to give us a heads up before we drove 97 miles for nothing. A simple text or email would have been great. Very unprofessional

2022-04-21The lady was really good at what she is doing. Its around 30$ for finger prints. Its weird that you cant find the price list anywhere online. Go in early to avoid the wait.
