Took my 2008 Dodge Dakota here to have work done on some rust that was beginning to appear around the wheel wells on the back of the truck. Typical for pick up trucks in Michigan. Most collision shops dont do this type of work because its not an insurance claim, among other reasons. J and J made my truck look like new again and even detailed it for me inside and out. They worked on it as if it was their own personal vehicle. Very satisfied with the job that was done.
Very professional people and beats competitor price. I Had big dent on RR fender and couple scratches on my car which was removed and paint was also done very efficiently. I will Definitely recommend j&j.
Definitely recommend this place!! Very nice people, for which I meant both personality and repair technique. They gave me a fair price so I didnt even bother to check out other places around Dearborn.(I did an estimation in Farmington and that didnt work out.) They repainted my driver side door with bad scratch within 24 hours(the Farmington one told me 3-4 days) and with the perfect color(that one said it might be different coz of the age of my car). Now i know where to lead my freinds regarding auto repairs. Thank you so much, Frank and Justin! :)

It was terrible service! I put my truck in for service for Collision word also for it engine work. I had insurance for both. I was told one thing when I put it in. Later, they called me and said they did the Collision work already. Then said that they couldnt do the engine work. If they did do it. They was charging me double! They are Crooks in my mind. I would not recommend them to anyone. Because you will get the wrong advice and end up like me.
Absolutely amazing service and staff! my husband and I were involved in an accident in Michigan and we live in Tennessee and they have kept us updated on our vehicle since we cant be there. Kelsey Craft has went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. thank you guys!!!
The people are very nice and accommodating however, the car I bought from them has been a HUGE money pit. One thing wrong after another plus the uncles repair shop did work that is questionable. Proceed with caution!

J&j went way beyond what most do. frank and his crew made me feel like a friend.did EVERYTHING he could to save me money. got the job done fast, and he didnt lie when he told me that he has the best painter around. Thank you guys so much my bike is way way nicer then i thought possinle.

2022-07-08My truck needed repairs out of pocket , these guys are the best , reasonable cost , color match was perfect and back in 3 days .They even detailed my truck as part of the job - These guys know what they are doing and are very good at it . i would use them any day of the week

2019-01-16Highly recommend!My vehicle needed a rear bumper replacement. I took it to this collision center on Tuesday. He said it required three days to replace and paint since the mechanic had a day off on Wednesday. Because I needed my car in the morning on Friday, so he would try to get it done on Thursday but no promise. Eventually, they got it done within 24 hours, and I picked up my car on Wednesday. How excellent, efficient, and respectful they are!

2018-03-31A person hit my Honda CR-V on my drivers side while I was leaving a shopping center in Allen Park. My insurance company wanted to send me to their preferred collision shop, but it would have taken too long to get my car back and they werent open on Saturdays, which means I would have had to wait and take time off of work to take my car in. I took my car to J & J Collision the next day (a Saturday), just expecting them to get me a new door, but they far exceeded my expectations.At the time of the accident, my car was essentially three different colors. I had sun damage on the entire front half. Last year, I took it to Lafontaine (where I purchased the car) to repaint the hood. Lafontaine did a terrible job, painting my hood at least 3 shades lighter than it was supposed to be and tried to charge me extra to fix some nonexistent dents in the hood. I took before pictures, so I know that there were no dents.I was really impressed with the communication I had with Waled and the rest of the staff. They kept me informed about what was going on with my car, and were very clear about how exactly much I would pay out of pocket to have the sun damaged areas painted.It was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. It looked brand new and was all one color. The painter was able to blend my hood, sun damaged sides, door and back of the car together seamlessly. I paid extra for it, and it was so worth it. My car actually looks much better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend J & J Collsion.

2019-03-02Did an excellent job on my Toyota Camry. They beat other collision centers (trust me I went to a lot of them) by providing a much reasonable & modest estimate. J & J collisions were honest and did an excellent repair job. The bumper looks great now and the paint job was fantastic! They even polished my car interior and exterior free of charge!

2019-03-26Had to have my bumper replaced on my unibody Dodge Challenger. After getting 3 quotes around the area, xdrive came in at the best rate and had the best reviews. Im very happy with the level of service and result. The work looks great, paint is really nice, and matches perfectly. Even warned me about some rust and gave assistance on other questions I had. Definitely intend to bring all my other body work needs here.

2018-11-29My vehicle needed exterior metal replacements and repainting in several places. After shopping around for a service center I was very pleased to have J & J recommended by my friends at Tel-Ford Auto Repair. My experience with J & J Collision was very positive from start to finish. The cars exterior now looks like new.

2015-05-22I hit some debris on I-94 and it put a big hole in my left bumper, bent up my fender, and put a big dent and scratch in my door. My cars practically new so I wanted to get it fixed right away. Frank and Justin were very polite and were able to make the repairs and match the cars color perfectly. I cant tell there was ever any damage. Id definitely recommend them.
