They keep calling to try and sell updates to my home and I keep telling them I have already done all the updates they are trying to offer and then I get the emails almost daily asking what I think of their services. I think they need to stop bugging me since I have nothing left to update.
We paid $22,000 for a new roof with a lifetime warranty last fall. The mess they left on the ground was horrible. For months we kept finding nails in the yard and on the driveway, causing us to have to buy 2 new tires. A few months later it was raining hard and we had a leak in the bathroom near the exhaust fan. Took multiple calls to get them out here and 3 visits to finally get fixed.Recently had our garage roof done by someone else and they saw a leak between our house and the enclosed ramp from the back door. Not wanting to void our warranty we didnt have him do the repair, so we called and left a msg. A week later no return call. Same thing the next week. So we called daily and left mags for a week. Nothing. Finally got ahold of someone who transfered us to Tom. We explained our frustration and problem. He said he would have Jr call us to say when he can get here. When asked how long til we heard from JR, he wouldnt give a time frame. So I asked if we could have the roofer that noticed problem do it and send them bill, he got mad and said if we were going to be sarcastic he wasnt continuing to talk to us. He then hung up on us.
Had a contract written up for repairs to attic soffit beginning of July. Company never called back to schedule work. After 6 weeks of waiting, I called the scheduling department. Set up to send someone out to do the work September 1st. Never showed, never called. Left 2 more voicemails for Tom. Havent heard back. But ya know, they do still have my money, put 50% deposit down. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
On October 2020, I contracted with Infinity Home Improvement to supply and install a veneer brick skirting and stain the deck.On the day of contract, I paid, in good faith and in full, the amount of $4,152.00, with the understanding and verbal agreement with Tina, that the one-day job would be completed by the end of the year, or, should weather conditions not permitting it, at the latest be postponed to spring. Days later, we agreed upon the colors to be used, and Tina reassured us that the materials would be ordered. Ever since, with the exception of the cold months of winter, I have been repeatedly contacting Tina and then Tom, to follow up on the status of our project. While I understand that low temperatures can alter the physical characteristics of the stain, in July of 2021, we are way past any reasonably anticipated adverse weather conditions. On our phone conversation on March 16th 2021, Tom informed me that the date of completion would be June 14th, 2021. As I had heard nothing from him, despite additional phone calls from my part to inquire about the availability of materials, on June 15th, 2021, after eight months from my full payment, the work had not yet begun; even more frustrating, Tom informed me that the painter and the materials were not available. On June the 15th, 2021, I sent a letter to Infinity Home Improvement and an email to Bob (co-owner and Operations Supervisor) complaining about the situation, and requesting a full refund if the project would not be finished by June 30th, 2021. I also informed them of my intention to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and The Consumer Protection Division at the Michigan Attorney General’s office, and to seek legal assistance as needed, if neither the work would be completed, nor the refund paid, by the end of the month. I did not receive any answer to my phone messages, emails and letter. On June 21st, 2021, a contracted painter presented at the house and did a power wash cleaning of the small (5x30 ft.) front porch; the whole work took just a few minutes, and he stated that he was just contracted by Infinity Home Improvements and that he had other scheduled jobs for the following there weeks. As July, 2021, after nine months since I paid in full $4,152.00, for what I was told by Infinity Home Improvement to be a one-day job, after numerous dishonest excuses and delays, and after my formal complaint and request for refund, the actual contracted service is not even underway, and I did not receive any refund.
We got a long eaves trough replaced at what seemed a fairly high cost. It leaks in one seam, causing winter ice to form a stalactite beside our entry door. When I called to ask for them to come out and repair it, the company insisted they send out a sales person (with their ridiculous requirement that both adults be home) instead of a repair person. My wife refuses to agree to be home (I handle all these sorts of things). without satisfaction (repair) I put a block on my phone for Infinitys calls. I will never use them again.
I have known about Gutter Helmet for a while but never pursued it because I felt it was going to be really expensive. When we talked with our sales person, I was surprise to find the pricing was reasonable (after we listened and resisted and finally got the first visit discount as well). The installers were very careful and professional and even corrected some bad pitching on my existing gutter at no extra charge.
Infinity Home Improvement re-installed our Gutter Helmet gutters all over the house after we had a new roof installed by another company some years back, and the roofers didnt put the gutters back correctly. The work was done quickly, neatly, and relatively quietly. Any mess created during the work was cleaned up to the point that I wouldnt have known theyd been there if I hadnt watched them working. I was very happy with the work done, and especially with the helpfulness and professionalism of the people doing the work. I plan to contact Infinity for future projects.
They didnt finish their job. They were supposed to wrap the new windows with siding but didnt and they scratched up the whole side of my house with their ladders so the whole side of my house is messed up. if I could give less than 1 star I would. I called and complained and they did NOTHING. I had to hire someone to finish their job and I had to repaint my house because of the damage they did with their ladders
Scheduled an appointment through what sounded like a third-party scheduling service. The evening of the appointment, they called ten minutes after our appointment time to tell me the tech was tied up and wouldnt make it, and tried to reschedule. No apology for our wasted evening, and when I told her I wasnt interested in rescheduling, she basically hung up on me. Not good.Edit: two months have passed and Ive now received three calls from this company trying to get me to reschedule. Each time Ive informed them that Im no longer interested and asked them to stop calling. Hopefully one of these times itll sink in....Save yourself the headache and give your business to a company that values their customers time.
Infinity Home improvement did a great job on my roof vent and gutter protection with the gutter helmet. My sales rep was very helpful with information. Infinity came out quickly to install the gutter helmet. The installer noticed issues with my roof and pointed it out, so that it didnt cause more damage. Im very grateful that Infinity Home Improvement had knowledgeable people to help me. Great Job! I will be recommending Infinity to my friends and family. Larry Brewer.
I couldn’t recommend infinity less.We have a leak in our siding that is allowing water to make its way into our house on top of a window and causing damage. We called infinity to get a quote.Mitch was our salesperson and was very responsive. The sales team is definitely trained to create a hard sell. But they could start installation sooner than anyone else we contacted so we made a deal for full replacement of siding, flashing, house wrap, and trim on a section of our house to fix the leak and replace water damaged boards. My original quote was over $1,800. Seemed fair.On the day of installation, the installer Earl did not bring the materials or tools needed to replace anything. I received a call and he told me he could fix the issue with caulk. I then spoke with Bob (co-owner?) who assured me the caulk would fix our issue and told me they would be fair in refunding for the materials and time since the fix only took two hours and was much less involved. My mistake was not getting anything in writing.Getting refunded was an extremely frustrating and time consuming hassle. It took over a week and calls multiple times a day to even get ahold of Bob. I was told several times how busy he is. My salesperson, though responsive and nice, was no help in getting a call back.Once I finally did, Bob offered to refund me $500. So my price for two hours of work and a tube of caulk was going to be over $1,200. Seems high.I encouraged Bob to rethink the number and he was only willing to come down to $500. Still seems high for what work was done, but I was sick of arguing. It’s a handful of weeks since they did the work and nothing is fixed. I still have water leaking into my house above the same window, and if anything, it seems to be worse.Disappointed, frustrated, and back to square one. I certainly won’t be calling Infinity for another quote.
I’ve had mixed experiences with Infinity Home Improvement. I was having issues with my gutters and received a number of quotes. All the other companies just gave a quote as asked. When talking with Boyd, he straight forward told me that there was nothing wrong with the gutters and didn’t need replacing. The previous installer didn’t use enough downspouts for the size of the roof and size of the gutter. He recommended replacing only the downspouts with larger ones, which took care of everything. I went with Infinity Home Improvement because of giving me a solution to the problem and not just a quote. The less than 5 star review is a result of them needing to improve their internal communications. I think this is then transferred to communication with customers. Service had been a little tough to get on a second job they did. Also, they called to do a free energy evaluation. I said I wasn’t available for the first suggested time and we agreed on a later day and time. They said someone would call before the appointment to confirm that everything was still a go. They called, but they tried to confirm the first suggested time which I had told the first person was not good and explained that a later day and time was the agreed plan. The evaluation went off, on time, and without a hitch.
Just wanted to share my experience with Infinity Home Improvement. My husband and I decided it was time to put a steel roof on our home. So we went online to search companies that install steel roofs. We found Infinity Home Improvements and we are so glad we did. Our sales man, Boyd Levitt is so friendly and professional. He talked us through the whole procedure from measuring the roof and letting us know the cost to picking out the color. Eric, who installed the roof came out and re-measured to make sure everything was right and would be ready for him. It was amazing to me that two men could install the roof in the middle of winter in such a short period of time. We cant say enough good things about Infinity Home Improvements and their employees. They are a company that cares about about their customers and the product the products they sell. You know your will be getting the best quality from them.
We have purchased both the gutter guard and new windows from Infinity. Both teams did a great job with installation and took care not to damage any of the garden beds beyond a few broken leaves. The people doing the work were friendly and updated us with issues or problems along the way. They also were very willing to answer questions or explain things when we had concerns. Very willing to talk out options when our old windows did not want to come out of there 40 to 50 year resting spots. My only complaint would be actually getting someone when calling the company, we left messages about 90% of the time.
Had Gutter Helmet installed on existing gutters. Drew came out to explain how it works and several recommendations to resolve water runoff problems; very knowledgably and easy to work with. The only hiccup was the delay in scheduling; probably to a series of bad weather days, but once I called and got an appointment date, John did a beautiful installation job; improving on the original solution and leaving no mess or debris. Everything worked very well during the next big rainstorm so we are very happy customers!
This is my second experience with Infinity Home Improvement. Both times I have been very satisfied with the service from beginning to end. The sales person was very thorough in explaining what would be done to my roof. We had a little trouble getting it scheduled due to other issues having nothing to do with Infinity. My roof was repaired while I was at work and everything was cleaned up with the area looking as good as they found it. I would highly recommend Infinity to my friends and family.
We have had Infinity Home Improvement do a lot of work for us. The latest work was on our barn. The siding is beautiful. We are going to have them do our Gutters and Gutter Helmet next. John, our installer, has been working hard to get it done. though the weather was working against us, Infinity installers work right along with it. We highly recommend Infinity to get the job done right.Jerry and Janet Bradley
Asked for an estimate and was quoted $40,000.00 for a roof replacement and ventilation on a 17.4 square house, then was given a 6,00 dollar discount, bringing the price to 34,000 dollars never itemized and or showed me what I was really paying for. Please shop around they will try to pressure you to sign a contract with a 3 day grace period in which you will have to mail in the refusal
To start off, we love the two decks. Took longer than expected to complete, thanks to mother nature. A friendly note to future customers...if you get Boyd as a salesman, read and check everything, make sure prices match product. And check the wood used, its not hand picked, you get what the lumber company sends you. Other than that, customer service, Bob the owner, J.R. the surveyor, and the two guys that built them, (the two decks), were nice to deal with.
Stay away from this company! Just had someone quote me $2600 for gutters on a 1000sq ft ranch. And that number was with a 15% special they were running conveniently. What a ridiculous number! I was quoted last fall for $850.I asked for a quote in writing and she said they werent allowed to email a quote. She was going to write the quote down on her business card and said it was good for 30 days. That is extremely unprofessional and a questionable business practice.I laughed her off my property. Stay clear from this company if you dont want to get ripped off.
Rude, Unprofessional, disrespectful...I have not had any work done by this company but I will say that of the 8 contacts I have had with them, only 2 were pleasant. I think I dodged a bullet.I was interested in the gutter helmet product and left my name with the employee at the Saginaw Home Show. I received a call from a sweet sounding older lady and set an appointment for a salesperson to come to my house. She had to have her office manager, Sheila, confirm the appointment. She was rude. Company policy is that they wont come unless your spouse is present. Set the appointment for a Sat. afternoon. When they called to confirm appoint, Sheila changed to early Sat. morning. I wasnt surprised when the salesperson never showed. I had read reviews and was expecting that. Sheila, called a half hour after the appointment time and said the salesperson was having a mental breakdown and needed to reschedule. I am assuming the breakdown was because he couldnt make the appointment, but I didnt ask.I didnt reschedule, but the sweet older lady called me to try to set another appt. I said no. Today, about a month later, I received a call and it was them again. A man this time. He was very illusive and I wasnt sure what company he was with h. He said his manager would be here Sat if I could watch out for him and he would leave a quote in my door. I said a quote for what?He shouted Gutters by Gutter Helmet. I said no dont come. He asked- have you done the project yet? will you do it some time? you dont want us to come? Very aggressively. I said NOPE. He said good luck with that and hung up.Seriously, I wouldnt do business with this company.
The only reason I gave Infinity a star is that the bathroom finally was finished and the quality is up to par for the price but that is where the positives stop. We had paid in full before COVID and understood the delay but we had to reach out with multiple phone calls to even try and get a time for our bathroom install. On the day of the 1st install I took the day off work and waited from 9a-11a (the times they were supposed to be here at). At 10:59a the day of we receive call saying they were not coming. The second date was also a last minute too and finally on the 3rd time, where again we had to call this time multiple times to get someone out, it was finished. Our representative who started out nice by the end kept telling me to call the same number and was no help. The lack of communication was revolting. By the end of my experience I felt like I was a mother hounding their reluctant kids to get the chores done. If it was not for our persistent reaching out I strongly believe the bathroom would not be done (almost 6mo later).
I wouldnt recommend this company for anything. Had them replace a roof on my parents house. They left it with no facia on back so the soffit is falling off. I tried to get it repaired but never could get anyone to answer my calls. I finnally disputed the charges on my account. Within a day they called to come see what the problem was. But they had all the excuses in the world as to why they didnt replace it. I feel they are just scammers and the hire people that dont speak English to do the job so there raking in the money. Poor poor business. I now have to hire someone else to finish the job.
One of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I have met pushy sales people in the past, but never have I been so close to throwing someone out of my house. I told the sales guy upfront that we just wanted a quote, and would not make a decision on the spot. He spent an hour looking around our house, and missed a bunch of issues I had noticed that were wrong with our roof. Then quoted us a rate twice what 2 other companies had quoted me. After that spent 20 minutes brow beating me and my wife trying to get us to sign a deal on the spot. Every time we told him we wanted to think about the cost he ignored us. He even said that we wasted his time, and thought we were serious about getting our roof done. I would never do business with this company. If they can not respect a person in their own home, then how can we expect good work from them
We asked them for an estimate for our gutters, and ended up going with another company in the end. Since then, they have been calling us non-stop asking about other products/services they offer, despite politely asking them to stop calling. I have had to now block the number completely. So frustrating, and bad business.
-First visit to my home after calling for a quote on a roof repair; arrived on tine, well organized, very professional, answered all my questions and went above my expectations.-Made decision to hire comany for a $400 roof repair, cut the check and was told that i would be contacted in two days for install date.-Two weeks later, i finally called the company back to find out my repair date. After a couple of minutes, I was informed that my install date would be on Friday four days later between 9-11 am.-Install day; no one showed.-The next day, before i had a chance to call to find out when they could reschedule, the installer came and made repairs. The installer was professional, courteous and completed repair in a timely manner.-A small job or repair will only get a low priority with this company unfortunately.
Had our bathroom updated with a shower. We had a problem at first and wasnt sure how to go about getting it fixed. Then we get a call from a lady in customer service asking about how the process went, once I told her what was going on she made sure to take down all my comments and said she would pass along to her service department. I got a call from Devonte and then a man named Bill came out and made everything great. Thank you infinity customer service. We are happy customers now.
Ultimately we are pleased with the overall experience we had with Infinity Home Improvement. The crew was professional and curteous. They were timely and called with any issues or questions they had. The quality of the job was good, the gutters look great. The only complaint I have is that we asked for swivels on the bottom of the gutters and those were not installed. I would recommend Infinity to friends and family.
Had siding done on my doormer. No leaks before. After their work my daughters closet began leaking an absurd amount. After about 2 months they finally show up to fix whatever it was that went wrong. The guy was arguing with me for 15 minutes about how hes been doing this for 30 years and it wasnt his fault, etc. Its one thing to have a conversation, its another to catch an attitude about it. I had ZERO leaks before their work and had leaks after. No communication whatsoever, they showed up late after rescheduling twice. Hes still outside fixing the problem but hes griping and complaining and talking so much bad things about me and the house. Tried calling their home office. Tried sending an email. Since then Ive had to file a home insurance claim because of the extensive water damage inside my home (which the repair guy is saying it hasnt rained at all...). My grandfather who used to work in construction comes out to talk to this guy and he proceeds to argue with my grandfather too. This man specifically is absolute trash. Poor customer service. Poor responsiveness. Poor punctuality. And has completely ruined the experience of this company. Will not have them return to finish the rest of the house for the siding the claim is exclusive to them (Ive had other estimates with the same company pamphlet). Im absolutely livid how this guy thinks he can talk to me and my family. No theyre not gunna fix the damage inside the home that they caused.Im not one to leave reviews. Im not one to go out of my way to complain. So if that tells you anything about how poor this company is...Hopefully he picks up the cigarette butts out of my yard that hes been cheifing on.**2 week update: they sent me a bill for what they fixed (over $500). Its still leaking an absurd amount. Im being held liable for what they messed up and refuse to acknowledge was their fault (even though Im pretty sure this is why they have insurance to cover damages that may occur on their behalf). Have since found nails in my yard thanks to my dog and kid, the last two things I want hurt, he didnt pick up his cigarette butts, and they decided to have lunch and left fried chicken bones in my yard. Reported to BBB. Waiting for response from company once again. At this point Im terrified to have them come back to touch anything on my home and another confrontation with the crew they sent out. Talking to home insurance company and they said not to file a claim because this company is at fault.I honestly didnt expect this terrible of service. The men who did the estimate were decent enough. A bit pushy but thats to be expected when their livelyhood is dependent upon those sales. Before covid I was at work when they men were here doing the job. My grandfather signed off on my behalf because it did look nice. Its on the second story so can only be seen from the ground. When we first notice the leak the dry wall was just wet and dripping. Since then they drywall and insulation has come out, not by choice. I dont know what to do at this point.
If you wish to install Gutter Helmets and live in Michigan, youll have to deal with Infinity Home Improvement -- and I recommend against it. Good product, bad franchisee with questionable sales policies.First, if you have a spouse, their rep wont deal with you unless the spouse is present. Doesnt matter if youre the sole owner of the property. Doesnt matter if you alone will be paying for the work. Doesnt appear to matter if your spouse is indifferent, incarcerated, incapacitated, involved in other business, on on safari. This company has a hard and fast rule.I met with salesperson Nick on Aug. 9. My request: Remove and reinstall 13-year-old Gutter Helmets on second floor in connection with re-roofing, and quote the addition of Gutter Helmets on first floor. Nick got me interested in other options, such as Infinity doing the entire roofing job and gee, what about a metal roof instead? My interest was genuine. I explained that I would be traveling almost continuously through mid-October but was reachable by phone and email and would be present, of course, when the work is done. Aug. 13: I emailed Nick to express interest in receiving the quote. Aug. 17: Nick replied that he would forward your pricing as requested. He copied someone named Boyd Levitt.Alas, nothing happened. Sept. 1 and Sept. 19: Followup email inquiries from me. In between, a few calls from Infinity staff members appeared to offer a glimmer of hope. Some asked when I could meet, and I explained that I could not because I was traveling. Some asked about my dear husband, who was fully supportive of the project but not the boring details. Every couple is different, I kept trying to explain, to no avail.Several days ago, salesman Nick called to tell me his boss had forbidden him to email the quotes. Along the way, Infinity probably had checked my credit, which is great. So, Im left with no reason why the people at Infinity Home Improvement wasted weeks of my time only to reaffirm devotion to their insulting and customer-unfriendly sales polices.
Very friendly sales associates and prompt friendly service. Always had a call to say the installers were coming and at what time. I think there has been a nice improvement to the appearance of the gutters. I chose the brown color because it blended very nice to the rest of the house. I would recommend getting gutter helmets.
I am really sad that this company is even in business. It is beyond obvious that they take advantage of people, and I honestly don’t know how these people sleep at night 😔 Not only do they use terrible scare tactics and have pushy sales policies, they are THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of dollars over any other estimate. If you had work done by them, chances are you payed WAY WAY more than you actually needed to. Our roof replacement for all other companies, including tear off and lifetime warranty was around $15,000 for shingles and $23,000 for metal. Infinity told us $55,000 for shingles and $72,000 for metal! Same quality product and warranty too. I get multiple quotes when doing anything for my home and can’t believe they would even consider giving an outrageous number like that...$40,000 off you guys. I am not shocked reading these reviews of how they prey on elderly and young persons. I told their office we are not interested in their services and the salesman Aaron is still knocking on our door leaving his business cards. Even if they dropped the price to $10,000 I wouldn’t trust this company with installing a toilet paper roll holder, let alone my roof. Please tell people about this company and to steer clear of it- and always get at least 3-5 quotes before choosing someone to install or repair anything in your home! If someone tries to get you to sign or finance right away, that’s a red flag and bad business. Those businesses are in it for the money as this one is! Shame on you, infinity. There is no talking your way out or justifying how you could have taken advantage of my family had I been so gullible. I wish I could give you zero stars 😣
I was very pleased with this company. They did a great job repairing my roof. However, I am unsure whether or not they sent information to my insurance company, which I called about multiple times. They were very nice overall but I wish there had been a little more communication with me about how they were dealing with the insurance.
We were looking for 3 replacement windows 2 double-hung and 1 picture window. The ratings on these Infinity windows were very impressive! When these windows arrived and were installed by Will Adams. We could not believe his workmanship, professionalism, and Attention to Detail!!! Before Will left that day, I asked him to have Infinity quote 2 more double-hung. Will immediately contacted the office and a quote was received the every next day. When we signed the contract I specifically requested that Will Adams be our installer. When these 2 windows arrived and were installed by Will Adams with the same Attention to Detail, my wife asked if Infinity handled and installed basement slider windows? He answered all of her questions and concerns. She asked for a quote for 4 windows. Will called Bob and he was able to provide us a written quote before he left that day. We made our decision and agreed that Will would be our installer.Within 3 weeks our installation date was confirmed and our windows arrived. There were issues on how the earlier replacement windows were installed. In the end when the installation was complete we could not be happier!!!My wife is especially pleased with her new basement sliders, which she definitely wanted replaced after seeing the Quality of our earlier 5 Infinity windows.I cannot say enough about the Quality of these 9 Infinity windows and our personal installer Will Adams. It is unbelievable the impact that these 5 windows have made in our addition. It is very cozy and the earlier drafts have been eliminated. The basement sliders have made my wife very happy!!!We would recommend Infinity Home Improvement to anyone that may be in need of any their services!!Bob & Debi Swales
I love this company! Due to severe winds and a storm, siding came off of my home and had to be rehung and replaced. Infinity was very professional and prompt. They even added extra insulation to help me save on my propane and heating costs! My house looks amazing and I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!
I would not recommend this company. They were very unprofessional and the quality of their work was lacking (to say the least). We hired Infinity HI to install a 6 sliding patio door to replace a traditional swinging entry door. They began the morning by starting to cut a hole in the wrong location (taking out a window rather than the existing door). The installer tried blaming us for his mistake saying thats where we told him we wanted it to go. The door would have been installed 6 to the left of the end of our deck, leaving an 8 drop in front of the sliding door. Additionally, why would we want a 6 sliding door next to a traditional swinging entry door? That issue never did get fixed, rather they offered $ to repair it myself. Infinity then continued installing the door (in the correct location) however installed the wrong (a much cheaper version) door. 4 weeks later the correct door was installed yet the window issue remained. We continued to go back and forth on repairing the damaged drywall and stool around the window for another 3 months before they finally just cut me a check. I called numerous (at least a dozen times) and was continuously told the installation manager was on another line or out of the office and never received a call back until I put a complain in with the BBB. Finally, we never did receive any paperwork regarding the door or the energy tax credit paperwork they promised on four separate occasions stating it was in the mail. This company could care less about its customers and its quality (or lack thereof) of work. Avoid at all costs.
Can you do a 0 stars? Tried to use them about a year ago. They were recommended to us through Window World. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I took a whole day off work for them to not even show up or call. Then the next time he told me he was by the airport which is a hour away. 5+ hours later he still never showed. Then getting people to call you back was a joke. And when I was mad on the phone the punk kind laughed at me. 0/10 do NOT recommend
I’ve had the gutter helmet for several years and have been as happy as I could have asked for with its performance. I recently needed work done in another area of my home and Aaron came out to my home to give me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised with what he was able to offer and am looking forward to the work being done in the future. I can highly recommend infinity to my family and friends.
Installation went fine. However, somehow a nail was put through the heating tape in the gutter. This caused arcing and sparking in the gutter which I caught it in time but could have potential he caused a fire not only in the gutter but also in my house.During one conversation with Maryanne I was told that the installers would be out the week after Thanksgiving. It is now December 16 and I have not seen them. I was then told that they won’t be in the area for a while but she would let them know. Another time I was told they had to come down from Michigan.I am very displeased with this lack of customer service and feel this should be a priority because it was their fault. I am hoping this will get finished before winter is over in Chicago LOL
Very knowledgeable and patient. Aaron was very friendly and I look forward to our fallow up call. Not able to address all the issues but they were willing to bend over backwards to help me out. I have some ideas to throw around with the sales rep. I understand the wanting to do a full tear off of the roof and all the decking too satisfy the warranty requirements but I simply cant afford that.
I am not a fan of giving reviews immediately after having work done because I want to make sure the quality lasts over time. Roughly a year ago we had Infinity come out to give us a quote on some facia we needed replaced due to rotting wood on our front porch. The salesman was upfront with what would need to be replaced as well as what else should be replaced in order to make sure the finished product would look seemless with the rest of the house. He was able to find a color match with the rest of our house and set up a time that would work best for us. I am happy to say that the quality of work has lived up to our expectations and would definitely recommend them to any of our friends/family. Our next home improvement project will definitely be handled by Infinity Home Improvement!!
Wanted to have someone come out in regards to replacing my roof. They refused to set up an appointment without my wife present. Something I have not run into with local contractors. Poor business practice in my opinion considering my beautiful wife does not concern herself with these matters. Made me very suspicious, like perhaps trying to pressure me/us into making a decision that might require both signatures, Im thinking for a home improvement loan or something. Too bad considering I will be paying cash for this project that I am 75% (Complete new roof) I will be going forward with.I would stay away from this company.
The job was done nicely, the customer service was very helpful and took care of things quite swiftly. The only drawback was the scheduling of the workers, I didnt really know beforehand when they were coming to the site. I like to be aware of schedules to be able to communicate some things that I observe so that would be helpful. The salesman was really helpful and solved things quickly overall I am happy with their work.
Very eager to sell me a $15K walk-in tub. Very poor installation, shoddy workmanship, and damage to my bathroom door and ceiling. Width was shorter than promised, so I had to put out to get new carpeting installed.Had 4 problems over the last 4 years, and they refuse to return phone calls. It has been 2-6 months to get them to address problems, and they always had excuses: phone system wasnt working, and sorry I forgot. Took 2 complaints to the BBB to get them to address issues. This last time they passed their responsibilities off to their supplier (of American Standard Tubs), and he has been great to work with and is right on top of the issues.
We recently had Gutter Guard installed on our Home and I am over the moon with the results! We have never had gutters on the home before and I am so looking forward to the rain no longer cutting deep gouges in my yard every time it rained. The installer was knowledgeable, neat and extremely polite. I would recommend this company to others with no hesitation!
We have been dealing with this god awful company since February. Man did they sell us good!!! Got us in a contact that apparently you only have 3 days to get out of. Kinda funny how they give you 3 days, but at that point you havent gotten to experience their HORRID customer service!!! It was like pulling damn teeth to get someone to come out to my house to measure my windows! At first I talked to some kid who claimed to be a manager named Devonte. When I spoke to him about my frustrations he proceeded to LAUGH at me! I was then told by someone else that the owner of the company would reach out to me about that situation and of course that never happened. So i reached out to Stacy who sold us the windows. She told me that going forward she would take care of everything for me. After months and months of nothing, she finally got Joe (who already once told me hed be at my house at 10am, I left work to be at my house for him and he never showed. 5:30pm and still nothing, he stated that he was stuck in traffic an hour away from my house. So you are telling me that for 7 hours youve been stuck in traffic an hour away from my house???). Anyways, one day he finally shows up and does the measurements. He said that we will be reached out to in 3 weeks to pick an install date. It has now been 3.5 weeks and nothing. So I emailed Stacy and informed her of this. She told me that if i wasnt reached out to by Wednesday to tell her. Its now Thursday and nothing. She calls me this morning to tell me that Joe the installer has quit, never turned in my measurements, therefore our windows were never ordered!!!!!!!! ALL THIS SINCE FEBRUARY AND NOW YOU HAVENT ORDERED MY WINDOWS?!?!?!?!?!? She then told me she talked to the owner and we could either wait and still do the windows once they get a new installer (HA! now thats funny), or the owner of the company was going to ever so nicely let us out of our contract. ABSOLUTELY NO follow up with this company. Not one person called me to tell me this. I wouldnt refer this company to my absolute worst enemy!!!! RUN. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! These windows were supposed to be done before our baby is born. Well there goes that
Infinity did an incredible kon with my gutters and gutter covers. The sales staff and installation staff were excellent. They even recommended that I not replace existing gutters as they were fine and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in home improvement projects.
After listening for what seemed like an eternity, but was a 2 hour long sales pitch, we ended up not using this company for our gutter installation needs. The pricing was 6k over other companies quotes and for what, a leaf protector on top of the gutters. We were not impressed with the conversation with the salesman, when we told him we would need to get more quotes for services he started to drop the price of the estimate by 1000 then 2000 dollars. Only stipulation was he wanted a check right then and there after we made very clear that we wanted to get another estimate or two before deciding which direction we would go. At this point in the conversation he became almost irate with the fact we wouldnt write a check and sign a contract right then and there. He continued to be rude and obnocious before we finally just said hey, its time for you to go. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
A guy named Mitch met with my elderly neighbor and gave her a price of $8,680.00 for a set of standard deck stairs made with pressurized lumber with vinyl railings. The price is double the highest bid we have gotten so far, and is so out of line as to be laughable. Then this Mitch guy tried a high pressure sell by offering to take $800 off the $8,000 quote if she signed up that day, treating my neighbor like she was stupid. If youre a senior citizen, beware of Mitch and this company. I would give this company a zero, if I could. One of the reviewers said this company lacked integrity, which is an understatement.
Im speechless...This company just called in response to my inquiry on Home Advisor. The scheduler asked if there was a Mr. Thrown off guard, I replied, yes but he is not available. The scheduler said, we respect both of your opinions and will schedule an estimate when he is available. My husband is a gifted ministry leader but he is not gifted with the knowledge, skills, or inclination to provide input into (or pay for!) the installation of a screen patio room. Suspecting that one of my friends was pulling a prank, I called the number back to confirm that it was actually a legitimate company. I am so deeply offended by this companys gender bias that I would never consider supporting their business. Should a representative of Infinity Home Improvement read this review, I recommend that your company conduct an audit of your corporate practices and update them to reflect the gender equality most modern men and women value. Speechless X2! This company actually called me back today and asked if me if I knew when my husbands travel schedule would allow them to come out and estimate the project! Ive asked them to NEVER TO CONTACT ME AGAIN!!
PLEASE READ: The owner of this company Bob Heilman is a con artist and a professional scam artist. 80% of his customers are Senior citizens because he knows he can charger 8 times more then what the job actually cost knowing most older age people will not know the difference. I recommend YOU DO NOT USE INFINITY HOME IMPROVEMENT for any improvement to you home. The rating is Low for a reason, me and my wife wish we never spent a dollar with this company. Please watch out for owners like Bob Heilman he cares about money and not your well being or the I’m improvement of your home!
The gutter helmets have been a great product to use. It really does protect your home the way it is suppose to do. Did have a leak no longer do. Would recommend to get the heating element with it as well. Good company. 5 star. Enjoyed my time with Boyd Levitt Jr, and all the other reps in the past. Great job guys.
What a pathetic company! First they came and quoted a complete exterior door replacement. they quoted me over 4 thousand dollars!! i have not talked to a single company yet except these people that quoted even half of that. they called me a week later and said they would like a manager to speak with me and offer extremely competitive prices. i said sure why not, they called to confirm the appointment the night before and not even an hour later called back and rescheduled. we rescheduled and again they called the night before to confirm. and again not even an hour later they called to change the time. the entire time saying we want your business. after they rescheduled it they did a no call no show!! obviously they dont want my business! i will never EVER recommend these people to anyone! such terrible service. when i said i was going elsewhere with my business they said thank you and just topped talking to me so i just hung up. i can not even explain how mad i was at this service and how i can not stress enough DO NOT GO WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company is wild. Their rating is low for a reason. I attempted to get an estimate. They didnt show up at our scheduled time and advised it was because they needed to confirm an appointment and attempted to call me the previous day. They did not leave any message they simply just didnt show up. Then I contacted them and said okay lets try this again. They do call this time to confirm but said they arent able to come out to my house unless my wife is there too. I let them know that I should probably go with another company at this point but just wanted to help out anybody looking to make an expensive purchase.
I got my gutter covers in 2004 and have had no clogs in all that time. The only downside is that if you have any roof work done, Infinity must remove and replace the covers themselves or you void your warranty. I have a large number of nut bearing trees on my property and the covers have been very affective.
Scheduled an appointment, then they emailed me to call them, so I did. After waiting on hold for a while I was told BOTH my wife and I had to be there for the appointment! Ive had other roofing companies come out to give estimates and this was NEVER a requirement. I suspect it is some sort of hard sales tactic. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Had them come out and do a roof quote on the house and pole barn about 75sq total. The sales guy was a little pushy and never actually stepped foot on the roof, measured everything from the ground. Went through all the GAF Master Elite Roofers and guarantees they offered. Spent about an hour flapping his lips. Then finally came the quote. Over $50,000 dollars. Thats $780/sq. More then triple the rate I actually paid to have it done!!! Dont waste your time with this company!
Avoid Infinity Home Improvement at all costs! After pouring 10K into a bathroom remodel, we have had a recurring problem with a shower door that will not close completely, leaving a sizable gap. This, on a shower that was only installed 8 months ago and is not even being used! We had a service repairman out twice to fix it, but the gap always returns. Our third request for service was on Jan. 3, 2017. The company blamed my father (who is disabled) for causing the gap. (Apparently he is an easy target given his medical condition.) They have not been returning our calls to have someone come out and take another look at it. After reading yelp, google, and facebook reviews, Im seeing a pattern here. This companys Lifetime Warranty is bogus. BBB complaint filed. You have been warned. BUYER BEWARE!
All we wanted was a simple estimate as we are new home owners. ALL we wanted was gutters, nothing more. Sky high estimate. The salesman seemed fine at first but over stayed his welcome by about an hour and a half, bad mouthed family run local guys doing the same thing with the same material for literally thousands of dollars cheaper. Did not respect our verbal non commitment, wanted a deal on the spot and was very VERY pushy! A complete waste of an hour and a half, he spent 3 minutes with the actual estimate. Wouldnt take not right now for an answer, an literally told us he was stalling so we would invite him for dinner (my wife was cooking during the last part of the visit, in hopes hed take a hint) even as he was leaving, kept going on about how we shouldnt waste time with other estimates and make an educated decision instead of an impulsive one. Disrespectful to us and our answer. Do business with the little guy, not these people!
This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. As another reviewer said, they insisted that all homeowners (meaning, my husband) be present for the free estimate. But when I was unavailable when they came, they did the estimate with HIM and never even asked where I was or mentioned doing the estimate w/o ALL homeowners present.Since then, they have called repeatedly, asking if we still wanted our roof and gutters done. Ive told them we already had another company do the work, but they keep calling anyway. And, when they call and I tell them no, they ask to talk to my husband, which is insulting!Today they called, again asking if we wanted out gutters done. I told him no and that Ive asked them several times to stop calling. He asked if my husband was home! I asked him what my husband has to do with it since Id already said no. He said well he owns the house too, doesnt he? Or I guess not. Wow, and hung up on me!Im glad we didnt go any farther than an estimate with this company! Read the reviews . . and heed the warning! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And the estimate they gave us was outrageous!!!
I wouldnt give them even one star. We were told both my husband and i had to be present. To fix a window? The first appointment scheduled was cancelled. The next appointment, no one showed, no one called. Seeing other reviews, this is apparently a pattern. Totally unprofessional!
Would give zero stars if I could. Infinity Home Improvement was used for a bathroom remodel. Paid $$$$$. After remodel was finished I discovered that the shower was installed improperly. The lifetime warranty they had promised proved to be a lie. Multiple calls for service have been ignored. Company blames faulty install on my disabled father and refuses to fix. Avoid at all costs.
Infinity did an excellent job with the installation of new and replacement gutters on our 100+ year old house. The new gutters match the existing gutters perfectly. The installation should help to resolve some moisture issues around the home foundation to direct rainwater runoff away from the house.
I’ve had Gutter Helmet on my home for several years. It works as advertised and it keeps my spouse off the ladder! It may have cost a little bit of money, but worth every penny! It payed for itself the first year. I would recommend Infinity Home Improvement and Gutter Helmet to anyone!
This company preys on the elderly. Not only preys, but will charge an exorbitant, unfathomable amount for their so-called services. On numerous occasions they have infiltrated my 90 year old grandmothers home, one vicious salesperson even spending 4 hours there attempting to sell her gutter helmets. The most recent incident occurred this May. She was told by James Adams, one of the salesmen that half of her roof was in dire need of replacement (this same scumbag company was used 5 yrs prior to replace the other half of the roof for a wind claim through her insurance company - this insurance company will be receiving a call to discuss the unethical company they chose to use). The roof portion in question shows no visable signs of wear, nor damage, which it shouldnt since it is less than 20 years old. If this isnt horrible enough, James quoted her $14,000 to replace half of a 20x40 roof!!!! Are you kidding me! We received a quote from Menards, materials were under $1000. This company needs to be shut down, this borderline criminal behavior is beyond unacceptable. Luckily, we noticed the missing 7k my grandma put down within the 3 day window, so she will be receiving a full refund. I am beside myself thinking about the countless others this company has taken advantage of over the years, and will continue to do so. I will do everything in my power to spread this story as far as I can.Funny how just about all the reviewers giving 5 stars have only given the 1 review. Trying to falsely bolster your pathetic, more than accurate rating? Why would I make this up, typically wild claims lack detail, whereas mine clearly doesnt. I will ask my father for the paper trail, then post it. I find your denial infuriating. How do you explain the multiple reviews claiming the same? The reason I took it upon myself to post the review is because im still irate my grandmother almost lost 14k in such an unfair manner.
Just signed for gutters and downspouts for my older home in Vicksburg as a step towards a dryer basement. Their rep, Dylan, was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. A lot of $$ but pretty much as my wife and I expected. Will re-visit this review after work is completed.
This is the most poorly run company I have ever interacted with in any industry. Infinity doesnt even deserve one star. The sales department doesnt communicate with the sub contractors and Devonte in the Grand Rapids office was rude and unprofessional to put it mildly. They overbook jobs and only care about new sales. It took 6 months for them to even begin working on my parents house and the work that was done was shoddy at best. A piece of facia blew off shortly after because it wasnt even nailed. They originally completed the work December 18th, 2018 and the facia blew off in February. This was finally fixed in June, with the facia being nailed this time, but upside down. Any prospective customers need to seriously heed the warnings of other customers.
Im glad that we had just one appointment and didnt go further with this company.Manager (or customer service) was really pushy to have all the owners at home at the same time even for the first FREE estimate appointment. So, they refused to do an estimate without all owners (he said that this was the policy of the company, that no one told me on the phone about when I set it up this appointment).I would not recommend this company.
Had a roofing problem..local builders were all busy.I contacted Infinity. They sent someone out within a couple of days to assess problem. A few days later the workers came and fixed the problem. They were friendly.. courtious ..left no mess. Would recommend this company to my friends..
Review for my parents...who TRIED to be customers...I would give 0 stars...if I could. This company was useless. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday, March 3rd. No call, no show...NOTHING!! Received a phone call FINALLY...this past Friday...to reschedule. With no apology...no reason...just a lady with an attitude. Horrible customer service!!
Representative was friendly and intelligent. We didnt feel rushed or pressured to purchase. The work was affordable and done well. A quick turn around on the installation. Installers were professional and timely. We will be using this company again in the fall for windows.
We purchased a roof on 6/10/14 for $14,00.00 dollars. My roof started leaking 2/22/19 into my bathroom. I reported it, after 4 complaints I finally had 2 guys come caulk somewhat. On 3/11/19 the leak started again and no one seems to care at Infinity. I wan a new roof.
Project : Install or Replace a Bathtub Liner or Shower SurroundComments: Had walk-in shower installed. Excellent quality products and very happy with the installation. Had a little difficulty getting return phone calls on a minor service problem, but it was taken care of.
Three weeks in a row they scheduled a appointment, we took off work just to have a no show the first 2 weeks and then 10 minutes prior to the 3rd appointment the tech came down with the flu and they had to cancel again. Very unprofessional company. If they can not make it 3 weeks in a row for a estimate I can only assume how long it would takr to have our addition completed. We will bring our business elsewhere
Called to have them repar the shinglescthat camevoff from wind wont return my phone calls my roof is still under warrantee getting on roof to do my own inspections they did a awful job they did not put shingles do not use them you will regret it and waste your money they will not clean up there mess and they wont honor warranty next im reporting them to BBB
Unprofessional and harassing experience just trying to get an estimate, wish Id have never given them my info, they called back after I told them I went with another contactor, apparently just harass me, I had to hang up on some guy who was disrespectful and mocked me by saying oh thats a good one when I told him I was working and had to go. Crazy they can treat people this way and still get business.
A great job was done removing an old bathtub and installing a surround shower. The flooring was fixed with pieces of wood where gaps needed filling due to the shape of the bathtub versus the rectangular shape of the shower. I had extra new pieces of tile which was used to cover the wood and match the rest of the tile floor.
Horrible. Work done incorrectly, scheduling was a joke. Demanded full payment up front. Still waiting for service. I could type for an hour and not describe adequately how horrific this company treats their clients. Absolute garbage and I gave them the benefit of a doubt but after months of requesting action this company has stopped fielding my calls.
IMFINITY gave me a quote for insulation on my house. It is 940 sq feet the guy showed me the quote $4800.00 i was blown away. I laughed at him hes like what the matter i said are you kidding me i had 3 other quotes $650.00 to $900.00. $4000.00 more than anybody else. DONT HIRE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. I feel bad for the old people that dont know better. THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. This is why our country is the way it is now bunch of thieves at this company. DONT HIRE THEM !!!!!!
This company has made repeated cold calls to my 90 yr old dad, insisting they are trying to reschedule a free evaluation that he never scheduled or wanted. They even told me they had made an appointment with him via talking to him on my cellphone, which was not even available to dad and which he has no idea how to use. Beware!
First, they wont give you a quote unless both husband and wife are at appointment. Second, they wont give you a quote unless youll listen to a half hour-45 minute spiel on their company. I didnt have time, just wanted a quote on the work. They wouldnt give us a quote if we wouldnt listen to their company description presentation first. We balked, they walked away from a possible sale!
Horrible Service! They installed a new roof and now I have water damage in my bedroom and it continues to leak whenever it rains. I called numerous times over the last month and only 1 call back from a contractor who schedule a date but never showed up. Im looking at hundred of dollars in repairs and they cant even pick up the phone.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Strangely want my wife present for an insulation estimate. I just paid 10k for a roof. Didnt need anybody there but the guy paying the bill, ME! YOUR LOSS. I WISH I HAD READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CALLED THEM. THERE IS SOME KIND OF A SCAM GOING ON HERE.
I did not hire them. I didnt even get a quote because they literally called me 5 times within a 2 hour period while I was at work. I finally had to step away from work and answer the phone to tell them to quit calling and hounding me. Call a person, leave a message one time a day like a normal person/company.
Similar to other reviewers, in trying to get an estimate the scheduler kept asking personal questions about my mister trying to figure out when he would be home. Clearly, I cant be the only one around when we receive an estimate. Needless to say, I said thanks but no thanks. They are obviously reading from a very patriarchal script. Offended and shocked that anyone is keeping them in business.
I have gotten my roof ridge vent replaced(good but pricey), attic blanket(hopefully still good as I cant inspect it, gutters and gutter helmet. I have called repeatedly over the last 2 years for service because any rain pours over edge and splashes my deck and is ruining my door. Nobody will fix it. However, they repeatedly have the gall to keep calling me to hard sell more products. They totally lost my business forever. Lifetime warranties mean lifetime. I got a ridiculously high quote on a roof, followed by a threat of not letting anybody else remove/ replace my gutters or else! Wth? Be we, never, never again.
Installed gutters corner leaks gutter is 5/8 from facia for aproximatly 4 feet from corner its not pitched properly I called let them know they set up appointment for someone to come fix gutters they didnt show wife called they said it was scheduled for next day I called they admitted it was changed we were not notified . Someone finally came out smeard caulk all over inside gutter it still leaks .they didnt try to fix the rest of the problems . Do not use this company for anything.
On a website I left my phone number. They have called me 11 times in 24 hours. Blocked there number, and finally got around to calling them back. I tell the lady how many times she has called me and she just starts laughing and says really Im sorry. I ask her why its so funny.
Review is based on quote alone, not quality of work as I had no work done. Requested a quote for gutters. Calvin doesnt even look at the house or walk around. Comes right inside, sits on my couch, and says OK what am I here for? It would be nice if he knew what he was coming for. Infinity INSISTED both of us had to be home for this. Rearranged schedules to make this happen for a complete waste of time. Even if the price wasnt double the other quotes I wouldnt have chosen them.

2022-06-10This has been the worst experience ever. They installed my deck in March when snow was still on the ground, jackhammer and all to break the ground. I think with it being so cold out, the construction team rushed their work and this is the outcome starting on May 10th, 2 months after installation.Working with the Service Manager and Contractor, there is a BIG lack of communication. Service Manager tells me one day they will be out on 6/1, which they never showed. Then after sending numerous emails, the Contractor sends me a message stating they will be out on the 16th. I have requested for her to come out this Saturday 6/11 so someone from their upper management could see this workmanship, BUT the construction team shows up today 6/10 to fix the repair. After the Team left this morning fixing the handrail, the lattice wasnt touched at all. I guess I will have to hire someone to come out and fix this mess! $12,000.00 dollars for this headache.

2022-04-26Would have given 5 stars, and the work and product deserve 5 stars, but I think we had a newer sales person who understood the product but not the mechanics of installing it. The space where we were thinking of putting it was too small for installer to get into and work. Thus we went to plan B which involved cutting access holes in the two knee walls. This went smoothly and quickly. Havent noticed a big difference in heating bills, but have noticed that the snow on the roof doesnt melt like it did before, so we must not be losing heat thru the roof like before.

2022-01-09We had the Gutter Helmet system installed by Infinity Home Improvement back in 2006 and it works great. Then, in 2021 we replaced our roof. Infinity did the removal and re-install of the Gutter Helmet and it’s still working great. Everyone at Infinity from the sales rep. , to the main office, to the “guy on top of the ladder” were a pleasure to work with!

2022-01-19We had them replace our roof including the decking in order to eliminate mold in the attic on the plywood, install a ridge vent, and fix some problems with our gutter helmets. Completed the job very quickly (2 days) and professionally. Very satisfied.

2022-05-17Not sure where my review went. But set up to have all our windows installed in 2019. Three times they either didn’t show up without even calling, or they were wayyyyy beyond their window time late. They gave us absolute hell to get out of our contract. But thank god I stood my ground. Do not hire this company, they have bad reviews for a reason!

2022-07-14****BUYER BEWARE****Our home is worse off than before they stepped foot on our property. They would be kinder to light our money on fire in front of us than use it to send the workers they hire over to lower the quality of our home. They cashed our check and no longer care about us or the sloppy work they did. They have made that statement abundantly clear by not contacting us to resolve problems were having and threatening to hang up on us when were upset. They do not care about how much we regret hiring them. They told us at the point of sale they are Master Elite GAF roof installers. This can only be true is Master Elite is synonymous with Garbage Workmanship . Hire at your own risk.

2022-03-30The workers was great and they did good work. But the small deck that they build cost way to much ( the deck is maybe a$5000 deck that cost us $14000 and if we didnt pay it off be our year was up it would have been much more.)

2020-01-07Absolutely appalling I paid for my garage door quote in April it is November 25th this is the third time theyve cancelled the install on me being pushed back to the week of December 9th. So they called me on December 23rd, with my door in the warehouse, we scheduled them to complete the install on Friday the 27th. I just got a call from my sitter that there are men tearing the old garage door of my house. It is Thursday the 26th. STAY AWAY from this company if you want anything more than gutter helmets. ( I just got home, and they just left the job half done, with no communication. Now my whole garage is wide open for anyone to pop in and steal from me). The Door was finally installed over the course of four days. It functions, but the finish work is lacking, the vinyl wrap is loose, and the seems were poorly placed. the door itself pops and rattles quite badly when in use. There are also scratched and dents on the panels. Nothing about this job went smoothly, and i regret the money wasted.

2021-08-30I paid for an attic insulation to be installed between the rafters of our 100+ year old home. We specifically wanted the insulation between the rafters due to future plans of using the upper space. I was told this is what I would receive and paid a good amount for this service. The money was taken out the account the very same day I agreed to use their services. I waited 3 weeks before hearing anything regarding scheduling. I had to reach out on my own. Finally was given a date of 3 additional weeks. The day of the insulation our product was installed incorrectly. I have reached out to get this resolved but it seems as though they are waiting for me to forget. I am extremely disappointed in the sloppy work that was done in our attic and more disappointed that they I am supposed to just be OK with this. I am not able to use the space for what we intended and I will have to pay again just to get it how I want it. Complete waste of money. Poor service. I really wanted this to be a 5 star review.

2022-02-17Work order written in September 2021 with payment. As of mid February 2022 I requested a refund for work not done. Constant lies when I call. Job was cancelled but my money has not been returned.
