This is the only place i take to get My devices fixed . I absolutely love them , Great service and honest, I will never go anywhere else to have my phone serviced. Professional staff. Would recommend 100%
Took my phone to get the screen fixed. My phone has been glitching ever since. That same day it didn’t take 10 mins from leaving the store for it to start, took it back I made them aware I had work they took it the man was rude saying if I didn’t want to wait they would find my old screen and put it back on there. If thats the case use that same energy to fix my screen right the first go around but I don’t have transportation to go back up there since and my phone still to this day does the glitching opening apps etc...

Got my screen fixed here and after my Apple Pay didn’t work I called them they said they don’t have anything to do with why it wasn’t working…took my phone to the Apple store and they told me whoever put my new screen on did not put the NFC antenna from the old screen back on Ifix was no help
IFix in Detroit off Warren is my go to place for all my phone needs they fixed my cracked I thought broken iPad, they had it working and looking brand new. Friendly staff very knowledgeable

I just got my phone fixed from there everything was working fine but the screen was cracked after I got it fixed my face recognition and speaker went out what a waste of money just to get more money out of me
The food was messy! Onion and mustard everywhere folded up pickles just messy bottom of the buns very soggy and nasty.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET IPHONE MAX PRO FIXED!!!! when i left this store i was legit so happy they fixed it in a hour!! i had apple care i had sprint insurance but they were both taking to long to respond.. fix fixed my phone so fast!! BUT I SEE WHY..I DROPPED MY PHONE ON THE 29TH DAY OF A 30 DAY WARRANTY AND THE WHOLE SCREEN WAS LAYING NEXT TO MY PHONE NOT SHATTERED NOT CRACKED NOTHING! Does good work on IPhones. Had a small issue with them, but was able to work a solution out with them in further getting my phone repaired. The staff is nice and willing to work with you. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place completely let me down. I brought my phone in to fix my mic and my battery for my iPhone but they didn’t fix it within the 3 hours I gave them to fix it. I just got my phone back so that I can bring it back the next day. They gave my my phone back dead. I took it home and the phone screen was cracked. I came back to them and told them what happened and they said they was going to fix it but they just charged me to fix the screen THEY BROKE! This place is a scam. I don’t recommend this place. They didn’t even try to fix my problem. Never going back. Scammers!
This is the third phone I’ve let them fix & every one of them has had the touch or the camera to go out within a month! Never again!!I’ll spend the extra $$$ & go to the metro on 94 & Moross cuz I’ve never had an issue there.
I sold my old phone to them before. And their site says they still purchase phones. It was a waste fast transaction. But when I called yesterday the guy was rude and said Nah we dont buy phones ...... so Im confused as if they do or dont
They do give the best deals around town. I signed up with Boost Mobile, I got a sweet Samsung phone for free! And they threw in a case n chargers for me. Glad I came here.

I dropped my phone on a marble bath floor. I had my I phone 5s for almost 5 years with all my important info in it.After the fall the screen had lines in it.I googled this place. Took the phone in. I couldn’t believe it. I paid 40.00 Ran and got a sandwich. Came back and PHONE WAS FIXED LOOKED BRAND NEW IT WAS LIKE MAGIC. This is no joke. I couldn’t believe it myself.

This place is a total rip off! Customers BEWARE!! Their products are over priced and they are very rude (customer service sucks). I literally called them in advance about my cracked iPad screen and they told me that it would be $80 to fix. I proceeded to the store and gave my iPad, paid the $80 with a detailed receipt that had my model number indicated. By the way, my credit card 💳 was charged $81 dollars, not the amount shown on my receipt nor did they have any signs about a credit card fee, nor did the teller indicate that I would be charged extra. Later that day they called me and said it would be $240 to fix my screen! (3x the amount I already paid) So basically I wasted my time, gas and money and headed back up there to get a refund. When I tried to get my refund, they insisted that I had to have my card charged on me to get my money back however debit card is a cash transfer. Back to the house to get my card and come back up there... This place is horrible!

I had opened my phone two days before I got my screen fixed today and noticed a slight Greece stain from where my mother had spilled oil on the cracked screen causing it to seep through the glass.I came back in about 40 minutes later only to find out they had said there was a ton of “water” in the phone and they had cleared it out. In other words I do not recommend this place.

My experience here was terrible. I spent $225 dollars to get my money phone fixed. It started having these white lines across the screen which wasnt so bad at first, but as the time went by it got worst now its to the point my whole screen be covered in the random horizontal lines. When I went back up there 2 weeks later they told me they couldnt do anything about my phone because it had a scratch on my screen which voids my warranty & that I should have came up there sooner. I wasnt able to due to the fact I dont have a car and I dont live near they location. My husband took it to the apple store and I also did research and I was told my screen is acting up due to the the wires being connected wrong. Yet they telling me I would have to spend a whole 225 again for they wrong doing. Never again will be I do business with them.
I bought an amazon 10hd. Tablet with alexa for $130 in February 2019. December 10 the tablet wouldnt turn on or charge. They told me there was nothing they could do. Never again will i buy anything from them

Just got my screen fix and yes they did a good job with that but whoever fixed my screen scratched the bottom of my iPhone 7 plus all up and left a screw hanging out of the bottom of the phone ! When I ask them about it of course they completely denied that they damanged my phone and told me there was nothing that could be done !! BULLL !! I walked out and left the situation alone but I am highly upset and wouldnt recommend getting anything done from these people !! Period !

Its your own time and money at risk.TLDR; iFix Detroit failed to repair a device, and I received it back in worse condition than before I decided to take a chance with them.I took an Apple Watch Series 4 to iFix Detroit to have the screen replaced, after consulting with a staff member over the phone. I was told that everything would work on the watch normally after the repair. When I went to pick up the watch, they had not allowed the adhesive to set on the screen and I could easily see movement of the screen when it was pressed. After showing the technician they put the watch on a machine to allow the adhesive to set and harden. When I returned a second time to pick up the watch, the screen seemed to work fine, but it looked as though the metal case had seen battle. Shortly thereafter I tried to use Apple Pay on the watch and it was no longer functioning. After doing some research, it seems that removal of the screen disables some of the NFC functionality that is used to make Apple Pay work. I returned a third time to the store, expressing my confusion and giving iFix yet another chance to remedy the issues, at which time they consulted with an associate at Apple who let the technician know that this would not be something they could fix on their own. At that point it became clear there is a lack of technical experience at iFix Detroit and they should not be informing customers that iFix is capable of repairs that they are not. They did offer to put the old screen back on the watch and refund the repair cost, which I accepted... however now my watch with cracked screen that still worked, does not even power on anymore.Its rare that I give poor ratings, but this experience truly deserves one star.

2021-12-15I am not sure why people give them bad reviews, there are customers who will through a fit real quick and won’t care that it can be resolve, they leave with a bad attitude. I have never been that way I support our local businesses. I have been coming here the pass year for my phone plans and had my iPhone screen repaired here once. They gave me a screen protector and a OtterBox case for free! Thank you for the great service .

2021-11-27If I could give 0/5 I would. Dont go here at all. I took my phone in for a hairline crack and the screen was replaced, which is what I wanted. What I DIDNT WANT was for my phone screen to stop working at random times. I cant even use face ID to unlock it because the screen stops being receptive to touch. Their prices are so cheap because they have sideshow bob fixing your devices.

2020-06-21My screen was out of here! They immediately knew what the issue was and the solution! I called elsewhere first and was priced at $189, they priced at 90 over the phone but ended up paying $150 (said I gave the wrong iPhone edition over the phone). Friendly service, They said give them an hour, I sat in store while they fixed it. I wasnt notified that my phone was ready when I checked in with them after an hour, but no worries. Super happy my phone is back working properly!

2021-11-11Dante was not only friendly and knowledgeable; he was fast. I was in and out within 15 minutes having my iPhone screen repaired. He even gave me advice on my work phone helping to set up a phantom button. I would come back again. If I hhave ny phone issues.

2021-05-23DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT give them your business! Yesterday they tried to tell me I couldn’t receive my money back for a failed service they couldn’t deliver on. They charged me $65 to activate a phone in a service I didn’t even ask for in the first place. Once they couldn’t activate it because they claim my phone was stolen/lost, they told me I couldn’t receive my money back. They charged me before even successfully finishing the job, then I had to argue them down to receive a refund. They’re unprofessional & CROOKS!!! Never again.
