We operate a small business out of the home. We rely on our entertainment and sound systems quite a bit. Whenever we need service or upgrades, ISS fits us in as quickly as possible. Their prompt and professional service is greatly appreciated. Allen is top notch. I always feel like he’s looking after my budget and best interests. He’s highly skilled, available to talk to me on the phone to troubleshoot, and a very kind man. I only work with ISS.

I received great service in the morning after calling them help! Super satisfied and I loved hearing the young man’s (Jim’a) personal story of how he rose from the system of being without parents at an early age , drifting through years and years of temporary homes and foster care , graduations from high school after attending over 25 schools, getting technical skills training , and becoming a productive citizen with 4 children to raise the right way . A true American dream success story ! God bless him and his family and call this company whenever you need technical assistance !

Perfectly average.I hired Innovative Sound Solutions to run my speaker wires through the walls and mount the TV on the wall and provide an HDMI and power cable to the TV to hide all the wires. They did the job adequately.The speaker wire on the wall was mounted with plates like I expected and the TV was mounted to the wall securely. They didnt drill through the hardwood floor and dealt with the plaster walls very well. The motion of the TV bracket was as I was told it would be.They didnt hook up my stereo and TV the way I had it, they took no notes, so nothing worked correctly until I rewired the system. They also didnt ask any questions about my system setup. While the speakers were connected to the wall through plates, the same is not true of the wires that leave the receiver. Those go straight in to the wall instead of a master panel. I intend to fix that when I get the parts.The installers also seemed to lack the tools to test the setup. My stereo has a speaker check built in, but instead of using that they tried to update my TV and used the PlayStation to try and get rear sound. Neither of those worked. They also didnt ask if I had anything I wanted to use to test the system.I guess I could have been more clear when asking for a quote, but for the price it felt like unnecessary corners were cut.

I Talked to Loren about having a TV antenna installed.He told me he would check into the type that would best benefit me and call me back.I waited one week and called them back. Talked to Loren again for about 20 minutes. We went over some info and he said he would come out to the house and see what he would need to get the job done.Never heard from them.Needless to say, I scratched this company off my list for anything.
