I called Jack’s Heating and Cooling after my EXISTING HVAC company cancelled on me AGAIN. They made an appointment for Monday. I received a call from them at 4:00, saying they could run out now. (Same day service?!?! Nice surprise!) Technician was super friendly, professional, and very informative! I am excited to have a DEPENDABLE and REASONABLE company to deal with now!! Thanks again

My wifes phone stopped working today so she called on mine to confirm the service window of noon to 2 for our central air. We told them we were going to be here. The technician called my wifes phone and we didnt receive the call. Again, thats why we called to tell them we would be here this morning. When I called at 2 to see where the tech was, the lady that answered was extremely rude! I was told that she would have to see if he could make it back this afternoon. I guess my whole day is wasted just waiting. I thought that was why there were appointments.UPDATE:The guy showed up and did an amazing job! Fixed our problem very quickly. Im not willing to change the number of stars because that Lady was beyond rude. Always happy with the people that do the work, just not the people that answer the phone.
They are always kind and courteous! They have always fit us in right away when we call and have very reasonable prices on service calls! We highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy company!
Promptly returned my wifes phone call, same day service, and very fair pricing. Honest and dependable--will use them for all of our cooling/heating needs in the future!
Big shout out to Jack’s heating and cooling for letting us spend $40,000.00 for our GEO Thermal unit. Way to go to Thumb Heating and Cooling for fixing their screw up. I will never recommend your company to anyone unless they want to pay that much for a $10,000.00 unit/installation!!

2022-07-06Great company and the service team is excellent! We have had Caleb and the guys out on numerous jobs and they do an great job. They installed a new furnace and central air unit and did an excellent job. Have had heat trunk work done with them as well. They are professional,clean and reasonably priced.. I would recommend them to anyone!

2021-11-15We are very happy to have recently had a new Lennox furnace and a/c installed by Jacks Heating and Cooling. Caleb came to our home, looked over the project of replacing our old furnace and a/c. He assessed the project, explained our options, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote. Equipment was ordered and they were able to work us into their schedule over a week ahead of the initial date (which was 3 weeks out)! This was wonderful as the weather had turned cold and our old furnace was barely working. Two guys showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work and a little later 3 others came to work also! By 4:30 they had removed the old furnace and a/c and completely installed the new furnace and a/c and had it all up and running! They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, going above and beyond the required amount of work necessary. Also, they picked up as they worked and completely cleaned the worksite both indoors and outside afterwards. I highly recommend Jack’s Heating and Cooling as they are great to work with and provide excellent service!!

2019-11-26These folks are very personable and professional. They responded quickly to my request for a quote. That quote was completed the very next day! We were able to schedule our project with them, they were prompt and after a walk through they started by covering our flooring with protective tarps. As they completed the project they cleaned up every area of the house they were in! They made sure everything was in working order and thanked me for the opportunity. I highly recommend them ! They will be the 1st place I call for any future needs related to heating and cooling!

2020-06-05We called on Wednesday and Pat was here on Friday. He was right on time and went to work. He could not save our AC. He called Caleb got an estimate and said about a week and a half. We got a call on Tuesday saying they would be here the next day at 830a. So we got it much faster then we thought which was great. Patrick and another gentleman showed up at 820a got right to work and we had AC before noon. They were all just Great!!!! They answered all our questions. They were professional,on time we could not ask for more. We have done business with Caleb at Jacks for year and would not think of calling anyone else. Next call will probably be a hot water heater. Thanks Caleb,Pat and Patrick!

2018-03-08Jacks was out at my house within one hour of calling. I called them to get a second bid as the first bidder seemed a little high. Jacks was $200 less and they also were able to get me rebates from DTE and consumers and they took care of the paperwork. They were able to replace the furnace the next day and when they showed up I was pleased to see they brought floor protection to cover the floors protect from there foot traffic. Install went great furnace works fine no issues I would definitely recommend
