Comment: Me and my family have been clients with statefarm for +10 years. Weve had good customer service throughout especially with Laura and Maria. Recently had a change in my policy because of a family member in my household. They sent me a letter on 12th got it signed by the 17th. My revised notice was increased by $150. I called to see what could be done. Audra and Sabrina seem to have done the best they could apparently and made me and wife feel like it was our responsibility and our fault as to why our bill increased by $150. Customer service is poor from them. We did not feel as a valued customer from them. Customer service is what separates a business.

Super friendly, always available to help answer questions and always makes sure we are well taken care of. She knows our familys account well which makes it easy for when we need changes made to our policy. Claims service is amazing as well, repairs are done local and quick. I highly recommend State Farm, and see Sabrina :)

Comment: Jake has been my State Farm Agent for almost 6 years now. I switched to him because he has great rates, all the services I needed (home and auto insurance, life insurance policies, 529 plans) making him one bill to pay each month instead of 4. He is also really easy to talk to and very honest. They say like a good neighbor, state farm is there and with Jake you get that kind of service. When my car battery was dead and a tow truck was going to take 30 minutes to an hour making me late to school for kids and work for me, he came to my house to jump my car so we wouldnt be. When I was in a car accident he was with me every step of the way. He even offered to come pick me up at the scene at 4 in the morning. Jake went out of his way to be with me at the rental car place too. To top it all off I just got my new car broken into and Jake was at my home in under 30 minutes, leaving a meeting for work to assist me. I have had 3 other insurance companies in the past, none have come even half way close to the attention Jake has given to my family. He, and his staff are some of the best people in this business. If you are reading this review looking for a new agent, I would not call another person. Insurance is a safety net, only used when something goes wrong, you need to make sure you have the best person in your corner. Jake is the best.
