My son had a console that needed to be fixed. He’s called them after 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and again one month after dropping it off for them to run diagnostics. Every time he talks to them, they have been condescending and short with him (I’ve been in the room or in the car next to him), saying that they can’t get to it because they have too much to do.As it stands right now, the console is still in their store a month later and when I went to go pick it up, they haven’t been able to diagnose the issue or even start working on it. I asked them to please get it for me and the guy became short and incredibly rude, implying that they are the only place in town to fix electronics and that I’d be wrong in taking my business elsewhere.I don’t care so much about the time frame of a month to fix something or even diagnose a problem. The biggest issue I have is with their terrible customer service. The fact that they are apparently incompetent at diagnosing and fixing electronics (which is what their business is about) is just the cherry on top.
Absolutely amazing people who know about technology! I am so very impressed with their abilities to fix things, explain things, to spend time encouraging you to understand and utilize the equipment. The people are what make the place extraordinary! If you need something fixed, go there, if you need information on what to replace, go there, if you just want to hang out with cool people, that is great too!
This place repaired my Samsung Galaxy phone. $50.00 camera lens was cracked. I was told I needed a new phone. Not here,I geek repairs phones.
I needed my iPad fixed and was thrilled to find a local store that may have been able to fix it. After arriving earlier this week and noticing that the owner I needed to speak to was not wearing a mask, I asked if he had one under the counter that he could wear while speaking to me. He replied that he had already had COVID and had the antibodies. I explained to him I am 83 years old, am at very high risk for COVID-19, live in an intergenerational home with others, and do not have the antibodies. I told him I did not view this as a political issue, but simply wanted him to wear a mask so that I could feel safe while I was in the store. He proceeded to tell me that if I wasn’t happy with him not wearing a mask, I needed to leave his store. I asked him if he was kicking me out of his store, and he confirmed that he was. Another customer kindly waited for me during this heated exchange and opened the door for me as I left.While I respect someone’s ability to deny service, the hostility I felt in this exchange was unprofessional and incredibly distressing. Additionally, not wearing a mask in the midst of a global pandemic is a violation of an executive order. Asking a shop owner to adhere to a state mandated executive order for a short conversation with a customer worried about his/her health is a completely reasonable request that should not be met with the level of belligerence and hostility I encountered.Ill never know if iGeek is capable of fixing equipment, but I do know that they are not capable of abiding by simple executive orders or making their customers feel safe and welcome. I cannot recommend this store.
This place is absolutely incredible. My xbox needed an HDMI port replaced and within the same day it was replaced. Not only are they affordable, but they are friendly and will be honest if they can do it.
Had the pleasure of meeting Justin today! He was very courteous and professional! He fixed my phone quickly and efficiently and was very patient in answering all my cell phone questions! Very knowledgeable guy! I would recommend this business to anyone!! I’ll definitely be going back!

Reasonable prices ; I took my phone to Crossroads mall in Kalamazoo to get my screen fixed it broke i brought it in to justin they fixed it same day although they were super busy they still got me in & out they also showed me where the Workers at crossroads Mis fixed my screen I was very disappointed i will no longer be doing to Crossroads i will Travel to Battle creek whenever i need services on my phones!! what you pay is what you get that goes a long way. Wanted Microsoft office put on my laptop. Was really helpful, didnt need an appointment. Was cheaper than Best Buy, and let me know that if he cant fix it theres no charge. I recommend him to everyone. He fixes everything and is fair in pricing. Hes located next to JoAnns so hes really accessible. So glad I went here
My mother’s phone got broken which turned into a huge ordeal and I was told about iGeek. I took her phone in and it was cheaper for us to have him fix it then go through insurance. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in walking me through the what was the best option as far as price fixing and insurance. What my favorite part was I was not required to wear a mask to receive his service. Having said that I found him respectful to options for those who felt the need to wear a mask such as social distancing and curbside. I would highly highly recommend that one should visit iGeek as their first option they will be glad they did. P
The guys are great There!I went in today: had been having some issues with my mobile phone. Well, 2 minutes into conversation, I had changed or deleted something regards to the system.A little twinking and education regarding Android phones and I was out the doorThankx guys...Yes, social distancing practiced within, wearing face masks acceptable.Their location on Beckley Road is tucked in the corner next to Joann Fabrics.
I gave them free reign to build me a custom gaming pc and was blown away. Fast friendly service and they seem to go the extra mile to help get the best deal. Would recommend to anyone

These guys are great! Had a security update on my brand new phone that rebooted my phone and wouldnt allow me in my phone without a password that was never set up! After spending over an hour researching on line. I went to Verizon for help. That was a waste of an hour waiting for someone just to be told there is nothing they could do! The next day I took it to I Geek in less then 15 mins they had my phone fixed!! These guys are really great!!

I took a laptop that was having issues to iGeek Battle Creek several months ago. I was expecting to leave it there for the repair even though I really needed it for some projects that I was working on. The tech stopped what he was doing and immediately started to try to figure out the problem ...... which he did in about 25 minutes! He was very polite and efficient. My husband and I wont go anywhere else for our computer repairs.
Took my iPad in to get fix and was told it would be finished in about 3-5 days... 3 weeks later after calling multiple times and getting multiple excuses, it was fixed. Not one time did anyone ever call me for an update. Even after it was done, I had to call them.
They are refusing to fix my screen when they broke it and gave it back to me

Last month, went to a competitor they said phone would be ready in 2 hours. 2 and a half hours, and a heated discussion later recieved my phone.Last week Igeek said my phone would be ready in an hour. One hour on the nose later, recieved my phone. Thanks guys!
We walked in for a quote to fix my sons phone he quoted a price and I said good we will be back tomorrow due to the shop was going to close in 15 minutes he said no I can do it now..and 30 Minutes to a tee we were done!! Great Service!! Totally happy with the results of the repair

This Geek Repair Center has been great and very patient, helping me with my uncomputer savy questions. I have had to call them way too many times for them to be as patient and helpful as they have been. After every call Justin replies with the same sincere comment, call back if you have any other questions....

I’m not sure who helped me but he was a very sweet guy I went to igeek a long time ago because I tired to replace my own battery on my phone awhile back and I came in crying a little because I lost my phone but we walked with me step by step on how to replace it not only that but the people here are down to earth and very friendly I felt like I was at home they get things down in a timely fashion every one should check these guys out and I don’t normally do reviews but I told him I would leave one .. thanks for everything

My husband called and gave them info about my phone, they said they would diagnose and clean the charging port for free and could install a port if necessary. Great, we go there the next day and I was brushed off completely by both employees. They did not assess or diagnose my phone, they did not check for anything other than they plugged it in and were like yeah its not charging. you should just pay your deductable with insurance They also kept telling me i dropped it and broke it but that DID not happen, i told them the situation and that I did not drop my phone and they guy was like well I didnt check for microfractures. I was there for a charging issue not a cracked or broken screen issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I have found another place in town to fix my phone with zero problems.

I took my laptop here on Friday, July 29th and was told that I would have it back in a week. By Saturday, August 6th I hadnt heard from them, so I called and was told that the problem wasnt what they had thought it was and that they would have to order a different part and it would be one more week before I could get it back. It would have been nice if they had called to tell me this instead of just waiting for me to wonder where my computer was. Again, after a week had passed, I still had heard nothing so I called and was told that they still didnt have the part and it would be another week. I called again a week later and was told that they had just gotten the part in and that it would be done in just a couple of days. A few days later I called back and was told by someone else that they didnt even have the part, so apparently I was lied to when I was told it would be done in a couple of days. It took over a month to finally get my computer back and not once did they ever call to update me on the status or apologize for how long it was taking. They didnt even call to tell me it was ready to be picked up, they were apparently done with it two days before I called to ask. When I went to pick it up, they sat around chit-chatting with eachother instead of helping a customer and then insisted on charging me the rest of the price even though I had been told I would not have to pay any more because of their screw ups. Instead, they spent 15min telling me they were going to charge me anyway because well your computer was broken anyway and giving me endless excuses about why it wasnt their fault, it was the other employee that theyve wanted to get rid of for months but havent yet. Not sure how thats my fault or why I have to pay for it. When I mentioned the fact that I shouldnt have to pay and that I should have taken my computer somewhere else, they decided to tell me that other customers have said the same thing and that they have come back with their tail between their legs because they are the cheapest place in town. I guess you get what you pay for. I can say with certainty that the lower price was not worth the over four week wait, the lack of updates, the lies, the attitude, and the laundry list of excuses. They didnt even actually fix my computer. Less than 24hrs later and it was back to doing exactly what it was before I took it in.

They replaced a cracked screen on my s9 and I got I back 1 day later but they shattered the glass on the back and said it was like that plus my touch sensitivey sucks it feels unresponsive and selects stuff I never clicked I guess you get what you pay for
Helpful! - I need repair on my iPod classic - unfortunately the technician there doesnt do in-depth work on them but he did lead me in the right direction. Disregard the old negative reviews as these were with the old management. Also the small business moved next to JO ANN fabrics.

My daughter had a MacBook Laptop, that somehow she managed to DRIVE OVER.... Ironically, it some how still worked but the frame and touch pad were destroyed. When I took it to Apple Store, they told me my only option was to purchase a new one. This one was 1 year old, and dropping another $1500 was not in the budget. I took it to iGeek to see if they could do anything, after all, they had already repaired several iPhone for me already. Needless to say, I picked up my laptop last night for a small fee with a refurbished frame on the lap top and a replaced touchpad... I am SO HAPPY with their service, all of the guys are amazing to work with. Would recommend to anyone, if something electronic is broke, bring to them first! If they cant fix it, its officially broke at that point.

2022-08-07My account was completely locked, on my cell phone. I couldnt bypass the FRP. 🤨🧐😱!!!!I tried for about four days, watched countless videos and read multiple ways via online. Finally Id gone to Boost Mobile, on Michigan Ave, Urbandale location. Where the attending associate doomed my hope even more. By telling me that he, nor any other Boost Mobile associates/stores are train in services beyond sales. Crazy right!!!!But, by word of mouth I found this place iGeek Battle Creek!!!! The associate was there to greet my first foot in the door. He was happy to help and only took 4 minutes to get me into my cellphone. I only hadfive dollars in pocket, as my cards were locked via app. He didnt even request any service payment.Ive got to say for me personally, it truly was amazing to see such a service facility that knew customers by name. Even greater yet, was myself being new was as well treated with the exact service and hospitality as were they at iGeek Battle Creek.Please do keep up the beyond amazing work. You guys rock!!!!🤘💥💯😝
