Great place to stay! New owners are terrific people. Lots are good size. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. Great place to stay! Only 1 downfall and that is the dust from the dirt roads along the campsites. Great job Ivans!! See you next blessing. 🤩

My friends and I stayed in one of the cabins at Ivan’s for a weekend and had so much fun! The tubing rental bus came to pick us up at the camp ground and dropped us off after such a fun time floating down the river in a boat tube. We spent the rest of the night playing volleyball on their sandy court and playing games by the fire. Highly recommend this campground - hot water for showering and was very clean!
Where do i start... our family and friends have been coming here for 22+ years. We have always been welcomed here as family. The new owners dave and are kelly are great! And Mr. Brian is also top notch. Were seasonal here and cant wait to come back every weekend. Because they let the campers be campers within reason and host a family friendly atmosphere. Will highly recommend to everyone!!!
Friendly campground with great hosts. David and Kelli provide both a professional and personal atmosphere. Well stocked camp store, clean bathroom facilities, fun playground and volleyball and adorable goats to keep you entertained. Nice location in Baldwin with stores and other activities nearby and close enough to Lake Michigan for a day trip.
Went tent camping and had a great time. The owners are very nice and were very helpful. Dropped us off and picked us up so we could go kayaking and no one had to drive.
I would recommend this campground and they went above and beyond for us. We had a terrible experience checking into Anns Putnam lake campground down the street. IVANs got us in late in the day and on Labor Day weekend. The owners are very nice and really care, they made our weekend.
Dave and Kelly are amazing host, going above and beyond to make our stay a great one. I highly recommend this Baldwin campground for your next adventure. So much to do, and a great place to stay while you’re doing it.

Amazing place.. staff so friendly. Everything is so clean... kid activities.. volleyball and horse shoes..Swings.. bathrooms are sooo clean and neat..This is just a must place to stay.. we will definitely return every year..
We had a great time at Ivans Campground. We went with most of our family and 6 grandkids. We had 2 trailers and rented one of the cabin,s which was beautiful and spotless. We also rented their trailer that they rent out, and that too was beautiful. The owners made a special attempt to make sure they made us feel welcome. Dave, the owner set up wagon rides for the kids and took them on the trail in the woods. Kelly, his spouse, has flowers everywhere and greeted the kids in the office buying candy with a genuine smile. Definately will go back. Great people, very clean, peaceful, and large lots.
Ivans is a great campground under new management, offering indoor showers and toilets. Sites for tenting or RVs include a firepit and picnic table. Near to local attractions like the Pere Marquette river, and the Shrine of the Pines Museum. The Shrine is one mans life work, commemorating the White Pines of Michigan, that were cut down to rebuild Chicago after the Great Fire.
Stayed at the Best place for a summer vacation! Had some of my favorite friends with us and we stayed in the new bunkhouse cabin! It was such an Amazing weekend with amazing help from the owners! They are incredibly nice, caring and fun! They have updated the place Exceptionally with a new beach volleyball, updated cabins, freshly done bathrooms, beautifully done landscaping and two friendly baby goats to feed and pet! We had an amazing experience and will be back lots more this summer and many more years to come!!! Booking now because it was that much fun! ❤️ Thanks soo much for having us Dave & Kelly Wieda!

Positive environment. Friendly people. Cabins were booked so we pitched a tent. Only able to spend one night due to knee injury and getting rained out. Would love to go back again with more time and better prepared. I enjoyed my time there. Thank you for the lovely experience.
Friendly staff that will help you find the perfect site, cheep fire wood and ice as well as a store with the all the essentials! Lot 49 is perfect for two people in a four person tent
Nice place, friendly staff. Cabins are nice and clean, some cabins are not full service means no kitchen sink, water or bath.
Nice campground. Clean sites. The people where you check in are very friendly and nice. Electricity on the camp site was very nice. Shower room had hot water that worked well. There was also a couple of sinks on the shower building that you could wash dishes in outside. I plan on going back next year! I would recommend this campground to anyone who is looking to camp. Great place.

Loose with rules and laid back. Fun atmosphere for adults! Owner is very friendly. Campsites are clean. Affordable. Bathrooms can be updated and more clean. I would give 3.5 stars if possible due to bathrooms.
We had a poor weekend, when checking in I purchased wood and no one could deliver ( I have motorhome) and had to send someone else to get it. It rained most of the weekend which I understand can not be controlled but our area flooded over 5 inches. When mentioned to the managements comment was oh your the ****** group and your all flooded but at least you have power. Half of the campground had no power. I was disappointed in management, for no checking on the campers at all. When we went to dump their dump station was full so emptying was a long process . We had a group consisting of a motorhome, camper, popup, and 3 tents, totaling 15 people who will not be returning.
Ivans is the best place never. We camped in a 40 ft. Toy hauler. The staff is amazing they have hot shower, sell wood, propane, Cabins, ice, fishing is just down the road.

We had ear wigs in our cabin! I killed 14 in one night! Didnt sleep much after that. Called to talk to owners but it was after hours so I left a message. Didnt hear back. We stayed in the same cabin a few years ago without a problem.
Sites are very good size with lots of shade, clean bathrooms, nice play area for kids and great rates.

Over booked cabin made me my pregnant girlfriend and kids leave after one night tho I booked it for the weekend. No discount nothing for the Inconvenience just a have a good day as my family had to find other means to camp as planned ended up going home as everything was busy over the holiday weekend. Nice rustic place with comfy atmosphere... The only thing I didnt like was the bathrooms doors didnt have locks & didnt close enough to give you any privacy.

It was ok. Kinda dirty, This is a party type camp ground. Not for true nature camping. But if you are into disturbing the peace in the wild.. By all means come visit!

2022-05-16Awesome campground! We have stayed here for The Blessing of the Bikes for 20 years and always enjoyed our stay. The new owners have really worked hard to spruce things up and make it even nicer. The bathrooms are now always clean and you can shower in hot water with great water pressure. We will continue to come back every year. It is an excellent family run campground. Thank You for a Great Time!

2022-04-21Just stayed here for approx 10 days. Lovely place to stay and will be much nicer once spring hits and the leaves come out on the many trees in the park. Kelly and Dave are working hard to get the place spiffed up. They now have goats and soon chickens. What fun for the littles!! If you miss this park youll be very disappointed since its a wonderful place to stay.

2021-08-27We dont typically stay at private campgrounds, but we did this past weekend since the state parks were all full. The owners were friendly. There are two super cute goats at the campground near the playground that our dog Dixie enjoyed visiting. Our site was supposed to have electric and water hookup, but the water wasnt actually at our site. We wouldve had to use about 300ft of hose if we wanted to have water (we usually stay at state parks, so water wasnt a big deal for us). Bathrooms were clean, but outdated. Very small stalls in the bathrooms. The showers were hot, so I cant complain too much. There are lots of trails nearby to ride quads and dirt bikes on, so a lot of people had those with them. Its a pretty rustic campground even though many of the sites have water and electric. Its not even a 5 minute drive to downtown Baldwin from the campground. Plenty of things to do close by. Family friendly.

2021-08-01New management (Kelly and Dave)was very friendly, amazing people! We stayed in one of the new bunkhouse cabins, it was very well maintained, very clean and was tons of fun!!! Bathrooms were super clean! Landscaping was adorable. They helped us set up the tubeing trip as well. Enjoyed playing on the new beach volleyball court. Such a fun weekend thank you so much for the amazing experience:)

2021-09-02I discovered after I arrived that it is under new ownership. This is the first season for these folks. I will say that you wont find nicer or harder working people. Yes there is work to do, but I am quite confident that big improvements are coming very soon. This place has a very unique property. It was quiet and spotless clean. Will definitely return.
