Within 10 minutes of calling them, they promptly sent over two individuals to assist me. I was truly impressed by their exceptional service and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed efficiently and effectively. They took extra care in wrapping up my furniture to ensure its safety during transportation and handled the loading and unloading process with utmost professionalism. Not only that, but they also made the process of disassembling and reassembling my furniture incredibly simple and stress-free. We are beyond grateful and amazed at their hard work, attention to detail, wonderful suggestions and advice, and just overall human kindness with exceptional care. My mom needed some MAJOR yard work done. She is disabled, and my stepdad passed away six months ago and was the person who did all the yard work. So needless to say, everything had become majorly overgrown. Weeds were as tall as the shed. Quite a few trees and other plants had grown taller than the house. Jack did not shy away from climbing up on our roof with his chainsaw, cutting branches off, and sweeping things off of the roof. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and friendliness made my family feel at ease. My mom has many abalone shells from her vacations with my Stepdad and Jack placed them in the yard where my Mom see them from her bedroom window. After cleaning up our yard, they came back to grind over 20 stumps. Nicole is just as hard of a worker as Jack, and it shows. Their company name ends with “and more” and they definitely mean it! We will ALWAYS recommend them to an and everyone who needs help with junk removal and more.

They understood our situation, their pricing was unbeatable (1-800-Got-Junk was quoting 3 times the price…). Very friendly people and work very hard. It’s a thankless job at times, but their demeanor and efficiency is something I have not seen in a long time. Thank you so much you guys! Wish we could have met each other sooner! I called a few places and I was gettin quotes for around $200-$300 for each tv! I asked one guy how much would he charge to take the TVs down and assist me with putting them in my car and putting them back on the wall in my new unit since it was in the same apartments only a small walking distance away. He told me $600!!! I found Jack number and he told me a price that nobody could beat. He arrived at our schedule time and removed the Tvs without any problems. He even went above and beyond and offered to help me take them to my new unit. He even went as far as bringing them inside my new unit . He had no problem and I gladly tipped well. But Jacks junk I saw his work once before I was impressed beyond.. this is his second job with me. And I know I will never have to search again for this type of service. Comment: I used their business several times in April when downsizing and relocating after selling my home in Vacaville. Jack and Nicole work well together and seem to truly appreciate each other’s contribution to their business. Every attempt is made for promptness to the scheduled time but if delayed it is for a good reason and Nicole will give you a very courteous update. It is remarkable what Jack is solely able to lift and move! He also perseveres if something requires more effort - case in point for me was disassembling a home office desk and storage unit that was installed many years ago by my late husband and with help then, I am sure, as he was not one with handyman skills😉 I came home from teaching one day and it had appeared.😊 It served a purpose for many years but I could not take it with me. Nonetheless, with patience, Jack was able to intuitively take it apart for hauling to the landfill with a sigh of relief from me! I also had some furniture that could not go with me and I was especially pleased that with their outsourcing for some second -hand use, it went there instead of the landfill! I highly recommend their business!

Comment: I had made an appointment for a Thursday to receive help moving some furniture to my storage and was told by Nicole that she would keep me updated with an arrival time. Thursday afternoon came around and I never heard from anyone. I reached out around 2:30pm to get an update and was told that they were in the middle of a “project”. My storage unit closes at a certain time which is why I was requesting help in the early afternoon. I offered to move my moving day to Saturday if it was more convenient for them which she agreed. Saturday morning I was called in to work at the last minute so I asked Nicole if we could reschedule, I was told via text it would be an extra $100 charge and was then completely ignored. Nicole forwarded my calls and ignored my text messages after this. I was finally able to get through after continuing to call and Nicole again told me they were unavailable to help me at the moment because they AGAIN were working on another “project”. I was referred to this company by a friend of Jacks and was excited to do business with them. Nicole is very unreliable and unprofessional and I would not recommend asking them for help with anything.

The other contractors quoted me double the price and said this was a two day job. Jack calmly and professionally explained that he would handle the job and have it done the same day! Not only did he have the job done in two hours, he went above and beyond what I initially asked him to do and made the entire, very large yard clean neat and safe. Comment: 11/11/20: Had this company cut down a 25+ft tree. Jack cut a large portion from the top down and it damaged the top of our neighbors tuff shed. After my husband and neighbor spoke to Jack, it was at that moment Jack stated that their license had lapsed due to COVID.On 11/12/2020, Nicole stated they would reimburse us $550 for the payment to another licensed tree removal company. After numerous attempts to reach Nicole by text and email, she has ignored me. You know the saying check is in the mail, that was a complete lie.Before you hire Jack or Nicole, verify their license.
