Lee tried hard to make us happy with the vehicle we wanted and the price we wanted but I can not say that about his colleague at Roseville (Jae) who is a liar. Roseville Jae refused to transfer a car that would have been sold. 4 days later that car is sitting there on the lot. I drove 90 minutes to avoid Jae. Elk Grove > Roseville

Comment: I can honestly say it was worth traveling an hour and a half to get my car serviced at Infinity Of Elk Grove where I purchased my vehicle. The service at my local Nissan dealer in Concord was a joke tried to tell me that #Warranty items were not covered or there was no fix, tried calling the Pleasanton dealer and they never even answered their phones. From the time I purchased my vehicle, the sales and Finance staff were professional and courteous, called me back, and did exactly what they said they would do. My experience with service has been exactly the same. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market to purchase an infinity even if you need to have your infinity serviced it is worth the drive! Buddy is great And follows up and return calls. Seems so basic, but it is not the norm for the other local Infiniti dealerships near me from my experience! Thanks Buddy!

Comment: I recently took myG37 in for diagnosis of a sport mode shifting issue and service. I did some research on the issue before taking my car in. I explained to the service person that the issue with the shifter was most likley in the shifter assembly. As thats what my research was pointing to. After taking a whole day to run diagnostics, service rep called me said the issue was in the transmission more specifically...the valve body and that would cost over $3000.00 and he strongly recommended against doing it. They charged for diagnostics and service and two days later I was on my way.After much more research i was convinced I was correct in my assumption of the issue. I ordered a shifter assembly on line, installed myself and now it works perfectly. I dont care so much for the misdiagnoses but charging me the fee dose bother me! I contacted them via email told them i would be happy to ship the old part to them or do anything else to prove they were wrong....,I DIDNT SO MUCH AS GET A REPLY! This isnt the first time unqualified mechanics at E.G. Infinity did sub par work on my vehicle...needless say. I will not be returning!

Comment: I bought a used car from this dealership months ago. Before purchasing the car, the salesperson explicitly stated they cut corners with used vehicles. The car is nice, but I discovered the front brake pads were 5 mm. They replaced the rear brake pads but not the front. Why did they not replace the front brake pads and resurface the rotors before selling me this certified pre-owned car? Plus, the car was too expensive for a used car with over 50,000 miles. I suggest not buying used vehicles at this dealership because they cut corners. Message to the dealership, cut corners, and you cut your business.**Response to Buisness** May 14, 2023Thank you for your response, but I dont think I gave enough information for you to find the exact inspection report of the car I bought. I forgot to mention that the brakes started to make a loud squealing noise approximately two weeks after purchasing the car. I made sure to get the car inspected at another dealership, so I have a recent inspection report that shows how thin the brake pads are. The service center at the other dealership also found an oil leak that was not reported in the initial 107-point inspection. The front brakes needed to be changed, but this dealership did not replace them because they fulfilled the bare minimum.I do not know what can be done since it has been several months after buying the certified used vehicle. Although, I left three stars because I did receive good customer service from the sales team. The transaction was quick and straightforward. However, the condition of the car is unacceptable, especially since the price of the vehicle was high. The condition of the brakes makes me believe that this dealership does not care about the safety of its customers. Too much deception; I still advise people not to buy a used car at this dealership.

Comment: I just bought a used 2017 Prius Prime from Jim and the experience was nothing like I expected. No gimmicky sales tactics, no frivolous up-sells, and no hours of waiting and negotiating. Jim was super responsive, took the time to get to know the car (even though its clearly not an Infiniti) and let me know everything I would need in advance of our appointment. If I ever find myself having to buy another car Ill go straight to Jim.Francisco in the finance office was the same experience. He made me feel confident that I understood everything I was paying for, was very transparent and didnt waste time on things I didnt need.All in all it was a really painless and positive experience and I feel like I paid a good price for a great car.

Comment: Infiniti Elk Grove has always been our go to place for our car maintenance.We have been so pleased with their service that even though we live about 2 hours away, we always come there for our car maintenance. And I will tell you one of the stellar experiences we have there.So, my husband had our Infiniti QX 60 maintenance in the end of July and noticed about the oil leak on the report. However, the advisor advised him that there was no action needed right now and they would keep an eye on it during next check up. He was puzzled but they has always been taking such a great car of our car, so, he went home.Then, last week, when driving the car to work, we were so scared to see smoke all over places and then, oil all over the engine. And my blood was boiling when I heard my husband mentioned about the last maintenance. So, I called and requested to speak to the supevisor right away. Despite my hostility, Jeremy was so kind and reassuring. He was so convincing that I actually decided to pay almost $1000 to toll our car to Infiniti Elk Grove instead of local dealer. He then called me every single day to update me about the status of my car, taking so much time explain to me about the problem with my car. It took a while for Infiniti Elk Grove and they kept trying different methods. Finally, they got the problem. Jeremy then informed me, and ordered the part ASAP. We got our car a week after the incident and we didn’t have pay anything but the toll fee and care rentalSo, just want to shout out a GIANT thank you to Jeremy and his team. After, I called again to reschedule to a time that worked better, so I talked to two people and mentioned to both that I was driving 1.5hrs from Berkeley. When I arrived, they forgot about the test drive, but they found it on the computer and went to go get the car (Michael, the internet sales manager). When Michael came back, he said oh, she didnt tell you? The car isnt drivable. (even though I had talked to Michael on the phone as well, nice job blaming your colleague). ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Nobody told me that before I drove 1.5hr out to drive it? We spent the next hour driving around their different properties to check out other cars that Michael believed were the cars for me, even though he knew nothing about me other than the car I had previously requested to test. They proved to me they are irresponsible, negligent, and an absolute waste of time. Avoid this dealership if you can

I bought a 21 Hyundai Veloster N and had it inspected by Hyundai, the brakes were screeching bad, rotors were very warped, brake pads were cracking, caliper piston boots were leaking brake fluid.Hyundai of Elk Grove confirmed that these were the old brake parts they recommended to replace from the previous owner before the previous owner sold their car to Infiniti. The service advisor from Infiniti confirmed that vehicle wasnt inspected prior to selling it.The Salesperson who helped me (Khan) is really no use to me and will only communicate with you if you try hard enough.

Yassin was terrible at COMMUNICATION, Charlotte was just trying to make a sale misleading and promising all sorts of incentives. The car was delivered and looked like they followed behind a construction truck and damaged the front window. They said it was already there I pointed out that it had rock debris in it and it was fresh. They took the longest route possible to deliver the car and blamed it on gps.I never got a call back from the sales person Charlotte to even thank me for the business!The sales manager Dave called and said that the used car dept had noted that the window had damage and needed to be filled. It took Yassin Which never followed up and Dave 1 week to find the information on the windshield that was included in the sales packet. Dave assured me that notes about the window where there. I looked through my paperwork and found the used car paperwork on check in, from the technician #430 and had no comments that the window was damaged and needed to be filled. These shady tactics used by this dealership are really disappointing if I had a chance to do this over I would not %100 buy or take these people any of my business! My local mom and pop dealership I bought my previous car from out ranked this dealership on a scale that Infinity of Elk Grove could never compete with. My local dealership that has maybe 50 cars on the lot followed up with me had me go in for a free tire and balance and even put a new battery in at no cost! And still follow up if this car I bought was at there lot I would have supported my local economy here, lesson learned from buying from a over ranked dealership that I can guarantee that most of the positive reviews are employees asking family and friends to put in a good review on Infinity of Elk Grove and probably have never bought a car from them! Comment: I have owned 3 Infinitis and they have all been serviced at Infiniti of Elk Grove since about 2000. Unfortunately, I wasnt as satisfied with my service this time as I have been in the past. I took my car in for an oil change and I let Ashley Caldwell know that the tire sensor light had come on while I was driving to my appointment. I informed her that the right rear tire pressure was at 31PSI. I dropped my car off at about 7:30AM. I spoke with Ashley at 3:50PM and she proceeded to inform me of recommended repairs (two of the recommended repairs were for parts and labor that I had had done at Infiniti that she was unaware of). She mentioned that the techs were trying to locate tires for my car. I again informed her that I would be taking my car back to the place that I had purchased the tires from. My car stayed over night and I remained in a loaner car. On Tuesday morning, September 18, 2018, via text message, I agreed to 3 recommendations along with my oil change. Fast forward to about 6:20PM. I picked up my car from the sales department as the service department was closed for the evening. The price that I was quoted by Ashley via text message earlier in the morning was not the price listed on the invoice. In order to pick up my car, I had to pay the price and wait until the next day to address the matter. I then drive out of the parking lot of Infiniti and my tire sensor light comes on immediately. I look at the PSI for each tire and realize that the technician had not put any air in all four of my tires! I specifically stated to Ashley that the tire pressure was low when I first spoke with her. It took me over 45 minutes to get home because I had to stop at two gas stations to put air in my tires. Unacceptable! Especially when I had just spent my hard earned money getting recommended repairs done. So, early this morning, September 19, 2018, when I am trying to address the situation with Ashley in regards to the incorrect price that I was charged and that no air was put in my tires, she uses avoidance by responding via text messaging. Infiniti of Elk Grove has always prided themselves on customer service. Customer service includes talking to a person and correcting the mistake (not via text message). The conversation was great when I was spending money, but trying to resolve an issue became a problem. Its not always about the money that a person is going to make on commission by recommending unneeded repairs. Its about keeping the customer in the Infiniti family. My cars warranties have been expired for several years now. I choose to go to have my cars serviced Infiniti for the customer service and the trust of warranted services. Its definitely not because I am saving money.

The staff here go above and beyond their customer service to best fit the needs of their customers.I first came in on Sunday 03/18 looking for a specific car that I saw online. I first met Mohammed then I met with William; both were very helpful and I test drove the car. I felt very comfortable and happy in my choice, I still had to talk to my dad since he would be co-signing so I told William I would be back Tuesday after I was off work. Before I left, William gave me an estimate of how much my monthly payments would be (very helpful) and provided me with his # incase I had anymore questions. The following Monday, I received a text from Mohammed and William to check to see if I had any questions and to keep updated with the status of my father and is application. The next day, I arrived around 8:20pm and went over the paperwork, my father had a lot of questions and William was very helpful and patient in answering all his questions. William would make conversation and at no point did he make us feel like he was trying to Upsell us but rather make us feel comfortable in what were investing our money into and I highly appreciate that. We then met with their finicial advisor, Farhan, who was very friendly and outgoing. His customer service was outstanding, he was very informative and honest in what my car would be covered and what I needed additional but I did not feel pressured to add on uneccary add ons. He provided us with the best payment plan that would best fit my needs and I feel beyond happy that I have a beautiful car at an affordable price. At this point it was around 10:35pm and they closed at 9pm but they did not rush us, instead they were very patient in ensuring we left feeling comfortable and happy. I was able to take my car that same night too, I reside in Natomas and William was so kind to put gas in my car free of charge. They are the best of the best! As a first time buyer at a dealership, Im upset I didnt find them sooner haha I highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in looking to invest in a vehicle. Comment: First, with a standard oil change, the service department did not replace the oil cap, and my engine began smoking when I was 45 miles away from home as the engine oil was spilling all over my engine. This led to my engine having to be cleaned given this debacle., and a new cap as the 1st could not be found. Elk Grove initially did not even want to waive the charge for the poor oil job, and having to drag my car back to them, nor clean the mess. Later, I had a problem with an older car key not starting the engine, and had the ignition checked with El Grove Inf. They said the issue was just an old key. I paid for a new key, and the ignition cover was not even replaced. by them Sloppy work again.. Weeks later, the key did not work, and I was billed for the evaluation, even though they had just replaced the key. Their explanation was likely a finicky programming, and it was reset. Not a satisfactory explanation, but I certainly will not bring this car back into them..

Comment: If you genuinely care about your vehicle please read this review because I have extensive experience with Infiniti of Elk Grove and their body shop – Elk Grove Custom Detail Spa and I can offer insight.I custom ordered my Q60 Red Sport through Stephanie and Anthony and am very happy with their service. Two great people and as far as they are concerned, they get 5 stars. Awesome customer service great people. Unfortunately, the awesomeness stops there.I had to bring it in for some work and not only did the service technicians fail at the repairs but they tore and mangled other parts of the car that were in perfect working order before handing my car off to them. They literally screwed up the repair, then screwed up the screw up on top of that. Read on for details.I waited 5 months for my order. For the inconvenience, they tinted my windows for free. Great but I found debris embedded underneath the rear and side tint. Then I noticed the window stopped rolling up all the way.They got the window to roll up all the way but tore a weather seal in the process and blamed it on Elk Grove Custom, as evidence by them telling the girl at the counter to charge EGC for the weather stripping. I have photographic evidence to the contrary they are charge EGC for it anyway.Problem is, the wind noise is now worse than when I brought it in. This is a 60k luxury car and the wind noise is louder than my 2000 Tacoma. Upon closer inspection I found another spot of the weather stripping totally mangled by them.Not only have they failed miserably at repairs but they damaged other parts of the car that were not damaged in the first place!To sum it up:They tinted 3 windows and 2 of those 3 windows have debris embedded underneath them.One window stopped rolling up all the way AFTER scratching the tint during another repair.During the repair of window they tore the weather stripping in one place and mangled it in a second place. It is literally worse off than when I brought it in.I found the chrome around my grill to be abrasively scratched somewhere during this whole process. I have pictures.Finally, I called and emailed these concerns and have hear nothing back from them. My concern is, beyond the obvious, is that when I take it back this coming weekend they are not going to have the OTHER weather seal they mangled because they ordered only the one seal they knew they tore (and blamed it on the other company) and this means I will have to come back to them on my personal time, AGAIN, and risk them mangling and tearing my car, AGAIN.My brand new sixty thousand dollar vehicle is now literally torn, scratched, and mangled by Infiniti of Elk Grove, literally.But wait, it gets worse: I paid for the “convenience” of the maintenance plan. I swear to you, reader, I am sick to my stomach to think I have to bring my vehicle in to these people to perform further routine maintenance. How can I possibly trust these people? I bet they won’t even change the crush washer on the oil drain plug. Seriously!I see the owner sometimes replies to these poor reviews. If you want to honestly do your customer, ME, right, let me out of this service plan I paid for. Either give me my money back or apply it to my title. I’m done with your service. This is beyond unbelievable. You literally, literally did nothing right but ruined other stuff along with your failed repairs. Advice: have a serious look at your mechanics and their training.To let you readers know just how unhappy I am with the horrible work done by these people: If I can’t get out of their service plan, I will still most likely choose to take my vehicle somewhere else for service even though I already paid $2000 for that service. Comment: Erik Castellanos and Farhan Kahn over at Infiniti of Elk Grove really stepped up to help my girlfriend and I. First, they put us into a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, and set us up with a decent deal given our circumstances late Thursday night. The rate on the loan was less than ideal, but we came to learn later that Finance Manager Farhan took the time the next morning to shop around for a better rate. He found one, but we came to have a problem with the Equinox.Less than 16 hours after purchasing the vehicle, the vehicle stalled 3 times, and the check engine light came on. I called Erik, and he told me to get the vehicle back to the dealership, and he would take care of us. Boy, did he ever. His service team conducted a diagnosis, but Erik also had us look at something else.He was confident that with a better rate, we could get into something better and more reliable. He showed us a 2013 Nissan Murano still under warranty. It looked great and drove even better. Erik leaned on his general manager, Anthony Tiggs, to help get us into that vehicle. When the numbers weren’t to our ability, he went back to the drawing board, and shifted some options around to offer us a deal we could work with.Once we got over to finance, Farhan stepped up the customer service. Not only did he improve our rate, he included a protection plan and still lowered our payment over the same period of the loan we agreed to. That was the cherry on the sundae.Infiniti of Elk Grove did not have to help us after we drove off the lot. But they did take care of us, and they helped us into a better situation. I could tell customer service was important to them, and throwing in extras to make up for a mistake they were not directly responsible for really showed their commitment to customer service. I know I will be back the next time I’m shopping, and I will refer others there as well.

After I sent all the information requested to the salesperson and was waiting on the paperwork, I received a call stating that they decided not to sell me the car due to an open recall. When I asked if that was the dealership policy to refuse sale on vehicles with open recalls, the salesperson said no, they just decided they werent going to sell it to me because of the risk. I can only assume that risk was that I would hold them responsible even after explaining that I was aware of the recall and was willing to sign saying I take full responsiblity. I believe the truth is they had a better offer or think they could do better on the car and used this as an excuse to back out of our contract. Apparently a deposit doesnt mean the same thing to these folks as it does to me. Be ware.

However, my experience at Infiniti of Elk Grove was quite the opposite. Rico Estrada helped me right away. He was friendly and personable. He treated me with respect. I came alone which is something that sales people fed off of, but I did not feel that one bit. . Him and the sales manager, Trent Smith, worked with me and my finances. They did not come back with different price ranges trying to haggle me. They came back with a number that was what I had asked for. I told them that I was willing to trade in my car, but couldnt get a hold of my brother who was interested in buying my car . They went above and beyond and told me that if I decided to purchase the vehicle today and traded in my old car, and if my brother wanted the car that they would sell it to him for the same amount I traded it for. I think that these are great cars and thats why I stick with the family. Anyway, in the process of trying to buy a car the agent I had been dealing with via e-mail was not very helpful and it felt like he in no way wanted to sell me a car. He told me what I would needed down and I explained to him that what he was asking was not my goal. He did tell me that I could get a new Leased car. We had to ask all the questions and he was not very personable. I just did not feel like a valued customer. So I told my husband lets just leave and while waiting for them to get my license my husband was talking with Blake. He asked what we were getting and we explained the situation to him. All he said was let me see whats going on. He came back with the deal very, very close to what I wanted. HE MADE AND SEALED THE DEAL. If it wasnt for him I was leaving. I ended up leasing a much nicer car than what I initially went to buy. Blake took care of everything even after leaving the finance office and signing my papers; he made sure that everything went well and that we were satisfied with our purchase. He took the time to go over the features of the care and was very patient. I of course love my G37. You should hire more sales agents like Blake.

Comment: Lease of New InfinityThe staff of Infinity of Elk Grove were all super. From sales to closing it was a really enjoyable experience. Ron Abbott was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The time it took for us to find the vehicle that we wanted to the final closing was much shorter that we had expected. Even though the vehicle, that we finally selected, was not at their dealership, they got it to our home in less than 24 hours, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas.

Comment: Bought my 1st infinite from Infinite of Elk Grove.Blake and Peter met with my wife and I at the Elk Grove infinite dealership. We were only looking at cars at the time but were not sure if we were going to buy a car. We got there at about 5:45 pm but Blake and Peter were willing to show us the different cars and they never rushed us although I felt bad that I was keeping them because I didnt completely make up my mind about buying the car. Both Blake and Peter were very honest and friendly. Ultimately I did not buy a car although my wife fell in love with a car there. Blake and Peter never made us feel like we had to buy the are. Blake ran the numbers through and saved 2000.00 dollars off the car price right away. We also got to test drive one of the vehicles. We ended up leaving at 9:00 pm. We were so happy with the both Blakes and Peters customer service and the fact the infinite sells top of the line cars that we went in the next day and bought the car that we spoke about the the previous day with the 2000.00 off the regular price. My overall experience was exceptional and these guys dont B.S. you and waste your time. I will be coming back in a few years to buy another vehicle from these gentlemen!

Comment: Great Experience (:I went to the Infiniti dealership with the mind set of just looking and observing the prices, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how great the deals were. Not only that but the staff was extremely friendly, I worked with John Dunlap the entire time and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to him I now own a lovely, reliable Toyota Yaris that I got a wonderful deal on. He was truly awesome! I am positive that I will be recommending this dealership to many friends in the future because it was the best dealership experience my family and I have ever had. Comment: Great ExperienceI must say that this was by far the most pleasing car buying experience we have ever had. John Dunlap treated us with the utmost respect. My wife and I both have challenged credit and never thought it would be possible to drive a decent car again. We bought an $8,00 Hyundai but were treated as if we were buying a $50,000 Infiniti. There is no doubt in my mind that I will buy all of my future cars from John Dunlap. Comment: 2004 G35 sedan, 100k Service review, performed Jan 2014: Personnel service and cost expectations were met. However, my specific request to check my suspension due to long standing clacking in the rear came back reported as fine. This past weekend, 4/26/14, I gladly spent $1300 on replacing both, very worn, front lower control arms and transverse links and the rear (source of clacking) sway bar links at a local mechanic who I always have do my oil and filter changes. These issues were found while up on the lift for an oil change. Strange that very obvious cracks in the front and 2 loose parts in the rear that you could wiggle with light hand pressure went unnoticed @ IoEG. As of last year this car goes over 1000 miles a week and I was adamant that I wanted the entire suspension checked due to the annoying noise. Ridiculous. Oh and I was quoted a few hundred to replace the interior 3rd brake light by Infiniti and my new sole mechanic just swapped a fuse for me. 2 stars docked for my inadequate technician(s) who checked out my sedan.

Comment: There was no pressure to buy. It was a hassle free and very friendly experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting up the stereo system, seat memory and Bluetooth features. We purchased the 2012 G37. The car came with an existing drive train warranty and the dealership offered an extended warranty as well. Everything was explained, and they then took time to ask us if we had any additional questions. There were cold drinks, snacks and hot coffee for us to enjoy, and the purchase included free car washes for life AND free towing for life! The waiting area was very plush with leather seats and a big screen TV. Hands down the nicest car buying experience weve ever had at a dealership.

Comment: After working with Maverick America (got to love a name like that!) at the Nissan dealership I was able to come up with a little more cash and move up to the Infinity G37 line. Maverick was great to work with and showed me what they had used at their sister company even though he wouldnt get the credit for the unit. After a couple of weeks I saw the Infinity Certified Used car on the lot I was interested in and met with Sal and Geoff. Sal was tied up when I first got there but Geoff took me on on the test drive and the G37 was everything I was looking for. Sal met with us when I got back and a very fair deal for all of us was struck. I was concerned Maverick wouldnt get recognized for the sale but it turns out he was.I have a team of 45 employees so I know the importance of customer service and was happy that the ForAnyAuto group cares about their employees across brand lines.Last note is that they actually delivered the car that day following me home so my Wife wouldnt have to come to pick it up. Peter was kind, professional and informative during our transaction of a 2013 G37 Coupe, on September 2, 2013. So much that we returned a week later and purchased a 2013 G37 Sedan. Comment: I came in to the Infiniti dealership while having my BMW serviced (again). I was in a hurry, so Marco asked what I was looking for, got my name and number, and the info I needed. I requested that it be emailed to me for my convenience.Cecile emailed quotes on various vehicles and lease terms in a timely manner. (And we did ask for a lot of different information regarding lease terms, vehicles, down payments, etc.) She also came in on her day off (we came in three different times). Don was there when we finally decided to get it and was courteous, thorough and professional. Both were a pleasure to work with.Blake was professional and honest. He listened to what we were looking for in terms of payments and made it happen! It doesnt get any easier than that. He is truly an asset to Infiniti and was a pleasure to work with. He made an otherwise arduous process very enjoyable.We purchased that day because Blake was able to get us a better deal than Marin, San Jose and Serramonte!Don and Blake explained features and navigation, etc. in detail. They also invited us to come in any time or to call either the dealership or their cell phones if we had any questions or problems. They worked together as a team to make sure that the VERY large phonebook in my cell phone was able to download. A true lifesaver as my car is my second office. They also hooked up the bluetooth from my phone to the car prior to purchase because I wanted to make sure that it worked together (I had a problem with our BMW and have to use an earpiece - very annoying).Last, but not least, we also appreciated the free soda machine (his favorite thing) and newspaper. I like that the waiting area was a separate room and very comfortable.

Comment: Ive been in the market for a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and finally found one for sale on Infiniti of Elk Groves website. After calling in, I was connected with Blake Nero who answered all of my questions about the vehicle. When he heard my level interest, and that I wanted a test drive, but couldnt afford the time to drive over from the Peninsula (a two hour drive from Elk Grove) without being sure about the vehicle, Blake offered to bring it to me! I was blown away by this level of customer service, which Ive never experienced before when buying a car. Two hours later Blake appeared on my doorstep, and after taking the car for a test drive, I was sold.We drove back to the dealership together and negotiated a price I was really happy with. I was really pleased with Blakes personal commitment to customer service, to his honesty and transparency about the process.
