I got my car from Detroit- I live in GR- went to local Jag for service- they scheduled me an appointment, I blocked my schedule (I am a healthcare professional) - they emailed the DAY before- opps, they forgot they were ctually closed. I came in on another day, the BMW specialist had NO clue what to do with the Jaguar and told me to come back another day (the online scheduling did not tell me there would not be a Jaguar service specialist availble or not)I have taken my servicing needs an hour away to jaguar kalamazoo, and intend on makign the drive every time, where they are actually priofesisonal and courteous and wont waste your time!!!

2021-03-22I recently purchased a gorgeous 2021 Jaguar F-Pace. We showed up at the lot just looking on a Saturday. We found the car and loved it! A salesman named Jared showed up to help us. We test drove it and loved it even more. Jared was with us to go over the features while we drive. That was a great help. He was kind and so knowledgeable and not at all pushy to make a sale. I’ve purchased many cars and never had the experience we did with Jared. I would highly recommend Jaguar Grand Rapids and Jared.

2020-11-23Thank you Brett! From the moment I first made contact with Sharpe, until I walked out the door with my keys in hand, I was treated like human being. Above all I value honesty, Integrity, and customer satisfaction. Sharpe is not lacking in any of these categories. In fact, they have exceeded my expectations. I will be returning.As far as I am concerned, all other dealerships can take a lesson from Sharpe, and at the end of the day, probably still not get it right.

2017-01-09I purchased my Jaguar F Pace in November. I couldnt be happier with the car and really appreciate Larry Brandsons assistance through the whole process. Larry was so easy to work with, also courteous and professional. I was totally satisfied with my experience with Sharpe and Larry.

2019-07-30Today I bring my car to dealer to get service and ask them to trade in the to get new car. Someone came to help me I think his name is Paul and he check on my car he tell my car not worth for dollar because branded title. Ok is fine I ask to check my car somethings wrong because I just replaced the hold engine battery and starter here and my car not ran smooth like normal. Me and him test drive my car and he told me to bring back to west palm to fix their can not fixing. I still have under warranty for my car. The worth jaguar dealer ever.
