Comment: Never coming here again for service. I usually go to service my car at BMW of Buena Park and today i decided to go to this location because it is closer to me. I always pay $100-$125 on an oil change on the same car. Today this lady at the front desk was charging me $350. I told her why did it go up if I usually pay 100-125, all she said was “sorry our system is down” she told me to come back tomorrow. How are you justifying the new price to your system being down... Make it make sense. Never coming here again

Got mad and started yelling at me but at the end, the salesperson came back to me apologizing because their special computer indeed did the math wrong.- Checked and leased a new car, but it came back with scratches the next day after detail- Misinformed (lied to?) numerous times

Comment: From the initial email by Samantha responding to my inquiry on the new 2024 BMW M3 Manual RWD to the thorough communication and product knowledge with Client Advisor Jae Lacey to making magic happen with Sales manager Matt Zeigler to finalizing all of the effortless paperwork with no pressure Ryan Hanson, I must say BMW of Irvine genuinely provides the red carpet treatment.The entire process was nothing but a euphoric, haggle free, no non-sense straight to the point experience as every car buying process should be. They were diligent, prepared and professional when it came to me picking up the vehicle in person. The 2024 BMW M3 in skyscraper gray Metallic with Fiona Red interior was sitting there in an all glass delivery room, thoroughly detailed, spotless with a full tank of gas waiting for me to drive it off of the lot. Comment: I have been doing my maintenance here for years and generally had an ok experience. Not the best, not the worse. If I had to compare experiences and customer service, Porsche and Mercedes is #1, followed by BMW, followed by Volkswagen. Just make sure to make a detailed recording of the outside and inside of your vehicle before you drop it off, including rims, trunk, dashboard, side panels, etc.My lease was expiring so my wife and I went to Irvine BMW to test drive some new cars, we had our eye on the i4. When I got there, I was helped by a salesman who told me all their i4s were sold out. I saw a couple Ix in their lot so I inquired about the Ix.The salesperson showed it to me and I asked him if we could test drive it. Right away he asked me why I wanted to test drive it since I came for an i4s and Ix has a higher sticker price. He started inquiring about my budget and made my wife and I uncomfortable. After a lot of back and forth about my budget, he finally went to get the keys.So my wife gets in the drivers seat and the salesman, in the back seat, doesnt even try to explain how to start the car or put it in drive. He just sits there quietly. Weve never driven an Ix before, so we had no idea. He finally mentions its like an i4, and since I had driven an i4 loaner before I explain to my wife how to start it and put it in drive. My wife drove for a bit before we realized the side mirrors were folded. He did not even try to explain how to unfold them, we had to figure it out ourselves while driving it.During the test drive, the salesperson was quiet, did not explain any features whatsoever. He just looked as if we were wasting him time.Overall, their sales team gets 1 star.After test driving the Ix, we fell in love with the car, so we went to a different bmw dealer and leased an Ix from there.Not sure why they shoot themselves in the foot.

Unfortunately, due to a shortage of vehicles it was challenging finding the one I wanted. My rental was costing too much, so I decided to consider other models. I located several BMWs and visited several dealerships, however, the connection with the salespeople just wasnt there. I work in sales. Connection is important. So is price. I wanted a car in my budget and a salesperson who put my needs first. Thats when I met Andrei Maldareanu at Irvine BMW. From the moment he took my call through today, he has been the nicest, most polite and responsive salesperson. Every time I texted or called, he replied quickly. I originally wanted a 2 series BMW, however, I ended up getting a 430i coupe. For three weeks, I followed up with Andrei and for three weeks he updated me on the status of available or soon to be available vehicles. He also got me an excellent deal price-wise. I loved working with Andrei. He didnt push me and he never made me feel like I was a nuisance. In fact, everyone I met at Irvine BMW was easy to work with. Just the nicest people. Im very happy with my purchase and I felt good about my decision, partly because of the car, partly because of the price, but mainly because of Andrei. You can buy a car anywhere, however, you cant get a great salesperson everywhere. My next BMW will be at Irvine BMW with Andrei!

Some say that I am the guy to call when its time to go car shopping. Even in this brand new haggle-free society where cars can be purchased from vending machines or off of huge lots with nationwide inventory, there is always a deal to be made and a certain amount of struggle that it takes to get that deal. Most people dont like that experience. I am not like most people. Three of the last four cars that I purchased, including the last one last week, were from Irvine BMW. Why do I keep going back there? Read on.Gas prices were shooting through the roof. On a whim, I reached out to Vas and Debra inquiring about the new iX. Its different. Its bold and daring, fast and full of technological innovations.“Its sold out and spoken for but we do have one on the lot if you want to see it.”I did. And I did. I drove it and it was good. So I got in line. A long line. A line that could be nine to twelve months long. My lease would be up in twelve months. I have no other plans so Im good.Nine months came about three months early when I received an email from Vas informing me that a 2023 iX was on the lot with my name on it. Of course, I want to see it. Does it have everything I asked for? You know I still have six months left of my lease, right?Come take a look. Tomorrow good for you?Yes.How does the saying go? I came, I saw, I ummm ... lets just say I drove away with yet another great deal from Irvine BMW. I could not be happier with this transaction. I dare say that it was my favorite of the three (transactions, that is). Comment: Honestly this was the best car purchase experience at Irvine BMW. My wife and I purchased a preowned Honda Pilot, and were so happy with the price and how clean it was. Our salesman Frank was exceptional. He was friendly, sincere and helpful. When I first spoke to him to inquire about the car he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to send me additional pictures as well as records and the carfax. On the test drive he had the car waiting, fully washed, full tank, and even had the a/c on. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but more importantly to me, genuine and honest. He made my wife and I feel comfortable to discuss the history of the car and made us feel at ease with a no pressure sales approach. Once back at the showroom to finalize the deal, the process was smooth and quick. I wish I remembered the name of our finance rep, because he also was professional and courteous. He presented options, but was respectful when I declined additional packages. He completed the sale quickly and we were on our way in our new Pilot. I highly recommend Irvine BMW and would happily refer Frank to anyone in the market for a new or preowned car.

I gave them extra time so that the car was ready when I arrived. All said, I waited an hour to get my car back. What I appreciate most with my first visit there was NO PRESSURE! Yep, Vasilis just take it easy, answer our questions and let us test drive what we want. At no point did he try to pressure us to buy the vehicle like most car dealers do. The guy was so nice and professional. We felt at ease with his help. We left for the day but came back about a month later after we made up our mind on what we want with our X3. We contacted Vasilis again then BOOM! We drove off our new X3 M40i excited and happy! This was only my 2nd time financing a car and my first experience at a different dealership wasnt the best. To put it nicely, some car salesman dont always have your best interests at heart but after having met William Yen; he made the whole process a wonderful experience. It felt like I was buying from a friend rather than a pushy car salesman and the rest of the staff was great as well! After crunching the numbers they had my car detailed inside out and it was ready to go! Youre in great hands at Irvine BMW and make sure to ask for William!

Comment: I would give 5 stars, but take back 2 for feeling deceived. Prior to the sale finalization, Vasilis Hronas and his sale assistant assured me the rust on all 4 brake ROTORS and DISCs (ignorant of me to believe and to NOT know I’m being deceived) will go away after driving (it was raining that day).After the purchase, they then told me the rust will go away only on the DISCs (can no longer return the car at that point!!). It’s still safe to drive with such brake rotors and discs, but they do NOT look good on a 60k BMW X5.Kinda disappointed! Might not revisit the dealer!

Comment: Awesome Experience at Irvine BMW! I got my second M car here! My first one was e93 M3 Cab back in 2011. Then when I was ready for new M car Alex Asfour was super nice and was super customer focused did not pressure us into anything. They didnt have the car I wanted on the lot but he managed to get an M allocation for me and I ordered an M8 Gran Coupe Competition. It took almost 4 months form ordering it to delivery but Alex was super communicative and updated me almost every couple of weeks. It was definitely worth the wait its an amazing car. The purchasing process was dead easy no games or sneaker tricks everything was super transparent! Definitely would go back and ask for Alex hell definitely take care of you

Comment: Ok, let me start by saying I’ve been away from the brand for almost 10 years. While I did have an i3 for a very brief time, I am finally back into the BMW family. I was very skeptical with getting a deal done here for I have fail multiple times for whatever reason. However, this time was different. My sales-Rep is “Vas” and he is amazing. He absolutely went above and beyond and got me the fairest deal at this current time. He had the red carpet out throughout the entire process and was extremely genuine with this explanations and approach. While I did encounter some mechanical issues right off the bat, Vas was quick to remedy the problem with his service rep Sergio and along with his sales manager “Fred”. With the problems I was having, Vas communicated clear and to the point to Fred. Hence my discussion with Fred was fast and easy. All of this summed up to one core point. Confident! Be confident that when you go make a deal with Vas and Fred you are getting the best overall care in the local area. I seldom articulate so much of my purchase experience in detail. Comment: I’ve been with BMW for my than 6 years. My lease has recently finished. I’m currently traveling for business and cannot return the car myself physically, therefore, I asked my friend to return it back for me. Turn out they’re refusing to take my car back because I am not physically there. The car is 100% perfect with half of the designated mileage on it.Meanwhile, I cannot go back to the country due to Covid restriction. Now they’re forcing me to continually to pay for a car that I no longer drive and has a contract with. Wow. This is the worst experience I ever had with any dealership. Comment: I think its the great dealership, age who manages client relations on the front end was a sweetheart and very professional and forthright with me. I also appreciate that there was follow-up to my initial reading. I have voluntarily elected to change that rating to a well-deserved five stars for Irvine BMW, it doesnt hurt that you get to see all the newest rolls royces when you show up either. Their coffee, snack machines are still Covided Off?... but I come here to show off my wheels, not sip Oat Milk Lattes and Eat Big Azz Honeybuns.They do have an arguably unbeatable selection of the rarest Beemers... think Alpina XB7 and the occasional M760iX. I also appreciated that I could pay for service with a Business check... thats a nice touch.

Comment: After I went to BMW Irvine to mentain my car. The paint on the buttons to open my car trunk lid and for applying the parking brake are peeling. These two buttons are not often used. It is very hard to peel the paint. I talked to the manager of BMW Irvine and he wants me to pay 55% of the repair cost. These buttons were not demanged by me and I feel I shouldnt have to pay anything. I lost trust with BMW dealership.

I cannot tell you how may times I have been to a dealership, not finding the car of my dreams, only to be asked several times by the sales associate (fearing they are not going to get the sale), “What can I do to earn your business today?” Then being bumped up to his manager who is also is trying to sell me the car that I do not 100% love, and also being asked, “What can I do to earn your business today”? Well, I can say that did NOT happen at Irvine BMWKetan had only one plan for me, and that was to find me a car that I absolutely loved, 100% absolutely loved!I went down to Irvine BMW dealership last weekend because they had two used M2’s on your lot, and I figured I would be able to test drive them. But after doing a test drive in the M2, Ketan could tell by my reactions that I did not totally love it. First World Problems! He told me it was one of his absolute favorite cars but he did not push me into it. So we went back to the lot and tested out a used 2015 M4. After hearing that engine start and after driving it 100ft I knew the M4 was the car for me. How did I know… because my legs were shaking from pure excitement.Needless to say I ended up buying a new 2018 M4. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ketan and I totally believe that had I gone to Irvine BMW and met Ketan that I would not have my M4 dream car in my garage and I would not be on cloud 9 right now.I want to thank everyone who I worked with at Irvine BMW in getting me into a new 2018 M4. The x5 is phenomenal and the salesperson went above and beyond to accommodate my budget and helped a lot to explain the different features of the car. We were very skeptical on what car and color we need and Artin showed us all the inventory in person. Artin is a great salesperson and worked so fast to accommodate my tight schedule. I dont typically write reviews but the guys really did a great job to get us the car we need fast and everyone was transparent.
