I’m the property manager for Willow Woods Condominium Association. This is our first year contracting with Israels Property Services for snow removal and landscaping. I would highly recommend Israels to anyone that is looking for snow removal and landscaping services. Brandon is very professional and responsive. He gets the job done on a timely manner. We are very happy with the services that Israel’s provides.
I am president of our Condominium Association and this is the first year we have used them for snow removal. They have been doing a fantastic job for us. High quality job each time. They snowblow which works well at our location. I would highly recommend them!
I would give this company no stars if I could. I called repeatedly for a week and a half, leaving numerous messages, and did not receive ONE phone call back! On the messages I left them I told them I was disabled and needed my driveway plowed IMMEDIATELY in order to get to doctors appointments! Again, NO ONE returned my phone calls. Even if they were unable to take me on as a client, as a good business practice they should have returned my phone call to let me know! I dont know how they can run a business if they dont know how to use a phone! Im glad now that I didnt get a hold of them. Id be afraid to see what they would do to my driveway and yard by plowing it with their incompetence!!!!!!
I have not used this company but, I can say they are horrible at answering their phone and returning calls for potential business. I have a new home and have been looking for a contractor to seed my yard. I called this company a half dozen times within a four week period and left voicemails. I received no call back. Yes this is a busy season but if you say you are open 24 hrs then you should find some time within a month to call back a potential customer. Horrible business practice.
They made our property look AMAZING!!! Friendly staff both in office and onsite. Professionals... They know what they are doing. I have had some shady landscapers in the past but these guys are fantastic. Thanks for moving in next door.
Fantastic service and responsiveness. They are not contracted to take care of our sidewalk, only parking lot. However, we called and asked them to clear ice after our snowmelt system went down and they were here in less than 10 minutes. Kudos!
I refer clients regularly to IPS and have they been thrilled with their service. They are customer service oriented and fair in all aspects of their business operations.Would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family and clients.
Great group to work with. I had them build a fire pit and lay a stone walkway. The work was done on time and looks great.Highly recommended.

2022-06-22Israels provides lawn service and plowing service for Shoreline Orthopaedics. I appreciate that they schedule lawn service at the beginning of the week so our property looks great for the week of business. I hate to say or type the word snow when our weather is so beautiful but do want to mention that they clear that yucky white stuff away early morning so our parking lots and walkways are clear for patients and staff. As needed, they come throughout the day to address issues. Some companies do not come if accumulation has not happened but not Israels - they get that wind can cause snow to pile up in areas as well and they recognize that! Would highly recommend Israels for lawn and snow removal services.

2022-07-28If I was to respond at this time I would give thm a one star. poor communication delayed delivery by months. However I have made a new connection with their company and will respond after their new promise to define their new commitments and the quality of their work.Look for a new review from me in the next 2-3 weeks.OK its 3 weeks later than my original post which was given truthfully . There have been changes to Israels Property Management Team and the new manager, Jon asked me to give them a second chance to make things right. I am a businessman myself and I realize mistakes are made and the best way to handle these is to sit down and review the original quote and find out what is unfinished and the time table to finish it and review the exact cost of the finished project.I am writing this because of the results and the timeliness of the finished project. The new manager took control and not only finished with all hands on deck but also adjusted my invoice and sat down with and reviewed and adjusted the cost and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results.I feel like this new Management Team has met my expectations and the reason for a 4 Star and not a 5 Star is I would like to hear from more customers now that Jon is in control.I believe if given the chance you should see quite a difference in both workmanship and timely completions along with easy access to find out answers to your questions. Jon picked up the phone when I called and also called me personally to make sure I was happy with the results. 2022-01-18We have been using Israels for several years on our personal property and rental properties. From weekly lawn maintenance, spring and fall cleanup, irrigation needs, to large projects the most recent putting in our 700 ft driveway through the woods. They always do a great job! From Brandon down to the crews and office staff, their communication with everyone involved is great and super nice people to work with! We would highly recommend them!

2022-05-09I would just recommend that if you talk to someone and they say they will get back to you... dont wait on them. After three weeks and three follow up calls they told me they werent interested in the business and cost me 3 weeks during peak season and now I am stuck.

2022-01-17Tried for over 2 months to get a quote for a full landscape project. No communication from the sales person Brandon even after repeated follow ups. The customer service lady even laughed saying that he was not known for responding. Salesman finally responding via text saying they were not interested. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

2021-11-25I worked for them and was told opportunity and was fired knowing that I had no vehicle to begin with no communication between these so called bosses. I was told I lied when I am a man who has nothing not heat in home no vehicle no money he even offered to move me out of the situation I was in into a new home there liars and bad people highly recommend staying away especially with non environmental friendly trucks polluting are air.

2020-08-29We called for a quote and in less than 12 hours Brandon came over and was talking about what his team could do and what it would cost. The amazing thing is right after we called to say we wanted to move forward there was a crew of 6 guys with 2 large vehicles at our house within a couple of hours. They pulled out the monstrous beach grass that was such an eye sore in front of the house and around the mailbox. The cleared out areas had mulch put in and it looks fantastic. It’s nice having a blank slate to think about the possibilities of what we can do. They came back the next morning and took down the above ground pool, so we don’t have to worry about maintenance of it. They have been so quick, clean, and efficient. It is so appreciative to come up to our home and see our place looking so much nicer. We talked with the guys working and they spoke so highly of the owners so you know that if they are happy at the company they are work at they are doing great work, too. We would totally recommend them!

2018-07-13I am so happy with the work Brandon and his team have done! They are truly professionals. Prices are extremely fair and the creative aspect is exceptional. Work is promptly scheduled and completed on time. Brandon has been available on weekends and evenings if I had a question and he always gave me his time to fully explain everything and answer any questions I had. A real treasure for the Holland area.
